Best Mid-Market Sales Enablement Platforms in 2026: 9 Compared
A practical perspective for connecting this idea to your revenue team’s next move.
The best sales enablement platforms for mid-market B2B teams in 2026 include Allego, Dock, Highspot by Seismic, Mindtickle, Paperflite, Revspire, SalesHood, Showell and Spekit. For a company of roughly 100 to 1,000 employees, the differences that matter most are setup time, how much admin the tool needs, and what it costs at 50 to 300 users.
This guide is for sales, enablement and RevOps leaders whose content has outgrown SharePoint or Google Drive but who have no dedicated enablement operations team and no appetite for a large services bill.
Last updated: 30 October 2026
Disclosure: Revspire publishes this list and sells one of the tools on it. Revspire has one entry. Tools are listed alphabetically. Capabilities and prices were checked on each vendor’s own website on 30 October 2026 unless another date is given. We do not compare security certifications for any vendor; ask each one for its own documents during your security review.
Mid-market sales enablement platforms compared
“Not named” means we did not find it on the vendor’s pages, not that the product lacks it. If you are moving off a shared drive or an older tool, the free migration plan template below the table maps the content export, user setup and CRM cutover.
| Platform | Published price | How cost grows | Content, training, rooms | Setup and services stated | CRMs named |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Allego | No | Per user; 3-year term typical | All three, as four packages | Success services included; most launches within 4 weeks | Salesforce |
| Dock | Yes, up to 25 users | Plan fee, then $50 a month per seat | All three | Cohort implementation on Premium; managed on Enterprise | Salesforce, HubSpot |
| Highspot by Seismic | No | Tiers quoted by headcount | All three; training from Better | Vendr: setup and migration usually charged | Salesforce, Dynamics 365 |
| Mindtickle | No | Quoted | All three | Not stated on pages checked | Salesforce, MS Dynamics |
| Paperflite | Yes, except Enterprise | Per user, $27.50 to $60 a month | Content and rooms; AI practice named | Dedicated success manager from Professional | Salesforce; site links HubSpot, Dynamics, Pipedrive pages |
| Revspire | No | Per module, unlimited users | All three, as modules | First team typically live 2 weeks after signature | Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive |
| SalesHood | No | Editions quoted; AI practice capped | All three; rooms on Pro | Go-live in days, per its page | Salesforce |
| Showell | Starting price | Per workspace, 10 to 200 users included | All three | Onboarding included; 12-month minimum | Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics (add-ons) |

What should a mid-market team weigh when choosing a sales enablement platform?
An enterprise evaluation centres on provisioning, governance across business units and multi-CRM support; our enterprise sales enablement platforms comparison covers that. A mid-market team usually has one CRM, one or two enablement people and a budget owner who asks what the second year costs. These five criteria carry the most weight.
- Time to value. How many weeks from signature until the first team uses it in live deals, and what the vendor needs from you to hit that date. Get the plan in writing with named owners on both sides.
- Admin load. With no enablement operations team, someone in marketing or sales has to keep content tagged, current and retired on time. Favour tools that sync from the drive you already use, flag duplicates and stale files, and let content owners update in place.
- Cost model at 50 to 300 users. Per-seat pricing is easy to start and grows with every hire. Workspace and module pricing costs more on day one for a small team but stays flat as you add SDRs, customer success and partners.
- CRM depth. One CRM, used well, beats a long integration list. Check where content appears on the opportunity record and whether buyer views flow back to it.
- One platform or best of breed. Content, training and buyer rooms from one vendor means one login and one contract. Separate tools can be stronger at one job but leave you joining the data yourself.
Have you outgrown SharePoint or Google Drive?
A shared drive works until three things happen at once: reps cannot find the current deck, nobody knows which version a buyer received, and leaders ask which content shows up in won deals. If two of those are true, a platform is probably worth evaluating. Our SharePoint vs sales enablement platform guide covers where that line falls. Most of the tools here read from your drive rather than replace it: Allego syncs or imports from SharePoint and Google Drive, Dock syncs both on Premium, Paperflite syncs SharePoint, Dropbox and Google Drive from Starter, Revspire has two-way sync with SharePoint and OneDrive, and Spekit connects Google Drive, SharePoint and Confluence.
