Qwilr Alternatives in 2026: 8 Options With Published Prices

A practical perspective for connecting this idea to your revenue team’s next move.

The best Qwilr alternatives depend on what you need that Qwilr does not give you. For document-first proposals with approvals, look at PandaDoc, Proposify or Better Proposals. For story-led interactive decks, Storydoc. For a full deal room with mutual action plans around the proposal, Aligned, Dock, GetAccept or Revspire.

Qwilr turns proposals and quotes into interactive web pages with e-sign, payments and engagement alerts. Teams usually start looking elsewhere because of plan minimums, the CRM integration they need sitting on a higher tier, or because the proposal has become one small part of a longer, multi-stakeholder deal. This guide covers eight alternatives with published prices, one limitation each and when to pick them.

Last updated: 27 October 2026

Disclosure: Revspire publishes this list. Revspire appears once, in the deal room group, and is not ranked above other tools. Tools are grouped by job and listed alphabetically within each group. Every price was checked on the vendor’s own website on 27 October 2026.

What Qwilr costs and includes today

Qwilr’s pricing page (checked 27 October 2026) lists three plans, all per user per month in USD:

Qwilr plan

Price

Minimum

Notable inclusions

Starter

$35 billed annually, $49 monthly

1 seat

E-sign, analytics, QwilrPay, HubSpot, Zoho and Pipedrive integrations; 40 free documents on annual billing; 60 days of analytics history

Growth

$55, annual only

5 users

Automations, custom branding, Microsoft Dynamics integration, identity verification, 200 free documents

Scale

$75, annual only

10 users

Salesforce integration, conditional content, Smart Proposal Engine, AI Prefill, 600 free documents

Qwilr list prices, 27 October 2026. QwilrPay fees are 0.09% per transaction on Starter and 0% on Growth and Scale, plus Stripe fees.

So a Salesforce team pays for at least 10 Scale seats, which is $75 x 10 x 12 = $9,000 a year at list price, before any extra documents or design services. That threshold is the most common reason Salesforce teams compare alternatives.

Document-first proposal tools

Choose this group if your buyers’ procurement and legal teams prefer a document they can download, redline and file. Our sales proposal software guide compares more of them.

Better Proposals

  • What it does: proposals with digital signatures, payments, interactive pricing tables and a content library on every plan, with CRM integrations, custom domain and API from Premium (Better Proposals pricing).
  • Pricing: Starter, Premium and Enterprise shown at $13, $21 and $42 and at $19, $29 and $49 a user a month, with an annual option that says “Save up to 35%” (checked 27 October 2026).
  • Limitation: the page’s billing labels conflict, so get the price for your term in writing.
  • Choose it when: you like web-style proposals but want a lower entry price than Qwilr.

PandaDoc

  • What it does: proposals, quotes, contracts and eSignature, with a content library, approval workflows and CRM integrations from Business, up to three Deal Rooms on Business and CPQ as an Enterprise option (PandaDoc pricing).
  • Pricing: Free (5 documents a month); Starter $19 and Business $49 per seat a month, billed annually; Enterprise quoted (checked 27 October 2026). See our PandaDoc pricing guide.
  • Limitation: the Salesforce integration is a paid add-on on Business and Enterprise.
  • Choose it when: you send contracts and other documents as well as proposals and want one tool for all of them.

Proposify

  • What it does: proposals with unlimited documents and e-signatures, content library and product catalog on Build; roles, approval workflows and API access from Grow (Proposify pricing).
  • Pricing: Build $39 a user a month billed annually ($49 monthly); Grow $65 billed annually; Scale $107 a user a month through a $12,800 a year platform fee that includes 10 users (checked 27 October 2026). See PandaDoc vs Proposify.
  • Limitation: Salesforce is listed as a premium add-on.
  • Choose it when: a proposal team needs approvals and content control more than web-page design.

