Best sales enablement software for manufacturing (2026)

A practical perspective for connecting this idea to your revenue team’s next move.

For manufacturers whose field sellers and dealers need product content on a job site, Showpad, Showell, Highspot, Mediafly and Pitcher are the tools whose own pages describe offline access, and Showpad, Showell, Highspot, Seismic and Mediafly describe giving dealers or distributors governed access to content. If quoting configurable products is the problem, Salesforce Revenue Cloud is the CPQ reference here and publishes per-user prices. Revspire fits manufacturers that want current spec sheets and deal rooms for buying committees on one platform, with Partner Portal and CPQ as add-ons and pricing by module.

This guide is for sales, channel and enablement leaders at manufacturers that sell configurable or technical products through direct field teams, distributors and dealers.

Disclosure: Revspire publishes this list and sells one of the tools on it. Revspire has one entry. Tools are listed alphabetically and are not ranked. Every capability and price below is one the vendor’s own website describes, checked on 2 November 2026; we did not run trials. We do not compare security or compliance certifications for any vendor; ask each one for its own documents during your security review.

Manufacturing sales enablement software compared

“Not described” means we did not find it on the vendor pages we opened, which does not prove the product lacks it. Showell and Salesforce Revenue Cloud were the only two with prices on the pages we opened.

What a manufacturing sales team needs from enablement software

Manufacturing sales content is part marketing and part product documentation, and much of it is used by distributors and dealers who do not work for you. A superseded spec sheet in a dealer’s quote is a product-information error. Capital equipment deals also involve many people: Forrester reported that on average 13 people are involved in a B2B buying decision and 89% of purchases involve two or more departments (Forrester, State of Business Buying 2024, 4 December 2024).

On each vendor’s pages we looked for current catalogs and spec sheets, offline access for plant floors and job sites, governed distributor and dealer access, CPQ or quoting for configurable products, and training on new models.

1. Bigtincan

What it does: Bigtincan’s manufacturing page is built around “large product catalogs,” with SearchAI across “thousands of SKUs,” a Catalog for deep product information, and “instant quotes while comparing competitor products and pricing.” It integrates with CRMs and ERPs and offers AR-assisted training.

Pricing: Essential and Elite editions with a “Get Pricing” form (pricing page). See Bigtincan pricing.

Limitation: The manufacturing page does not describe offline access or dealer management. Vector Capital announced on 26 August 2025 that it would combine Showpad with Bigtincan under the Showpad brand (Showpad press release).

Choose it when: catalog size and SKU search are the main problem. See Bigtincan alternatives.

2. Highspot

What it does: Highspot’s manufacturing page gives reps and partners “specs, sell sheets, playbooks, and product materials,” equips “field teams and dealers” to sell configurable machinery, and offers “offline-ready access to the latest content, plays, and training in the Highspot Mobile App.” AI role-play covers technical objections. It connects with Salesforce, Outlook and Slack.

Pricing: Good, Better and Best plans, each with “Contact sales” (pricing page). See Highspot pricing.

Limitation: CPQ is not described. Highspot’s merger page says Highspot and Seismic are now one company under the Seismic name (what the merger means).

Choose it when: sellers and dealers need content and training offline on mobile. See Highspot alternatives.

3. Mediafly

What it does: Mediafly’s manufacturing page describes a “Unified content hub” with current technical specifications, access “online or offline,” “one governed source of current content” for dealers and distributors, and business case calculators. It calls itself “The only SAP Endorsed Enablement App for SAP Sales & Service Clouds.”

Pricing: Not published; the pricing URL leads to a contact page. See Mediafly pricing.

Limitation: SAP is the only CRM named and CPQ is not described. Its homepage, checked 2 November 2026, leads with financial services, so ask about manufacturing investment.

Choose it when: you run SAP Sales Cloud and sell on ROI. See Mediafly alternatives.

4. Pitcher

What it does: Pitcher’s manufacturing and wholesale page lets reps generate quotes and process orders during meetings, with “instant access to inventory levels and pricing and discounting rules,” plus product recommendations and route planning. Its offline page covers the “complete call lifecycle without an internet connection,” syncing to the CRM afterwards.

Pricing: No prices on the pages we opened; its pricing URL returned an error on 2 November 2026.

Limitation: Catalogs, spec sheet management and dealer access are not described on the manufacturing page.

Choose it when: route-based reps quote and take orders on the spot.

5. Revspire

What it does: Revspire is an AI sales enablement platform that connects governed sales content, AI playbooks, AI sales training and coaching, and digital sales rooms. Versioning in Content Hub keeps every link already sent to a buyer or partner on the current spec sheet, search works by meaning, context and tags, and files sync two ways with SharePoint and OneDrive. The Partner Portal add-on gives distributors and dealers co-branded microsites with company-level roles and governed access to content, playbooks, deal rooms, training and certifications. The CPQ add-on offers guided configuration with product rules and nested dependencies, global price books with floor-price protection, and approval routing by margin, discount depth or contract value. Digital Sales Rooms hold drawings, terms and a mutual action plan for the buying committee, and AI Sales Training & Coaching certifies sellers on a new model.

Pricing: Revspire is priced by module with unlimited user licenses; about $25,000 USD a year on average. Adding dealer users does not change the price. See Revspire pricing. Rollout: first team typically live 2 weeks after signature, full rollout about 6 weeks.

