How does the Revspire HubSpot integration work?
Revspire connects to HubSpot in both directions. Companies, contacts, deals, owners, stages, amounts and close dates sync into Revspire every 15 minutes; deal room activity, buyer views, content shares and enablement attribution flow back to HubSpot in near real time. HubSpot stays the system of record for the fields it owns.
| Data | Direction | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Accounts (companies), contacts, opportunities (deals) and their owners | HubSpot to Revspire | Incremental sync every 15 minutes |
| Deal stage, amount (ACV), currency and close date | HubSpot to Revspire | Incremental sync every 15 minutes |
| Other CRM fields you map | HubSpot to Revspire | Incremental sync every 15 minutes |
| Deal room activity and buyer views | Revspire to HubSpot | Near real time |
| Content shares and other engagement events | Revspire to HubSpot | Near real time |
| Enablement attribution (content and rooms on each deal) | Revspire to HubSpot | Near real time |
What does Revspire read from HubSpot?
Revspire reads the records a deal is built on: accounts, contacts, deals and their owners, plus deal stage, amount (ACV), currency and close date, and any other HubSpot fields you map. Changes sync incrementally every 15 minutes, so a deal room, a playbook or a report in Revspire always reflects the current stage and value.
HubSpot stays the system of record for the fields it owns. Revspire uses them to link deal rooms to the right deal, recommend content for the stage and report on deals, but it does not take over those values.
What does Revspire send back to HubSpot?
Revspire sends what buyers and sellers do with your content: deal room activity, buyer views, content shares and other engagement events, in near real time. It also sends enablement attribution, which content and deal rooms were used on each deal, so you can report on it next to pipeline and revenue in HubSpot.
This is the same join Revspire’s digital sales room benchmark is built on: closed opportunities synced from Salesforce or HubSpot, joined to the activity of the deal rooms linked to them. In that data, deals with an active deal room were won 35% of the time against 28% without one.
How does field mapping work?
Mapping is configurable for account, contact, opportunity, owner, stage, amount, currency, close date and activity fields. Map the fields your team actually uses, including custom ones, and Revspire reads them on the 15-minute sync. Activity fields carry engagement such as buyer views and content shares back to the deal.
What do reps see inside HubSpot?
The integration has two parts: the CRM data sync, and a Revspire card inside HubSpot. The card lets reps work with Revspire from the HubSpot record:
- Search: find Revspire content without leaving HubSpot.
- Request: ask the content team for an asset that does not exist yet.
- Analytics: see Revspire engagement analytics for the deal.
- Meeting Hub: open Revspire Meeting Hub for that deal.
How do you set up the HubSpot integration?
Setup has three connections, each done once. The Academy guide has every value; the outline is:
Step 1: Connect the service user
An admin connects HubSpot in Revspire setup (Deal Room > CRM Integration), authorizes it and checks the status shows Connected. This connection runs the data sync.
Step 2: Connect each user
Each user adds a HubSpot connection in their Revspire settings, ideally set as their primary connection.
Step 3: Authorize the HubSpot card
Users authorize the Revspire card once, which turns on search, content requests, analytics and Meeting Hub inside HubSpot.

Can AI agents work with HubSpot deals through Revspire?
AI assistants connected to the Revspire MCP server work with the deal rooms, content and engagement data that the HubSpot sync keeps current. For example, an agent can list which deals saw buyer activity this week or find the right asset for a deal stage. Writing changes back to the CRM through the MCP server is documented for Salesforce (the Salesforce bridge).
Frequently asked questions
Does Revspire integrate with HubSpot?
Yes. Revspire syncs companies, contacts, deals, owners, stages, amounts and close dates from HubSpot every 15 minutes, sends deal room activity, buyer views, content shares and enablement attribution back in near real time, and adds a Revspire card inside HubSpot.
What does the Revspire card in HubSpot do?
It brings Revspire search, content requests, analytics and Meeting Hub into HubSpot. Each user authorizes the card once; the HubSpot Connection guide shows how.
How often does Revspire sync with HubSpot?
CRM records sync incrementally every 15 minutes, so a change to a deal, its stage, amount or close date reaches Revspire within that window. Buyer engagement travels the other way in near real time: deal room views, content shares and other engagement events are sent to HubSpot as they happen.
Is the HubSpot integration two-way?
Yes. Accounts, contacts, deals, owners, stages, amounts and close dates come into Revspire from HubSpot; deal room activity, buyer views, content shares, engagement events and enablement attribution go back to HubSpot.
Will Revspire overwrite data in HubSpot?
No. HubSpot stays the system of record for the fields it owns, such as stage, amount and close date. Revspire reads those fields and writes back engagement and attribution, so the two systems do not fight over the same value.
Can we choose which fields sync?
Yes. Field mapping is configurable for account, contact, opportunity, owner, stage, amount, currency, close date and activity fields, so you can match your own HubSpot setup, including custom fields you want available in Revspire.
Which other CRMs does Revspire connect to?
Besides HubSpot, the Revspire Academy has connection guides for Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive. See all integrations.