Interactive deck alternative

Storydoc

  • What it does: interactive decks and documents with analytics; Pro adds collaboration, a workspace, integrations and version control (Storydoc pricing).
  • Pricing: Starter billed annually at $237.60 a year with 5 active documents; Pro billed annually at $432 a year with 30 active documents; Teams, for 5+ users, quoted (checked 27 October 2026).
  • Limitation: the page does not say whether prices are per user, and e-sign and CRM rows are not clearly assigned to plans.
  • Choose it when: you liked Qwilr for its look and mostly send pitch and proposal decks rather than quotes to sign.

Deal rooms that hold the proposal

When five or more people on the buyer’s side need the proposal, the security pack and the next steps, a deal room does more than a proposal page. Our digital sales room software guide and Aligned alternatives page go further.

Aligned

  • What it does: digital sales rooms with mutual action plans, a stakeholder map and room analytics on every plan; Pro adds AI features and Gong and PandaDoc integrations (Aligned pricing).
  • Pricing: Starter free (4 rooms per seat); Basic $35 a seat a month or $29 on annual billing; Pro $60 or $49; Enterprise quoted. Buyer stakeholders never cost a seat (checked 27 October 2026; the page does not label which price is monthly, and the lower set matches its “Save 18%” annual toggle).
  • Limitation: full two-way Salesforce and HubSpot sync is listed only on Enterprise, and the pricing page does not list e-signature.
  • Choose it when: you want mutual action plans for every deal at a low per-seat price and can keep a separate proposal or signature tool.

Dock

  • What it does: sales deal rooms, sales order forms with a sign action, content management and customer onboarding workspaces (Dock).
  • Pricing: Free; Standard $350 a month with 5 users; Premium $1,000 a month billed annually with 10 users; extra seats $50 a month; external collaborators free (Dock pricing, checked 27 October 2026).
  • Limitation: CRM-integrated order forms start on Premium.
  • Choose it when: you want the room to carry the deal from proposal through order form to onboarding.

GetAccept

  • What it does: eSign with templates and a content library on every plan; Professional adds GetAccept AI, mutual action plans, stakeholder engagement and CRM integrations; Enterprise adds CPQ and conditional content (GetAccept pricing).
  • Pricing: eSign $25 a user a month; Professional $49 a user a month billed annually with a 5-user minimum; Enterprise quoted (checked 27 October 2026).
  • Limitation: conditional content, which Qwilr lists on Scale, is listed on GetAccept’s Enterprise plan.
  • Choose it when: you want proposal, signature and a room with mutual action plans from one vendor.

Revspire

  • What it does: an AI sales enablement platform. Digital Sales Rooms include branded rooms, mutual action plans with owners and due dates, AI content recommendations by deal stage and stakeholder role, AI stakeholder mapping and real-time engagement analytics. The CPQ module handles bundles, price books, discount approval routing and proposal generation.
  • Pricing: priced by module with unlimited user licenses; about $25,000 USD a year on average (Revspire pricing).
  • Limitation: no free plan or self-serve start, and it is not a drag-and-drop proposal page designer; small teams sending a handful of proposals a month will usually pay less with a proposal tool.
  • Choose it when: proposals are one step in long deals with large buying groups and you also need governed content, quote approvals and enablement.

How to switch from Qwilr without losing work

  • Export what you can before the renewal date. List your live templates, saved blocks and any proposals still awaiting signature.
  • Rebuild your top three templates first. Most teams send most proposals from a few templates. Rebuild those, test them with a real deal and leave the rest for later.
  • Re-create pricing logic. If you used Qwilr’s quote blocks or conditional content, check which plan of the new tool includes the equivalent.
  • Move payments last. If buyers pay inside QwilrPay, decide where payment collection will live before you switch.
  • Reconnect the CRM. Confirm the integration you need is on the plan you are buying, not an add-on.

If your proposals now go to large buying committees, book a Revspire demo of deal rooms with mutual action plans and CPQ.
