Does SalesHood publish its prices?
SalesHood pricing is not published: its pricing page shows three editions, Essential, Pro and Unlimited, with no price, currency, billing unit, seat minimum or contract length, and asks buyers to talk with its team. AI role play is capped per licence below Unlimited.
No. SalesHood's pricing page showed no dollar amount, no other currency symbol, no billing unit, no per-seat rate, no seat minimum and no contract length anywhere when we checked it on 22 October 2026. It names three editions and asks you to "Talk with our team to build the right package.", with further links reading "Talk with our team" and "Talk to a SalesHood Pricing Expert" and a header button reading "Book a demo". That means every number in a SalesHood deal comes out of a sales conversation, and the published page is useful only for working out which edition you are being quoted.
The page also states no free plan, no free trial, no nonprofit or startup discount, and no add-on prices beyond marking one item as an add-on. So there is no self-serve route in and no published list price to anchor a negotiation against. What the page does give you, unusually for a quote-only vendor, is a set of hard numeric limits per edition, and those limits are the most practical thing on it: they tell you which edition your use case actually needs before you hear a price.
What do SalesHood's three editions include?
Each edition is the one before it plus a layer. The taglines and limits below are as the pricing page showed them on 22 October 2026:
| Edition | Tagline | What the page lists, and the limits |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | "Build your enablement foundation." | Content and knowledge management, training and onboarding with progress tracking, seller readiness with AI pitch feedback and scoring, AI practice, essential performance reports and standard integrations with tools such as Salesforce, Box, Drive and Dropbox. Limits: AI Pitch Practice and AI Role Play 10 "Submissions/license", Customizable Pages 10, Learning Paths 10, Languages 2 |
| Pro (labelled "Popular") | "Accelerate revenue execution." | Adds digital sales rooms, mutual action plans, guided selling inside the CRM workflow, AI coaching and guidance, AI answers and content writer, and advanced reporting and integrations. Limits: AI Pitch Practice and AI Role Play 80 "Submissions/license", Customizable Pages 30, Languages 6; Salesforce Correlation Engine shown as "Request" |
| Unlimited | "Scale enablement across your enterprise." | Adds unlimited AI coaching and guidance, unlimited page personalisation, global language support and premium customer success. Limits: AI Pitch Practice, AI Role Play and Languages all "Unlimited" |
Two things on that table are worth reading twice. The first is the AI practice cap. SalesHood sells AI role play as a core capability - its AI Role Play page describes live voice conversations with an AI buyer built from a scenario, with configurable persona, demeanour and objections, scoring against a scorecard of up to 10 criteria with an 80% default pass mark for certification, and live talking avatars listed as in beta - yet Essential allows 10 submissions per licence and Pro 80. If your plan is to certify a whole sales team on a new pitch twice a year, work out the submissions a rep will actually use and check that number against the edition in your quote, because running out is an upgrade conversation rather than an overage.
The second is where the buyer-facing side of the platform starts. Digital sales rooms, mutual action plans and guided selling are listed on Pro, not Essential. SalesHood's Digital Sales Rooms (also called Client Sites) are no-code branded microsites with mutual action plans, GenAI call recaps, personalised video messages, content templates and real-time engagement tracking synced with CRM data. If rooms are the reason you are buying, Essential is not the edition, whatever it costs.
There is also a language discrepancy to settle in writing. The Unlimited edition's own feature text on the pricing page refers to 18 languages, while the comparison table lists Languages as "Unlimited" for that edition, and a SalesHood release dated 9 July 2026 announced native support for 19 languages across the interface, content, learning, AI coaching, role play and buyer engagement. Three different answers sit on the vendor's own pages, so ask which languages your contract covers and in which products.
What are you actually buying from SalesHood?
SalesHood is a single platform with six applications rather than a bundle of separately licensed products, which is why the edition you land on matters more than the module names. Its platform page calls it an "Agentic AI Sales Enablement Platform" and lists Content Management, Training & Onboarding, AI Coaching, AI Role Play, Guided Selling and Digital Sales Rooms, sitting on a Revenue Enablement Platform with AI Teammate and Intelligence (Impact Insights) analytics; it states support for the MEDDICC, Other-Centered Selling and SPICED methodologies. Note that MEDDPICC content is marked as an add-on on all three editions on the pricing page, so methodology content is a separate line even where the methodology is supported.
