8 Best Video Prospecting Tools in 2026
A practical perspective for connecting this idea to your revenue team’s next move.
Video prospecting tools let sellers record or generate short personalized videos, send them by email, LinkedIn or a sales sequence, and see who watched. The best video prospecting tools in 2026 include BombBomb, Hippo Video, Loom and Vidyard for recorded video messages, Potion and Sendspark for AI personalization at scale, and HeyGen and Tavus for AI avatar and conversational video.
Each entry gives published pricing, one limitation and when to choose it, followed by consent questions for AI video and a worked deal example.

Disclosure: Revspire publishes this list and does not sell a video prospecting tool, so it is not included. Tools are grouped by type, with each vendor’s own published information checked on 20 October 2026. Within each group they are listed alphabetically; the order is not a ranking.
What is video prospecting software?
Video prospecting software lets a seller record a short video, usually camera plus screen, or have AI generate one, and send it as a link or animated thumbnail in an email, LinkedIn message or sequence. The video sits on a hosted page with a call to action, and the tool reports who watched and for how long. The same tools handle meeting recaps and proposal walkthroughs.
A prospecting video is a person, or their avatar, speaking to one buyer; an interactive demo is a click-through version of the product the buyer explores alone (see the best interactive demo software).

Video messaging platforms
Built around a rep recording and sending a video, with view tracking and a branded page. All four now include AI features.
BombBomb
BombBomb describes BombBomb Engage as a video engagement platform for emails, texts and LinkedIn, and lists industries including software, mortgage and real estate (BombBomb).
- Standout capabilities: unlimited video messages, Chrome and Edge extensions, mobile apps, Gmail and Outlook, and viewer engagement analytics; Core + Copilot adds AI creation tools (speaker notes, summaries, titles, noise reduction), suggested scripts, sending videos from your CRM and automated workflows.
- Pricing: per user, per month, with Billed Monthly and Billed Annually options: $42 and $36 for Core, $70 and $56 for Core + Copilot (the page text does not label which figure is which); Enterprise custom; a free trial of unstated length (BombBomb pricing, checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: CRM sending is on Core + Copilot, and the CRMs named are Microsoft Dynamics, Outreach and Total Expert.
- Choose it if: reps want simple record-and-send video for email and text, including from a phone.
Hippo Video
Hippo Video calls itself an AI-powered video platform for go-to-market teams, with Video Messaging and Text-to-Video products (Hippo Video).
- Standout capabilities: Video Flows, sales pages, an AI Editor and automated personalized videos (50 on Free up to 500 on Enterprise); Gmail, Outlook and LinkedIn from Free; Outreach, Salesloft and HubSpot from Teams; static, interactive and 3D AI avatars (AI avatars).
- Pricing: Free $0; Pro $20 per month per user billed annually ($30 billed monthly); Teams $60 ($75 monthly); Enterprise $80 billed annually, minimum 10 seats. Text-to-Video is priced separately, a custom avatar is a $1,000 one-time add-on, and Pro and Teams have a 7-day trial (Hippo Video pricing, checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: Salesforce is listed only on Enterprise, which has a 10-seat minimum.
- Choose it if: you want recorded, automated and avatar video from one vendor with published per-user prices.
Loom
Loom is a video messaging tool owned by Atlassian, which announced a definitive agreement to acquire Loom on 12 October 2023 (Atlassian) and later announced it had completed the acquisition (Business Wire).
- Standout capabilities: recording in browser, desktop or phone; alerts when a prospect views; embedded CTAs; Loom AI titles, summaries, chapters and a drafted email to go with each video; a Salesforce integration (Loom for sales).
- Pricing: Starter $0 (25 videos per person, up to 5 minutes); Business $18 per user / month and Business + AI $24 per user / month, both billed monthly; Enterprise “Let’s Talk”. The FAQ says paying annually saves 17%; annual prices are not given here (Loom pricing, checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: Salesforce, listed as “Salesforce (Beta)”, is only on Enterprise, and Loom AI starts on Business + AI.
- Choose it if: your company already uses Loom or Atlassian and sellers want one tool for internal and prospect video.
Vidyard
Vidyard sells video messaging for sales, plus AI Avatars and an automated Video Agent (Vidyard Video Messages).
