DealHub Alternatives in 2026: 8 CPQ and Deal Room Options
A practical perspective for connecting this idea to your revenue team’s next move.
The best DealHub alternatives depend on which part of DealHub you need. For enterprise CPQ with billing, look at Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Conga CPQ or Subskribe. For quoting inside your CRM, HubSpot Revenue Hub. For proposals and quotes sent through a deal room, PandaDoc, GetAccept, Dock or Revspire.
DealHub sells several products in one platform: CPQ, contract management, DealRoom for sending and signing proposals, subscriptions and billing. Few alternatives cover all of them, so the right shortlist starts with the jobs you actually use. This guide groups eight options by job, with each vendor’s published pricing, one limitation and when to choose it.

Disclosure: Revspire publishes this list. Revspire appears once, in the deal room group, and is not ranked above other tools. Tools are grouped by job and listed alphabetically within each group. Every price was checked on the vendor’s own website on 27 October 2026.
What DealHub includes and costs
DealHub’s homepage (checked 27 October 2026) describes it as an “Agentic Quote-to-Revenue platform” that unifies CPQ, DealRoom, Subscriptions and Billing, with contract management (CLM) and AI agents for quoting, approvals, contracts, renewals and collections. It connects natively with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot.
Its pricing page publishes no prices. It names two tiers, Growth and Scale, and lists CPQ (pricebooks, usage-based and tiered pricing, renewals, parallel approvals), DealRoom (multi-offer quotes, buyer chat, content sharing and DealSign e-signature), CLM, subscription management and billing. Vendr’s DealHub page puts the median buyer at $44,400 a year, with a range of $14,845 to $117,140, based on 145 purchases (last updated February 2026).
Teams look at alternatives when they need deeper billing and revenue recognition, want quoting to live natively in their CRM, only use the DealRoom part, or want the quote inside a broader buyer workspace with content and mutual action plans.

Enterprise CPQ and quote-to-revenue suites
Choose this group if your product catalog, pricing rules and renewals are the hard part. Our CPQ software guide covers more vendors, and CPQ integration with CRM covers the integration questions to ask.
Conga CPQ
- What it does: rules-based configuration, guided selling with real-time quote validation, single-catalog bundling of goods, services, subscriptions and usage, subscription renewals and co-terming, and margin rules with approval workflows (Conga CPQ).
- Pricing: not published; Conga builds a customised plan (Conga pricing, checked 27 October 2026).
- Limitation: the product page does not name the CRMs it integrates with beyond a “Conga and Salesforce” link, and there is no buyer-facing deal room.
- Choose it when: complex catalogs and subscription changes matter more than the buyer-facing experience.
Salesforce Revenue Cloud
- What it does: Growth includes quoting and configuration, order capture and subscriptions; Advanced adds AI and analytics, consumption and invoicing, and contracts and orders (Revenue Cloud pricing).
- Pricing: Growth $150 and Advanced $200 per user a month, billed annually; contract lifecycle management is available for purchase (checked 27 October 2026).
- Limitation: pricing is per user, invoicing is only on Advanced, and contract lifecycle management is an extra purchase.
- Choose it when: you are a Salesforce shop and want CPQ and billing on the same platform as your CRM.
Subskribe
- What it does: CPQ with multilevel discounting, approvals and a Sales Room; billing with usage-based invoicing and dunning; revenue recognition under ASC 606 and IFRS 15; native Salesforce and HubSpot integration (Subskribe pricing).
- Pricing: not published; the page offers an estimate calculator and says pricing depends on products, term and seats. CPQ and Billing can be bought separately, and integrations are included free (checked 27 October 2026).
- Limitation: without list prices, you need a sales conversation to compare cost with DealHub.
- Choose it when: revenue recognition and usage billing are why you looked at DealHub in the first place.
CPQ inside your CRM
HubSpot Revenue Hub
- What it does: HubSpot’s page describes Revenue Hub as its native solution for the quote-to-cash process. Quotes, CPQ and quote approvals are listed on Professional and Enterprise, with e-signatures (25 per user a month on Professional, 50 on Enterprise) and invoices with HubSpot payments (HubSpot Revenue Hub pricing).
- Pricing: Free for up to 2 users; Professional starts at $85 or $95 a seat a month, depending on the billing toggle, which the page does not label; Enterprise starts at $140 a seat a month (checked 27 October 2026). A promotion for new Sales Hub customers lists lower annual prices.
- Limitation: HubSpot says sales teams get the most value using Sales Hub alongside a Revenue Hub seat, so budget for both.
- Choose it when: HubSpot is your CRM and you want quotes, approvals and payments without another vendor.
Deal rooms with quotes and proposals
Choose this group if your team mainly uses DealHub’s DealRoom to send, discuss and sign proposals. Our digital sales room software guide compares more of them.
Dock
- What it does: sales deal rooms, sales order forms with line items, billing frequency, totals and a sign action, content management and customer onboarding (Dock).
