9 Best Revenue Enablement Platforms in 2026

A practical perspective for connecting this idea to your revenue team’s next move.

A revenue enablement platform gives every customer-facing role, from SDRs and account executives to customer success and partners, governed content, training, coaching and in-workflow guidance in one system, with usage and performance analytics. The best revenue enablement platforms in 2026 include Allego, Highspot, Mindtickle, Revspire, SalesHood, Seismic, Showpad and Spekit, with Gong covering conversation data.

Below: what the category covers, what analysts have published, how to choose, and an entry per platform from its own product and pricing pages.

Last updated: 19 October 2026

Disclosure: Revspire publishes this list and is one of the tools on it. Tools are grouped by type, with each vendor’s own published information checked on 19 October 2026. Within each group they are listed alphabetically; the order is not a ranking.

What is revenue enablement software?

Revenue enablement software is the platform an enablement team uses to give everyone who talks to customers the content, knowledge and skills to do it well, and to measure what gets used. Gartner’s Peer Insights market page for revenue enablement platforms lists five mandatory features, summarised here:

  • Playbooks and embedded guidance that surface recommended content, messaging or learning inside workflows.
  • Structured learning and coaching for onboarding programmes, practice and coaching workflows.
  • A governed content repository for approved content, with AI-based search.
  • Reporting and dashboards on content usage, learning participation and related sales metrics.
  • Integration with systems of record , such as the CRM, so guidance appears where people work.

The difference from sales enablement is scope. In a 17 May 2023 press release, Gartner described revenue enablement as bringing siloed enablement functions together across marketing, sales and service, and said it “focuses on the customer as its bullseye”. In the same release, Gartner’s Chief Sales Officer Strategy Survey (more than 200 sales leaders, November-December 2022) found more than two-thirds of sales enablement leaders already on the path to revenue enablement, and Gartner expected 60% of enablement functions to be tasked with enabling all client-facing, revenue-generating roles by 2026. Our guide to revenue enablement vs sales enablement compares the two in detail, and the glossary defines revenue enablement.

What do Gartner and Forrester say about revenue enablement platforms?

  • Gartner Magic Quadrant for Revenue Enablement Platforms. Published 10 November 2025 by Doug Bushée, Melissa Hilbert and Bill Yetman, it assesses vendors “as the market pivots to AI-driven, consolidated platforms”. Its document page lists Allego, Bigtincan, Highspot, Mediafly, Mindtickle, Pitcher, SalesHood, Seismic, Showpad and Spekit (Gartner). Allego calls it the first Magic Quadrant for the category. Allego, Highspot and Showpad each announced that they were named Leaders, Showpad adding that Bigtincan was also a Leader (Allego, 14 November 2025; Highspot, 17 November 2025; Showpad, 19 November 2025).
  • The Forrester Wave: Revenue Enablement Platforms, Q3 2024. According to Seismic’s post of 27 August 2024, Forrester combined the content and readiness parts of enablement, previously evaluated separately, into one view, scored vendors on current offering, strategy and market presence, and named Seismic a Leader. It was the latest Forrester Wave for the category we found.
  • Gong is in a different Magic Quadrant. Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Revenue Action Orchestration (13 October 2026) covers Gong alongside Outreach, Salesforce, Salesloft and others. That is why Gong appears below as an adjacent tool, not a content and learning suite.

How to choose a revenue enablement platform

  • Roles covered: list every role you must enable (SDR, AE, solutions engineer, customer success, partners) and check licence types and prices for each.
  • Content governance: approved, versioned content with permissions, expiry and AI search.
  • Learning and practice: onboarding paths, role-play and certification for launches and new hires.
  • In-workflow delivery: content and guidance inside the CRM, email, Slack or browser.
  • Buyer engagement: digital sales rooms and analytics on what buyers open.
  • Revenue measurement: whether content and readiness data can be joined to CRM outcomes; our content-to-revenue benchmark shows one way to frame the analysis.
  • Commercial terms and roadmap: package gates, contract length and, after 2025-26 mergers, which product line is being invested in.

Enablement suites: content, learning and buyer engagement

These platforms cover most of Gartner’s mandatory features in one product. Choose one when you want a single enablement system across teams.

Allego

Allego calls itself a revenue enablement platform that unifies learning, coaching, content and digital selling, with five products: Sales Content Management, Modern Learning, AI Role Play & Coaching, Digital Sales Rooms and Conversation Intelligence (Allego platform, modified 22 September 2026).

