Does Salesforce publish Sales Cloud prices?

Salesforce Sales Cloud pricing runs from Starter Suite at $25 and Pro Suite at $100 per user a month to Core at $195, Advanced at $395 and Max at $550, all billed annually. Agentforce for Sales starts at $125 per user a month.

Yes, for every tier. Salesforce's Sales pricing page states the model plainly: "Sales Cloud pricing follows a per-user, per-month subscription model." Above the two suites it lists three Sales Cloud editions, Core at "$ 195", Advanced at "$ 395" and Max at "$ 550", each marked "USD/User/Month" and "(Billed annually)". Salesforce's editions and pricing page shows the same five Sales prices, so the figures agree across both pages. Both carry the note that the information is "provided for information purposes only and subject to change".

The two suites sit below the editions and are priced on Salesforce's small-business pricing page: Starter Suite at "$ 25 USD/User/Month", "Billed monthly or annually.", and Pro Suite at "$ 100 USD/User/Month", "Billed annually. Contract required." Both carry the caveat "(Starting price. Transaction fees apply.)" Salesforce also lists the suites in other currencies, at £20 and £80, 25 euro and 100 euro, AU$35 and AU$140, 3,000 and 12,000 yen, and 250 kr and 1,000 kr.

One thing the pages do not publish is a monthly figure for the upper tiers. Pro Suite, Core, Advanced and Max each read "(Billed annually)", and Starter Suite is the only plan whose billing line reads "Billed monthly or annually."; no monthly amount is stated for the other four on the pages checked. On contract length, Salesforce says "Most Salesforce products use annual contracts, but Salesforce subscription terms vary."

On currency, the dollar figures in this guide are the US list prices as served to a US visitor, checked on 21 October 2026, not a worldwide rate. Salesforce prints the suite prices in several currencies on the same page, so confirm the figure and the currency for the country you will be billed in.

What do the Salesforce suites and Sales Cloud editions cost?

Five Sales prices are published, two suites and three editions. The figures below are taken from Salesforce's own pricing pages on 21 October 2026:

Salesforce Sales prices as its pricing pages show them, checked 21 October 2026
PlanList priceBilling basis as labelledNotes from the page
Starter Suite$25 USD/User/Month"Billed monthly or annually.""(Starting price. Transaction fees apply.)" Slack is included "at no extra cost"; the FAQ offers a 30-day trial "for up to 10 users"
Pro Suite$100 USD/User/Month"Billed annually. Contract required."Premier Support is listed as an add-on with no price; the Web Services API is an "Additional $25 USD/user/month"
Core$195 USD/User/Month"(Billed annually)"500K Flex Credits per org per year; "10GB/Org +20MB/User" storage; "Try for free"; the first edition where "AI can be added"
Advanced$395 USD/User/Month"(Billed annually)"1M Flex Credits per org per year; "1GB/User" storage; one Full Sandbox included per org; "Try for free"
Max$550 USD/User/Month"(Billed annually)"2.75M Flex Credits per org per year; "1GB/User" storage; "Slack Enterprise+ included"; "Contact us" rather than a trial

The jump from Pro Suite to Core nearly doubles the per-user price, and the reasons the pages give are platform limits rather than seat count: Flex Credits, storage, sandboxes and the point at which AI becomes available. Salesforce's small-business FAQ answers the seat question directly: "There is no user maximum." The only user limit stated on the pages checked applies to the trial, which the same FAQ puts at "up to 10 users" on Starter Suite.

Several capabilities are listed on the grid as "Available for purchase" with no price attached, among them Flow Orchestration from Pro Suite upward, Developer Pro and Full Sandboxes, Tableau Next and Security Center. Treat each as a separate quote line rather than an included feature.

Which Salesforce features cost extra?

The Sales pricing page prices five add-ons on top of the seat price: Agentforce for Sales "From $125 USD/user/month", Sales Programs "From $100 USD/user/month", Revenue Intelligence "From $220 USD/user/month", Revenue Cloud "From $200 USD/user/month" and Partner Relationship Management "From $10 USD/login/month". Support is priced differently again: the Premier Success Plan is "30% of net license fees", so it scales with the whole contract rather than a fixed amount.