The AI is presented as one assistant across workflows rather than as priced agents. AI Teammate is described as "One AI assistant for every revenue workflow" in three parts: Ask SalesHood AI, which answers from company knowledge; AI Coaching, covering role play, pitch feedback and skills assessments; and Create With AI, which generates learning, role plays, certifications and playbooks from existing content. AI Coaching adds scorecards and recommendations, just-in-time skills assessments, manager coaching insights, an AI Training and Role-Play Builder, coaching huddles, peer feedback and gamified challenges. No AI feature on the pages we checked carries a credit meter or a separate price; the metering that does exist is the submission cap per licence.
Content Management lists AI Content Search, a centralised sales library, dynamic content pages, contextual content recommendations, AI Content Publisher, content performance insights and AI Content Audit, with content surfaced in Salesforce, Microsoft and Gmail. Training & Onboarding lists an AI Program Builder that turns existing content into onboarding, learning and certification programmes, learning paths, assessments and certifications, peer feedback and readiness analytics. Guided Selling lists interactive playbooks, AI Answers & Guidance, dynamic pages, playbook templates, leaderboards and playbook insights, though the page does not name a CRM or collaboration tool it runs inside. Integrations named across SalesHood's own pages are Google Drive, Microsoft, Salesforce and Slack on the homepage, Box, Dropbox and SharePoint file sync on the pricing page, Gmail on the content page, and HubSpot, Zoom and Gong in a December 2025 release; the marketing site has no integrations page.
Is there third-party data on SalesHood contract prices?
Not that we are willing to quote. Vendr has a SalesHood page last updated February 2026 that shows contract figures and per-user estimates, but it states no purchase count behind them, so there is no sample size to judge the numbers by and we do not repeat them here. Vendr does describe a contract shape that is consistent with the pricing page: per-user, per-month subscriptions with annual contracts standard and two- or three-year terms offered, and it says SalesHood does not publish list prices. It also uses tier names - "Essentials", "Professional", "Enterprise" - that do not match SalesHood's own Essential, Pro and Unlimited, so do not map a Vendr estimate onto an edition in your quote. A re-check of that page on 22 October 2026 was blocked, so the February 2026 date stands as the last we confirmed.
Review sites are no better. A G2 comparison page lists SalesHood's platform with edition names including "Tranform", which SalesHood no longer shows, and attaches a per-user starting price and a free trial that SalesHood's own pricing page does not mention at all. Where a vendor and a review site disagree about something as basic as whether a trial exists, the vendor's page is the one to act on, and here it states no trial. The practical consequence is that your own competitive quotes are the only benchmark you will have, so run a parallel process.
What drives the cost of a SalesHood contract?
SalesHood does not publish a pricing basis, so these are the variables its own pages expose as the things an edition and a quote turn on:
- Licence count. The caps on the pricing page are written "Submissions/license", which tells you the contract is counted in licences even though no per-licence rate is published. Ask what one more licence costs, and whether a manager who only reviews role plays and dashboards needs a paid one.
- Edition. The jump from Essential to Pro adds digital sales rooms, mutual action plans, guided selling and AI coaching; the jump to Unlimited mainly removes caps. Decide which of those you need before the first call, because the edition is the biggest single lever on the number.
- AI practice volume. Ten submissions per licence on Essential and 80 on Pro are the only hard usage limits SalesHood publishes. A certification programme with retries consumes them quickly, and Unlimited is the only edition that removes the cap.
- Languages. Two languages on Essential and six on Pro. For a team selling across several regions this is often what forces the top edition, independent of headcount.
- Pages and learning paths. Customizable Pages are capped at 10 on Essential and 30 on Pro, and Learning Paths at 10 on Essential. These bite on programme design rather than on user count, so a small team with a lot of content can still need a higher edition.
- Add-ons and requests. MEDDPICC content is marked as an add-on on all three editions and the Salesforce Correlation Engine shows as "Request" on Pro. Neither carries a price on the page, so get both quoted as line items rather than agreed in principle.
- Term. SalesHood states no contract length. Vendr describes annual contracts as standard with longer terms offered; ask what a multi-year commitment changes and what the renewal increase is capped at.
What should you ask SalesHood before signing?
- What is the per-licence price, on what billing basis, and what is the minimum licence count? None of this appears on the pricing page.
- Which edition is this quote, and which of the capped rows - AI Role Play, AI Pitch Practice, Customizable Pages, Learning Paths, Languages - apply at the numbers we need?
