9 Best Interactive Demo Software in 2026

A practical perspective for connecting this idea to your revenue team’s next move.

Interactive demo software turns your product into a click-through or HTML-captured demo that buyers explore on their own, personalized per account, with analytics on who engaged. The best interactive demo software in 2026 includes Arcade, Navattic, Storylane, Supademo and Walnut for self-guided demos, Consensus for demo automation, and Demostack, Reprise and Saleo for presales demo environments.

Each entry gives the tool’s published pricing, one limitation and when to choose it, followed by a worked example of which demo format fits each deal stage.

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Disclosure: Revspire publishes this list and does not sell an interactive demo tool, so it is not included. Tools are grouped by type, with each vendor’s own published information checked on 20 October 2026. Within each group they are listed alphabetically; the order is not a ranking.

What is interactive demo software?

Interactive demo software captures your product’s screens, or a working copy of the product, and turns them into a guided experience a buyer can click through without a sales call. Builders add hotspots, voiceover and branching paths, swap in an account’s name or data, and share the demo as a link or website embed. Analytics show which companies and people viewed it and how far they got.

The category exists because buyers want to evaluate on their own: in a Gartner survey of 646 B2B buyers run in August and September 2025, 67% said they prefer a rep-free experience (Gartner, 9 March 2026). Interactive demos are a practical form of buyer enablement: the prospect sees the product before the first call, and a champion gets something concrete to show colleagues.

The four demo formats

Format

How it is built

Best for

Watch out for

Screenshot or media demo

Screens or video captured click by click, with hotspots and text

Website tours, quick follow-ups

Recapture when the interface changes

HTML capture

The page’s code is captured instead of an image, so text and data stay editable

Personalized demos, realistic website demos

Often a higher plan; check how sensitive data is masked

Sandbox or application clone

A replica of key product functionality to click freely

Technical evaluations, partner training

More setup and upkeep per release

Live data overlay

A browser extension changes what your real application displays during a presented demo

Sales-engineer-led live demos

Confirm it never writes to production data

AI demo agents now sit on top of these: Consensus, Navattic, Saleo, Supademo and Walnut each describe an agent that answers buyers’ product questions or runs a demo conversation.

Interactive demo software is not in-app product tour software. Appcues, for example, describes itself as a product adoption platform whose flows, checklists and tooltips appear inside the live product (Appcues). Those tools onboard existing users; demo tools sell to people without an account.

How to choose interactive demo software

  • Demo formats: screenshot, HTML capture, sandbox or live overlay, and which plan includes each.
  • Builder and upkeep: who builds demos, and how they are updated when your interface changes.
  • Personalization: tokens or variables, per-account links, or injected prospect data.
  • Buyer insight: company identification, stakeholder discovery and CRM sync, the raw material of buyer engagement analytics.
  • Distribution: website embeds, demo hubs, sales-tool integrations, offline mode for events.
  • Data safety: masking of customer data in captures, SSO, role-based access, and for overlays, confirmation that production data is untouched.
  • Commercial model: free plan, per-seat or per-creator pricing, annual platform fees and AI credits.

Interactive demo builders

These tools turn captured screens into self-guided, click-through demos for websites, campaigns and sales follow-ups. Four of the five list a free plan.

Arcade

Arcade now describes itself as an AI video platform for marketing teams; interactive demos remain one of its products (Arcade).

  • Standout capabilities: capture with a Chrome extension, desktop app or Figma plugin; hotspots and AI voiceover; branching paths; custom variables per account; Audience Reveal to identify companies viewing a demo; HubSpot and Salesforce sync; MP4 and GIF export (Arcade interactive demos).
  • Pricing: Free (one published demo, one seat); Growth $42.50 per seat per month, shown against a struck-through $50 with a yearly toggle marked -15%, up to 10 seats; Enterprise custom (Arcade interactive demo pricing, checked 20 October 2026).
  • Limitation: HTML capture, SSO and the native Salesforce integration are listed only on Enterprise.
  • Choose it if: marketing wants click-through demos and product videos from one tool.

Navattic

Navattic positions itself as interactive product demo software for B2B SaaS teams (Navattic).

  • Standout capabilities: AI Copilot to build demos; paths by persona or use case; analytics and A/B tests; Launchpad, which identifies prospects by company domain and surfaces new stakeholders when a demo is forwarded; Navattic Agents that qualify prospects; Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft and Gong integrations.
  • Pricing: Starter is free (one seat, one HTML or media demo). Base (five seats) and Growth (10 seats, adding sandbox demos, Seismic and Highspot integrations, and SSO) are billed annually with no prices shown; Enterprise is custom (Navattic pricing, checked 20 October 2026).
  • Limitation: no prices are published for paid plans.
  • Choose it if: marketing and sales share one demo library and want account-level signals in Salesforce and sales engagement tools.

