Does Highspot publish its pricing?

Highspot pricing is not published. Its pricing page lists three cumulative, quote-based packages (Good, Better and Best) plus enterprise and partner options. Vendr's February 2026 data, from 351 purchases, puts the median contract at $60,005 a year, ranging $16,163 to $177,366.

No. Highspot's pricing page, last modified on 7 August 2026, shows no prices. Every package ends in a "Contact sales" button, and a short questionnaire asks for your go-to-market team size, goals and integrations before anyone quotes. The page notes that Highspot is now part of Seismic, following the merger that closed in August 2026.

What the page does show is packaging. The three tiers are cumulative, so each one includes everything in the tier below it:

Highspot packages as listed on its pricing page, October 2026
PackageThemeWhat it adds
GoodEquip and engageAI-assisted content organisation, governance and search; content personalisation; Sales Plays; Digital Sales Rooms; AI knowledge checks; CRM integration; analytics and scorecards; Highspot Agents.
BetterTrain and practiceSkills and competencies, AI-assisted training authoring, adaptive learning, practice and reinforcement, and Role Play inside training.
BestCoach and reinforceMeeting intelligence with recaps, Role Play for coaching, AI feedback on meetings, coaching analytics, the MCP Server and Insights Layer APIs, and Agentforce, Copilot for Sales and Slack AI integrations.

Enterprise capabilities sit outside the tiers: multi-step approvals and advanced watermarks, complex document autogeneration, customer-managed encryption keys, Data Lake access, multi-CRM support, and 24/7 support with a dedicated customer success manager. Two partner packages extend content, plays, rooms and training to channel partners.

Vendr's page uses different tier names (Core, Advanced and Enterprise), which may reflect older order forms. If you are renewing, check which names your contract uses before comparing quotes.

How much does Highspot cost per year?

The most useful public benchmark comes from a software purchasing marketplace. Vendr reports a median Highspot contract of $60,005 a year (351 purchases, February 2026), with a low of $16,163 and a high of $177,366. The same page's header shows 167 deals handled and does not explain the gap with the 351 purchases, so treat the figures as directional.

Vendr describes Highspot pricing as per user per month and quoted rather than listed, but it gives no per-user dollar figure. G2 says Highspot has not listed its pricing there. We found no other dated third-party source with a stated sample size.

Is Highspot expensive? A median contract value mixes buyers of every size, seat count and package, so it is not a per-seat price. Use it to sanity-check a quote, not to predict one.

What drives Highspot's price and implementation cost?

  • Seats and team size. The quote form starts with go-to-market headcount, in bands from 1–30 up to 5,001+ people.
  • Package tier. Training sits in Better and coaching in Best, so Role Play for coaching and the MCP Server arrive only at the top tier.
  • Enterprise and partner options. Advanced security, extensibility and partner packages are listed separately from the three tiers.
  • Implementation and training. Vendr estimates onboarding at $10,000 to $50,000 or more for enterprise implementations and training at $5,000 to $25,000. It does not say how those estimates were derived.
  • Renewals. Vendr says Highspot renewals often include 3–7% annual escalations. Highspot publishes no renewal terms.

What should you ask Highspot before signing?

  • Which package does each user group need, and can view-only, manager or partner users be licensed differently?
  • Is Role Play included for coaching in your tier, or only inside training paths?
  • What does implementation include, is it a fixed fee, and who migrates existing content and plays?
  • What is the annual renewal cap, the notice period, and does the contract renew automatically?
  • Will your product, packaging and support stay unchanged for the full term after the Seismic merger? Get it in writing: Highspot's merger page does not address contracts, pricing or renewals.
