Does Second Nature publish its prices?
Second Nature pricing is not published: its site routes buyers to a demo, and its G2 vendor note says the minimum average deal starts at 20K USD. Outdoo, a competitor, reports a 2026 quote of $50 per credit, one active user for one month.
No. Second Nature, the AI sales role-play company at secondnature.ai, shows no price, plan name, billing unit or seat minimum on the pages we have read. Its homepage routes pricing questions to a demo and offers a free role play to try. We read its site on 16 and 19 October 2026; it could not be re-opened on 26 October 2026, so check the live page before quoting this guide internally.
What exists instead is a set of directory listings that all say the same thing in different words, plus one vendor note on G2 that carries a number. The table below is every price signal we found on page one of the search results, with the date each source gives and the date we last read it.
| Source | What it says about price | Date |
|---|---|---|
| [Second Nature](https://secondnature.ai/) | No prices; pricing questions go to a demo; a free role play to try | Read 16 and 19 October 2026; could not be re-opened 26 October 2026 |
| [G2](https://www.g2.com/products/second-nature-ai/pricing) (vendor notes) | "Flexible pricing for Medium sized companies and enterprises. Minimum average deal starts at 20K USD"; "We have a couple of flexible models, contact us for more"; free trial listed | Pricing information updated 12 November 2025 |
| [Capterra](https://www.capterra.com/p/229361/Second-Nature/) | Starting price "Contact vendor"; "Free trial available" | Last updated 29 September 2026 |
| [TrustRadius](https://web-v2.prod.trustradius.com/products/second-nature/pricing) | "Second Nature does not currently have any pricing plans listed at this time"; a free trial is available | No date shown |
| [Stork.ai](https://www.stork.ai/en/second-nature-ai) | "Enterprise: Contact for pricing (annual)" | Modified 30 September 2026 |
| [Vendr](https://www.vendr.com/marketplace/secondnature) | Shows a median and a range, but no purchase count and no update date, so we do not repeat them | No date shown |
| [Outdoo review](https://www.outdoo.ai/blog/second-nature-review-and-pricing) (a competitor) | "Second Nature's sales team quoted $50 a credit in 2026, and a credit is one user for one month" | Updated 12 October 2026 |
Two of those signals deserve weight and the rest do not. The G2 note is written by the vendor, so "Minimum average deal starts at 20K USD" is the closest thing to a published floor, though it is nearly a year old and the phrase "minimum average" does not say whether 20K USD is a contract minimum or the low end of typical deals. The Outdoo figure is the only per-unit number on page one, but it is a competitor's account of a quote it says Second Nature gave, not a price list, so treat it as a hypothesis to test in your own quote. Gartner Peer Insights also ranks for these queries; its Second Nature page would not open for us.
You will also see "$30 to $40 per seat per month" and a reported $20,000 annual minimum repeated in review articles. Easygenerator, which sells a competing role-play tool, attributes the per-seat range to unnamed "third-party analysis", and Outdoo calls it "a model Second Nature does not actually use" and the $20,000 minimum "unconfirmed and not surfaced in the 2026 quote". We found no original source for either, so we do not use them.
How does Second Nature's credit model work?
According to Outdoo, Second Nature bills on monthly-active-user credits: one credit is used for each month a licensed user is active, and its sales team quoted $50 a credit in 2026. If that is right, the unit you are buying is an active user-month rather than a named seat for a year, so cost follows how many people actually practise in a given month. Outdoo works the example through: continuous access for 50 reps needs about 600 credits, roughly $30,000 a year.
The table below applies the same arithmetic to other team sizes. It is our calculation from a rival's reported rate, not a Second Nature price list, and it assumes every user is active every month. Real programmes are lumpier: onboarding cohorts practise heavily for a few months, certification pushes cluster before launches, and some reps barely log in, which is where a credit model can cost less than a per-seat licence. Set the result against G2's vendor note of a 20K USD minimum average deal, which on the reported rate equals about 400 credits, or roughly 33 users active all year.
| Users active every month | Credits a year | Cost a year at $50 a credit |
|---|---|---|
| 10 | 120 | $6,000 |
| 25 | 300 | $15,000 |
| 50 | 600 | $30,000 (Outdoo's own example) |
| 100 | 1,200 | $60,000 |
Read the small-team rows with the G2 note in mind. If 20K USD really is a floor, a 10- or 25-user team would pay the floor rather than the arithmetic, and the credit rate only starts to decide the price above roughly 33 continuously active users. Ask Second Nature directly whether a minimum applies, whether unused credits roll over, and whether the rate falls with volume or a longer term; none of that is published, and Outdoo's article does not say.
What does a Second Nature contract include?
The product is AI role play and coaching. Second Nature's product page lists conversational practice with an AI coach called Jenny, video call, slide presentation and screen-share demo simulations, pitch recording, sales certifications, gamification, reports and a "Built-in LMS or Integrate with Yours". Its homepage shows video-avatar role plays and multi-persona meetings, and describes Deal Coach, which gives reps AI coaching on live deals. Its FAQ says the AI scores knowledge and style, weighted 70% and 30% by default, in 45 to 90 seconds, and that the enterprise package includes five training sessions and quarterly business reviews.