- Standout capabilities: a free Chrome extension; instant view notifications; CTAs; integrations including Salesloft, Outreach, HubSpot and Salesforce. AI Avatars are trained from a 90-second recording and generate videos in more than 25 languages (AI Avatars); Video Agent sends a personalized video when a buyer acts, such as booking a demo (Video Agent).
- Pricing: Free (5 recordings a month up to 30 minutes, 15 AI videos, stock and 3 custom avatars); Starter with a 14-day trial, its price behind a Monthly / Annually toggle that a text read did not capture; Teams and Enterprise custom pricing (Vidyard pricing, checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: CRM/MAP integrations start on custom-priced Teams.
- Choose it if: you want recorded, avatar and triggered video in one sales platform tied to your CRM.
AI-personalized video at scale
These tools turn one recording into a version for each prospect, for outbound programs where recording every video by hand does not scale.
Potion
Potion sells AI video for sales in the sender’s own face, voice and gestures (Potion).
- Standout capabilities: self-record or generate from text; personalization by name, website and logo; training from a one-minute video and 30 sentences; GIF previews in email; sharing by email, LinkedIn, text or link; Salesforce and HubSpot integrations, per its FAQ.
- Pricing: Personal $39/ mo / workspace (250 Dynamic AI videos a month); Starter $99 (750); Professional $299 (unlimited, multi-user workspaces); Enterprise “Let’s Talk”; 7-day trial, no annual price or free plan listed (Potion pricing, checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: the pricing page says “50+ CRM Integrations” without naming them.
- Choose it if: a solo seller or small team wants AI-personalized videos in their own likeness at a monthly price.
Sendspark
Sendspark calls itself the AI video platform for B2B sales (Sendspark).
- Standout capabilities: record once with a first-name placeholder, and Sendspark clones your voice and adds each prospect’s website as the background; viewer analytics; landing pages with calendars; HubSpot, Gmail, Outlook and LinkedIn on every plan, with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft and Apollo from Growth.
- Pricing: Solo $49/month billed monthly or billed annually at $468 (1 seat, 100 Dynamic Video Minutes); Growth $99 or $828 a year (3 seats); Team $299 or $2,388 (10 seats); Business $699 or $5,988 (25 seats); Agency and Enterprise custom; 7-day free trial (Sendspark pricing, checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: no free plan is listed on the pricing page, and extra Dynamic Video Minutes are charged as overage.
- Choose it if: an outbound team wants record-once AI personalization connected to its sequencer.
AI avatar and conversational video platforms
General AI video platforms with a sales use case. No rep is on camera, which raises the consent questions in the next section.
HeyGen
HeyGen is an AI video generation platform whose sales page offers personalized avatar videos (HeyGen for sales).
- Standout capabilities: 200+ stock avatars or a cloned spokesperson; personalization fields and batch generation; 175+ languages with lip-sync; view tracking; a HubSpot workflow action that generates a video per contact (HeyGen x HubSpot).
- Pricing: Free $0/mo (3 watermarked videos a month); Creator $29 / mo, or $24/month paid annually per the page’s FAQ; Pro $49 / mo; Business $149 / mo plus $20/seat/month; Enterprise via sales; API priced separately (HeyGen pricing, checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: HeyGen no longer sends emails, so you send from your CRM or email tool, and API-made personalized videos use API credits (HeyGen help center).
- Choose it if: marketing or sales ops wants avatar, translated or HubSpot-triggered video instead of reps recording.
Tavus
Tavus sells a developer API for real-time AI video conversations, its Conversational Video Interface (CVI), with Faces built from a single image or two minutes of video, and lists sales outreach among its use cases (Tavus).
- Standout capabilities: bring-your-own LLM, persistent memory and function calling, and Google Meet listed among its features (Tavus); a Sales Development Representative template that qualifies leads on a live call (Tavus docs).
- Pricing: the page showed two developer plan sets on 20 October 2026. One lists Free (20 CVI minutes), Starter $22/mo, Builder $59/mo, Growth $397/mo, Business $975/mo (pay-as-you-go overage from Builder up) and Enterprise custom; the other lists Basic (free, 25 CVI minutes), Starter $59/mo, Growth $397/mo and Enterprise custom. Confirm current plans with Tavus (Tavus pricing, checked 20 October 2026).