  • Standout capabilities: AI that builds learning programmes from existing material, mobile and offline access and skills dashboards by role or team (Modern Learning), plus AI role-play scored against shared rubrics (AI Role Play & Coaching).
  • Pricing: per user per month, billed annually upfront, with no figures; lower list prices for channel and partner users and substantially reduced pricing for non-revenue roles (Allego pricing, modified 7 June 2026, checked 19 October 2026).
  • Limitation: the pricing page gives three years, paid annually, as the typical term, with two- and one-year options.
  • Choose it if: you enable sellers, partners and non-revenue roles, with learning and practice at the centre.

Highspot by Seismic

Highspot is an enablement platform now part of Seismic, which completed its merger with Highspot on 18 August 2026 and operates under the Seismic name (Seismic, 18 August 2026).

  • Standout capabilities: the Good package includes AI-supported content governance, content personalisation, Sales Plays, Digital Sales Rooms, Highspot Agents and analytics on initiatives, content and plays; Better adds training, adaptive learning and practice; Best adds meeting intelligence, coaching analytics and an MCP server.
  • Pricing: Good, Better and Best packages, each “contact sales”, with no prices (Highspot pricing, modified 7 August 2026, checked 19 October 2026).
  • Limitation: meeting intelligence and the MCP server appear only in Best, the top package.
  • Choose it if: you want plays that tell each role what to say and send, next to governed content. See our Highspot vs Seismic comparison.

Mindtickle

Mindtickle describes itself as an AI-powered revenue enablement platform, with ElevateOS as its agentic AI layer (Mindtickle platform).

  • Standout capabilities: the Readiness Index, which compares reps with an Ideal Rep Profile and links skills to CRM data on quota, win rates and pipeline (Readiness Index); sales training and AI role-play; coaching; content management; digital sales rooms; conversation intelligence; Copilot; and Mindtickle MCP.
  • Pricing: not published; the site offers demo requests (checked 19 October 2026).
  • Limitation: the platform page names enablement, marketing, revenue leadership, RevOps, sales managers and partner enablement, but not customer success.
  • Choose it if: you want enablement run from a measured definition of a ready rep.

Revspire

Revspire is an AI sales and revenue enablement platform that connects governed content, AI playbooks, seller practice and buyer engagement in one workflow. Its base module is the Content Hub.

  • Standout capabilities: Content Hub (tag-based and contextual search, version and duplicate management, CRM content recommendations, content-gap, usage and performance analytics); AI Playbook Engine (competitive intelligence and battlecards, objection handling, win/loss analysis, messaging, governed multichannel publishing); AI Sales Training & Coaching (AI role-play, objective scoring, readiness analysis); Digital Sales Rooms (mutual action plans, stakeholder mapping, buyer-engagement analytics). Partner Portal and CPQ are add-ons.
  • Pricing: priced per module rather than per seat, with unlimited user licenses; Content Hub is the base module. Pricing is quoted by sales.
  • Limitation: conversation intelligence is listed as coming soon, so call analysis runs in a separate tool for now.
  • Choose it if: you want to extend enablement to customer success, solutions engineers and partners without seat-based pricing.

SalesHood

SalesHood is a sales enablement platform covered in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant, sold in three editions (SalesHood pricing, modified 4 September 2026).

  • Standout capabilities: Essential covers training and onboarding, seller readiness, AI practice and AI feedback; Pro adds digital sales rooms and AI coaching and guidance; Unlimited removes AI practice caps.
  • Pricing: Essential, Pro and Unlimited, quoted on request with no prices (checked 19 October 2026).
  • Limitation: digital sales rooms and AI coaching are not in Essential.
  • Choose it if: you are a mid-market team that wants training, practice and deal rooms with allowances stated per edition.

Seismic

Seismic’s Enablement Cloud combines Content Management & Library, Learning & Coaching, Program Strategy & Execution, Meeting Intelligence, Digital Sales Rooms and its Aura AI layer (Seismic platform). After the Highspot merger, Seismic says it serves 2,500 customers and 3.5 million users, under CEO Rob Tarkoff (Seismic, 18 August 2026).

  • Standout capabilities: content management and personalised customer interactions, with industry pages for financial services, manufacturing, technology, and healthcare and life sciences, and integrations with CRM, email, collaboration and authoring tools.
  • Pricing: not published; the platform page offers a demo (checked 19 October 2026).
  • Limitation: Seismic’s merger page asks whether contract, pricing or renewal terms will change but does not yet answer.
  • Choose it if: you run a large, regulated or global content operation and want one established vendor.

