How does Allego price its platform?
Allego pricing is quote-based, but Allego publishes more of its model than most rivals: per user per month, billed annually upfront, three-year terms typical, AI and Premium Success Services included, and four separately priced bundles. We found no dated third-party benchmark with a sample size.
Allego's pricing page, last modified on 7 June 2026, sets out the model without the numbers. Price is per user per month, billed annually upfront, and depends on seat count and contract length. Channel and partner users get a lower list price, and non-revenue roles get substantially reduced pricing. The typical term is three years, paid annually, with two- and one-year terms available. Every section ends in a "Get Pricing" button, and the page warns that details may change without notice.

What is included in Allego's price?
AI is included: the page says Allego "never charges extra for AI capabilities or customer support". Premium Success Services come with every deployment and cover implementation, key integrations, ongoing engagement, training, enhanced technical support and help deploying new features.
Per product, Allego lists project management, user provisioning, a dedicated customer success manager, monthly check-ins, quarterly business reviews, SSO, CRM integrations and co-branding. The one extra cost it names is managed services, for hands-on help with integrations or building content. Allego says most deployments launch within four weeks if the customer's project team takes full part, and claims that consolidating seven tools into its platform can save up to 50% on technology spend; that figure is Allego's own claim.
How much does Allego cost?
We found no reliable, dated benchmark. Vendr's Allego page shows a median contract value but states neither a sample size nor an update date, so we do not repeat it here. G2 lists four editions (Modern Learning with Conversation Intelligence, Modern Content, Digital Sales Rooms and Full Suite) as "Contact Us", with pricing information last updated on 15 September 2025, and no free trial.
Because the model is published, you can check a quote yourself: the annual fee is the per-user monthly rate times seats times 12, and a typical three-year term commits you to three of those annual payments. Ask for the rate per bundle, so you can see what Full Suite saves against buying two bundles.
What is Allego's Heismic buyout program?
After the Seismic and Highspot merger, Allego launched a buyout program for teams locked into a Seismic or Highspot contract. It says it will cover the remaining balance so you do not pay for two platforms at once. The page (modified 1 October 2026) publishes no eligibility rules, cap or end date, says funds are available for a limited time, and reports more than $2 million claimed or invested so far. Get the coverage amount and conditions in writing before you rely on it.
What should you ask Allego in procurement?
- What is the per-user monthly rate for each bundle you need, and for Full Suite?
- Which of your users qualify for channel, partner or non-revenue pricing?
- How much more does a one- or two-year term cost than the typical three-year term?
- Which success services are included, and what would trigger managed-services fees?
- Is there a minimum seat count? The FAQ asks about minimum deal sizes but answers only on contract length.
