How much does sales enablement software cost?

Sales enablement software pricing is mostly quote-based: of 18 vendors checked, only Dock, Trumpet, Showell, Yoodli and WorkRamp (now Confirm Learn:Up) publish any prices. Where Vendr has dated data, median annual contracts run from $16,308 (Spekit, 36 purchases) to $60,005 (Highspot, 351 purchases).

Most sales enablement software is sold by quote. Of the 18 vendors below, five publish any prices, Allego publishes its pricing model without the rates, and the rest ask you to talk to sales. The most useful outside data comes from Vendr, a software purchasing marketplace that publishes median contract values from its own transactions. We show a Vendr figure only when the page states both a date and a sample size.

How to read the table: a median contract blends every seat count, module mix, services package and term, so use it as a range check, not a per-seat price. Vendr's figures come from its own transactions and are not independently verified, and several of its pages show a "deals handled" count that differs from the purchase count, for example 167 against 351 for Highspot, 247 against 415 for Seismic and 34 against 65 for Mindtickle.

Vendr also shows medians for SalesHood, Mediafly and Bigtincan, but without a purchase count, so we leave them out; its WorkRamp figure predates the per-user prices Confirm now publishes. Ownership has shifted as well. Highspot has been part of Seismic since 18 August 2026, Bigtincan combined with Showpad under the Showpad brand on 30 October 2025, and WorkRamp's products are now sold by Confirm, which was Learning Pool until August 2026.

Per-user, platform or module pricing: what changes as you grow?

The pricing model decides what happens to your bill when the team grows. The vendors in this guide use five structures, often in combination:

Sales enablement pricing models and how each scales with headcount
ModelWho uses itWhat happens as the team grows
Per userTrumpet, Allego, Showpad and Confirm Learn:Up; Highspot and Seismic, according to Vendr.Cost rises with every licensed seat. Vendr reports lower per-seat rates at higher user counts for Highspot and Seismic, which cuts the rate, not the total.
Platform fee plus seatsGong (per-user licences plus a platform fee based on users supported); Dock (plan fee covering 5 or 10 users, then $50 a month per extra seat).A base fee, then seat charges on top. Gong's platform fee also depends on how many users it supports (Gong).
Per workspaceShowell, whose Professional plan includes users in the workspace price.Users are covered within the plan's band of 10 to 200; above 200 users Showell quotes its Enterprise plan.
Per module or packageMediafly, Bigtincan and Quantified; Allego's four bundles; Seismic's add-on modules.Adding a module or package raises the price. Most of these vendors also count users: Mediafly quotes on modules and user counts, and Allego prices each bundle per user.
Usage capsSalesHood's AI practice and role-play submissions; Yoodli's individual Pro plan.Heavy use can push you up a tier: SalesHood allows 10 submissions per licence on Essential and 80 on Pro, and Yoodli Pro allows up to 10 roleplays a week.

Here is what that means at published list prices, before any discount. On Trumpet's Scale plan, billed annually at $1,000 per user a year, 20 users cost $20,000 a year and 100 users cost $100,000. Dock's Premium plan costs $12,000 a year for 10 users; 20 users add ten seats at $50 a month, for $18,000 a year, and Dock lists a custom Enterprise contract for 25 or more users. Confirm's Learn:Up, at its $9 starting rate for a 200-person company, comes to $21,600 a year if all 200 people are users, and Practice at $4 adds $9,600.

Under a per-seat model, doubling headcount roughly doubles the licence cost. Under a workspace or module price, the bill moves when you cross a user band or add a module. Model the cost at today's headcount and at the headcount you expect at renewal, for the full term. The Trumpet vs Dock comparison shows how two published price lists diverge as a team grows.

How much does a sales enablement platform cost per user?

Most vendors will not give a per-user figure until they know your scope, and their own pages say why. Mediafly says its pricing is "tailored based on your selected modules, user counts, and integration requirements"; Spekit says its packages are customisable to "organization size, needs, and use case"; Confirm says price "varies depending on the products, the scale of your workforce" and the support required; and Quantified scopes quotes to "field size, package, and program". Highspot asks for your go-to-market team size, and Gong for your team size, before either quotes.

