Best Sales Enablement Software for SaaS in 2026: 9 Tools Compared
A practical perspective for connecting this idea to your revenue team’s next move.
The best sales enablement software for SaaS companies in 2026 includes Dock, Gong Enable, Highspot by Seismic, Mindtickle, Revspire, SalesHood, Seismic, Spekit and Trumpet. For B2B SaaS revenue teams the deciding factors are whether it works in your CRM (often HubSpot, not only Salesforce), how fast it pushes release changes to reps, and how cost grows as you hire.
It is written for VP Sales, enablement and RevOps leaders at SaaS companies of 300 or more employees, where new AE classes start each quarter and product ships every few weeks.
Last updated: 30 October 2026
Disclosure: Revspire publishes this list and sells one of the tools on it. Revspire has one entry. Tools are listed alphabetically. Capabilities and prices were checked on each vendor’s own website on 30 October 2026 unless another date is given. We do not compare security certifications for any vendor; ask each one for its own documents during your security review.

What does a B2B SaaS revenue team need from enablement software?
Most enablement tools store content, track what buyers open and run some training. SaaS teams put pressure on six things that a shortlist built for a manufacturer or a bank can miss.
- CRM fit, including HubSpot. Many SaaS teams run HubSpot, and some run it alongside Salesforce. Of the nine tools here, only Dock, Revspire and Trumpet name HubSpot on the pages we checked, so confirm this early.
- Release velocity. If product ships every two weeks, the demo deck, pricing sheet and battlecards change as often. You want versions that update every shared link, owners and expiry dates on assets, and a way to tell reps what changed without another all-hands.
- Handoff from product-led signups. When a trial account becomes an opportunity, the rep needs content for that account’s stage. No vendor page we opened describes reading product usage data directly, so test this through the CRM fields your product data already fills.
- Onboarding at hiring pace. A new AE class each quarter needs learning paths, practice and a way to see who is ready to take calls. Look for certification or readiness tracking, not just course completion.
- Demos and buyer rooms. A SaaS champion often has to sell internally to finance, security and IT. A room holding the recap, demo recording and mutual action plan helps them.
- Cost from 50 to 500 seats. A per-seat price that suits 40 AEs can double once SDRs, customer success and solutions engineers join. Ask how each vendor licenses viewers, managers and non-quota roles.

The nine tools, reviewed
Dock
- What it does: Dock’s homepage describes an AI revenue enablement platform for training reps, organising content and working with buyers in one place. Its navigation lists sales deal rooms, customer onboarding, client portals, order forms, content management, learning management, playbooks and role play. Its pricing page puts Salesforce and HubSpot on Standard and above, Google Drive and SharePoint sync on Premium, and Okta or Azure SSO and SCIM on Enterprise.
- Pricing: Free; Standard $350 a month with 5 users; Premium $1,000 a month billed annually with 10 users; Enterprise on a custom annual contract from 25 users. Extra seats are $50 a month, and Dock says it charges only for internal team members, so prospects, clients and partners join free.
- Limitation: allowances are tight for a scaling team: Premium includes 250 content assets, and published prices stop at 25 users.
- Choose it when: you are a HubSpot or Salesforce shop with a small sales team and want rooms, content and courses from one tool with a free plan to start.
Gong Enable
- What it does: Gong’s Gong Enable page describes enablement grounded in your own customer conversations: AI Trainer turns past calls into role play, Dry Run rehearses upcoming meetings, AI Call Reviewer scores calls, Lessons delivers micro-learning with practice and assessments, and Initiative Tracking measures field adoption of talk tracks. It lists “CRM sync and enrichment” and says Enable connects to over 300 integrations, including CRMs, without naming one on that page.
- Pricing: Gong’s pricing page prices licences per user plus a platform fee based on users supported, with no prices shown; Gong says Enable has no free trial. Vendr’s Gong-wide median is $55,359 a year across 1,151 purchases, ranging from $11,530 to $204,050 (Vendr, last updated March 2026); that covers all Gong products, not Enable alone.
