Does DealHub publish its prices?
DealHub pricing is quote-based: its pricing page lists two plans, Growth and Scale, with no prices, and asks buyers to request pricing. Vendr's February 2026 median is $44,400 a year across 145 purchases, with a range of $14,845 to $117,140.
No. DealHub's pricing page, headed "DealHub AI Pricing", names two plans, Growth ("Governed revenue execution") and Scale ("Advanced billing control"), and its buttons ask you to "Request Pricing" or book a demo. No figure appears anywhere on the page, and we found no free trial or free plan.
The FAQ on DealHub's CPQ page says the same: "DealHub doesn't publish list prices. Pricing is quoted based on your requirements." Vendr, a software purchasing marketplace, agrees that DealHub does not publish list pricing and says it "typically quotes on a per-user, per-month basis with annual or multi-year commitments". That is Vendr's observation, not a DealHub term.

What do DealHub's Growth and Scale plans include?
Scale includes everything in Growth. DealHub's CPQ page FAQ describes the two plans as follows, and its pricing page adds one priced extra:
| Plan | How DealHub describes it | Price | What DealHub says the plan covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | "Governed revenue execution" | Quote-based; "Request Pricing" | CPQ, AI CPQ, AI Conversational Quoting and a multi-dimensional pricebook, with usage-based, tiered and fixed pricing, renewals, approvals and CRM integration |
| Scale | "Advanced billing control" | Quote-based; "Request Pricing" | Everything in Growth, plus order-based invoicing, credit memos and refunds, collections, payment gateways, multi-currency support and revenue recognition |
| Add-ons | Sold on top of either plan | No price published | Headless API-Quoting, which the FAQ calls "the only paid add-on"; it also says third-party integrations such as DocuSign and ERP connectors are sold as add-ons |
The pricing page's capability table also lists Digital DealRoom (customised sales content, multi-offer quotes, real-time buyer intent, buyer and seller chat, DealBox content sharing and DealSign e-signature), Contracts (dynamic templates, a clause library and a contract repository, with "AI Contract Search & Insights" marked coming soon), a subscription lifecycle framework, usage and consumption pricing, and billing and revenue recognition items such as ASC 606 and IFRS 15 compliance. The table marks which plan has each item with icons, and neither the table text nor the FAQ says whether DealRoom and Contracts are in Growth, Scale or both, so ask.
The two statements about add-ons do not quite agree: Headless API-Quoting is called the only paid add-on, but DocuSign and ERP connectors are also sold as add-ons. Ask for every add-on as a separate, priced line in the quote.
What does DealHub sell besides CPQ?
DealHub's homepage opens with "Welcome to Agentic Quote-to-Revenue" and says the platform connects CPQ, contracts, subscriptions and billing in one platform. Four product pages describe the parts:
- CPQ. Guided selling, smart filters and structured products, parallel approval workflows with one-click approvals, partner and channel quoting, and an AI quoting agent that applies pricing rules, approval thresholds and discount policies to every AI-generated quote (CPQ).
- DealRoom. Described as a branded digital sales room where buyers and sellers share content, with embedded action plans, buyer activity updates by email and Slack, stakeholder coverage, and built-in eSign plus a DocuSign integration (DealRoom).
- Contracts. Redlining and version comparisons, configurable and ad-hoc approvals across legal and finance, and a repository of pre-approved clauses; AI-powered contract search is labelled coming soon (CLM).
- Subscription billing. Invoicing, payment scheduling, tax and multi-currency billing, usage-based and tiered billing, automatic retries and dunning for failed payments, revenue recognition schedules, and journal entries synced to the ERP (billing).
Which integrations does DealHub list, and which cost extra?
DealHub says its CPQ integrates natively with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot, and connects other CRMs through the DealHub API. Its Integration Center also lists NetSuite, Xero, Priority, Sage Intacct and QuickBooks for ERP, Avalara and Stripe for finance, DocuSign for e-signature, Slack, SendGrid and Gong for communication, and Google and SSO for authentication.
Per the CPQ FAQ, DocuSign and ERP connectors are sold as add-ons, so a team that signs in DocuSign and bills from NetSuite should expect those lines on the order form. No add-on price is published.
How much does DealHub cost per year?
