10 Best Partner Enablement Software in 2026
A practical perspective for connecting this idea to your revenue team’s next move.
Partner enablement software gives channel partners the onboarding, training, certification and content they need to sell your product, with access controlled by partner company. The best partner enablement software in 2026 includes PRM suites with learning built in (Channelscaler, Channeltivity, Impartner, Kiflo, Magentrix, ZINFI), PartnerStack for affiliate programmes, and enablement suites extended to partners (Highspot, Revspire, Showpad).
Each entry gives the tool’s published price where there is one, one limitation and when to choose it.
Last updated: 20 October 2026
Disclosure: Revspire publishes this list and is one of the tools on it. Tools are grouped by type, with each vendor’s own published information checked on 20 October 2026. Within each group they are listed alphabetically; the order is not a ranking.
What is partner enablement software?
Partner enablement software is the system a channel team uses to make resellers, referral partners, system integrators and distributors ready to sell and deliver your product. It is sales enablement for people who work for another company, which adds access control by partner company, co-branding and reporting across many organisations (see our partner enablement glossary entry). A typical tool:
- Onboards partner companies and their people, often from CRM accounts, with a path by partner type or tier.
- Trains and certifies through courses, quizzes and learning paths, with certifications that expire and renew.
- Distributes approved content and co-brandable assets, limited to what each partner may see.
- Supports deals through deal registration (PRM tools) or shared deal rooms (some enablement suites).
- Reports engagement, completion and certification by partner company.
Partner enablement vs PRM vs partner ecosystem platforms
Most vendors now claim some of each; the difference is what the product was built to do first.
Type
Main job
Typical features
On this list
PRM (partner relationship management)
Run the partner programme
Recruitment, tiers, deal registration, MDF, rebates, commissions; most include an LMS and resource library
Channelscaler, Channeltivity, Impartner, Kiflo, Magentrix, ZINFI
Partner ecosystem or affiliate platform
Recruit, track and pay many affiliate, referral and influencer partners
Link tracking, lead registration, automated payouts, onboarding journeys, lighter training
PartnerStack
Sales enablement platform extended to partners
Make partner sellers as ready as your own
Governed content and plays, learning paths, certifications, AI practice; deal registration and MDF rarely described
Highspot, Revspire, Showpad
Many channel teams run both: a PRM or the CRM for programme mechanics, and an enablement platform when partners need the training depth of direct sellers.
How to choose partner enablement software
First write down your partner types, what each must be certified on, and which mechanics (deal registration, MDF, tiers) must sit in the same system. The scorecard in our sales enablement RFP template adapts well to a partner evaluation. Then check:
- Access by partner company: control over what each company, tier, region and person sees, including download rights.
- Training depth: learning paths, quizzes, certifications that expire, SCORM or xAPI import, and pitch practice, not only reading.
- Content governance: one approved library, versioning, co-branding, and outdated assets withdrawn from partners automatically.
- Programme mechanics: whether deal registration, MDF and commissions must live here or already run in a PRM or CRM.
- CRM connection: partner companies, deals and training records synced to Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics.
- Reporting by partner company, so channel managers know where to invest.
- Pricing basis: per partner, per partner user, per module or per programme. Model cost at two and three times today’s partner count.

PRM platforms with partner enablement built in
These tools run the partner programme and include training, content and certification for partners.
Channelscaler (formerly Allbound)
Channelscaler’s homepage (modified 31 August 2026) says it is the new name for Allbound and Channel Mechanics. Enterprise Ireland reported on 30 May 2025 that the merger was complete and the companies would operate as Channelscaler. allbound.com still shows the Allbound PRM site.
- Standout capabilities: role-based learning paths with completion rules, assigned by role, tier or geography; quizzes; certifications with badges, enforced sequencing and expiry dates; completion and certification dashboards (Training and Enablement, modified 2 June 2026). The platform also covers deal registration, MDF, rebates, distributor back-end credits and tiering.
- Pricing: per programme, “starting at $50k per module annually”, with no user or usage limits and setup, onboarding and training included (pricing, modified 21 July 2026, checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: $50k per module a year is the highest published entry price on this list.
- Choose it if: you run a multi-tier channel with distributors and rebates and want training inside the PRM.
Channeltivity
Channeltivity describes itself as a PRM platform to recruit, onboard, enable, manage and grow partner ecosystems, connected to your CRM (Channeltivity).
