10 Best CPQ Software in 2026
A practical perspective for connecting this idea to your revenue team’s next move.
CPQ software (configure, price, quote) lets sellers build valid product configurations, apply approved prices and discounts, route approvals and send a quote or proposal without spreadsheets. The best CPQ software in 2026 includes Salesforce Revenue Cloud and HubSpot for CRM-native quoting, Conga, Oracle and SAP for enterprise suites, DealHub and Subskribe for B2B SaaS, and Tacton or Experlogix for manufacturers.
Each tool is described from its own product and pricing pages, with one limitation and when to choose it, plus a short section for teams leaving Salesforce CPQ.
Last updated: 20 October 2026
Disclosure: Revspire publishes this list and is one of the tools on it. Tools are grouped by type, with each vendor’s own published information checked on 20 October 2026. Within each group they are listed alphabetically; the order is not a ranking.
What is CPQ software?
CPQ software turns what the customer wants into a correct, approved price. The rules engine blocks product combinations that cannot be built or sold together, the pricing engine applies the right price book and discount limits, and anything outside policy goes to an approver before the buyer sees it. Our guide to CPQ for complex products explains why bundles, options and multi-year terms make this hard.
A typical CPQ tool does five jobs:
- Configure: product rules, required components and incompatible options.
- Price: price books by region, currency or channel, with tiers, subscriptions and usage charges.
- Govern discounts: limits by role and approval routing by margin, discount or deal size.
- Quote: branded quote or proposal documents, often with e-signature.
- Hand off: pass the accepted quote to contracts, orders, billing or the ERP, and handle renewals.
How to choose CPQ software
Start from your product catalogue and systems of record, then score each tool on:
- CRM and ERP fit: native in your CRM, and which system receives the order? See our post on CPQ integration with CRM.
- Configuration depth: price lists, rules with dependencies, or engineered products needing constraint solving and bills of materials.
- Pricing models: one-time, recurring, usage-based, ramped and tiered charges.
- Approvals and guardrails: routing by margin, discount and term, and warnings before a rep submits.
- Quote-to-cash scope: quote only, or contracts, billing and revenue recognition too.
- Buyer experience: PDF only, or an interactive proposal or deal room with e-signature.
- Commercial terms: per-user or custom pricing, required base licences, implementation time.

CPQ built into your CRM
If one CRM is your system of record and your catalogue is manageable, the CRM vendor’s own CPQ keeps quotes, opportunities and reporting in one data model, at the cost of tying you to that CRM.
HubSpot CPQ (Revenue Hub)
HubSpot sells CPQ in Revenue Hub, its CPQ, billing and payments product built on HubSpot’s Smart CRM (HubSpot CPQ).
- Standout capabilities: flat, stair-step or tiered pricing with regional price books; quote templates; AI quote drafts from the deal; approvals, with workflow-based advanced approvals on Enterprise; quote rules that warn or block publishing; e-sign; payments via HubSpot Payments or Stripe (HubSpot knowledge base, updated 22 June 2026).
- Pricing: quoting needs a Revenue Hub Professional or Enterprise seat; the Free plan has none. HubSpot’s product catalog lists the Revenue seat at $95 (Professional) or $140 (Enterprise) per month; the Revenue Hub pricing page shows Professional from $85 per seat per month, depending on billing period (checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: the help article describes no configuration rules for product dependencies, so test it against any catalogue with required or incompatible options.
- Choose it if: HubSpot is your CRM and products are priced by list, tier or region.
Salesforce Revenue Cloud (Agentforce Revenue Management)
Salesforce calls Revenue Cloud Advanced the successor to Salesforce CPQ, part of its Agentforce Revenue Management suite (Salesforce).
- Standout capabilities: rules- and constraint-based configuration, an attribute-based catalogue, a configurable pricing engine, automated cross-functional approval chains, contract amendments and renewals, and Agentforce to create, modify and summarise quotes (Revenue Cloud overview, modified 14 October 2026).
- Pricing: Revenue Cloud Growth (quoting, order capture, subscriptions) is $150 and Revenue Cloud Advanced (adding contracts and orders, consumption and invoicing, and AI and analytics) is $200 per user per month, billed annually; Advanced requires an annual contract (Revenue Cloud pricing, modified 21 September 2026, checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: it is a paid add-on, bought in addition to a Sales Cloud subscription.
- Choose it if: Salesforce is your system of record, or you are planning the move off Salesforce CPQ.
Enterprise CPQ suites
These vendors sell CPQ within wider pricing, contract or ERP suites. Choose from this group when quotes must flow into contracts, orders and back-office systems across many products, regions and channels.
