Does Storylane publish its prices?

Storylane pricing is published: Free, then Starter, Growth and Premium at $50, $625 and $1,500 a month billed monthly, or $40, $500 and $1,200 a month billed yearly. Enterprise is custom. Seats run from one on Starter to ten on Premium.

Yes. Storylane's pricing page lists five plans, Free, Starter, Growth, Premium and Enterprise, with prices for all but Enterprise, which reads "Custom". On 21 October 2026, with its toggle set to "Monthly", it showed Starter at $50, Growth at $625 and Premium at $1500, each "Per month"; set to "Yearly", marked "- 20%", the same plans showed $40, $500 and $1200 per month. So yearly billing saves 20%, and the yearly prices are monthly equivalents of an annual commitment.

The Free plan has a "Start for free" button. Starter, Growth and Premium offer "Request trial", which leads to a demo request form, and Enterprise offers "Talk to sales". The page states no trial length and does not say whether a card is needed.

What do Storylane's Free, Starter, Growth, Premium and Enterprise plans include?

Each plan builds on the one below it. Storylane meters its plans by creator seats, AI credits and, from Starter, the number of demo visitors Account Reveal can identify; viewer seats are unlimited on every plan:

Storylane plans as its pricing page lists them, checked 21 October 2026

Two steps matter most. Growth is the first plan whose card lists HTML demos, personalization tokens ("Personalize names, logos, currencies, etc. with dynamic variable tokens"), A/B testing and Deal Intelligence, which Storylane says will "Connect with your CRM to measure demos' pipeline and deal influence". Premium is the first to list Hubs, the Salesforce integration and SSO. Sandbox demos, described as "Deliver live personalized demos", and API access are listed on Enterprise.

Storylane's integrations page lists HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Slack, Zapier and Pardot first, then Intercom, Freshsales, Google Analytics, Miro, Segment, Gmail, Dynamics 365, Gitbook, G2, SourceForge, Outreach, Gong and webhooks. It does not say which plan each needs; the pricing page places HubSpot and Zapier on Starter, 10+ more integrations on Growth and Salesforce on Premium, so check that Marketo or Pardot is in the plan you choose.

How do Storylane seats, AI credits and Account Reveal limits work?

Creator seats are the main per-person cost. Starter includes 1 seat with "+ $40 per additional seat", Growth 5 seats with "+ $100 per additional seat", and Premium 10 seats; the page gives no extra-seat price for Premium. Viewer seats are "Unlimited" on all five plans. The comparison table lists presenter seats as an "Add-on" on Growth and "Custom" on Premium and Enterprise, without a price.

AI credits pay for Storylane's AI features. The plan cards list AI content assist, AI voiceovers and Media to demo from Free; AI video avatars, Link to demo and Ask AI (MCP) from Starter; the AI HTML editor on Growth; and AI translations on Premium. Allowances run from 200 credits on Free to 20,000 on Premium, with "Unlimited AI Credits" on Enterprise. The page does not say what one credit buys, how often the allowance renews or whether you can buy more, so ask before you rely on AI features at volume.

Account Reveal lets Starter customers "De-anonymize 250/m demo visitors with company and enriched firmographic data"; the cap rises to 2,500 a month on Growth and 10k on Premium. The page does not say what happens to visitors above the cap.

What do RepX agents, Hubs and add-ons cost?

RepX is Storylane's website agent, which "autonomously engages, qualifies, converts inbound buyers to pipeline, around the clock" and "Talks over text, voice, and video". It is priced apart from the demo plans: "Free for up to 2K visitors/mo. From $24K/year with Demo Suite and scheduling included." Storylane adds that "RepX pricing is based on your traffic volume and the number of AI reps you run", and that qualified leads and conversation summaries flow to HubSpot, Salesforce and Slack.

