Sales Pitch Practice Tools in 2026: 12 Options for Pitch and Demo

A practical perspective for connecting this idea to your revenue team’s next move.

The best sales pitch practice tool depends on what you need to fix. To score recorded pitches on delivery, look at Showpad Pitch AI, SalesHood or Mindtickle. To rehearse a live pitch or demo against an AI buyer, Hyperbound, Second Nature, Yoodli or Gong Enable. To certify reps inside a wider training programme, Allego, Bigtincan, Highspot or Revspire. In regulated industries, Quantified.

Pitch practice is different from cold call practice. A pitch is longer, often shown on screen, and usually has to be certified before a launch or a new quarter. This guide compares 12 tools on how reps submit a pitch, whether they can share a screen, what the vendor says about certification, and what each one charges.

Last updated: 27 October 2026

Disclosure: Revspire publishes this list. Revspire appears once, in the certification group, and is not ranked above other tools. Tools are grouped by practice format and listed alphabetically within each group. Every feature and price below was checked on the vendor’s own website on 27 October 2026.

What makes pitch practice work?

A pitch has two parts that need different feedback: what the rep says (message, proof, the ask) and how they say it (pace, pauses, filler words, presence). Good pitch practice tools cover both, then add three things:

  • A standard to pass. A written rubric and a pass mark, so “ready” means the same thing across regions.
  • A realistic audience. For demos, the AI buyer should react to what is on screen or to more than one stakeholder.
  • A record. Certification needs proof of who passed, on which version of the pitch, and when.

For certification programme design, see how to build a sales certification program.

Recorded pitch review and pitch certification

Reps record or run a pitch on their own time and get scored feedback; managers review only where needed. This suits launch certification across a large team.

Mindtickle

  • What it does: the AI Sales Role Play page describes “Launch pitch competitions at scale”, pitch certification for product launches and “automated certification based on scores that you set”. Reps can “Share your screen and do role plays to practise demos and presentations”, and soft-skill feedback covers talk ratio, pace and filler words. Reps can practise in 25+ languages (Mindtickle AI Sales Role Play).
  • Pricing: not published; the page says pricing depends on company size and team structure (checked 27 October 2026).
  • Limitation: no self-serve free version, so you cannot test a pitch flow before a sales call.
  • Choose it when: you run several launches a year and want pitch competitions and certification in one readiness platform.

SalesHood

  • What it does: every plan lists AI-scored seller readiness and pitch practice. The AI Role Play page names “product pitches” among its scenarios and AE demo practice among popular uses; the AI grades each criterion on your scorecard of up to 10 criteria and explains every score, with an 80% default pass mark for certification and manager review on top (SalesHood AI Role Play).
  • Pricing: not published. Essential, Pro and Unlimited include 10, 80 or unlimited AI Pitch Practice and AI Role Play submissions per licence (SalesHood pricing, checked 27 October 2026). See our SalesHood pricing guide.
  • Limitation: on Essential, 10 submissions per licence leaves little room for retries during a launch.
  • Choose it when: you want a clear default pass mark and pitch practice bundled with content and onboarding.

Showpad

  • What it does: Pitch AI gives “instant, actionable feedback on sellers’ recorded pitch submissions”, scoring delivery such as pace, pauses, body language and enthusiasm. Videos and scores go to managers for coaching, and pitch practice can be built into Courses & Paths with certification exercises. The page says “Pitch AI isn’t a standalone practice tool”; live practice is Roleplay AI (Showpad Pitch AI).
  • Pricing: not published. The pricing page lists Roleplay AI on Advanced and Expert but does not list Pitch AI in any plan (Showpad pricing, checked 27 October 2026).
  • Limitation: you need to ask which plan includes Pitch AI.
  • Choose it when: delivery and on-camera presence are the gap, for example before customer-facing video calls.

Live pitch and demo rehearsal with an AI buyer

Here the rep pitches to an AI buyer that asks questions and pushes back, closer to a real meeting.

Gong Enable

  • What it does: Dry Run lets reps “Practice every upcoming customer meeting through live AI role-play before it happens”, and AI Trainer turns past calls into practice scenarios (Gong Enable).
  • Pricing: not published; Gong licences are per user with a platform fee (Gong pricing, checked 27 October 2026).
  • Limitation: the page does not mention pitch practice or certification, and there is no free trial.
  • Choose it when: reps need to rehearse a specific upcoming meeting and you already use Gong.

Hyperbound

  • What it does: Practice offers “Live screen-share roleplays: Practice your demo in real time with AI that understands what’s on your screen” and multi-party roleplays that “Simulate real buying committees with multiple stakeholders”. The page says certifications and ramping difficulty give newer reps a clear path (Hyperbound Practice).
  • Pricing: not published; Free, Practice and Perform plans are named (Hyperbound pricing, checked 27 October 2026).
  • Limitation: the page does not explain how certifications are earned.
  • Choose it when: demo delivery to a buying committee is the skill you need to build.

Second Nature

  • What it does: describes itself as a “virtual pitch partner” and lists a sample to “Practice pitching your product and qualifying a new prospect”, product demos and needs assessment, plus multi-persona avatar meetings for B2B and B2C (Second Nature).
  • Pricing: not published; pricing questions go to the demo form (checked 27 October 2026).
  • Limitation: the homepage does not describe how certification works; it appears only in a customer quote.
  • Choose it when: you want reps to pitch to lifelike avatars, with the result fed into your LMS via SCORM or LTI.