- What happens when a rep uses up their role-play submissions mid-certification: a block, an overage charge, or an upgrade?
- Are digital sales rooms, mutual action plans and guided selling in this quote, or does taking them mean moving to Pro?
- How many languages does our contract cover, and in which products? The pricing page, the Unlimited feature text and the July 2026 release give different numbers.
- What do MEDDPICC content and the Salesforce Correlation Engine cost as line items, and are the content services, dedicated CSM and QBRs on the page included or charged?
- Is there a trial or a pilot? The pricing page states none, so get any pilot scope, length and cost in writing.
- What is the contract length, the renewal notice period and the renewal increase cap, and what happens to our content and role-play recordings if we leave?
What should you know about SalesHood as a company?
SalesHood is a smaller, long-established independent rather than a platform inside a larger group, which cuts both ways in a procurement review. It was bootstrapped in May 2013 by former Salesforce enablement leader Elay Cohen and Arthur Do, and on 3 May 2017 it announced a Series A led by TeleSoft Partners with private investors, naming Arjun Gupta chairman; the amount was not stated and we found no later round from a primary source. Elay Cohen is still named as CEO in its 2026 releases, and we found no merger or acquisition announced as of October 2026. If a multi-year term is on the table, ask about ownership and roadmap commitments directly.
On analyst recognition, SalesHood says in a release dated 22 December 2025 that it was named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Revenue Enablement Platforms dated 10 November 2025; a published Leaders list for that report names seven vendors, including SalesHood alongside Allego, Bigtincan, Highspot, Mindtickle, Seismic and Showpad. SalesHood also says it was a Representative Vendor in Gartner's Market Guide for Digital Sales Rooms in February 2025 and a Leader in the 2025 Aragon Research Globe for Sales Enablement Platforms. Those are SalesHood's own statements about third-party reports.
One gap matters for a security review: SalesHood does not name any security certification on its product or pricing pages, and its Trust Center could not be opened in our research sessions, so we can confirm no SOC 2, ISO 27001 or other attestation from a page we have read. That is not a claim that it holds none - only that you should ask for the report and its scope rather than assume. The same applies to AI data handling: none of the pages we checked states whether customer content or role-play recordings are used to train models.
Frequently asked questions
How much does SalesHood cost?
SalesHood publishes no price. Its pricing page showed no dollar amount, currency, billing unit, per-seat rate, seat minimum or contract length on 22 October 2026, and asks buyers to "Talk with our team to build the right package." Vendr's SalesHood page carries figures but states no purchase count behind them, so there is no benchmark with a sample size to quote. Expect a per-licence annual quote set by edition.
What are SalesHood's pricing editions?
Three: Essential ("Build your enablement foundation."), Pro ("Accelerate revenue execution.", labelled "Popular") and Unlimited ("Scale enablement across your enterprise."). Essential covers content, training, readiness and AI practice; Pro adds digital sales rooms, mutual action plans, guided selling and AI coaching; Unlimited mainly removes the caps and adds global language support and premium customer success. None of the three shows a price.
Does SalesHood limit AI role play?
Yes, below its top edition. The pricing page caps AI Role Play and AI Pitch Practice at 10 "Submissions/license" on Essential and 80 on Pro, and shows them as "Unlimited" on the Unlimited edition. If you plan to certify a team on a pitch with retries, count the submissions a rep will use before you accept an edition, because exceeding the cap is an upgrade rather than an overage.
Does SalesHood offer a free trial or free plan?
Not on its own pages. The pricing page states no free plan, no free trial, no seat minimum and no discount, and every call to action is a conversation with its team or a demo booking. A G2 comparison page claims a free trial, which SalesHood's own page does not mention, so treat the vendor page as authoritative and get any pilot scope, length and cost in writing.
Do SalesHood digital sales rooms come with every edition?
No. Digital sales rooms, also called Client Sites, are listed from the Pro edition, together with mutual action plans, guided selling and AI coaching. They are no-code branded microsites with mutual action plans, GenAI call recaps, personalised video messages, content templates and real-time engagement tracking synced to CRM data. If rooms are your reason for buying, Essential is not the edition to price.
What are the alternatives to SalesHood?
For readiness and training, Mindtickle publishes a comparable quote-based model (Mindtickle pricing) and WorkRamp, now sold by Confirm, publishes per-user entry prices (WorkRamp pricing). For in-flow enablement, see Spekit vs SalesHood. Our best sales enablement tools round-up covers the wider category.