Conga (Advantage CPQ and Smart CPQ)
Conga sells two CPQ products: Advantage CPQ, on the Conga Advantage Platform, and Smart CPQ, from PROS. Conga announced on 2 February 2026 that it had completed the acquisition of the B2B business of PROS Holdings, Inc. from funds affiliated with Thoma Bravo (Thoma Bravo), after announcing binding preliminary terms on 1 October 2025. On 20 October 2026, a PROS Smart CPQ product guide link redirected to Conga Smart CPQ.
- Standout capabilities: Advantage CPQ offers rules-based configuration for goods, services, subscriptions and usage, contracted pricing, discount guidance and approvals, proposal generation and alignment with Conga CLM. Smart CPQ adds AI that suggests target prices and discount ceilings from historical deals, bill-of-materials automation and native Salesforce and Dynamics 365 deployment; Conga cites sub-second performance on 10,000+ line items.
- Pricing: not published; the pricing page offers a customised plan on request (checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: with two CPQ products, confirm which one a proposal covers and how their roadmaps relate.
- Choose it if: quotes must connect to contract management and document generation, or you want AI price guidance on a large catalogue.
Oracle CPQ
Oracle Configure, Price, Quote sits in Oracle’s customer experience (CX) sales applications (Oracle CPQ, updated 15 December 2025).
- Standout capabilities: guided selling with AI product suggestions for reps, partners and customers; multitier and channel pricing with real-time discount guidance; automatic approval routing; quotes, proposals and contracts in multiple languages with eSignature; subscriptions and renewals. Oracle names Oracle Sales and Salesforce as CRMs and says CPQ works with more than 20 ERP systems, including E-Business Suite, JD Edwards and SAP.
- Pricing: not published; demo request or sales contact (checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot are not named as CRMs, though Oracle says it can integrate with any CRM.
- Choose it if: you run Oracle or several ERPs and sell through partners and customer self-service.
SAP CPQ
SAP describes SAP CPQ as a B2B and B2C platform for selling complex products, solutions and services (SAP Learning).
- Standout capabilities: configurator rules that block incompatible options; discount limits by user type, with larger discounts routed to a manager; PDF quotes and upsell prompts; automated proposal generation (SAP); integration with SAP Subscription Billing (SAP Learning).
- Pricing: not published on SAP’s CPQ product page (checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: SAP Learning describes further customization through IronPython scripts in a Script Workbench, so check how much of your logic would need scripting.
- Choose it if: your quotes need to flow into SAP billing and back-office processes.
Quote-to-close platforms with buyer-facing deal rooms
These tools put the quote in front of the buyer in a shared web room rather than only as a PDF. They suit B2B SaaS, mid-market and enterprise teams that want quoting, proposals and the buyer’s side of the deal in one flow.
DealHub
DealHub sells CPQ alongside proposals, contracts, subscriptions and billing on one platform (DealHub CPQ).
- Standout capabilities: guided configuration; a price book for usage-based, tiered and fixed pricing; parallel and one-click approvals; DealRoom proposals with e-signature; renewals and amendments; billing and revenue recognition modules; native Salesforce, Dynamics 365 and HubSpot integrations, with other CRMs via API. DealHub says most implementations go live within 3 months.
- Pricing: Growth and Scale (“Advanced billing control”) plans, no prices; pricing on request (DealHub pricing, checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: advanced billing sits in the Scale plan, so confirm which plan your quote covers.
- Choose it if: you want CPQ, proposals, e-signature and subscription billing from one vendor on any of the three big CRMs.
Revspire
Revspire’s Configure Price Quotation module builds complex bundles, applies discounts with approval workflows and generates proposals, on the same platform as its Content Hub, AI Playbook Engine and Digital Sales Rooms.
- Standout capabilities: guided configuration with product rules and nested dependencies; global price books with currency rules and floor-price protection; approval routing by margin, discount depth or contract value; real-time margin guardrails; proposals that can be shared in a Revspire Deal Room with mutual action plans and buyer-engagement analytics. Native E-Signer and Advanced CPQ are listed as add-ons.
- Pricing: priced per module rather than per seat, with unlimited user licenses; Content Hub is the base module and CPQ is added to it. Pricing is quoted by sales.
- Limitation: billing and revenue recognition are not described, so subscription billing stays in your billing system or ERP.
- Choose it if: quotes and proposals should sit with the content, playbooks and deal rooms your sellers already use.