Third-party data does not fill the gap. Vendr's dated pages quote observed per-seat ranges for a few vendors, such as $1,200 to $2,400 a year for Gong at mid-market and enterprise (March 2026) and $100 to $200 a year for Mindtickle's Core Readiness Platform at mid-market (February 2026). They do not say how many contracts those ranges rest on, and Vendr's own deployment-size bands on the Mindtickle page do not square with them. Dividing a median contract by a guessed seat count is no better, because a median mixes modules, services and terms.

These are the per-user prices vendors do publish:

  • Trumpet. $45 (Pro, up to 5 users), $100 (Scale) and $160 (Elite) per user per month, or $450, $1,000 and $1,600 per user a year billed annually (pricing). See how it compares in Trumpet vs Dock.
  • Dock. $50 a month for each seat beyond the 5 users in Standard or the 10 in Premium. Dock charges only for internal team members, so prospects, clients and partners join free (pricing).
  • Confirm Learn:Up (formerly WorkRamp). From $9 per user per month for the LMS and from $4 for Practice, its AI role-play product, both billed annually and based on a 200-person company (pricing).
  • Yoodli. Individual plans at $8 (Pro) and $20 (Advanced) a month, billed annually. Team and Enterprise plans are priced by team size and use case (pricing).
  • Allego. Per user per month, billed annually upfront, with a lower list price for channel and partner users and substantially reduced pricing for non-revenue roles. The rates themselves are not published (pricing).
  • Gong Enable. Gong prices licences per user plus a platform fee and lists no prices on its pricing page. Its chief product officer told VentureBeat in February 2026 that Enable has its own pricing tier "in the tens of dollars per seat per month".

What drives the cost, and which costs are easy to miss?

Licences are only part of the bill, and vendors rarely publish the rest. Most figures below come from Vendr's dated vendor pages (February 2026 for Highspot, Seismic and Mindtickle; March 2026 for Gong), which rest on Vendr's own transactions and are not independently verified. The others come from the vendors' own pages.

  • Implementation and services. Vendr puts Highspot onboarding at $10,000 to $50,000 or more for enterprise implementations, plus $5,000 to $25,000 for training, and Seismic's professional services at $10,000 to $30,000 for 10 to 50 users, rising to $75,000 to $150,000 or more above 200 users. Allego includes implementation, key integrations and training in its Premium Success Services and lists managed services at additional cost. Mediafly lists tiered implementation packages and annual retainers without prices (Mediafly).
  • Add-on modules. Vendr says Seismic's add-ons can raise contract value by 20–50% or more, Mindtickle's digital sales rooms and revenue intelligence add 20–40% when bundled with its core platform, and Gong add-ons such as Engage and Forecast are often quoted at 20–40% of the base platform cost per seat. Gong Enable Essentials is itself an application added to Gong's core Foundation licence.
  • Support tiers. Vendr says Mindtickle's premium support costs 10–20% of annual contract value. Bigtincan lists Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum support packages without prices, while Allego says it never charges extra for support or AI.
  • Usage limits. SalesHood caps AI pitch practice and role-play submissions at 10 per licence on Essential and 80 on Pro; only Unlimited removes the cap (SalesHood). Dock's free plan and Yoodli's Starter and Pro tiers also carry usage limits.
  • Renewal escalators. Vendr reports annual price escalators of 3–7% as common at Highspot, Seismic and Mindtickle. Showell's contracts renew automatically after a 12-month minimum, need 90 days' notice to cancel and give no refunds for prepaid periods (Showell).
  • Multi-year terms. Longer terms lower the annual rate but lock in the spend. Vendr says two-year Seismic contracts run 10–20% below one-year pricing and three-year contracts 15–25% below, especially with annual upfront payment. Allego's typical term is three years, paid annually, and Vendr reports one- to three-year terms at Gong.
  • Seats added mid-term. Gong bills extra seats pro rata to the end of the term (Gong Help Center), and Dock charges $50 a month for each seat beyond a plan's allowance.
  • Total cost of ownership. Vendr estimates Highspot's total cost of ownership at 15–30% above the initial subscription quote, so price services, add-ons and escalators before comparing vendors.

How to negotiate sales enablement software pricing

This checklist uses only what vendors and Vendr publish. Use it alongside a requirements list such as our sales enablement RFP template.

