Does Showell publish its pricing?
Showell pricing is partly published: Professional starts at $715 per workspace per month ($8,580 a year at that price), users included, for 10 to 200 users. Enterprise (200+ users) is quoted. Add-ons and setup move the final figure; plans carry a 12-month auto-renewing minimum.
Partly. Showell's pricing page shows one figure: its Professional plan is "Starting at $715" "per workspace (including users) per month", for teams of 10 to 200 users. Enterprise, for 200 or more users, is quoted. When we re-checked the page on 19 October 2026, the user ranges and contract terms were the same as on 16 October, and the $715 figure still appeared, though a second session showed the price in euros (see below).
The page lists three options:
| Plan | Users | Price shown | What the page lists |
|---|---|---|---|
| Try Before You Buy | 10+ | None | A demo and your own branded Showell workspace, set up with your own content, before you decide. |
| Professional | 10 to 200 | From $715 per workspace per month, users included | A sales app with your brand, unlimited storage, unlimited digital sales rooms and unlimited Showell AI. |
| Enterprise | 200+ | By quote | All Professional features, plus custom pricing and volume discounts and tailored payment and contract terms, for organisations running multiple teams and markets. |
Two of the unlimited Professional inclusions are worth spelling out. Showell AI answers questions and drafts product comparisons, emails and summaries from your own content, and Showell says it does not use that content for model training. Digital sales rooms come with page- and slide-level view tracking, buyer messaging, expiry dates and download controls.
The page's browser title still reads "Free Plan Available!", but the page itself shows no free plan. Showell's service terms list a Free and Essential plan only under "legacy plans", and the legacy terms say Essential users are billed monthly or annually by credit card.
How much does Showell cost per year and per user?
At the starting price, a year of Professional comes to $8,580 (12 x $715). With a 12-month minimum term, that is the smallest first-year commitment the page allows, before add-ons and setup. The figure depends on where you view it: one session on 19 October 2026 showed "Starting at $715", while a second browser session the same day showed "Starting at 700€" on both the pricing page and Showell's European Showpad-alternative page. Showell is headquartered in Finland (contact page), so ask whether your quote and invoices are in US dollars or euros.
Showell gives no per-user price. Professional is priced per workspace with users included, but it is not unlimited: the plan covers 10 to 200 users, the pricing calculator estimates Professional pricing for up to 200 users, and the FAQ says you can add seats at any time. That suggests the price rises with team size, though Showell does not say how many users the $715 covers. Ask for the price at your own headcount.
We found no dated third-party benchmark with a stated sample size. G2 lists Showell's Try Before You Buy, Professional and Enterprise options as "Contact Us", with pricing information last updated on 8 October 2025, and we could not open Vendr's Showell page.
What costs extra beyond Showell's starting price?
Showell's full feature list marks items with a tick, "Unlimited" or "Add-on", and prices none of the add-ons. The Enterprise plan says "All Professional features included" but does not say whether add-ons are part of it.
| Area | Marked "Add-on" (no price shown) | Ticked as included |
|---|---|---|
| Learning | Learning Management System, courses and lessons, tests and quizzes, access management. | No learning features are ticked. |
| CRM | Salesforce, HubSpot and MS Dynamics integrations; syncing shares and tracking to the CRM; Salesforce dashboards. | An "MS Outlook add-on" is ticked under Sharing & Engagement, though Extras & Add-ons marks "MS Outlook add-on (Email)" as an add-on. |
| Content sources | Adobe Experience Cloud, Aprimo, Asset Media Bank, Bynder and Uptempo connectors. | Dropbox, Google Drive, MS OneDrive and MS SharePoint/Teams; an API; custom integrations as a service. |
| Sign-in and security | Identity management (SSO) and Salesforce SSO. | Multi-factor authentication; Microsoft, Google and OpenID Connect SSO; ISO/IEC 27001:2022, GDPR and CCPA. |
| Sharing and branding | Custom domain and Slide Designer. | Unlimited sales rooms, share editor, custom logo, hiding Showell branding, PIN and email protection, expiry dates, share and engagement tracking. |
| Support | None listed. | Onboarding as a service, train-the-trainer, rollout support, a dedicated account manager, quarterly business reviews and free updates. |
Training is the biggest gap if you need it. The LMS add-on covers learning paths, courses, quizzes and progress tracking; Showell describes no AI role play or scoring on it.
Multiple workspaces are marked as an add-on twice, under Content Management and under Extras & Add-ons; a single workspace is ticked. Because the price is set per workspace, ask what a second workspace costs if you run separate business units, brands or countries.
Setup is the other variable. Asked "Are there setup or onboarding costs?", Showell's FAQ answers "Yes": both plans include a setup and onboarding process run by its customer success managers, and the total cost depends on the number of business units or countries, the integrations required and the training needed. It suggests allowing 2 to 6 weeks for planning, setup and onboarding, depending on team size.
Showell contract terms: renewal, notice and price increases
Showell publishes its contract mechanics. Its FAQ says all plans require a minimum 12-month commitment with automatic renewal, and notice to cancel must be given at least 90 days before the renewal date. Seats can be added at any time, downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle, and prepaid periods are not refunded. For custom terms, it points to Enterprise.
The pricing page says nothing about the price at renewal: no cap, no price-change terms and no indexation. Showell's service terms page links separate General Terms for Professional and Enterprise as a PDF, so check them for any clause on fee changes, and ask for a renewal cap in writing.
The notice window decides when you negotiate. On a 12-month term, the last day to give notice falls about nine months after the start date, so diary it when you sign and open renewal talks before it. The FAQ also offers discounts for larger teams and for commitments beyond 12 months. A longer term may lower the rate, but it extends the lock-in, so weigh it against the renewal cap you can get.
What should you ask Showell before signing?
- How many users does the $715 starting price cover, and what does each added seat cost?
- Is the quote in US dollars or euros, and is it invoiced monthly or annually in advance?
- Which add-ons do you need (the LMS, CRM integrations and sync, DAM connectors, SSO identity management, a custom domain), and what does each cost a year?
- What will setup and onboarding cost for your business units, countries and integrations, and can it be a fixed fee?
- Does a second workspace for another business unit, brand or country count as a second plan fee?
- What is the maximum price increase at renewal, and can the automatic renewal or the 90-day notice period be changed?
Frequently asked questions
How much does Showell cost?
Showell's Professional plan starts at $715 per workspace per month (700€ in another session we checked), users included, for 10 to 200 users. Over the 12-month minimum term that is $8,580 at the starting price, before add-ons and setup. Enterprise, for 200+ users, is quoted.
How much does Showell cost per user?
Showell publishes no per-user price. Professional is priced per workspace with users included, but it covers 10 to 200 users, seats can be added, and its calculator estimates prices for teams of up to 200 users. Ask for the price at your headcount.
Does Showell have a free plan or free trial?
Not on its pricing page, despite a "Free Plan Available!" page title. Free and Essential appear only as legacy plans in Showell's terms. Try Before You Buy offers a demo and a branded workspace for teams of 10+ users, with no price shown.
Does Showell increase prices at renewal?
Its pricing page publishes no renewal price terms. Plans renew automatically after the 12-month minimum, and you must give at least 90 days' notice to cancel, so negotiate any renewal cap before that deadline and get it in writing.
Is Showell cheaper than Showpad?
There is no like-for-like answer. Showell publishes a starting price; Showpad licenses per user through quote-based Professional, Advanced and Expert plans (Showpad pricing). Compare two quotes for the same users, features and term; the Showpad vs Showell comparison sets out the differences.