- Standout capabilities: a Training & Certification module it calls an integrated LMS, with learning paths, completion tracking and certifications (Partner Enablement); quiz results; a Resource Library; co-branded collateral; deal registration; MDF approvals; HubSpot, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics integrations (PRM product page).
- Pricing: Growth (around 100 partners), Mid-Market (hundreds) and Enterprise (thousands), with no prices; the page says partner programmes do not fit seat-based pricing (pricing, checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: the pages we opened mention no AI features or SCORM import.
- Choose it if: you want deal registration, MDF and training in one portal for a mid-sized programme.
Impartner
Impartner calls its product PRM 3.0, an end-to-end partner revenue management platform, and sells partner marketing automation, communications and managed services as separate products (Impartner, updated 15 October 2026).
- Standout capabilities: no-code courses, quizzes and certifications split into tracks of different depth; shareable badges with auto-expire rules; SCORM upload; Partner Competencies that can drive rewards and serve as compliance requirements (Training & Certification, metadata dated 20 October 2025). The PRM adds deal registration synced to Salesforce, Dynamics or HubSpot, MDF, tiering and the Aimi AI layer (PRM page, modified 21 September 2026).
- Pricing: Emerge, Ignite, Pro and Enterprise packages, priced on request (PRM pricing, modified 28 September 2026, checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: partner marketing automation has its own pricing request, so confirm what a PRM quote covers.
- Choose it if: you run a large programme where certifications and competencies feed compliance and rewards.
Kiflo
Kiflo positions itself as a partner revenue platform that goes beyond PRM software (Kiflo).
- Standout capabilities: a guided onboarding path of steps, resources and training; a branded portal where partners register deals and find resources; partner segmentation; account mapping, co-selling and commission automation (Partner management). The pricing page’s feature table also lists certifications.
- Pricing: Core costs $399 a month for 25 partners, scaling with active partners to a 50-partner cap, with up to 3 partner managers; Plus and Premier are quoted. The page shows a monthly/yearly toggle, but its FAQ says all plans are 12-month contracts paid upfront (pricing, checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: Core is capped at 50 partners and 3 partner managers.
- Choose it if: you run a young SaaS reseller or referral programme on HubSpot or Salesforce and want a published price.
Magentrix
Magentrix describes itself as a channel PRM and a platform as a service that mirrors your CRM data and schema (Magentrix).
- Standout capabilities: multi-chapter courses; quizzes with question pools; xAPI packages; learning paths with certificates partners can share as LinkedIn badges; expiring completions with automatic reassignment; assignment by partner type, tier or region; training data mapped to CRM contact and account records (Training (LMS)).
- Pricing: Essentials starts at $1,500 a month (100 partner users, or 10 partner accounts with unlimited users), Advanced at $3,000 a month; Unlimited is quoted. Training is in every plan and the plan cards list MDF from Advanced, with no setup fees and a 10% surcharge for monthly billing (pricing, checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: the LMS page names xAPI but not SCORM, so check your existing course formats.
- Choose it if: partner training records should sit on the same CRM objects as partner deals.
ZINFI
ZINFI sells a Unified Partner Management platform in six zones: Onboard, Enable, Market, Sell, Incentivize and Accelerate (ZINFI, updated 4 October 2026).
- Standout capabilities: learning management with courses, certifications and assessments; SCORM+ for native SCORM courseware; content and video libraries; co-branded assets. Its learning management page adds expiring certifications that can gate portal access, and AI that drafts courses and assessment items for an owner to approve.
- Pricing: Starter $1,450 a month plus $3,480 setup; Professional $2,350 a month plus $5,640 setup; Enterprise custom, with setup at 20% of the first-year price. Fixed tiers cover programmes of up to 250 partners, billed annually (pricing, updated 17 October 2026, checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: learning management is not in Starter; SCORM+ and MDF are Enterprise only.
- Choose it if: you want partner marketing, incentives and learning on one PRM with published tier prices.
Partner ecosystem and affiliate platforms
These platforms recruit, track and pay large numbers of partners, with training as one step of activation.
PartnerStack
PartnerStack describes itself as an AI-native PRM for all partner types, naming affiliate, referral, co-sell and influencer partners; the site header reads “An AppDirect Company” (PartnerStack, checked 20 October 2026).