That matters for a budget. A Core seat at $195 with Agentforce for Sales and Revenue Intelligence on top reaches $540 a user a month before tax, support or sandboxes, which is close to the Max list price of $550 on its own. Which combination is cheaper depends on which Max inclusions, Flex Credits and Slack Enterprise+ among them, you would otherwise buy separately. The page gives no prices for CPQ, Sales Engagement, Slack Sales Elevate or Salesforce Spiff, so ask for those as named line items.

How is Salesforce Agentforce priced?

Separately from the seat, and in more than one way. Salesforce's Agentforce pricing page lists the Agentforce add-on for Sales, Service and Field Service at "$ 125" per "user / month" with "Unmetered Agentforce usage for employees", and Agentforce Industries add-ons at "$ 150" per user a month. Above those, "Agentforce 1 Editions" start "from $550" a user a month and include the Agentforce add-on and 2.5M Flex Credits per org per year.

There is also a consumption route. An "Agentforce User License" is "$ 5" "USD/User/Month" and "(Requires Flex Credits)"; Flex Credits cost "$ 500" per "100k Credits"; conversations are "$ 2" "per conversation"; and Salesforce Foundations is listed at "$ 0" as "Flat Fee Access". A "$ 125" "user/month" figure also appears in the comparison table beside Foundations without a clear label, so confirm what that row covers before relying on it.

The practical point is that Flex Credits are the meter. Core includes 500K a year, Advanced 1M and Max 2.75M, and the Agentforce 1 editions 2.5M, so the number of agent actions your team expects, not the seat count, decides whether you top up at $500 per 100k credits. The Sales pricing page is explicit that "AI can be added to Core and above", which means the $25 and $100 suites are not an AI entry point.

How much does Salesforce cost per year?

At list price, with no add-ons, twenty-five seats come to $7,500 a year on Starter Suite (25 x $25 x 12), $30,000 on Pro Suite, $58,500 on Core, $118,500 on Advanced and $165,000 on Max. Those are arithmetic from Salesforce's published per-user figures before tax, transaction fees and anything marked "Available for purchase".

Add-ons move the total quickly. The same twenty-five Core seats with Agentforce for Sales at $125 a user a month add $37,500 a year, and Revenue Intelligence at $220 adds $66,000. A Premier Success Plan at "30% of net license fees" is then a percentage of whatever the licence total has become. This guide cites no price-aggregator benchmark for Salesforce, because Salesforce publishes a list price at every tier; what a benchmark would add is discounting, and that is what to negotiate rather than read.

What drives the cost of a Salesforce contract?

Salesforce names most of the inputs on its pricing pages:

  • Edition. Starter Suite $25, Pro Suite $100, Core $195, Advanced $395 and Max $550 USD/User/Month; the step from Pro Suite to Core is where AI, sandboxes and larger Flex Credit allowances begin.
  • Seats. Pricing is "per-user, per-month", and the small-business FAQ says "There is no user maximum", so the bill grows with headcount rather than stopping at a cap.
  • Billing term. Only Starter Suite is listed as "Billed monthly or annually"; Pro Suite, Core, Advanced and Max all show "(Billed annually)", and Pro Suite adds "Contract required."
  • AI. "AI can be added to Core and above." Agentforce for Sales is "From $125 USD/user/month", or $5 a user a month plus Flex Credits at $500 per 100k and conversations at $2 each.
  • Add-ons. Sales Programs from $100, Revenue Intelligence from $220, Revenue Cloud from $200 a user a month, Partner Relationship Management from $10 a login a month, and the Web Services API an "Additional $25 USD/user/month" on Pro Suite.
  • Support and extras. The Premier Success Plan is "30% of net license fees", and sandboxes, Flow Orchestration, Tableau Next and Security Center are marked "Available for purchase" with no published price.

What should you ask Salesforce before buying?

  • Can any edition above Starter Suite be billed monthly, and what does the annual contract commit you to if headcount falls?
  • How many Flex Credits will your agent use cases actually consume, and what is the price per 100k credits after the included allowance?
  • Is Agentforce for Sales quoted per user at $125, or as an Agentforce 1 edition from $550, and which works out cheaper at your seat count?
  • What do CPQ, Sales Engagement and Slack Sales Elevate cost, given that the Sales pricing page prices none of them?
  • Which items marked "Available for purchase", such as sandboxes and Security Center, does your rollout need, and at what price?
  • What are the "transaction fees" referred to on the suite prices, and do they apply to your use case?