- Limitation: the Enable page lists no content library or buyer rooms, so it covers coaching and training rather than the content side of enablement.
- Choose it when: you already record every call in Gong and the gap is coaching and practice built from those calls.
Highspot by Seismic
- What it does: Highspot’s pricing page lists Good (content governance, AI search, Sales Plays, digital sales rooms, AI-generated knowledge checks, CRM integration), Better (adds AI-assisted training authoring, adaptive learning and role play) and Best (adds meeting intelligence and an MCP server). Its integrations page claims 100+ integrations and names Salesforce and Dynamics 365. Seismic completed its merger with Highspot on 18 August 2026 (Highspot blog).
- Pricing: “Contact sales” on every tier; the form asks for go-to-market headcount in bands from 1 to 30 up to 5,001+. Vendr reports a median of $60,005 a year, ranging from $16,163 to $177,366, across 351 purchases (Vendr, last updated February 2026).
- Limitation: HubSpot is not named on its pricing or integrations pages, and its HubSpot page could not be opened on 30 October 2026.
- Choose it when: you run Salesforce and want Sales Plays to package each launch with content, a knowledge check and training in one tiered product.
Mindtickle
- What it does: Mindtickle’s homepage names sales training, AI role play, coaching, a Readiness Index, content management, digital sales rooms and conversation intelligence, and talks about ramping reps with personalised onboarding. Its integrations page names Salesforce and MS Dynamics CRM, syncs Zoom call recordings and transcripts, and connects content repositories including Google Drive, SharePoint, Box and Dropbox.
- Pricing: not published. Vendr reports a median of $44,356 a year, ranging from $11,157 to $138,726, across 65 purchases (Vendr, last updated February 2026).
- Limitation: HubSpot is not named on its integrations page.
- Choose it when: onboarding quarterly AE classes is your biggest problem and you want readiness scores and AI role play before reps take live calls.
Revspire
- What it does: Revspire is an AI sales enablement platform for B2B revenue teams that connects governed sales content, AI playbooks, AI sales training and coaching, and digital sales rooms in one revenue workflow. Content Hub, the base module, covers search by meaning and tags, versioning that keeps every shared link current, content recommendations inside the CRM and usage analytics. Academy adds training and certification; Deal Room adds mutual action plans and buyer engagement analytics. It connects to Salesforce, HubSpot (see the HubSpot integration), Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM and Pipedrive, and to Gong, Slack and Microsoft Teams.
- Pricing: priced by module with unlimited user licenses; about $25,000 USD a year on average. Deal Room, Academy, Partner Portal and CPQ are added to Content Hub.
- Limitation: its listed file sync is with SharePoint and OneDrive; Google Drive sync is not among its listed capabilities, which matters for SaaS companies that run on Google Workspace. Its Conversation Intelligence module is listed as coming soon.
- Choose it when: you run HubSpot, Salesforce or both, plan to add SDRs, customer success and partners to the tool, and do not want the bill to rise with each hire.
SalesHood
- What it does: SalesHood’s pricing page lists Essential (content, training and onboarding, seller readiness, AI practice), Pro (adds digital sales rooms, mutual action plans, guided selling and AI coaching) and Unlimited (adds unlimited AI coaching and global languages). Its page description promises go-live in days. Salesforce is the CRM it names.
- Pricing: not published; the page asks you to build a package with its team.
- Limitation: AI pitch practice and role play are capped at 40 submissions per licence on Essential and 80 on Pro; only Unlimited removes the cap. HubSpot is not named, and its integrations page could not be opened on 30 October 2026.
- Choose it when: you run structured onboarding cohorts on Salesforce and want reps to submit recorded pitch practice for review.
Seismic
- What it does: Seismic’s homepage names the Seismic Enablement Cloud, Aura AI, content management, learning and coaching, meeting intelligence and digital sales rooms. Its content page describes version control, role-based permissions, audit trails, automatic retirement of outdated files and LiveDocs personalisation. Its integrations page claims 150+ integrations and describes recommendations within Salesforce.