The nine platforms, reviewed
Allego
- What it does: Allego’s pricing page lists four packages: Modern Learning with Conversation Intelligence, AI Role Play, Content Management, and Digital Rooms with Deal Navigator. Its content page describes approvals, version control and expiration, flags unused and outdated content, and reports engagement and win rates by asset.
- Pricing: not published. Per user per month, billed annually upfront, with three-year terms typical and one- and two-year options. Partner users get a lower list price and non-revenue roles substantially reduced pricing. Allego says AI and support carry no extra cost and that Premium Success Services, covering implementation, key integrations and training, come with every deployment; managed services cost extra.
- Limitation: the three-year typical term is a long commitment for a team still finding its process, and Salesforce is the only CRM named on its pricing page.
- Choose it when: you want implementation and training included in the contract and plan to use coaching, content and rooms together. Allego says most deployments launch within 4 weeks with full project team participation.
Dock
- What it does: Dock’s homepage lists sales deal rooms, customer onboarding, order forms, content management, learning management, playbooks and role play. Its pricing page puts Salesforce and HubSpot on Standard and above, Google Drive and SharePoint sync and cohort implementation on Premium, and content lifecycle tools, SCIM and managed implementation on Enterprise.
- Pricing: Free; Standard $350 a month with 5 users; Premium $1,000 a month billed annually with 10 users; Enterprise on a custom annual contract from 25 users. Extra seats are $50 a month, and only internal team members are billed.
- Limitation: a mid-market team of 25 or more users lands on custom Enterprise pricing, so the published prices mostly help with a pilot.
- Choose it when: you want to pilot rooms, content and courses with one team on a published price before committing.
Highspot by Seismic
- What it does: Highspot’s pricing page lists Good (content governance, AI search, Sales Plays, digital sales rooms, CRM integration), Better (adds training authoring, adaptive learning and role play) and Best (adds meeting intelligence and coaching). Its integrations page names Salesforce and Dynamics 365. Seismic completed its merger with Highspot on 18 August 2026 (Highspot blog).
- Pricing: by quote; the form asks for go-to-market headcount in bands that include 31 to 100 and 101 to 500. Vendr reports a median of $60,005 a year across 351 purchases, ranging from $16,163 to $177,366, and says setup, migration and configuration are typically charged, at $10,000 to $50,000 or more for enterprise implementations (Vendr, last updated February 2026).
- Limitation: it has the highest Vendr median on this list, and Vendr puts total cost of ownership 15 to 30% above the first subscription quote once onboarding, training and add-ons are included.
- Choose it when: you expect to grow into enterprise scale and want to start on the Good tier and add training later.
Mindtickle
- What it does: Mindtickle’s homepage names sales training, AI role play, coaching, a Readiness Index, content management, digital sales rooms and conversation intelligence, and offers pre-built content to launch programmes quickly. Its integrations page names Salesforce and MS Dynamics CRM and connects Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive, Box and Dropbox.
- Pricing: not published. Vendr reports a median of $44,356 a year, ranging from $11,157 to $138,726, across 65 purchases (Vendr, last updated February 2026).
- Limitation: its breadth suits a team with time to set up readiness programmes; a lean team may use only part of it.
- Choose it when: rep readiness and ramp are the main problem and you will measure skills, not just content use.
Paperflite
- What it does: Paperflite’s homepage describes a content hub with natural-language search, interactive content journeys, deal rooms, content and deal analytics, and AI coaching with practice against simulated buyers. Its pricing page adds SharePoint, Dropbox and Google Drive sync from Starter, CRM and email integrations with a dedicated customer success manager from Professional, and digital deal rooms on Advanced.
- Pricing: Starter $30, Professional $50 and Advanced $60 per user a month, or $27.50, $47.50 and $57 with a five-user minimum; the page does not say which set is monthly or annual billing. Enterprise is quoted.
