Does HubSpot publish Sales Hub prices?

HubSpot Sales Hub pricing is per seat: free for up to two users, then a Core Seat at $20, $50 or $75 a month by tier, and a Sales Seat at $100 on Professional or $150 on Enterprise. Onboarding costs $1,500 or $3,500 once.

Yes, but not where you would expect, and the figure a visitor sees first is usually not the list price. HubSpot's Product and Services Catalog is the page that states Sales Hub rates by product and seat type, and it is the source for the standing prices in this guide. It lists a Core Seat at "$20/month per seat" on Starter, "$50/month per seat" on Professional and "$75/month per seat" on Enterprise, and a Sales Seat as "Not available" on Starter, "$100/month per seat" on Professional and "$150/month per seat" on Enterprise.

The address most people reach for, hubspot.com/pricing/sales, redirects to HubSpot's pricing page, which prices the whole platform rather than Sales Hub specifically. Its cards are platform plans, so their figures are not interchangeable with the Sales Hub seat rates above, and a browser check on 22 October 2026 found an Enterprise card at a different figure from the Sales Hub Enterprise Sales Seat. Those cards are reported separately further down rather than mixed into the seat table.

Two things on that page are consistent across both views. The free tier reads "$0/mo", "Free for up to 2 users. No credit card required.", and onboarding is charged separately: "Professional Onboarding for a fee of $1,500" and "Enterprise Onboarding for a fee of $3,500", both one-time, with the page stating that the displayed cost excludes them.

What does a HubSpot Sales Hub seat cost?

Two paid seat types, one free one, and a free tier below them. The rates below are the list prices in HubSpot's Product and Services Catalog, which is specific to Sales Hub, checked 21 October 2026:

Sales Hub seat list prices in HubSpot's Product and Services Catalog, checked 21 October 2026
TierCore SeatSales SeatCredits and fees
FreeNot applicable: "$0/mo", "Free for up to 2 users"Not applicableDeal tracking, live chat and meeting scheduling; no onboarding fee
Starter"$20/month per seat""Not available"500 HubSpot Credits; no onboarding fee listed
Professional"$50/month per seat""$100/month per seat"3,000 credits; "Professional Onboarding for a fee of $1,500"
Enterprise"$75/month per seat""$150/month per seat"5,000 credits; "Enterprise Onboarding for a fee of $3,500"

The catalogue describes a Sales Seat as granting "complete access to Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise, including advanced features built for sellers". Starter has no Sales Seat at all and runs on Core Seats. View-only seats are "available at no additional cost", so people who only read reports do not consume a paid seat. Mixing seat types is the main lever on a HubSpot bill: on Professional the gap is $50 against $100 a seat a month, and on Enterprise $75 against $150, so the question for each person is whether they need seller features or only platform access.

Neither the catalogue nor the pricing page states how many seats a tier's base price includes, so ask. The pricing page's own FAQ is vaguer than the catalogue on extra seats, saying only that "The edition of your Sales Hub plan determines the cost of additional paid users" without naming a figure; take the catalogue's numbers to the quote.

On capabilities, HubSpot's Sales Software page names lead management, sales automation, deal pipelines and deal scoring, buying groups, call tracking, playbooks, deal plans, sales methodology scoring, conversation intelligence, forecasting and analytics. CPQ is not among them: the page places it in Revenue Hub. AI is branded Breeze, with a "Breeze Prospecting Agent (Beta)", described as "an AI agent that learns from your best reps over time", alongside Breeze Assistant, AI Guided Selling, HubSpot Notetaker and Agent Hub, "Your central home for building and managing AI agents across the platform".

Why is HubSpot Starter advertised far below its list price?

Because it is on offer, and the offer is labelled as one. Checked in a browser on 22 October 2026, the Starter card on HubSpot's pricing page reads "Limited-time - 65% off" above a promotional rate of €7 a seat a month. Sixty-five per cent off €20 is €7, which is why the discounted figure is a fraction of the "$20/month per seat" the catalogue lists for a Starter Core Seat.

Treat that number as a promotion with an end date HubSpot has not published, not as the price of the plan. Budget on the catalogue rate of $20 a seat a month and treat any discount as a saving you may or may not still be offered. HubSpot's own pages have shown more than one discounted figure: the Sales Software page showed Starter as "$10 $20/month" with the footnote "Discount available for new customers only", a different discounted figure from the pricing page's and restricted to new customers.

The practical questions follow from that. Ask in writing what rate applies after the promotional period, how long the promotional rate is held, and whether it survives a seat increase or a renewal. A plan bought at 65% off renews at something, and the catalogue rate is the only published figure to plan against.

What do the cards on HubSpot's pricing page show?

Platform plans, in the visitor's currency, with annual billing selected. Checked in a browser from France on 22 October 2026, the cards on HubSpot's pricing page read Free at €0 a month, Starter at the promotional €7 a seat a month under its "Limited-time - 65% off" label, Professional at €90 a seat a month and Enterprise at €175 a seat a month, all billed annually. Served in US dollars, the same page shows Professional at "$90/mo/seat" beside "$100/mo/seat" and an Enterprise card at "$150/mo/seat".

The Enterprise figures are the ones to be careful with. The browser-checked card reads €175 and the catalogue's Sales Hub Enterprise Sales Seat is "$150/month per seat"; those are different products, a platform plan and a Sales Hub seat, not two prices for the same thing. The page serves different cards depending on which product is selected, so confirm in writing which product a card describes before comparing it with anything.

On currency, HubSpot shows prices in the visitor's local currency: the same page returned euros to a check from France on 22 October 2026. The dollar figures in this guide are the US list prices as served to a US visitor, checked on 21 and 22 October 2026, not a worldwide rate, so confirm the figures and the currency for the country you will be billed in.