- Limitation: CVI is a developer API, so a sales use case needs engineering work rather than a rep recording and sending.
- Choose it if: you want to build a live AI video agent, for example for inbound qualification.
AI-generated prospecting video: consent and disclosure questions to ask
An avatar of your rep, or a cloned voice saying a prospect’s name, persuades because it seems real; that is also the risk. What vendors here publish:
- Vidyard trains an avatar from a 90-second recording, Potion from a one-minute video and 30 sentences, Tavus from a single image or two minutes of video.
- Hippo Video’s avatar page tells users to upload only their own images or voices unless they hold written permission, and lets people whose image was misused request removal.
- HeyGen’s FAQ says it enforces guidelines on consent and avatar usage; Tavus’s pricing page mentions a face (or replica) consent script workflow, which Enterprise plans can white-label.
Ask each vendor:
- How do you verify that the person in an avatar or voice clone agreed, and can we see that step?
- Who can use a rep’s avatar, and what happens to it when the rep leaves?
- Can reps review AI-personalized videos before sending?
- Can we label a video or its page as AI-generated?
- Is our footage, voice or prospect data used to train your models?
Rules vary by jurisdiction. In the EU, Article 50 of the AI Act says deployers of AI systems that generate deep fake image, audio or video content “shall disclose that the content has been artificially generated or manipulated” (European Commission AI Act Service Desk). Whether that applies to your avatar videos is a question for your legal team; this is not legal advice.
Worked example: video across an enterprise deal
In this hypothetical example, an account executive targets a 2,000-person logistics company with a champion in operations, a finance approver and an IT reviewer:
- First touch: a 60-second recorded video to the champion, their website on screen, referencing a public trigger such as a new warehouse. For the email copy, see these cold outreach tips.
- Signal: a view notification and watch percentage decide whether to call today; a second viewer suggests the video was forwarded.
- Reach the committee: short videos to finance and IT on their own questions, which is multithreading in practice.
- Long tail: for the next 300 accounts, one recording personalized with each company’s name and website, reviewed in batches.
- After discovery: a recap video kept with the proposal and security answers, so every stakeholder sees the same material.
A recording tool covers steps 1 to 3, an AI personalization tool step 4, and step 5 needs a shared home for deal content. Revspire’s Digital Sales Rooms do not make video; they are where a seller shares the video alongside the rest of the buying content, with mutual action plans and real-time buyer engagement analytics.

Frequently asked questions
What is video prospecting?
Video prospecting is outreach that uses a short personalized video, usually recorded by the seller and sent by email or LinkedIn, to start a conversation. The video sits on a page with a call to action, and the seller sees who watched.
What is the best video prospecting tool?
It depends on how your team makes videos: BombBomb, Hippo Video, Loom or Vidyard for reps recording their own, Sendspark or Potion for one recording personalized for many prospects, HeyGen for avatars. Check which plan includes your CRM integration.
How much do video prospecting tools cost?
Loom, Vidyard, Hippo Video and HeyGen list free plans. On 20 October 2026, per-user prices started at $18 per user / month billed monthly for Loom Business and $20 per month per user billed annually for Hippo Video Pro; Potion starts at $39 a month per workspace, and Vidyard Teams is custom-priced.
Is Loom good for sales prospecting?
Loom’s sales page lists view alerts, CTAs, AI-drafted emails and Salesforce. Its pricing page puts Salesforce (in beta) only on Enterprise and Loom AI on Business + AI; the free Starter plan allows 25 videos of up to 5 minutes.
Do you have to tell prospects a video is AI-generated?
It depends on jurisdiction and how the video is made. The EU AI Act’s Article 50 sets disclosure duties for deep fakes; ask your legal team whether it covers avatar videos, and ask vendors whether you can label them.
How we checked these tools
We described each tool from its own product, pricing and help pages on 20 October 2026, without hands-on testing, review ratings or vendor-reported results. Where a page showed two prices without a clear billing label, both are given.
To see prospecting videos, proposals and mutual action plans shared with a buying committee in one room, book a Revspire demo.