Showpad (including Bigtincan)

Vector Capital, which bought Bigtincan in April 2025, completed its acquisition of Showpad on 30 October 2025 and combined the two under the Showpad brand, with Apratim Purakayastha as CEO and, per the release, more than 2,000 customers in 50 countries (Showpad, 30 October 2025).

  • Standout capabilities: Professional includes Genie AI text chat, a content library, a training library and courses, shared spaces and 3D and AR asset hosting, with mobile, offline and browser access in every plan; Advanced adds Roleplay AI, knowledge checks, certifications and AI content governance; Expert adds Genie Agent Studio, custom agents and MCP connectors.
  • Pricing: licensed per user with customisable packages; Professional, Advanced and Expert plans, quote only (Showpad pricing, checked 19 October 2026).
  • Limitation: Roleplay AI and certifications are not in Professional, the entry plan.
  • Choose it if: field sellers need content on mobile and offline, or you run Bigtincan today; ask for the written migration path.

In-workflow enablement

This approach delivers knowledge and guidance inside the CRM, inbox and browser rather than in a separate portal.

Spekit

Spekit calls itself an AI-native revenue enablement platform built for in-workflow execution, organised around a GTM Knowledge Engine, agentic coaching and actions, personalised buyer experiences and unified deal context (Spekit).

  • Standout capabilities: governed knowledge with AI freshness monitoring, the AI Sidekick for in-the-moment guidance, a Chrome extension, a native two-way Salesforce integration and Slack, plus learning paths built from the same content used in its knowledge base and deal rooms.
  • Pricing: not published; the site offers a demo request (checked 19 October 2026).
  • Limitation: no plan tiers or prices are published.
  • Choose it if: reps work in Salesforce and the browser, and keeping knowledge current there is the main problem.

Revenue intelligence that overlaps with enablement

This category starts from customer-interaction data and adds coaching and practice on top.

Gong

Gong is a revenue AI platform built on customer-interaction data, with products including Gong Engage, Forecast and Enable (Gong AI).

  • Standout capabilities: Gong Enable’s AI Trainer turns past calls into role-plays, Dry Run rehearses upcoming meetings, the AI Call Reviewer scores calls, initiative tracking measures adoption of methodologies and talk tracks, and Lessons delivers role-specific learning (Gong Enable).
  • Pricing: per user plus a platform fee based on the number of users; no prices (Gong pricing, checked 19 October 2026).
  • Limitation: the Gong Enable page lists no content management and says it is designed to enhance an existing stack; its revenue enablement page lists integrations with Highspot, Seismic and Showpad.
  • Choose it if: you already have a content platform and want enablement measured on real conversations.

Frequently asked questions

What are the most important features of a revenue enablement platform?

Gartner’s market page lists five: playbooks and embedded guidance, structured learning and coaching, a governed content repository with AI search, reporting on content usage and learning, and integration with systems of record such as the CRM. For revenue enablement, add licences for non-sales roles and a way to join enablement data to revenue outcomes.

Which vendors are in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Revenue Enablement Platforms?

Gartner’s document page for the 10 November 2025 Magic Quadrant lists Allego, Bigtincan, Highspot, Mediafly, Mindtickle, Pitcher, SalesHood, Seismic, Showpad and Spekit. Allego, Highspot and Showpad announced Leader placements, Showpad reporting one for Bigtincan too. Showpad and Bigtincan had combined in October 2025, and Seismic completed its merger with Highspot in August 2026.

Is Gong a revenue enablement platform?

Not in Gartner’s categories: Gong is covered in the Magic Quadrant for Revenue Action Orchestration. Its Gong Enable product does overlap with enablement, through AI role-play built from real calls, call scoring and Lessons, but its enablement page lists no content management, and Gong says it is designed to enhance an existing stack.

How much does a revenue enablement platform cost?

None of the nine platforms here publishes list prices. The published structures differ: per user (Allego, billed annually upfront; Showpad), per user plus a platform fee (Gong), named packages that gate features (Highspot, SalesHood, Showpad) and per module with unlimited users (Revspire). Ask every vendor for licence prices by role, contract length and what AI usage is included.

Which revenue enablement platforms deliver governed content in the flow of work?

Spekit is built around it, through its Chrome extension, Salesforce integration and Slack. Showpad lists CRM, email and Chrome extensions in every plan, Seismic integrates with CRM, email and collaboration tools, and Revspire’s Content Hub recommends content inside the CRM.