  • Compare like for like. Ask every vendor to quote the same seats, modules, services and term, with one-time fees, add-ons and escalators itemised. Vendr recommends that full breakdown before committing to Highspot.
  • Count who really needs a seat. Dock charges only for internal team members, Gong gives people without a seat limited free access as Collaborators, and Allego lists lower prices for channel, partner and non-revenue users. Ask each vendor how viewers, managers and partners are licensed.
  • Cap renewals in writing. Vendr says buyers who negotiate caps often hold Highspot increases to 3–5% a year. Ask for the cap, the notice period and whether the contract renews automatically; Showell, for example, needs 90 days' notice.
  • Start early and watch the calendar. Vendr suggests engaging Highspot 60 to 90 days before your start date and opening Seismic and Mindtickle renewals 90 to 120 days before expiry. It also says Mindtickle's fiscal year ends in January and calls October to December its strongest negotiation window; Vendr's Highspot page says the same, but predates the Seismic merger.
  • Price the whole term. Multi-year deals usually lower the annual rate but commit you for longer. Get the total for every year of the term and the exit terms before trading flexibility for a discount.
  • Fix the services bill. Ask for a written scope with a fixed fee or a cap for implementation and migration, as Vendr advises for Seismic. Confirm what is included: Allego bundles its success services, while Mediafly lists tiered implementation packages and Bigtincan four support tiers, none with a published price.
  • Lock in rates for growth. Confirm that seats and modules added mid-term keep the original rate, a point Vendr flags for Seismic, and check how extra seats are billed.
  • Use alternatives and switching offers. Vendr says Highspot buyers who reference comparable alternatives often get pricing below the first quote. Allego's buyout program offers to cover the remaining balance of a Seismic or Highspot contract "for a limited time" but lists no caps or end date, so get the terms in writing.
  • Test before you sign. Dock and Trumpet have free plans, Yoodli a free Starter tier, and WorkRamp's help centre offers Learn:Up customers Practice (AI Simulations) free for up to 30 days, subject to eligibility. Gong says Enable has no free trial and Spekit's pricing page lists none, so ask for a scoped pilot.
  • Protect against merger changes. Highspot is now part of Seismic, Bigtincan part of Showpad and WorkRamp part of Confirm. Get product support, packaging and price protection for the full term in writing.

Frequently asked questions

How much does sales enablement software cost per user?

Few vendors publish it. Trumpet lists $45 to $160 per user per month, Confirm's Learn:Up (formerly WorkRamp) starts at $9 per user per month billed annually, and Dock charges $50 a month for each extra seat. Allego and Gong price per user but list no rates on their pricing pages; Gong's chief product officer has said Enable costs "tens of dollars per seat per month".

Which sales enablement platforms publish their prices?

Of the 18 vendors in this guide, Dock, Trumpet, Showell, Yoodli (individual plans) and Confirm's Learn:Up publish prices, and Allego publishes its pricing model without the rates. Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle, Showpad, Bigtincan, SalesHood, Spekit, Mediafly, Gong, Hyperbound, Second Nature and Quantified quote through sales.

Is there free sales enablement software?

Some tools have free plans: Dock's Free plan, Trumpet's Free plan with 10 Pods and unlimited users, Hyperbound's Free plan with 45 prebuilt AI role plays, and Yoodli's Starter tier with five lifetime roleplays. WorkRamp's help centre offers Learn:Up customers Practice (AI Simulations) free for up to 30 days, subject to eligibility. Gong says Enable has no free trial, and Spekit's pricing page lists none.

How long are sales enablement software contracts?

Usually at least a year. Allego says three years, paid annually, is typical, with one- and two-year terms available; Showell requires a 12-month minimum that renews automatically; and Vendr reports one- to three-year terms at Gong and Seismic. Dock's Premium plan and Confirm's prices are billed annually.

What hidden costs come with sales enablement software?

Implementation and services, add-on modules, premium support, usage caps and renewal escalators. Vendr puts Highspot onboarding at $10,000 to $50,000 or more for enterprise implementations and reports 3–7% annual escalators as common at Highspot, Seismic and Mindtickle (February 2026).

Is there sales enablement software that is not priced per user?

Yes. Showell prices its Professional plan per workspace with up to 200 users included, and Dock's plan fees include 5 or 10 users before extra seats. Revspire prices by module with unlimited user licenses; its average customer pays about $25,000 USD a year.