- Limitation: the pricing page names Salesforce only for Enterprise (“Deep Salesforce/CRM integrations”), and deal rooms start on Advanced, the highest published tier.
- Choose it when: content distribution and analytics are the core need and you want a published per-user price to budget against.
Revspire
- What it does: Revspire is an AI sales enablement platform for B2B revenue teams that connects governed sales content, AI playbooks, AI sales training and coaching, and digital sales rooms in one revenue workflow. Content Hub, the base module, covers search by meaning and tags, duplicate merging and versioning that keeps every shared link current, content gap insights from what sellers cannot find, and two-way sync with SharePoint and OneDrive. Academy adds onboarding, training and certification without a separate LMS, and Deal Room adds mutual action plans and buyer engagement analytics. It connects to Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM and Pipedrive.
- Pricing: priced by module with unlimited user licenses; about $25,000 USD a year on average. Revspire says the first team is typically live 2 weeks after contract signature, with full rollout typically taking 6 weeks.
- Limitation: prices are quoted by sales rather than published, and for a team of 20 to 30 users a per-seat tool may cost less than a module contract. Google Drive sync is not among its listed capabilities.
- Choose it when: you expect headcount to grow, want content, training and rooms under one contract, and would rather the bill track modules than seats.
SalesHood
- What it does: SalesHood’s pricing page lists Essential (content, training and onboarding, seller readiness, AI practice), Pro (adds digital sales rooms, mutual action plans, guided selling and AI coaching) and Unlimited (adds unlimited AI coaching, global languages and premium customer success). Its page description promises go-live in days.
- Pricing: not published; you build a package with its team.
- Limitation: AI pitch practice and role play are capped at 40 submissions per licence on Essential and 80 on Pro, and Salesforce is the only CRM named.
- Choose it when: onboarding and pitch certification are the first job and you want a fast start on Salesforce.
Showell
- What it does: Showell’s homepage describes a branded sales app that works offline, content management and sharing, digital sales rooms, Showell AI and a built-in learning system with courses, quizzes and progress tracking. It focuses on field sales teams and dealer networks.
- Pricing: its pricing page lists Professional “Starting at $715” per workspace a month, users included, for 10 to 200 users; Enterprise (200+ users) is quoted. All plans need a 12-month commitment that renews automatically, with 90 days’ notice to cancel and no refunds for prepaid periods. The page says onboarding is included and that its cost depends on business units, integrations and training.
- Limitation: Salesforce, HubSpot and MS Dynamics integrations, and syncing shares to the CRM, are listed as add-ons, so the starting price does not include CRM connection.
- Choose it when: you sell through field reps or dealers who present from a mobile app, sometimes offline, and want users included in one workspace price.
Spekit
- What it does: Spekit’s pricing page lists Just-in-Time Enablement (governed content, AI content creation, learning paths, an AI chat agent, a dedicated support team) and GTM Acceleration (adds deal agents, AI deal rooms and buyer engagement alerts), with AI role play as an add-on. Governance includes owners, expiration, a similarity detection agent and bulk governance actions. Its integrations page describes two-way Salesforce integration and a Chrome extension.
- Pricing: per seat, by package and team size. Vendr reports a median of $16,308 a year, ranging from $8,749 to $60,227, across 36 purchases (Vendr, last updated February 2026).
- Limitation: deal rooms need the GTM Acceleration package and role play is an add-on, so an all-in-one setup costs more than the entry package.
- Choose it when: your team works in Salesforce and you want guidance and content inside the tools reps already use, with little admin.
What does a sales enablement platform cost at 50, 150 and 300 users?
Only Paperflite, Showell and Dock publish prices here, so we used those for list-price arithmetic and Vendr’s dated medians for the rest. Figures are before discounts, add-ons and services.
| Platform and plan | 50 users | 150 users | 300 users |
|---|---|---|---|
| Paperflite Advanced ($57 to $60 per user a month) | $34,200 to $36,000 | $102,600 to $108,000 | $205,200 to $216,000 |
| Showell Professional (from $715 a workspace a month) | From $8,580 | From $8,580 | Enterprise quote (200+ users) |
| Dock | Enterprise quote (25+ users) | Enterprise quote | Enterprise quote |
| Revspire | priced by module with unlimited user licenses; about $25,000 USD a year on average |
Our arithmetic from list prices on each vendor’s pricing page, 30 October 2026, for one year. Showell’s starting price excludes CRM add-ons and its onboarding cost.