Storylane

Storylane says it helps go-to-market teams build and share interactive product demos and conversational website agents (Storylane).

  • Standout capabilities: screenshot, video and HTML demos; personalization tokens; account reveal; A/B testing; Hubs that bundle demos, pricing and security documents behind one link; presenter demos; sandbox demos on Enterprise.
  • Pricing: Free (one published demo at a time); Starter $50, Growth $625 and Premium $1,500 per month on monthly billing, or $40, $500 and $1,200 per month on yearly billing (the page’s toggle marks yearly as -20%); Enterprise custom. Starter includes one seat and Growth five (Storylane pricing, checked 20 October 2026).
  • Limitation: HTML demos start on Growth, and Hubs and the Salesforce integration on Premium.
  • Choose it if: you want to start on a low self-serve plan and grow into HTML demos and buyer hubs.

Supademo

Supademo calls itself an AI demo platform for the full customer journey (Supademo).

  • Standout capabilities: guided HTML or screenshot demos; sandbox and mobile demos; Showcase collections behind one link; AI voiceover; personalization tokens; an AI Demo Agent that answers buyer questions; Salesforce and HubSpot integrations.
  • Pricing: Free for one creator (five demos); Scale $38 per creator per month, Business $199 per month with one creator and Growth $350 per month with five creators on yearly billing, with $50, $249 and $450 shown struck through; Enterprise custom. The FAQ offers monthly or annual billing and a 14-day trial without a credit card (Supademo pricing, checked 20 October 2026).
  • Limitation: HTML demos start on Business and sandbox demos on Growth; the Free plan has no analytics.
  • Choose it if: many people across sales, marketing and customer education build demos.

Walnut

Walnut describes itself as AI for buyer enablement, with demos built by AI and guided by a person (Walnut).

  • Standout capabilities: AI personalization of demos for each buyer’s name, logo, industry and data; Playlists that join several demos; Buyer Xpert, an AI agent answering product questions inside a demo; stakeholder insights synced to the CRM.
  • Pricing: Ignite $575 per month, billed annually (three editor and three presenter seats); Accelerate $1,550 per month, billed annually (six of each, adding sandbox demos and prospect personalization); Scale custom, adding Digital Sales Rooms (Walnut pricing, modified 1 October 2026, checked 20 October 2026).
  • Limitation: no free plan is listed on its pricing page, and both priced plans are billed annually.
  • Choose it if: enterprise sellers and presales want personalized demos and sandboxes from one vendor.

Demo automation and video demos

Demo automation takes repeat first demos off the sales engineer’s calendar: buyers get video, interactive or AI-led demos on demand, and sellers see who watched what.

Consensus

Consensus presents itself as one demo platform for every way buyers want to see a product (Consensus). On 9 June 2026 it announced its acquisition of Saleo, said its earlier acquisition of Peel had closed, and named the combination the Consensus Product Experience Platform (Consensus press release).

  • Standout capabilities: on-demand video demos, interactive tours, AI demo agents and live data demos; Demo Intelligence, which shows who is involved in a deal and what they care about; Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack and Gong integrations.
  • Pricing: per-user licences plus optional usage-based capabilities; the page’s own summary says pricing starts at $600 per month, with custom enterprise options (Consensus pricing, checked 20 October 2026).
  • Limitation: the pricing page names no plans or inclusions, so get the package in writing.
  • Choose it if: sales engineers spend too much time on first demos.

Sandbox and live-demo environments for presales

These tools serve sales engineers who run live or hands-on demos. They clone parts of your application or change what it shows during the call, so a prospect sees data that looks like their own. They take more setup than a builder, and none of the three publishes prices.

Demostack

Demostack calls itself an agentic product simulation platform for enterprise (Demostack).

  • Standout capabilities: a Cloner that records a flow in your application and produces a reusable replica; Product Tours, Sandbox and Mobile App Demos; an AI Simulation Builder Agent that edits demos from plain-language instructions; Salesforce and HubSpot integrations.
  • Pricing: not published; the pricing page offers a demo request (checked 20 October 2026).
  • Limitation: the pricing page lists no plans, prices or trial.
  • Choose it if: your sales engineers need repeatable product replicas for discovery calls, evaluations and partner training.

Reprise

Reprise describes itself as a demo creation platform for enterprise sales and marketing teams (Reprise).

