Does Navattic publish its prices?
Navattic pricing starts with a free Starter plan for one seat and one demo. Base (five seats) costs $500 a month and Growth (ten seats) $1,200 a month billed annually, or $600 and $1,400 billed monthly. Enterprise pricing is custom.
Yes, for three of its four plans. Navattic's pricing page lists Starter, Base, Growth and Enterprise. Starter is "Free for everyone". With the page's toggle on "Annual", Base shows $500 /mo and Growth $1,200 /mo, each "Billed annually"; on "Monthly", they show $600 /mo and $1,400 /mo, "Billed monthly" (checked 21 October 2026). Enterprise reads "Custom pricing" and "Contact us for details". The page gives no price for an extra seat and no free trial length for the paid plans.
Two more offers sit outside the plan grid and are also priced on request. Navattic Agents, which "guide and qualify prospects, answer questions, demo key workflows, and show content in real time", are priced on the "number of conversations and agents" and include access to the Base plan. A Startup plan is "Available to bootstrapped and seed-stage teams of 30 or fewer. Contact us for pricing." The pricing page has no FAQ, and it states no contract length, trial length or card requirement.
What do Navattic's Starter, Base, Growth and Enterprise plans include?
Navattic sizes its plans by seats and demos, then adds Copilot, AI, integration and sales features at each step. Each paid plan includes everything in the plan below it:
| Plan | Seats and demos | What the pricing page adds | Price per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1 seat; 1 demo (HTML or media) | Starter Copilot (generate, custom context), capture editing, unlimited views, basic analytics, default theme | "Free for everyone" |
| Base | 5 seats; unlimited HTML demos | Base Copilot, premium AI voiceovers, AI avatars (100 minutes), Salesforce and Marketo integrations "and 25+ more", unlimited playbooks, MCP server, account identification, A/B testing, interest areas, pipeline impact, dedicated CSM | $500 billed annually; $600 billed monthly |
| Growth | 10 seats; unlimited HTML demos | AI avatars (300 minutes) and avatar cloning, Gong, Salesloft, Outreach, Gmail, Outlook, Seismic and Highspot integrations, email and Slack alerts, buyer circle discovery, sandbox demos, demo translation, custom domains, SSO and directory sync | $1,200 billed annually; $1,400 billed monthly |
| Enterprise | Custom seats; unlimited HTML demos | Offline demos, HTML capture translation, custom permissions, audit logs, professional services, priority support, demo consultation | "Custom pricing" |
Starter is "Best for: Individuals testing one free HTML demo with AI-assisted demo building", so a team that needs more than one demo or more than one builder starts at Base. Growth is where Navattic places sandbox demos, SSO and its sales tools: its "Sales integrations" list Gong, Salesloft, Outreach, Seismic and Highspot, and its sales features include interest-level demos, personal intro videos, requests and approvals and a rep contact card.
Navattic's integrations page names Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, Segment, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Slack, Mutiny, Chameleon and Zapier, and says the CRM and marketing automation integrations "Send leads and their demo engagement data" across. It does not say which plan each integration needs. The pricing page lists Salesforce and Marketo on Base, so confirm which plan includes HubSpot before you choose.
How are Navattic Agents and AI features priced?
Navattic builds AI into every plan and sells its agents separately. Copilot, which the homepage says "creates demos based on your product screens", comes in Starter, Base and Growth versions, with Base adding "Copilot prompt & review" and Growth "MCP suggested demos". AI avatars are metered in minutes: 100 on Base and 300 on Growth, with avatar cloning on Growth. Base also lists premium AI voiceovers and an MCP server, and the homepage says users "can also connect the Navattic MCP to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or another AI agent".
Navattic Agents are the conversational layer. Navattic's documentation calls them "AI-powered voice agents that can walk prospects through your product in real-time" and says they answer questions, handle "initial product education and qualification" and prompt engaged prospects to book a call. They support English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese "and more", and a session runs for up to 60 minutes of conversation time. The pricing page prices Agents on the number of conversations and agents, with Base plan access included, but shows no rate, so ask what a conversation costs and what happens above the contracted volume.
What analytics and buyer insights does each Navattic plan include?
