Does Mediafly publish its pricing?
Mediafly pricing is not published. Its FAQ says quotes depend on the modules chosen (Engagement, Value, Learning & Coaching), user counts and integrations; its pages list no plans, per-user rates or free trial. We found no dated third-party benchmark, so budget from a quote.
No. Mediafly's FAQ, last modified on 20 July 2026, says pricing "is tailored based on your selected modules, user counts, and integration requirements", that its modular approach lets you deploy products individually or together, and that you contact Mediafly for a quote. Its pricing answer links only to the demo request page, and no pricing page appears in the site navigation. On the pages we checked on 19 October 2026 there were no list prices, plan names, per-user rates, minimum seats or contract lengths.
G2 points to a Mediafly product-pricing page for packages and add-ons, but we could not open it, or mediafly.com/pricing, when we checked, and a site search found no pricing page. No free plan or free trial is described. The demo page offers a free "Content Outcome Assessment" instead, and the Value and solutions pages offer free value and revenue assessments.
What Mediafly does describe is the set of modules a quote is built from:
| Module | What Mediafly says it covers |
|---|---|
| Engagement | Sales content management, Digital Sales Rooms, engagement analytics, StoryGuide for assembling approved presentations, branded workspaces, content intelligence and CRM integration (Mediafly). |
| Value | ROI and TCO calculators, business value assessments, a Scalable Tool Builder, Realized Value calculators for post-sale renewals and upsells, and value program analytics (Mediafly). |
| Learning & Coaching | Appinium, described as "built 100% natively on Salesforce": structured learning and certifications, instructor-led and virtual training with Zoom and WebEx, video coaching on recorded practice, and partner and customer training through Experience Cloud portals (Mediafly). |
| Services | Value Engineering (custom ROI and business-case tools), Professional Services (implementation, CRM integrations, content migration and admin training) and Creative Services (Mediafly). |
AI runs across the modules. Mediafly's AI page names Command Center, an AI workspace with next-best actions, plus AI content search and recommendations, content summaries, knowledge assistants and Mutual Action Plans in which agents suggest content and next actions. The FAQ adds AI-generated business value reports and a chatbot in the Value suite, and says multi-agent orchestration via MCP is "on our roadmap". Mediafly does not say whether any AI feature comes with every package or is sold as an add-on.
What plans and editions does Mediafly offer?
Mediafly's own site sells modules rather than named plans. The only edition names we found are on G2, which lists Pro and Enterprise, both priced "Contact Us" with no billing unit:
| Edition | Storage | Features listed |
|---|---|---|
| Pro | 2TB included, 1GB personal | Content management, online and offline mode, CRM and SSO integration. |
| Enterprise | 4TB included, 2GB personal | Pro features plus CMS integration and Advanced Analytics/Insights. |
Both editions describe content management only. The listing predates the Appinium acquisition, which closed in April 2025, and mentions neither the Value nor the Learning & Coaching module, so ask how it maps to a current quote.
Vendr's Mediafly page lists the product lines it sees, without prices: Coach360, Engagement360, Intelligence360: Capture, Intelligence360: Dashboards, Legacy Value360: Tool Builder Author License, Revenue360 and Value360: Sales Tool User. Those names come from Mediafly's Revenue360 platform, built after the InsightSquared acquisition of January 2022 and extended with Value360 in February 2023. Mediafly's current platform pages use different module names and do not list revenue intelligence or forecasting as a module, and we could not confirm which of the 360 names are still sold. Two of them suggest Value has been licensed separately for the people who build tools and the sellers who use them; no current Mediafly page confirms that.
How much does Mediafly cost per year?
There is no reliable public figure: we found no dated benchmark with a stated sample size for Mediafly. Vendr's Mediafly page shows contract figures but no purchase count or update date, so we do not repeat them here, and G2's price estimate shows no figure.
Mediafly does not publish a per-user price either. User counts are one input to its quotes, alongside modules and integrations, but its pages state no rate, minimum seat count, contract length or billing frequency. The practical route to a number is a quote broken out by module, user type and service package, which you can set against other vendors' quotes for the same scope. The sales enablement software pricing guide collects what other vendors disclose.
What drives Mediafly's price and implementation cost?
Mediafly names three quote inputs: modules, user counts and integration requirements. Its services page and FAQ add the rest:
- Modules. Engagement, Value and Learning & Coaching can be deployed individually or together, and the FAQ says you can start with one capability and expand over time.
