What do enablement and engagement suites charge for playbooks?

None of the eight suites below publishes a price, and none prices playbooks on their own. The third-party figures come from Vendr, a software purchasing marketplace that publishes median contract values from its own transactions; they are whole-platform figures, so use them to size the whole suite.

If one of these suites is already on your shortlist for content or training, the playbook question is whether it is in the package you need. Ask for it as its own line on the quote so you can set it against a standalone tool. Our sales enablement software pricing guide covers the enablement suites in more depth.

What counts as sales playbook software?

The label covers tools that put the playbook in different places. In a CRM, as with HubSpot, the playbook is a guided record a rep fills in on a call or deal. In a calling platform, as with Dialpad, it is live guidance during the conversation. Supered and Spekit put it inside the apps reps already use, Membrain builds the sales process into its CRM, and Accord turns it into mutual action plans with buyers. Enablement suites such as Highspot and Seismic store plays beside the content and training they relate to.

Decide where reps should meet the playbook before comparing prices. A cheap per-seat tool that sits outside the CRM can cost more in adoption than a suite you already pay for. For a feature comparison, see our best sales playbook software guide and the sales playbook template.

Sales playbook software for Salesforce teams

If your CRM is Salesforce, two of the published-price options need a second look. HubSpot's playbooks are a Sales Hub feature, so using them means paying for HubSpot seats beside Salesforce. Supered's Process Compliance rules, as listed on its pricing page, include inline HubSpot editing and cross-object HubSpot validation. Spekit's GTM Acceleration package lists GTM context from Salesforce and Gong (checked 27 October 2026).

Ask every vendor to show the playbook inside a Salesforce opportunity, with the fields it reads and writes, before you take a per-seat price at face value. Revspire lists Salesforce among the CRMs it integrates with.

What does a playbook rollout cost for 25 sellers?

At list price, before tax and discounts, here is what 25 sellers cost a year on the published plans that include a playbook or process feature. The products differ in scope, so read this as a range check.

For the suites, the Vendr medians in the second table, from $16,308 (Spekit, 36 purchases) to $60,005 (Highspot, 351 purchases), are whole-contract figures across buyers of every size, so use them to sanity-check a quote.

  • HubSpot Sales Hub Professional. 25 Sales Seats at $100 is $30,000 a year plus the one-time $1,500 onboarding fee, with a limit of 5 playbooks.
  • Dialpad Sell Premium. 25 users at $79 is $23,700 a year, on an annual-only plan.
  • Accord Starter. 25 users from $99 is from $29,700 a year, plus the unpublished platform fee.
  • Membrain Active Pipeline. 25 users at $69 is $20,700 a year.
  • Supered Process Compliance. 25 users at $40 paid yearly is $12,000 a year.

Which playbook software costs are easy to miss?

These conditions on the vendors' own pages change the real bill.

  • The tier the playbook is on. HubSpot has no playbooks on Free or Starter, and Dialpad lists them in Sell Premium, its top Sell plan.
  • Caps on playbooks. HubSpot Professional allows 5 playbooks; Enterprise allows 5,000.
  • Platform fees. Accord adds an unpublished platform fee to every plan, and Gong charges "a platform fee based on the number of users supported".
  • Onboarding and builds. HubSpot charges $1,500 or $3,500 once for onboarding; Accord includes 1 playbook build on Growth and 3 on Enterprise, and none on Starter.
  • Minimums and terms. Supered Process Compliance and GetAccept Professional each need five users, and both sell 12-month commitments.
  • Credits. Outreach includes AI credits in each package, so heavy AI use can push you up a package.