- Pricing: Free (1 order form); Standard $350 a month with 5 users and unlimited order forms; Premium $1,000 a month billed annually with 10 users and CRM-integrated order forms; Enterprise custom (Dock pricing, checked 27 October 2026).
- Limitation: order forms are not a CPQ engine; there are no product rules or discount approval chains listed.
- Choose it when: pricing is simple and the room experience matters more than configuration logic.
GetAccept
- What it does: eSign, deal rooms and proposals; Professional adds mutual action plans, a product library of up to 3 products and CRM integrations; Enterprise adds CPQ, an unlimited product library and payment integrations (GetAccept pricing).
- Pricing: eSign $25 a user a month; Professional $49 a user a month billed annually, 5-user minimum; Enterprise quoted (checked 27 October 2026).
- Limitation: CPQ is on Enterprise only, which has no published price.
- Choose it when: you want a deal room, quotes and signatures from one vendor and can start without CPQ.
PandaDoc
- What it does: proposals, quotes, contracts and eSignature, with up to three Deal Rooms on Business and unlimited on Enterprise; CPQ is an Enterprise option that needs usage credits or a paid add-on (PandaDoc pricing).
- Pricing: Free; Starter $19 and Business $49 per seat a month, billed annually; Enterprise quoted (checked 27 October 2026). See our PandaDoc pricing guide.
- Limitation: the Salesforce integration is a paid add-on on Business and Enterprise.
- Choose it when: documents are the core of the deal and CPQ needs are modest.
Revspire
- What it does: an AI sales enablement platform with a CPQ module: guided configuration with product rules and nested dependencies, global price books with currency rules and floor-price protection, approval routing by margin, discount depth or contract value, real-time discount and margin guardrails, and proposal generation. Digital Sales Rooms add mutual action plans with owners and due dates, AI stakeholder mapping and buyer engagement analytics, and Content Hub supplies approved content. Revspire lists Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM and Pipedrive among its CRM integrations.
- Pricing: priced by module with unlimited user licenses; about $25,000 USD a year on average. Content Hub is the base platform, and CPQ is added to it (Revspire pricing).
- Limitation: Revspire does not list subscription billing, invoicing or revenue recognition, so teams that use DealHub Billing will need a separate billing system.
- Choose it when: you want quotes with approval guardrails inside a buyer room, plus governed content and enablement, and you bill from another system.
Worked example: which DealHub jobs does a team really use?
Corvane Systems (fictional) sells industrial monitoring software with hardware bundles and annual subscriptions. Its RevOps lead audits a quarter of DealHub use before renewal:
DealHub job
Used?
What replaces it
CPQ with bundle rules and discount approvals
Every deal
Must have in the new tool
DealRoom proposal and e-signature
Most deals
Deal room with signature, or a separate e-signature tool
CLM clause library
Rarely; legal uses its own system
Not needed
Billing and invoicing
No; finance bills from the ERP
Not needed
Illustrative only.
Because billing and CLM are not used, Corvane’s shortlist moves from quote-to-revenue suites to CPQ plus a deal room. If finance had billed from DealHub, the suites group would stay on the list. The audit takes an afternoon and usually narrows the field more than a feature grid.
How do you choose a DealHub alternative?
- Audit usage by module before renewal: CPQ, DealRoom, CLM, subscriptions and billing.
- Test your hardest quote. Give each vendor your most complex bundle, discount and approval path and watch them build it.
- Check the CRM fit. Revenue Cloud is sold by Salesforce and Revenue Hub by HubSpot; the others integrate with one or more CRMs.
- Decide where signature happens and whether legal accepts the new tool’s e-signature.
- Plan the data move. Price books, product rules and open quotes need migrating; ask for an export format before you sign.
If the quote is one step in a multi-stakeholder deal, book a Revspire demo of CPQ inside a digital sales room.
Frequently asked questions
What are the best DealHub alternatives?
For quote-to-revenue suites, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Conga CPQ and Subskribe. For CPQ inside the CRM, HubSpot Revenue Hub. For deal rooms with quotes and signatures, GetAccept, PandaDoc, Dock or Revspire.
Who are DealHub’s competitors?
In CPQ: Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Conga CPQ, Subskribe and HubSpot’s native quoting. In proposals and deal rooms: PandaDoc, GetAccept and Dock.
How much does DealHub cost?
DealHub does not publish prices; its pricing page names Growth and Scale tiers and asks you to request pricing. Vendr reports a median of $44,400 a year across 145 purchases, last updated February 2026.
Is DealHub a CPQ or a digital sales room?
Both. DealHub sells CPQ, CLM, subscriptions and billing alongside DealRoom, which it describes as a way to send digital sales proposals with collaboration and e-signing.
What is the difference between CPQ and a deal room?
CPQ builds a correct, approved quote: products, rules, prices and discounts. A deal room is where the buyer reads the quote with the rest of the deal content, agrees next steps and signs. Some vendors sell both.