What are HubSpot Credits and what do they cost?

Credits are how HubSpot meters AI and enrichment usage. Included allowances rise with the tier, at 500 on Starter, 3,000 on Professional and 5,000 on Enterprise, and the catalogue is clear about the terms: "Credits reset monthly, and unused credits do not carry over."

Topping up is priced two ways: "$0.010 per credit" on a pay-as-you-go basis, or capacity packs at "$10 USD per 1,000 credits". The allowance is per month, not per year, so a team whose AI usage is lumpy pays for peaks rather than averaging them out. Ask which actions consume credits and at what rate before sizing a plan on the included allowance alone.

How much does HubSpot Sales Hub cost per year?

At the catalogue list rates, ten Professional Sales Seats come to $12,000 a year (10 x $100 x 12) plus the one-time $1,500 onboarding fee, and ten Enterprise Sales Seats to $18,000 a year (10 x $150 x 12) plus the one-time $3,500 fee. Moving half of those Professional seats to Core Seats at $50 brings the licence line to $9,000. Ten Starter Core Seats come to $2,400 a year (10 x $20 x 12).

Those are the figures to plan against. Any promotional rate you are offered reduces them for as long as the promotion lasts, which is why this guide prices the plans at list and treats the discount separately. Two costs also sit outside the seat line: onboarding, which the pricing page says the displayed cost excludes, and credits beyond the monthly allowance at $0.010 each or $10 per 1,000. There is also a cross-sell on the pricing page, Revenue Hub Professional at "$57/mo/seat (was $95)" or Enterprise at "$98/mo/seat (was $140)" when billed annually, for new customers only.

This guide cites no price-aggregator benchmark, because HubSpot publishes list prices in its own catalogue. To set it against a cheaper pipeline-first CRM, see Pipedrive pricing and HubSpot vs Pipedrive; for the enterprise end, see Salesforce Sales Cloud pricing.

What drives the cost of a HubSpot Sales Hub plan?

HubSpot names most of the inputs across its catalogue and pricing page:

  • Tier. Free at $0 for up to 2 users, then Starter, Professional and Enterprise, whose headline seat type the catalogue lists at $20, $100 and $150 per seat per month.
  • Seat type. Core Seats cost $20, $50 and $75 per seat per month by tier; Sales Seats cost $100 on Professional and $150 on Enterprise; view-only seats are free.
  • Promotions. The Starter card carried "Limited-time - 65% off" on 22 October 2026, and the Sales Software page footnotes its own lower figure "Discount available for new customers only"; neither is the standing rate.
  • Credits. 500, 3,000 and 5,000 included a month by tier, resetting monthly with no carry-over; extra credits are $0.010 each or $10 per 1,000.
  • Onboarding. One-time fees of $1,500 on Professional and $3,500 on Enterprise, excluded from the seat cost shown on the pricing page.
  • Country and currency. Prices are served in the visitor's local currency, so the figure and the currency both depend on where you are billed.

What should you ask HubSpot before buying?

  • What rate applies after any promotional period, how long is the promotional rate held, and does it survive a seat increase or renewal?
  • How many seats does the quoted price include, and what does each extra Core Seat and Sales Seat cost at your tier?
  • Which product does the quote cover, a Sales Hub seat or a platform plan, given that the pricing page prices the platform?
  • Which actions consume HubSpot Credits, and what will your expected usage cost beyond the monthly allowance?
  • Is the Professional or Enterprise onboarding fee compulsory, and can it be waived or spread?
  • In which currency will you be billed, and what is the list rate in that currency?

Frequently asked questions

How much does HubSpot Sales Hub cost?

HubSpot's Product and Services Catalog lists a Sales Hub Core Seat at $20 a month per seat on Starter, $50 on Professional and $75 on Enterprise, and a Sales Seat at $100 on Professional and $150 on Enterprise. A free tier costs $0 for up to 2 users. Onboarding is a separate one-time fee of $1,500 on Professional or $3,500 on Enterprise.

Why is HubSpot Starter advertised at a much lower price?

Because the advertised figure is a promotion. Checked in a browser on 22 October 2026, the Starter card on HubSpot's pricing page carried the label "Limited-time - 65% off", and the Sales Software page footnotes its own lower figure "Discount available for new customers only". The standing rate in HubSpot's catalogue is $20 a month per Starter Core Seat.

Does HubSpot Sales Hub have a free plan?

Yes. The pricing page lists Free at "$0/mo" and says it is "Free for up to 2 users. No credit card required." The free tools cover deal tracking, live chat and meeting scheduling, and the catalogue says the free contacts database is shared with paid products with "no charge for contacts you add to the free contacts database".

What is the difference between a HubSpot Core Seat and a Sales Seat?

A Sales Seat grants "complete access to Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise, including advanced features built for sellers", and costs $100 or $150 per seat per month. A Core Seat costs $20, $50 or $75 by tier and is the only paid seat on Starter, where Sales Seats are "Not available". View-only seats cost nothing extra.

Does HubSpot charge an onboarding fee?

Yes, on the two upper tiers. The pricing page lists "Professional Onboarding for a fee of $1,500" and "Enterprise Onboarding for a fee of $3,500", both one-time, and says the displayed seat cost excludes them. No onboarding fee is listed for Free or Starter.

Are HubSpot prices the same in every country?

No. HubSpot serves prices in the visitor's local currency: the same pricing page returned euros to a browser check from France on 22 October 2026. The dollar figures in this guide are the US list prices as served to a US visitor, checked on 21 and 22 October 2026, so confirm the rate and the currency for the country you will be billed in.