- Standout capabilities: onboarding journeys by partner type or tier; a branded portal with resources, training and commissions; courses with completion tracking and certifications; reward challenges; co-brandable templates; payouts on a single invoice (Activate partners).
- Pricing: Launch, Growth and Enterprise, with no prices and no cap on partners. Launch includes either affiliate link tracking or lead and deal registration; Growth adds a learning management solution and MDF (pricing, checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: the LMS starts on Growth, and Launch covers only one of link tracking or deal registration.
- Choose it if: most partners are affiliates or referrers and paying them accurately matters more than deep certification.
Sales enablement platforms extended to partners
These platforms were built for a company’s own sellers and extend the same content and training to partners, usually alongside a PRM or the CRM.
Highspot (part of Seismic)
Highspot’s homepage states that Highspot is part of Seismic; Seismic’s merger page (announced 18 August 2026) says all products will continue to be supported.
- Standout capabilities: access configured per partner group; one content library with AI search; on-demand partner training; learning paths and certifications with SCORM and third-party content; sales plays; analytics and scorecards on partner activity (partner enablement, modified 24 April 2026).
- Pricing: Good, Better and Best, no prices; the page describes partner offerings but not which package includes them (pricing, modified 7 August 2026, checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: the partner page describes no deal registration, MDF or co-branding.
- Choose it if: your sellers already use Highspot and partners should get the same plays and training.
Revspire
Revspire’s Partner Portal module extends its Content Hub, AI Playbook Engine, AI Sales Training & Coaching and Digital Sales Rooms to channel partners, limited to what each partner company should see.
- Standout capabilities: CRM-connected onboarding of partner companies, with company-level roles and member access; no-code, co-branded partner microsites; governed access to content, playbooks, deal rooms, training and certifications; engagement, completion and certification analytics by partner company.
- Pricing: priced per module rather than per seat, with unlimited user licenses; Content Hub is the base module and Partner Portal is added to it. Pricing is quoted by sales.
- Limitation: Revspire’s pages describe no deal registration, MDF or tier management, so programmes that need them pair it with a PRM or the CRM.
- Choose it if: partners should sell from the same governed content, plays, training and deal rooms as your direct team, without adding seats.
Showpad
Showpad sells content management, sales readiness and buyer engagement tools, including Showpad Brainshark (Showpad).
- Standout capabilities: partner visibility set through Divisions and role-based access, segmented by partner type (VARs, system integrators, service providers) and region; learning paths; offline content on tablets and phones; Roleplay AI scenarios; analytics on what partners share and how buyers engage (channel selling).
- Pricing: Professional, Advanced and Expert, quoted on request and licensed per user (pricing, checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: the pricing page does not say how partner users are licensed.
- Choose it if: partner sellers work in the field, sometimes offline.
Mindtickle’s partner enablement page also describes onboarding and certifying partners, and Allego’s pricing page (modified 7 June 2026) gives channel and partner users a lower list price.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best partner enablement software?
It depends on what partners do. Reseller programmes needing deal registration, MDF and training in one place usually shortlist PRM suites such as Channeltivity, Impartner, Magentrix and ZINFI. Affiliate programmes fit PartnerStack or Kiflo; partners running full sales cycles get more from an enablement suite such as Highspot, Revspire or Showpad.
What is the difference between PRM and partner enablement software?
PRM software runs the programme: recruitment, tiers, deal registration, MDF and commissions. Partner enablement software makes partner sellers ready: onboarding, content, training and certification. Most PRMs on this list include an LMS, so many teams start there and add an enablement platform when partners need deeper training.
What is a channel enablement platform?
It is another name for partner enablement software: a system that trains, certifies and equips the resellers, distributors and referral partners in your channel. Both PRM suites and enablement suites use the term, so check which kind you are viewing.
How much does partner enablement software cost?
Four vendors here publish prices (checked 20 October 2026): Kiflo Core costs $399 a month for 25 partners, ZINFI Starter $1,450 a month plus setup, Magentrix Essentials from $1,500 a month, and Channelscaler from $50k per module a year. The others quote on request, so compare at your expected partner count.
Can you use a sales enablement platform for channel partners?
Yes, if it can limit what each partner company sees and report by partner. Highspot, Revspire and Showpad describe both on their partner pages. None of them describes deal registration or MDF, so keep those in a PRM or your CRM.