Limitation: Revspire’s pages do not describe offline access or a mobile app. Its named CRMs are Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM and Pipedrive; SAP is not listed.

Choose it when: distributors sell much of the line, quotes involve configured options, and you want one vendor for content, partner access and quoting.

6. Salesforce Revenue Cloud

What it does: Salesforce’s CPQ page now markets Revenue Cloud, an “agentic CPQ” with “both rules-based and constraint-based configuration,” a Constraint Builder, and “automated, cross-functional approval chains” to protect margins. Its FAQ lists manufacturing among the industries served. It is the CPQ reference in this list; see also CPQ software and Salesforce CPQ alternatives.

Pricing: Revenue Cloud Growth is $150 and Revenue Cloud Advanced is $200 per user per month, billed annually; Salesforce says pricing is for information only and subject to change.

Limitation: It covers quoting. Content management, training and dealer portals need another product.

Choose it when: products have complex option rules and sellers already work in Salesforce.

7. Seismic

What it does: Seismic’s manufacturing page targets “sales, dealer, and distribution teams,” helps them find and share the right content, integrates with CRM and web conferencing tools, and offers onboarding and coaching. Highspot is now part of Seismic.

Pricing: No pricing on the homepage, and the pricing URL could not be loaded on 2 November 2026. See Seismic pricing.

Limitation: Offline access and CPQ are not described.

Choose it when: a large dealer and distribution organization already uses Seismic. See Seismic alternatives.

8. Showell

What it does: Showell offers a branded content app that works “Even offline!” on iOS, Android, Windows and the web, holding price lists, brochures and product updates, with controls over what each dealer in a “dealer network” can access and share.

Pricing: Professional is “Starting at $715” per workspace (including users) per month for 10 to 200 users, with a 12-month minimum; Enterprise is quoted (pricing page). See Showell pricing.

Limitation: Training, CPQ and named CRM integrations are not described on the homepage.

Choose it when: you need current brochures and price lists on dealer tablets offline at a known monthly price. See Showell alternatives.

9. Showpad

What it does: Showpad’s manufacturing page says every SKU, spec and configuration is in every seller’s pocket even without WiFi, organizes technical docs, CAD files and collateral, and supports 3D models in presentations. Channel Licenses extend it to indirect sellers with role-based access and partner analytics, and AI role-play covers pricing pushback and technical objections.

Pricing: Professional, Advanced and Expert plans with “Request a quote”; Showpad is “licensed on a per-user basis” (pricing page). See Showpad pricing.

Limitation: CPQ and quote generation are not described, and the Bigtincan combination means you should confirm which product your contract covers.

Choose it when: direct and distributor sellers need the full catalog offline. See Showpad alternatives.

How to choose sales enablement software for manufacturing

Start with the documents that reach quotes. Replace one spec sheet in each trial and check what a distributor sees through a link sent last month.

Decide how much offline you need. Showpad, Showell, Highspot, Mediafly and Pitcher describe offline access. The Revspire pages and the Seismic and Bigtincan manufacturing pages do not, so test on a real job site.

Map your channel. If dealers sell most of the volume, check partner-level permissions and whether partners get the same library or a copy. Showpad sells Channel Licenses, Showell has dealer-level controls, and Revspire offers the Partner Portal add-on; see our partner portal software guide.

Decide where quoting lives. Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Revspire’s CPQ add-on describe configuration rules and discount approvals; Pitcher and Bigtincan describe quoting during the visit without naming configuration rules.

Finally, model cost at your dealer headcount. Per-user pricing grows with every dealer rep. Showell prices per workspace up to 200 users, and Revspire is priced by module with unlimited user licenses. Compare models in our sales enablement software pricing guide.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best sales enablement software for manufacturing?

It depends on your channel. For offline field content, Showpad, Showell and Highspot describe it on their own pages. For quoting during visits, Pitcher fits route-based reps, and Salesforce Revenue Cloud handles constraint-based CPQ. Revspire suits manufacturers that want current spec sheets, a partner portal, CPQ and deal rooms from one vendor with module pricing.

Which sales enablement tools work offline for field sellers?

On pages checked 2 November 2026, Showpad says every SKU and spec is available even without WiFi, Showell’s app works offline on iOS, Android and Windows, Highspot’s mobile app is offline-ready, Mediafly offers access online or offline, and Pitcher covers the full call lifecycle offline. Revspire’s pages do not describe offline access.

Do I need a separate CPQ tool for configurable products?

Most sales enablement tools here do not describe CPQ. If your products have option rules and discount approvals, you need one: Salesforce Revenue Cloud publishes $150 and $200 per user per month editions, and Revspire offers CPQ as an add-on to Content Hub with guided configuration and approval routing.

How do distributors and dealers get access to sales content?

Give them governed access to the same library instead of emailed copies. Showpad sells Channel Licenses, Showell sets access per dealer, Mediafly and Seismic describe content for dealer and distribution teams, and Revspire’s Partner Portal add-on creates co-branded partner microsites with company-level roles.

How much does manufacturing sales enablement software cost?

Only Showell and Salesforce Revenue Cloud showed prices on the pages we opened: Showell Professional starts at $715 per workspace per month for 10 to 200 users, and Revenue Cloud costs $150 or $200 per user per month billed annually. Revspire is priced by module with unlimited user licenses; about $25,000 USD a year on average.