- Pricing: no pricing page. Vendr reports a median of $31,950 a year, ranging from $8,993 to $179,008, across 415 purchases (Vendr, last updated February 2026).
- Limitation: HubSpot does not appear on its integrations page, and one owner now sells both Seismic and Highspot, so ask which product your contract and roadmap cover.
- Choose it when: you produce a large volume of personalised content, such as proposals and customer decks, from Salesforce data.
Spekit
- What it does: Spekit’s pricing page lists Just-in-Time Enablement (governed content, AI content creation, learning paths, in-app reinforcement, change management notifications, an AI chat agent) and GTM Acceleration (adds deal agents, AI deal rooms, buyer engagement alerts and revenue attribution), with AI role play as an add-on. Governance covers version history, owners, expiration and similarity detection. Its integrations page describes two-way Salesforce integration, Google Drive, SharePoint and Confluence sync, and a Chrome extension that works inside Salesforce, Gmail, Outlook, Gong, Slack and LinkedIn.
- Pricing: per seat, by package and team size. Vendr reports a median of $16,308 a year, ranging from $8,749 to $60,227, across 36 purchases (Vendr, last updated February 2026).
- Limitation: HubSpot is not named on its integrations page.
- Choose it when: your reps live in Salesforce and the browser, and you want release changes to reach them inside those tools.
Trumpet
- What it does: Trumpet’s homepage calls it a buyer-facing execution layer: shared buyer workspaces called Pods, mutual action plans, a content management system, proposals and quotes, video and micro demos, buyer engagement signals and AI org charts. It names HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics and SugarCRM, plus Gong, Salesloft and Outreach.
- Pricing: published on its pricing page: Free (10 Pods), Pro $45 per user a month (up to 5 users), Scale $100 and Elite $160, or $450, $1,000 and $1,600 per user a year. Gong integration starts on Scale; SSO and SCIM are on Elite.
- Limitation: it is a buyer room tool, not a training platform, and its pricing page is inconsistent on CRM sync: the FAQ puts two-way HubSpot and Salesforce sync on every plan, the plan card from Pro.
- Choose it when: your gap is the post-demo stretch, where a champion has to sell internally, and you want published prices to budget with.
Which sales enablement tools work with HubSpot?
This question often splits a SaaS shortlist. Here is what each vendor’s pages said on 30 October 2026.
| Tool | HubSpot on its pages? | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| Dock | Yes | Salesforce and HubSpot on Standard, Premium and Enterprise; not on Free |
| Gong Enable | Not named | Enable page cites over 300 integrations including CRMs; Gong’s HubSpot page could not be opened |
| Highspot by Seismic | Not named | Salesforce and Dynamics 365 named; HubSpot page could not be opened |
| Mindtickle | Not named | Salesforce and MS Dynamics named |
| Revspire | Yes | HubSpot listed among five CRMs, with its own integration page |
| SalesHood | Not named | Salesforce named; integrations page could not be opened |
| Seismic | Not named | Salesforce recommendations described; HubSpot absent from integrations page |
| Spekit | Not named | Two-way Salesforce integration only |
| Trumpet | Yes | Two-way HubSpot and Salesforce sync, per its FAQ |
Checked 30 October 2026 on the pricing, integrations and product pages linked in each tool section. “Not named” is not proof that no connector exists.
If you run HubSpot, ask every vendor who builds and supports the connector, which objects it reads (contacts, companies, deals), and where content views and room activity appear on the deal record. Then share a test asset from a sandbox and watch for it.
How do you keep sales content current through frequent releases?
Here is a launch run through an enablement tool, using only capabilities the vendors above list.
- Two weeks before release: product marketing updates the deck, one-pager and battlecard in place, so every shared link points to the new version. Seismic, Spekit and Revspire describe versioning; Spekit also lists owners and expiration dates.
- One week before: enablement packages assets with talk tracks, which Highspot calls a Sales Play and Revspire builds in its AI Playbook Engine.