Integrations and security are described on the enterprise page: HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoom out of the box, SSO and SCIM through Okta, Azure, AD and Ping Identity, and SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certification as Second Nature states them. The FAQ adds SCORM, LTI and API data exchange, naming Cornerstone, Docebo, SuccessFactors and Adobe Learning Manager. None of these pages says which of these items cost extra, so treat each as a line to confirm in the quote.
What is not in the product matters for total cost. On the pages we checked, Second Nature describes no sales content library, no playbook or battlecard module and no digital sales rooms, and it does not describe scoring real customer calls; it builds role plays from recorded calls and uploaded audio instead. If you need those, budget for another tool beside it.
What drives the cost of a Second Nature contract?
Second Nature publishes no pricing basis. These are the variables its own pages, G2 note and Outdoo's review expose:
- Active users per month. If the credit model Outdoo describes is right, cost follows how many people practise each month rather than how many accounts exist. Ask how a "licensed user" and an "active" month are defined.
- The minimum deal. G2's vendor note says the minimum average deal starts at 20K USD. For a small team that floor, not the unit rate, sets the price.
- Teams beyond sales. Second Nature has use-case pages for customer support, call centres, HR and learning and development. Adding those teams adds active users, so decide the scope before the quote.
- Languages. Its FAQ says more than 25 languages, including 12+ English accents, and its homepage says 30+. Ask whether every language and the video-avatar format are in the base price.
- LMS and CRM integration. SCORM, LTI, Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoom are listed, but no page says which are included. If practice must run inside Cornerstone or Docebo, get that in the order form.
- Onboarding and services. The FAQ says the enterprise package includes five training sessions and quarterly business reviews. Ask what lower tiers include and what extra sessions cost.
- Term. No contract length is published; Stork.ai lists the Enterprise tier as annual. Ask for the term, the renewal notice period and any renewal increase cap in the first quote.
What should you ask Second Nature before signing?
- Is pricing per credit, and is a credit one active user for one month? What is our rate, and does it fall with volume or a longer term?
- Is there a minimum annual commitment? G2's vendor note says the minimum average deal starts at 20K USD, last updated November 2025.
- Do unused credits roll over, expire at the end of the term, or get refunded?
- What does the free trial include, how long does it last, and does it convert automatically?
- Are video avatars, multi-persona meetings, every language and Deal Coach included, or priced separately?
- Are SCORM, LTI and the Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoom integrations in the base price, and is SSO with SCIM on every tier?
- How many training sessions and business reviews are included below the enterprise package?
- Can Second Nature score our real customer calls, or only practice sessions and pitch recordings? Show it in the demo.
- Is our data used to train AI models? The FAQ says it is not; put that and the retention period in the contract.
What should you know about Second Nature as a company?
Second Nature is private and venture-backed, with offices in Tel Aviv and New York. It announced a $12.5 million investment in January 2022 (PR Newswire) and a $22 million Series B led by Sienna VC, with Zoom among the investors, on 16 October 2025 (IT Brief). We found no merger or acquisition announced as of October 2026.
On analyst recognition, the Gartner item it lists is a 2021 Cool Vendor report in conversation intelligence for B2B sales. Gartner published a Market Overview for B2B Sales AI Role-Play Applications on 7 August 2026, but its public abstract names no vendors. We found no Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave or IDC MarketScape placement, so there is no analyst price guidance either.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Second Nature cost?
Second Nature publishes no price. Its G2 vendor note, with pricing information last updated on 12 November 2025, says "Minimum average deal starts at 20K USD". Outdoo, which sells a competing tool, wrote in an article updated in October 2026 that Second Nature's sales team quoted $50 a credit, one credit being one active user for one month, which is about $600 a year for a user active every month. Get your own quote.
How much does Second Nature cost per user?
No per-user price is published. On the credit model Outdoo reports, a user active every month uses 12 credits a year, about $600 at $50 a credit; that is our arithmetic from a rival's report, not a Second Nature figure. The "$30 to $40 per seat per month" seen in some reviews has no named source, and Outdoo says Second Nature does not price per seat.
Does Second Nature have a free trial?
Directory listings say so: G2, Capterra and TrustRadius all list a free trial, and Second Nature's homepage offered a free role play to try when we read it in October 2026. None states the length, the limits or whether it converts automatically, so confirm all three before you start.
Is there a minimum contract for Second Nature?
Second Nature's own G2 note says "Minimum average deal starts at 20K USD" and describes "Flexible pricing for Medium sized companies and enterprises". It does not say whether that is a hard minimum. Outdoo says a $20,000 minimum did not appear in the 2026 quote it describes, so ask directly.
What are the alternatives to Second Nature?
Hyperbound quotes its Practice and Perform plans (Hyperbound pricing), Yoodli publishes individual plans and quotes Business per seat (Yoodli pricing), and Confirm publishes a per-user rate for the former WorkRamp AI simulations product (WorkRamp pricing). The Second Nature alternatives page compares more, including Revspire.