Yoodli

  • What it does: lists scenarios such as “Pitching a joint solution alongside a partner rep” and a discovery call “with a skeptical VP who has heard every pitch” (Yoodli). Its certification page says “Attempts are AI-graded, and managers step in only on the criteria that need a human eye”, and that partners certify on messaging, positioning and demos (Yoodli onboarding and certification).
  • Pricing: Pro $8 and Advanced $20 a month billed annually for individuals; Business per seat with no published price (Yoodli pricing, checked 27 October 2026).
  • Limitation: the certification page does not state a pass threshold.
  • Choose it when: you certify partners as well as your own sellers on the same pitch.

Pitch certification inside readiness suites

These platforms put pitch practice inside courses, learning paths and content you already manage.

Allego

  • What it does: AI Role Play lets reps “Practice safely on demand against lifelike AI video avatars”, with “Manager scoring, rubrics & side-by-side review” and “custom badges and certifications” (Allego pricing).
  • Pricing: not published; per user per month, billed annually upfront, typical three-year term (checked 27 October 2026).
  • Limitation: the page does not use the phrase pitch practice; ask to see a recorded pitch workflow.
  • Choose it when: managers want to compare attempts side by side before signing off certification.

Bigtincan

  • What it does: RolePlayAI simulates conversations in audio or text with “customer communication styles ranging from intense to easygoing”, and role-plays can be added to coaching challenges, onboarding programmes and certification courses (Bigtincan RolePlayAI).
  • Pricing: not published; RolePlayAI is listed in both Essential and Elite editions (Bigtincan pricing, checked 27 October 2026).
  • Limitation: the page does not describe a scoring method.
  • Choose it when: Bigtincan already hosts your content and courses.

Highspot

  • What it does: the Better tier adds “Role Play and feedback as part of training” and “AI feedback on training”; Best adds role play for coaching (Highspot pricing). The role-play page offers multi-persona sessions and “Instant AI feedback on delivery and tone” (Highspot AI Role Play).
  • Pricing: not published (checked 27 October 2026).
  • Limitation: the role-play page does not mention certification.
  • Choose it when: you want pitch practice delivered as a step in Highspot training courses.

Revspire

  • What it does: AI Sales Training & Coaching offers AI video role-play of buyer conversations, instant AI scoring for clarity, confidence and objection handling, deal-specific objection practice with battle cards, team readiness tracking, and seller onboarding, training and certification without a separate LMS. Content Hub and the AI Playbook Engine, separate modules, manage approved content and role-specific messaging.
  • Pricing: priced by module with unlimited user licenses; about $25,000 USD a year on average (Revspire pricing).
  • Limitation: the platform page does not describe screen-share demo practice, and Revspire does not record or score real calls (Conversation Intelligence is coming soon).
  • Choose it when: you want the approved pitch, the battle cards and the certification in one system, with no per-seat cost as the team grows.

Pitch practice for regulated messaging

Quantified

  • What it does: AI coaching and role-play “for life sciences and regulated industries”. Reps practise on approved messaging with healthcare professional personas; Compliance AI “checks every response against on-label messaging”, and reps certify on “demonstrated behavior, scored against your own criteria and exemplars, with an audit-ready record” (Quantified).
  • Pricing: not shown on the homepage (checked 27 October 2026).
  • Limitation: its listed industries centre on pharmaceuticals, medical devices, insurance and financial services, so check fit for a general B2B software pitch.
  • Choose it when: every pitch has to stay on-label and you need an audit trail.

Worked example: certifying 30 account executives on a launch pitch

Quillmark Health Data (fictional) launches a new module in three weeks. All 30 account executives must certify on a 5-minute pitch and a 10-minute demo first.

Week

Activity

Who reviews

1

Recorded 5-minute pitch, up to 3 attempts, scored on message and delivery

AI first; manager sees final attempt only

2

Live 10-minute demo to two AI personas (a sponsor and a skeptical IT lead)

AI score against a 6-criterion rubric

3

Retakes for anyone below the pass mark; certification issued

Manager on borderline cases

Illustrative plan. Pass mark set at 80%, the default SalesHood publishes; choose your own.

Manager time: watching every week-1 attempt would take 30 x 3 x 5 = 450 minutes, or 7.5 hours. If AI scores first and managers watch only the final attempt of reps who land within 10 points of the pass mark, say 8 reps, that is 8 x 5 = 40 minutes. The numbers are illustrative; the point is to decide in advance which attempts a human must see.

How do you choose a sales pitch practice tool?

  • Separate pitch from demo. If reps present on screen, test screen-share practice in the trial; only some pages mention it.
  • Decide what is scored. Delivery scoring (pace, filler words, presence) and content scoring (message, proof, ask) are different features.
  • Write the pass mark first. Then check the tool can hold it and keep a dated record.
  • Count retries. Submission caps per licence matter during a launch week.
  • Plan the manager step. Ask which attempts reach a manager and how long a review takes.

Frequently asked questions

How can I practise a sales pitch with AI?

Record or run your pitch against an AI buyer, get a score on message and delivery, then repeat the weakest section. Recorded tools such as Showpad Pitch AI score delivery; live tools such as Hyperbound or Yoodli let the buyer interrupt and ask questions.

What is sales pitch certification?

A check that a rep can deliver the approved pitch to a set standard before using it with customers, usually scored against a rubric with a pass mark and recorded. See sales certification.

Is recorded or live pitch practice better?

Recorded practice is easier to schedule and review at scale, and suits delivery. Live practice with an AI buyer is closer to a real meeting and suits demos and questions. Many launch programmes use both.

Is there free AI pitch practice?

Yoodli’s Starter plan includes 5 lifetime sessions, Hyperbound names a Free plan, and Mindtickle offers a free demo. Team features such as custom rubrics and certification usually need a paid plan.