- Launch day: reps get a notice where they work. Spekit lists change management notifications and in-app Spotlights; Highspot lists AI-generated knowledge checks.
- First two weeks after: reps practise the new pitch. Mindtickle, SalesHood, Highspot (Better tier), Gong Enable and Revspire Academy all offer AI role play or scored practice.
- Thirty days after: check which new assets buyers opened and which old ones still get sent, ideally on the CRM record.
How much does sales enablement software cost for a 50 to 500 seat SaaS team?
Only Dock and Trumpet publish prices here. The rest quote, and Vendr’s dated medians are the best outside reference.
- Published per-seat: Trumpet’s Scale plan is $1,000 per user a year billed annually, so 50 users cost $50,000 a year and 150 users $150,000 at list price, before any discount.
- Published plan plus seats: Dock Premium is $12,000 a year for 10 users, with $50 a month per extra seat until custom Enterprise pricing from 25 users.
- Quoted per seat or tier: Highspot, Mindtickle, Seismic, Spekit, SalesHood and Gong. Vendr’s medians run from $16,308 (Spekit, 36 purchases) to $60,005 (Highspot, 351 purchases).
- Per module: Revspire is priced by module with unlimited user licenses; about $25,000 USD a year on average.
Illustrative example (ours, not a quote): a SaaS company with 60 AEs adds 40 SDRs, 30 customer success managers and 10 solutions engineers in a year, reaching 140 users. On a per-seat contract the licence line rises about 2.3 times unless tiered rates are fixed; on a per-module contract it changes only when you add a module. Ask every vendor to quote both headcounts. Our sales enablement software pricing guide covers implementation fees, renewal escalators and add-ons for each vendor, with dates.
How we evaluated these tools
We picked tools that SaaS revenue teams shortlist for content, training or buyer rooms and that publish enough about CRM support, training and pricing to compare. On 30 October 2026 we opened each vendor’s pricing, integrations and product pages and recorded what they name for the six criteria above. Vendr medians appear only where Vendr gives a purchase count. Revspire’s facts come from its own website.
We did not run trials, use review scores, compare security certifications or repeat any vendor’s customer counts or outcome claims. Highspot’s and Gong’s HubSpot pages and SalesHood’s integrations page could not be opened on the day, so those vendors may support more than we list. We left out Showpad and Allego, covered in our enterprise list, to make room for room and coaching tools. Confirm every capability in a demo and every price in writing.
To see HubSpot or Salesforce content recommendations, Academy certification and Deal Room on your own CRM, you can book a Revspire demo.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best revenue enablement software for SaaS companies?
It depends on your gap. For training and readiness of fast-growing AE teams, look at Mindtickle, SalesHood and Highspot’s Better tier; for in-app guidance during frequent releases, Spekit; for coaching from recorded calls, Gong Enable; for content, training and rooms with HubSpot support and no per-seat pricing, Revspire. Shortlist three against your CRM and seat count.
What are the top sales engagement tools for a B2B SaaS company?
Sales engagement tools run email and call sequences; enablement tools supply the content, training and buyer rooms those sequences use. Trumpet names Salesloft and Outreach among its integrations, and Spekit’s extension works inside Gmail, Outlook and LinkedIn. Check that your enablement tool appears where your sequencing tool does.
Which sales enablement tools integrate with HubSpot?
On the pages we checked on 30 October 2026, Dock, Revspire and Trumpet name HubSpot. Highspot, Mindtickle, SalesHood, Seismic and Spekit name Salesforce but not HubSpot, and Gong Enable names no specific CRM on its Enable page. Ask each vendor whether a HubSpot connector exists and who maintains it.
How much does sales enablement software cost for a SaaS company?
Trumpet publishes $45 to $160 per user a month and Dock $350 to $1,000 a month for 5 to 10 users. Quoted tools have Vendr medians from $16,308 a year for Spekit to $60,005 for Highspot (February 2026). Revspire is priced by module with unlimited user licenses; about $25,000 USD a year on average.