- Users. User counts shape the quote, but no per-user rate, seat minimum or volume discount is published.
- Integrations. Mediafly's FAQ and integrations page name Salesforce, SAP Sales Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot CRM, Sugar Sell and Pipedrive as CRMs, plus Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot and Eloqua for marketing automation and SharePoint, Bynder, Adobe Experience Manager, Acquia and Google Drive as content stores. Which ones you connect is a stated pricing input.
- Services. Implementation packages are described as tiered, with annual retainers and volume discounts that let hours be shared across teams. Value Engineering builds custom ROI and business-case tools. No service prices are shown, and Mediafly does not say whether any service comes with the licence.
- Implementation time. The FAQ says implementation "typically takes 8–10 weeks, with a maximum of 90 days"; Professional Services covers implementation, CRM integrations, content migration and admin training against a 90-day launch target.
- Renewals. Mediafly publishes no renewal terms. An undated community note on Vendr from one buyer with 201 to 1,000 employees says Mediafly first proposed a 5% renewal uplift and later held the price flat on a 12-month renewal. That is one anecdote, not a benchmark.
Is Mediafly worth the price for your team?
That depends on whether you will use the value-selling tools. Mediafly calls itself "the only sales enablement platform with value selling tools built in" (Mediafly), which is its own claim, and its FAQ names global enterprises in CPG, manufacturing, life sciences and technology as users. Its homepage targets field reps, dealers and distributors who need approved content "online or offline". If you want governed field content and ROI, TCO and business-case tools from one vendor, especially on Salesforce or SAP, a single Mediafly quote can cover both.
Check the gaps against your needs before you compare price. Mediafly describes no AI role play; its Learning & Coaching page describes manager review of recorded video practice. Learning & Coaching is built on Salesforce, with no version described for teams outside it. MCP multi-agent orchestration is on the roadmap rather than available. On analyst coverage, Mediafly says it was recognised in Gartner's 2023 Market Guide for Revenue Enablement Platforms; it was not among the seven Leaders in the 2025 Magic Quadrant.
Mediafly was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Chicago. It announced an $80 million round led by BIP Ventures in August 2023 and acquired Appinium in April 2025; we found no sale or merger since.
What should you ask Mediafly before you sign?
- What does each module cost on its own, and what changes if you buy Engagement, Value and Learning & Coaching together?
- How are users counted, and are content authors, Value tool builders, sellers, dealers and partners licensed differently?
- Are Command Center, AI search, content summaries and AI value reports included in your modules, or priced as add-ons?
- Which implementation package is in the quote, how many service hours does it include, and will building your ROI calculators need a Value Engineering retainer?
- How do the Pro and Enterprise editions on G2, with their storage limits, map to your quote, and what happens if you exceed the storage?
- What are the term, renewal cap and notice period? Mediafly publishes none, so get them in writing.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Mediafly cost per user?
Mediafly does not publish a per-user price. Its FAQ lists user counts as one of three quote inputs, with modules and integrations, and G2 shows its Pro and Enterprise editions as "Contact Us" with no billing unit. We found no dated third-party benchmark with a stated sample size.
What pricing plans does Mediafly offer?
Mediafly sells modules rather than published plans: Engagement, Value and Learning & Coaching, plus Services, bought individually or together. G2 lists two editions, Pro and Enterprise, both "Contact Us", with pricing information last updated on 9 October 2024.
Does Mediafly offer a free trial?
No free plan or free trial is described on the Mediafly pages we checked, and G2 says Mediafly offers neither. Its demo page offers a free Content Outcome Assessment, and its Value and solutions pages offer free value and revenue assessments.
Does Mediafly charge extra for AI?
Mediafly does not say. It names Command Center, AI search, content summaries, AI-generated business value reports and a Value chatbot, but not whether they come with every package. Ask for AI to be itemised in the quote.
How long does Mediafly take to implement?
Mediafly's FAQ says implementation typically takes 8 to 10 weeks, with a maximum of 90 days, and you can start with one module. Implementation packages are tiered and unpriced, so ask what yours includes.
Is there a Mediafly alternative whose price does not depend on user count?
Yes. Revspire prices by module with unlimited user licenses, so adding users does not change the price; its average customer pays about $25,000 USD a year, quoted by sales. See Revspire vs Mediafly.