Hubs, Storylane's buyer deal rooms, are listed on the Premium card. The Hubs page says a Hub holds "Demos, videos, case studies, pricing, PDFs, and more. All in one link, personalized to every prospect", and that Hubs "report per stakeholder rather than per account". The pricing page's comparison table also shows an "Add-on" label in the Hubs row without tying it to a plan, so ask whether Hubs cost extra on Premium. Custom Lead Forms, to "Embed custom forms from any marketing automation tool", are marked "Paid Add On".

For young companies, the Hubs page says bootstrapped, seed and pre-seed companies can get a discount on the Growth and Premium plans by contacting sales; the pricing page states no startup discount.

How much does Storylane cost per year?

At the page's own figures, a year of Starter for one creator comes to $480 billed yearly or $600 billed monthly, and a year of Premium to $14,400 billed yearly or $18,000 billed monthly. Extra creator seats, RepX and any add-ons come on top, and Enterprise is quoted.

Vendr's Storylane page shows a median of $15,330 a year, with a low of $4,280 and a high of $50,000, but it states neither how many purchases the figure rests on nor when it was last updated; it says only "Based on verified purchase data and market intelligence". Treat it as a rough indication, not a benchmark, and not as a Storylane price.

Vendr says "The platform uses a per-seat pricing model across all tiers", that "Annual commitments are standard, but multi-year agreements (2-3 years) can unlock 10-20% discounts", and that buyers who negotiate typically land 15–25% below list. It also says Storylane typically proposes renewals at current list pricing, which may be 10–20% above the first contract. Those are Vendr's observations, not Storylane terms.

To compare Storylane with Navattic, whose Base plan costs $500 a month billed annually, see our Navattic vs Storylane comparison and our Navattic pricing guide.

What does Storylane say about security and its company?

Storylane says it "was founded in 2021, is backed by Y Combinator, and is used by 5,000+ GTM teams" (Storylane), and its homepage footer reads "Built in San Francisco Bay Area". We found no funding amount or round on Storylane's pages.

On security, the RepX page says "Storylane is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant", and Storylane's site summary says it is "certified and compliant (SOC 2 Type II, GDPR)" and "does not use customer data to train AI models." Those are Storylane's statements. On the pricing page, SSO is listed from Premium and "Enterprise Grade Security" on Enterprise.

What drives the cost of a Storylane plan?

Storylane's pricing and RepX pages name the inputs to the bill; the contract terms credited to Vendr are its observations, not Storylane terms:

  • Plan. HTML demos are first listed on Growth, Hubs, Salesforce and SSO on Premium, and sandbox demos and API on Enterprise, so the features you need set the plan.
  • Creator seats. + $40 per additional seat on Starter and + $100 on Growth; viewer seats are unlimited.
  • Billing period. Two price sets sit beside a Monthly/Yearly "- 20%" toggle; confirm which applies to your term.
  • AI credits. From 200 on Free to 20,000 on Premium and unlimited on Enterprise; what a credit buys is not stated.
  • Account Reveal volume. 250, 2,500 or 10k identified demo visitors a month on Starter, Growth and Premium.
  • RepX. Free up to 2K visitors a month, then from $24K a year, priced on traffic and the number of AI reps.
  • Add-ons and renewals. Custom Lead Forms are a paid add-on and presenter seats an add-on on Growth. Vendr says 2–3 year deals can unlock 10–20% discounts and that renewals at list may run 10–20% above the first contract.

What should you ask Storylane before buying?

  • Which price set applies to monthly billing and which to yearly, and is the yearly price paid upfront?
  • Are Hubs included in Premium, or are they the add-on the comparison table marks, and at what price?
  • What does one AI credit buy, how often does the allowance renew, and can you buy more credits?
  • What does an extra creator seat cost on Premium, and what do presenter seats cost on Growth?
  • What happens when demo visitors exceed your Account Reveal cap, or RepX traffic passes the free 2K visitors a month?
  • Will Storylane cap renewal increases in writing? Vendr says renewals are typically proposed at current list pricing.