Vendr reports a median DealHub contract of $44,400 a year from 145 purchases (last updated February 2026), with a low of $14,845 and a high of $117,140. The page header shows 61 deals handled rather than 145, without explaining the difference, so treat the figures as directional. They are Vendr estimates from purchase data, not DealHub prices.
Vendr says the platform is sold in three primary modules, CPQ, CLM and billing, and that the price depends on users, the products chosen and contract term. With no list price, the only way to compare DealHub with a per-user tool is to get a quote for your seat count and modules. DealHub's pricing page also lists "Expert implementation & success"; ask whether implementation is priced separately.
How does DealHub pricing compare with other CPQ and sales room tools?
Most CPQ suites quote on request, while the proposal and sales room tools that overlap with DealHub's DealRoom publish per-user prices. Each figure below is from the vendor's own pricing page, checked on 30 October 2026:
| Vendor | What it sells | Pricing as published |
|---|---|---|
| DealHub | CPQ, DealRoom, contracts, subscriptions and billing | Quote-based Growth and Scale plans (pricing) |
| Salesforce Revenue Cloud | Quoting, order capture and subscriptions; contracts, invoicing and AI on Advanced | Growth $150 and Advanced $200 USD per user a month, billed annually; requires a Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or CRM license (pricing) |
| Conga | CPQ, CLM, document automation and eSignature | Quote-based; the pricing page asks you to request a quote (pricing) |
| Subskribe | CPQ, billing and revenue recognition; acquired by DealHub in November 2025 | CPQ, Quote-to-Revenue and Billing plans, each "Contact Sales" (pricing) |
| PandaDoc | Proposals, quotes, contracts and eSignature, with deal rooms | Starter $19 and Business $49 per seat a month billed annually; CPQ on the quoted Enterprise plan (pricing) |
| Qwilr | Interactive proposals, quotes, e-sign and payments | Starter $35, Growth $55 and Scale $75 per user a month billed annually; Growth and Scale have 5- and 10-user minimums (pricing) |
| GetAccept | Digital sales rooms, e-signature and contract management; CPQ on Enterprise | eSign 25 $ and Professional 49 $ per user a month (five-user minimum); Enterprise "Contact us" (pricing) |
The rows sell different things. Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Conga are CPQ suites closest to DealHub's quoting and billing scope; PandaDoc, Qwilr and GetAccept start from the proposal, signature or sales room. See our Qwilr pricing, PandaDoc pricing and GetAccept pricing guides, or the full list of DealHub alternatives.
What has changed at DealHub recently?
On 19 November 2025 DealHub announced that it had acquired Subskribe, which it described as a subscription management platform, and called itself "the Agentic Quote-to-Revenue platform for the AI era" (release). The release does not say whether Subskribe stays on sale as its own product; on 30 October 2026 Subskribe's pricing page still listed CPQ, Quote-to-Revenue and Billing plans, each "Contact Sales".
DealHub's about page names Eyal Elbahary as CEO and says the company was founded by sales leaders; it gives no founding year, funding or customer count.
What drives the cost of a DealHub contract?
DealHub publishes the plan structure; the contract observations are Vendr's, not DealHub terms:
- Plan. Growth covers CPQ, AI quoting, approvals and CRM integration; Scale adds invoicing, collections, payment gateways and revenue recognition. Neither is priced publicly.
- Users. Vendr says DealHub typically quotes per user, per month, so seat count is likely to move the price.
- Modules. Vendr names CPQ, CLM and billing as the three primary modules; whether DealRoom and Contracts are in your plan is not stated in DealHub's text, so confirm it.
- Add-ons. Headless API-Quoting is a paid add-on, and DocuSign and ERP connectors are sold as add-ons too.
- Contract term. Vendr says DealHub sells annual or multi-year commitments; ask what a longer term changes in the per-user rate.
- Implementation. DealHub says most CPQ implementations go live within 3 months; ask whether "Expert implementation & success" is included or billed.
What should you ask DealHub before buying?
- Which plan includes DealRoom and Contracts, and are they priced per user, per module or included?
- Is the quote per user per month, and do approvers, finance and legal users each need a paid seat?
- What do Headless API-Quoting, the DocuSign integration and your ERP connector cost as separate lines?
- Is implementation included, how long does DealHub expect your rollout to take, and who does the configuration?
- If you also use Subskribe, how will the two products be combined, and what happens to your Subskribe contract?
- What renewal cap applies after the first term, and does a multi-year term lower the rate?