For the quoted platforms, Vendr’s medians across all deal sizes are $16,308 a year for Spekit (36 purchases), $44,356 for Mindtickle (65) and $60,005 for Highspot (351), all last updated February 2026. Vendr also reports 3 to 7% annual renewal escalators as common at Highspot, so model year two as well as year one. Our sales enablement software pricing guide lists implementation fees, add-ons and escalators for each vendor.
Illustrative example (ours, not a quote): a 120-person sales team plans to reach 200 by next year. On a per-seat price the licence line rises by two thirds; on a workspace price it holds until the user band is crossed; on a module price it moves only if you add a module. Ask every vendor to price both headcounts and the services, then compare the two-year total.
Should you buy one platform or best-of-breed tools?
All nine tools here name content, training or practice, and buyer rooms in some form, so the choice is less about coverage than depth and admin. A short test:
- Pick one platform if one or two people run enablement, you want a single place for reps to look, and you need content usage, training completion and buyer engagement in one report.
- Pick best of breed if one job, such as role play or buyer rooms, decides deals and a specialist does it clearly better in your trial, and you have RevOps time to join the data in the CRM.
- Check the package, not the product: on several platforms the room or training you saw in the demo sits on a higher tier or add-on, such as SalesHood Pro, Spekit GTM Acceleration and Paperflite Advanced.
For a broader list that is not mid-market specific, see our best sales enablement tools for 2026. Once you have picked, our 90-day sales enablement implementation plan sets out the rollout.
How we evaluated these platforms
We picked platforms that sell content, training and buyer rooms to teams of roughly 50 to 300 users and publish enough about pricing, setup and CRM support to compare. We included three with published prices (Dock, Paperflite and Showell) and left out Seismic and Showpad, which are covered in our enterprise list. On 30 October 2026 we opened each vendor’s pricing, product and integrations pages and recorded what they say for the five criteria above. Vendr figures appear only where Vendr gives a purchase count. Revspire’s facts come from its own website.
We did not run trials, use review scores, compare security certifications or repeat any vendor’s customer counts or outcome claims. Showell’s and Paperflite’s integrations pages and the pricing pages of two other candidates, GTM Buddy and Letter AI, could not be opened on the day; we left those two out because their homepages named no CRM or price. Confirm every capability in a demo and every price in writing.

Frequently asked questions
What are the best revenue enablement tools for mid-market companies?
For a 100 to 1,000 employee company, shortlist by your main gap: Allego or Revspire for content, training and rooms under one contract; Mindtickle or SalesHood for onboarding and readiness; Spekit for in-app guidance in Salesforce; Showell for field and dealer teams; and Dock or Paperflite if you want a published price to start from.
How much does a sales enablement platform cost for a mid-market team?
Published prices include Showell’s $715 a workspace a month (users included, up to 200), Paperflite’s $27.50 to $60 per user a month and Dock’s $350 to $1,000 a month for 5 to 10 users. Vendr’s February 2026 medians for quoted tools range from $16,308 a year (Spekit) to $60,005 (Highspot). Revspire is priced by module with unlimited user licenses; about $25,000 USD a year on average.
How long does it take to implement a sales enablement platform?
Vendors state different timelines. Allego says most deployments launch within 4 weeks with full project team participation, SalesHood’s page promises go-live in days, and Revspire says the first team is typically live 2 weeks after signature with full rollout in about 6 weeks. Ask what the timeline assumes from your team.
Is SharePoint or Google Drive enough for a mid-market sales team?
It can be at first. A drive stores files and permissions well but does not tell you which version a buyer opened or which content appears in won deals. Most platforms here sync from SharePoint or Google Drive, so you can keep the drive as the source and add tracking on top.