Starter includes "Basic analytics". Base adds account identification, A/B testing, interest areas, advanced filters and pipeline impact, and Growth adds email and Slack alerts, interest-level demos and buyer circle discovery, according to the pricing page. The homepage describes what these do: analytics and A/B testing "compare demo length, copy, style, engagement, CTA clicks, conversion, and drop-off", engagement alerts "show when the prospect views the demo, what they explore, and which stakeholders become involved", and a Sales Impact Dashboard lists the prospects who viewed demos.
For revenue reporting, the homepage says "Salesforce sync connects demo activity to opportunities, pipeline, win rate, and sales cycle metrics." Launchpad, which Navattic describes as "Demo automation purpose-built for sales teams to share demos earlier in the sales cycle and free up presales time", is a separate part of the offer, and the pricing page does not say which plan includes it.
How much does Navattic cost per year?
Vendr reports a median Navattic contract of $8,500 a year from 99 purchases (last updated February 2026), with a low of $5,000 and a high of $18,000. The page header labels the same $8,500 "Avg Contract Value" and shows 44 deals handled rather than 99, without explaining the gap, so treat the figures as directional. They are Vendr estimates from purchase data, not Navattic prices.
Vendr says Navattic "uses a tiered subscription model based on the number of demo experiences", that some pricing models include seat counts, and that visitor volume is "the dominant cost driver". Navattic's own pricing page sizes plans by seats and demos, and Starter lists "Unlimited views". Ask Navattic whether your quote depends on visitors, demos or seats before you compare it with Vendr's range.
At list prices, a year of Base comes to $6,000 billed annually or $7,200 billed monthly, and a year of Growth to $14,400 or $16,800, before extra seats, Agents or a Startup discount. To compare Navattic with Storylane, which also publishes its plan prices, see our Navattic vs Storylane comparison and our Storylane pricing guide.
Who is behind Navattic, and what does it say about security?
Navattic is venture-backed; its site footer reads "© 2026 Navattic Inc." On 17 March 2022 it announced a $4.25M "growth seed round" led by Canvas Ventures, with 645 Ventures participating, in a post bylined by its co-founders Neil Mclean (CEO), Chris Hoyle (CTO) and Randy Frank. We found no later funding announcement on Navattic's pages.
Neither the homepage nor the pricing page names a security certification. The homepage links Security and Trust Center pages, and the pricing page lists SSO and directory sync on Growth and custom permissions and audit logs on Enterprise, so ask Navattic for its current security reports during procurement.
What drives the cost of a Navattic plan?
Navattic's pricing page names the inputs to a quote; the contract terms credited to Vendr are its observations, not Navattic terms:
- Plan and seats. Base includes 5 seats and Growth 10; Enterprise seats are custom. The page gives no price for an extra seat.
- Demos. Starter allows 1 demo; every paid plan lists unlimited HTML demos.
- Integrations. Salesforce and Marketo are listed on Base; Gong, Salesloft, Outreach, Seismic and Highspot on Growth.
- AI avatar minutes. 100 minutes on Base and 300 on Growth; the page does not say what happens beyond them.
- Navattic Agents. Priced on the number of conversations and agents, with Base plan access included.
- Startup eligibility. Bootstrapped and seed-stage teams of 30 or fewer can ask for the Startup plan.
- Term and renewals. Base and Growth cost less a month billed annually ($500 and $1,200) than billed monthly ($600 and $1,400). Vendr reports 12-month agreements as the most common term, buyers reaching 15–30% below list, and renewal escalators of typically 5–10%.
What should you ask Navattic before buying?
- What does an extra seat cost on Base and Growth, and can Enterprise seats be added mid-term?
- Is the annual price paid upfront? The page shows $500 and $1,200 a month "Billed annually" against $600 and $1,400 "Billed monthly".
- Does the price depend on demo visitors or views? Vendr says visitor volume drives cost, while Navattic's plans list seats and demos.
- How are Navattic Agents charged per conversation and per agent, and what happens above the contracted volume?
- Which plan includes Launchpad and the HubSpot integration, and does your team qualify for the Startup plan?
- What renewal cap will Navattic agree in writing? Vendr reports renewal escalators of typically 5–10%.
