Frequently asked questions about DealHub

How much does DealHub cost?

DealHub does not publish prices. Its pricing page names two plans, Growth ("Governed revenue execution") and Scale ("Advanced billing control"), and asks you to request pricing. Vendr reports a median contract of $44,400 a year across 145 purchases (February 2026), ranging from $14,845 to $117,140, and says DealHub typically quotes per user, per month. See the DealHub pricing guide.

What are the best DealHub alternatives and competitors?

It depends on how much of quote-to-revenue you need. The CPQ suites cover quoting and billing; the proposal tools add documents and signing; the sales room tools add buyer collaboration. Each line uses the vendor's own pricing page, checked on 30 October 2026:

  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud: quoting, order capture and subscriptions on Growth, with contracts, invoicing and AI on Advanced; $150 and $200 USD per user a month billed annually, and it requires a Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or CRM license.
  • Conga: CPQ, CLM, document automation and eSignature; Advantage CPQ is optimized for Salesforce and Smart CPQ works across CRMs. Quote-based: its pricing page asks you to request a quote.
  • PandaDoc: proposals, quotes, contracts and eSignature, with deal rooms; a Free plan, Starter $19 and Business $49 per seat a month billed annually, and CPQ on the quoted Enterprise plan.
  • Qwilr: interactive proposals with quotes, e-sign, payments and deal rooms; Starter $35, Growth $55 and Scale $75 per user a month billed annually, with 5- and 10-user minimums on Growth and Scale.
  • GetAccept: digital sales rooms with e-signature and contract management, and CPQ on its quoted Enterprise plan; eSign 25 $ and Professional 49 $ per user a month, five-user minimum on Professional.
  • Dock: sales workspaces, a CMS for content and playbooks; a Free plan, Standard at $350 a month with 5 users and Premium at $1,000 a month billed annually with 10.
  • Revspire: a CPQ module with guided configuration, global price books and approval routing, beside branded digital sales rooms with mutual action plans and stakeholder mapping, governed content, AI playbooks and AI role-play. Revspire is priced by module with unlimited user licenses; about $25,000 USD a year on average.

Is Subskribe part of DealHub?

Yes. DealHub announced on 19 November 2025 that it had acquired Subskribe, a subscription management and quote-to-revenue vendor (release), so we do not list it as a separate alternative. On 30 October 2026 Subskribe's pricing page still listed CPQ, Quote-to-Revenue and Billing plans, each priced through "Contact Sales".

Does DealHub have a free trial?

DealHub's pricing page lists no free trial or free plan; it offers a demo and a "Request Pricing" button. Qwilr offers a 14-day Starter trial with no credit card, PandaDoc and Dock list free plans, and Salesforce says it does not currently offer a free trial of Revenue Cloud.

When should you choose DealHub instead of Revspire?

Choose DealHub if:

  • You need subscription billing, invoicing, collections and revenue recognition tied to the quote: DealHub's Scale plan covers them, and Revspire has no billing module.
  • Your pricing is complex: usage-based, tiered, prepaid drawdown and hybrid models, amendments and co-terminated expansions are on DealHub's capability list.
  • You want quoting through an API or a partner channel: Headless API-Quoting is a paid add-on, and partner channel quoting is listed.
  • You run Salesforce, Dynamics 365 or HubSpot with NetSuite or another ERP that DealHub lists.

When should you choose Revspire instead of DealHub?

Choose Revspire if:

  • You want the deal room and the quote beside a governed content library, with versioning that keeps every shared link current and content recommendations inside the CRM.
  • You want buying-committee stakeholder mapping and mutual action plans with owners and due dates in the same room.
  • You want battlecards, objection plays and AI role-play for reps beside the content and pricing they share.
  • Your billing already runs in another system and you need quoting with approval routing by margin, discount depth or contract value, not a full quote-to-cash stack.
  • You want unlimited user licenses: Revspire is priced by module with unlimited user licenses; about $25,000 USD a year on average.