  • Standout capabilities: Product Tours, Application Clones and Data Injection, an extension-based overlay that changes numbers, charts, tables and text in your real application; Reprise states that “the underlying application data is not modified” (Reprise Data Injection). It adds Sales Rooms, a Reprise MCP for AI agents, and HubSpot and Salesforce integrations.
  • Pricing: a single annual platform fee with flexible per-user licences, no prices listed (Reprise pricing, checked 20 October 2026); a separate page invites you to build your first demo free.
  • Limitation: no prices are listed, and the platform fee is annual.
  • Choose it if: you want website tours, product clones and live overlays under one enterprise contract.

Saleo

Saleo calls itself an AI-native platform for demos; its Saleo Live product runs demos inside your real application (Saleo). Saleo’s site published Consensus’s acquisition announcement on 9 June 2026 and still lists Saleo’s own products (Saleo, 9 June 2026).

  • Standout capabilities: Saleo Live injects AI-generated demo data and text and image overlays into your native product; an AI Demo Agent runs conversational demos around the clock; Saleo Capture builds product tours; a Partner Portal gives partners a branded demo library.
  • Pricing: no prices listed; the page offers a “Request Pricing” button (Saleo pricing, modified 8 April 2026, checked 20 October 2026).
  • Limitation: with the Consensus acquisition announced, ask how Saleo will be packaged and priced.
  • Choose it if: your sales engineers demo the real application and need believable prospect-specific data.

Demo link or deal room?

A tracked demo link works when one person needs to see one workflow. In enterprise deals the champion must show it to finance, IT and an executive sponsor, next to pricing, security answers and a plan to close. Several demo vendors have added a room for that: Storylane Hubs (Premium), Walnut Digital Sales Rooms (Scale) and Reprise Sales Rooms. When the demo is one asset among proposals and a mutual action plan, a dedicated digital sales room is the better home; see the best digital sales room software.

Revspire’s Digital Sales Rooms do not build demos; they are where a seller shares a demo with the rest of the buying content, alongside mutual action plans, buying-committee stakeholder mapping and real-time buyer engagement analytics.

Worked example: matching demo formats to an enterprise deal

Take an analytics vendor selling to a buying committee from operations, finance and IT:

  • Before first contact: a self-guided demo of the core workflow sits on the product page, and company identification shows which target accounts explored it.
  • After discovery: the account executive sends a personalized version, with the prospect’s logo and use case set through tokens, and watches whether it reaches new stakeholders.
  • Technical evaluation: the sales engineer runs a live demo with prospect-like data injected into the real application, or gives the evaluator a sandbox.
  • Champion hand-off: the demo goes into a shared room with pricing, security documentation and the mutual action plan.
  • Review: check which steps buyers skip and which demos appear in won versus lost deals.

A builder covers steps 1 and 2, an environment tool step 3, and step 4 a demo vendor’s own room or a deal room.

Frequently asked questions

What is click-through demo software?

Click-through demo software turns captured product screens or page code into a guided demo a buyer clicks through without a sales call. Teams personalize it per account and share it as a link or website embed, with analytics on who engaged.

What is demo automation software?

Demo automation software delivers recorded, interactive or AI-led demos to buyers on demand, so sales engineers do not repeat the same first demo live. Consensus is built around this idea, combining video demos, tours, AI demo agents and stakeholder analytics.

How much does interactive demo software cost?

Arcade, Navattic, Storylane and Supademo list free plans. Published paid prices on 20 October 2026 ran from Supademo’s $38 per creator per month to Walnut’s $1,550 per month billed annually, and Consensus says pricing starts at $600 a month. Navattic’s paid plans, Demostack, Reprise and Saleo show no prices.

What is the difference between an interactive demo and a sandbox demo?

An interactive demo is a guided path through captured screens, quick to build and share. A sandbox is a product replica buyers can click freely, which suits technical evaluations but takes more upkeep. Live data overlays, such as Reprise Data Injection and Saleo Live, change what your real application displays during a presented demo.

Is there free interactive demo software?

Yes. Arcade, Navattic, Storylane and Supademo each list a free plan, limited to one seat or creator and one to five demos. That is enough to test the builder; account identification and CRM sync sit on paid plans.

How we checked these tools

We described each tool from its own product and pricing pages on 20 October 2026, without hands-on testing, review ratings or vendor-reported customer results. Where a pricing page showed two prices without a clear billing label, both are given. Tourial is not covered here; its site says it is now part of Navless.ai (Tourial).

To see demos, proposals and mutual action plans shared with a buying committee in one room, book a Revspire demo.
