Does Qwilr publish its prices?
Qwilr pricing has three per-user plans: Starter at $35 a user a month billed annually ($49 monthly), Growth at $55 with a five-user minimum and Scale at $75 with a ten-user minimum, both billed annually only. A 14-day Starter trial needs no card.
Yes. Qwilr's pricing page shows three plans in "USD per user/month": Starter at $35, Growth at $55 and Scale at $75. Its FAQ adds that Starter costs $49 per user per month on monthly billing. Growth and Scale are billed annually only, and the page lists no free plan.
Prices are in US dollars, except that the FAQ says customers in Australia and New Zealand are priced in AUD. The AUD amounts did not appear in our text read of the page on 30 October 2026, so we do not quote them; check the page from your region.
What do Qwilr's Starter, Growth and Scale plans include?
Each plan includes everything in the plan below it. Qwilr's plan cards describe them as follows:
| Plan | How Qwilr describes it | Price and seats | What the plan card adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | "Essential tools for individuals and small teams" | $35 per user a month billed annually, or $49 billed monthly; 1 seat included | e-sign, analytics, QwilrPay, HubSpot, Zoho and Pipedrive integrations, AI assistant integration (MCP), API access (usage costs apply) |
| Growth | "For growing teams that need more power" | $55 per user a month, billed annually; minimum 5 users | A dedicated Customer Success Manager, Microsoft Dynamics integration, automations, custom branding, identity verification, enhanced reporting, template-level settings |
| Scale | "For enterprise teams with complex workflows" | $75 per user a month, billed annually; minimum 10 users | Salesforce integration, conditional content, Smart Proposal Engine, AI Prefill, premium design services, team-level permissions, chat support, enhanced API support, annual document automation credit renewal |
Extra users cost the plan rate ($35, $55 or $75 per user). "You can add seats to your plan at any time", prorated, while "Seat reductions take effect at your next renewal". Analytics history is kept for 60 days on Starter, 120 days on Growth and is unlimited on Scale.
The plan that matters most for CRM users is Scale: it is the only card that lists the Salesforce integration, so a Salesforce team starts at 10 users on annual billing. HubSpot, Zoho and Pipedrive start on Starter and Microsoft Dynamics on Growth. Single sign-on is not mentioned anywhere on the pricing page; "identity verification" on Growth asks page viewers to identify themselves, which is not the same thing.
How do Qwilr's free documents and document credits work?
Document automation is metered separately from seats. The page says "Automate document creation via API is available on all plans. Fees apply." Each plan comes with free documents: 40 on Starter, 200 on Growth and 600 on Scale. "Starter plans billed monthly do not include free documents."
Beyond the allowance you either pay as you go, at $2.50 per document on every plan, or buy a credit bundle "for better per-doc value". Scale lists an "Annual document automation credit renewal". Ask which documents count against the allowance, for example whether pages created by hand in the editor are counted or only those generated through the API and automations.
| Bundle | Price per document | Bundle price | Available on |
|---|---|---|---|
| 250 documents | $2 | $500 | Starter, Growth and Scale |
| 1,000 documents | $1.80 | $1,800 | Growth and Scale |
| 2,000 documents | $1.60 | $3,200 | Growth and Scale |
| 5,000 documents | $1.50 | $7,500 | Scale |
What does QwilrPay cost, and are there other fees?
QwilrPay collects payments inside a proposal. The FAQ says "there are some small fees for collecting payments through Qwilr": "Starter: 0.09% per transaction, Growth: 0% per transaction, Scale: 0% per transaction." Stripe's own processing fees apply on top, "set by Stripe".
API access carries usage costs on every plan, as noted above. The FAQ also covers discounts for students and non-profits; ask Qwilr for the terms. The page gives no price for the premium design services listed on Scale.
How much does Qwilr cost per year?
At list price before documents, fees and tax: one Starter user costs $420 a year billed annually (12 × $35) or $588 billed monthly (12 × $49). The smallest Growth team, 5 users, costs $3,300 a year (5 × $55 × 12), and the smallest Scale team, 10 users, $9,000 a year (10 × $75 × 12). That arithmetic is ours, from the published rates, not a Qwilr quote.
We found no dated third-party price data with a sample size. Vendr's Qwilr page shows figures but states neither a purchase count nor an update date, so we do not quote it.
What does Qwilr include besides proposals?
Qwilr's homepage calls it proposal software for modern sales teams that sends interactive proposals, generates quotes and secures sign-off and payment, and says it is "Loved by 5000+ customers". Its quotes page describes a "lightweight CPQ" that fills quotes and pricing plans from CRM data.
Its digital sales room page describes deal rooms that show how the buying committee engages, with built-in e-signing and payment through Stripe or the seller's own system; it does not describe mutual action plans. Its MCP page says reps can create proposals and check performance from AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, and that the MCP is "Available on every plan".
What drives the cost of a Qwilr plan?
Qwilr's pricing page names every input to the bill:
- Plan and CRM. Starter is $35, Growth $55 and Scale $75 per user a month billed annually; the Salesforce integration is listed only on Scale and Microsoft Dynamics from Growth.
- Seat minimums. Growth starts at 5 users and Scale at 10, so a small team pays for the minimum.
- Billing term. Only Starter can be billed monthly, at $49 rather than $35, and monthly Starter includes no free documents.
- Documents. 40, 200 or 600 free documents by plan, then $2.50 each on pay-as-you-go or $1.50 to $2 each in bundles.
- Payments. QwilrPay charges 0.09% per transaction on Starter and nothing on Growth or Scale, plus Stripe's fees.
What should you ask Qwilr before buying?
- Which documents count against the free allowance: every page you create, or only those generated by the API and automations?
- If you need Salesforce, can you buy fewer than 10 Scale seats, or add Salesforce to Growth?
- Is single sign-on available, and on which plan, since the pricing page does not mention it?
- Do unused bundle credits roll over, and what does the annual credit renewal on Scale include?
- What are the AUD prices if you are billed in Australia or New Zealand, and do they include GST?