Subskribe (a DealHub company)
Subskribe is a quote-to-revenue platform for SaaS companies. Its CEO announced on 19 November 2025 that DealHub had acquired Subskribe and that, as a DealHub company, it would continue product development and support (Subskribe).
- Standout capabilities: ramp deals, amendments and renewals; recurring and usage-based charges with volume, tier and block pricing; approvals by deal size, discount and payment terms; native e-signature; a branded Sales Room; Salesforce and HubSpot integration; separate Billing and Revenue Recognition products (Subskribe CPQ).
- Pricing: custom, by products, term and seats, with integrations included; CPQ and Billing can be bought separately, and a calculator gives a rough estimate from your answers (Subskribe pricing, checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: the CPQ page names Salesforce and HubSpot as its native CRM integrations.
- Choose it if: you sell SaaS with usage-based or hybrid pricing and want quoting, billing and revenue recognition from one vendor; ask how it will relate to DealHub’s own billing.
CPQ for manufacturers
Manufacturers need engines that understand engineering constraints, produce bills of materials and show buyers what they are getting.
Experlogix CPQ
Experlogix CPQ is built for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Business Central, and Finance and Supply Chain Management) and Salesforce (Experlogix CPQ).
- Standout capabilities: a real-time rules engine; 2D and 3D visualization; pricing with contract terms, tiers, regional rules and margin guardrails; quotes, proposals and contracts from live CRM data; bill of materials and routing data handed to the ERP; AI configuration suggestions checked by the rules engine.
- Pricing: not published; free trial and demo offered (checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: the page names only Dynamics 365 and Salesforce as platforms.
- Choose it if: you build configurable products on Dynamics 365 and quotes must become production-ready orders.
Tacton CPQ
Tacton CPQ is part of the Tacton Connected Suite for manufacturers of highly configurable products (Tacton, modified 30 September 2026).
- Standout capabilities: constraint-based configuration; real-time 3D and augmented reality visualization; dynamic pricing with margin and approval logic; branded quotes; self-service for customers, dealers and partners. Named integrations include Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot, Oracle and Infor.
- Pricing: not published; its CPQ pricing page describes pricing features, not prices (checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: Tacton positions it for manufacturers of highly configurable products.
- Choose it if: you sell configure-to-order or engineer-to-order equipment that dealers or buyers configure visually.
Leaving Salesforce CPQ? What Salesforce says
Salesforce’s page states: “Salesforce CPQ is end of sale, not end of life.” The same Salesforce page (no publication date shown; checked 20 October 2026) says:
- New customers can no longer buy Salesforce CPQ licences, and the product will get no new features.
- Existing customers can keep using it, renew, add users and get support under current terms; there is no forced migration, and Salesforce says it has not announced an end-of-life date.
- The successor is Revenue Cloud Advanced, in the Agentforce Revenue Management suite; Revenue Cloud Billing is a separate product.
- A typical migration runs 3 to 6 months, and about 15% of Revenue Cloud Advanced customers have migrated from Salesforce CPQ.
That leaves three paths: stay while it is supported, migrate to Revenue Cloud, or compare CRM-independent options such as DealHub, Conga or Oracle. Our post on Salesforce CPQ end of sale covers the decision.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best CPQ software?
It depends on your CRM and catalogue. Salesforce and HubSpot users should test their CRM vendor’s CPQ first; companies with large catalogues and ERP hand-offs compare Conga, Oracle and SAP; SaaS teams look at DealHub and Subskribe; manufacturers look at Tacton and Experlogix.
How much does CPQ software cost?
Eight of the ten vendors here publish no prices. Salesforce lists Revenue Cloud at $150 or $200 per user per month billed annually, and HubSpot lists Revenue Hub seats at $95 (from $85, depending on billing period) or $140 per month (checked 20 October 2026). Budget for implementation too: Salesforce puts a typical CPQ migration at 3 to 6 months.
Does HubSpot have CPQ?
Yes. HubSpot CPQ is part of Revenue Hub and needs a Professional or Enterprise seat. It covers price books, quote templates, approvals, quote rules, e-signature and payments on HubSpot’s own CRM.
What is replacing Salesforce CPQ?
Salesforce names Revenue Cloud Advanced, part of Agentforce Revenue Management, as the successor. Salesforce CPQ is end of sale for new customers but not end of life, and existing customers face no forced migration.
What is the difference between CPQ and proposal software?
CPQ decides what can be sold and at what price, with rules and approvals. Proposal software formats the document, tracks views and collects signatures. DealHub, Subskribe, Conga and Revspire do both; with simple pricing, proposal software alone may be enough.
