Does Proposify publish its prices?
Proposify pricing has three plans. Build is $49 per user per month billed monthly or $35 billed annually; Grow is $65 per user per month, billed annually; Scale shows $107 per user per month through a $12,800 yearly platform fee covering 10 users.
Yes. Proposify's pricing page shows three plan cards with a Monthly/Annual toggle, with "3 months free" next to Annual. Build shows $49 per user per month on monthly billing and $35 per user per month on annual billing, alongside "$147/user/quarter" and "$420/user/year". Grow shows $65 per user per month on both settings, with "Billed annually. Extra users billed at $780/year." Scale shows $107 per user per month and "Platform fee of $12,800/year includes 10 users. Extra users $780/user/year." The page adds: "Custom pricing available for high volume accounts."
There is no free plan. Build offers a "14 day trial, no card needed", the page says "Get started for free, no credit-card needed. Cancel anytime.", and its FAQ warns that "we do not offer refunds once the payment has been processed."
The page uses two sets of plan names. The cards say Build, Grow and Scale, but the comparison table is headed Basic, Team and Business, and the send-limit section adds Enterprise. The page does not say which card matches which column, so confirm the plan name and its limits on your order form.
What do Proposify's Build, Grow and Scale plans include?
Grow includes everything in Build, and Scale everything in Grow. Proposify's plan cards describe them as follows:
| Plan | How Proposify describes it | Price as shown | What the plan lists |
|---|---|---|---|
| Build | "For teams that need to integrate with their tech stack and gain document-level visibility." | $49 per user per month billed monthly; $35 per user per month billed annually ($420 per user per year) | "Unlimited documents + signatures", "AI + MCP server", integrations and automations, product catalog, content library, document insights |
| Grow | "For teams who need control over what goes out, and account-wide visibility." | $65 per user per month, billed annually; extra users $780 a year | User roles and permissions, approval workflows, account metrics, custom fields and variables, API access |
| Scale | "For large teams who need Salesforce or Aspire and dedicated support." | $107 per user per month; $12,800 a year platform fee including 10 users; extra users $780 per user per year | Premium integration add-ons, SSO (Okta, Azure and others), multiple workspaces, custom reporting, a dedicated success manager, onboarding and priority support |
Two services are priced on the cards: "Custom template design $1,500" on Build, and a $2,000 onboarding kit on Grow covering "onboarding, custom template design, 30-day priority support". In the comparison table, the Salesforce integration ("Use our managed package and optionally SSO so reps work right within Salesforce") and the Aspire integration each show $9 per user per month in the Business column only. Grow's card asks you to "Book a demo" rather than start a trial.
Monthly or annual billing, and how Proposify counts users
Only Build shows a month-to-month price. At list price, a Build user costs $588 a year on monthly billing (12 × $49) against $420 on annual billing. Grow is "Billed annually", and Scale is a yearly platform fee.
Users drive the bill on every plan. Grow and Scale charge extra users at $780 a year each, the same as Grow's $65 per user per month. Scale's $12,800 for 10 users works out at about $107 per user per month, the figure on its card, so a 15-user Scale team would pay $12,800 plus 5 × $780, or $16,700 a year, at list price. The pricing page states no user minimum for Build or Grow.
The trial wording differs across the page: the Build card offers a "14 day trial, no card needed", while the FAQ says "Our free trial gives you access to all of the features on our Team plan for 14 days." Ask which plan your trial runs on before you judge features.
How do Proposify send limits work?
The pricing page says "Every plan includes a monthly send limit": 10 sends on Basic with "Overage $0.50 per send", 30 on Team with overage of $0.30 per send, 75 on Business with overage of $0.75 per send, and a custom limit on Enterprise. The FAQ adds: "Once you are at your send limit you can send an additional document for a low one-time fee per send."
The same page also says documents are unlimited. The Build card lists "Unlimited documents + signatures", and the comparison table's Document Sends row reads "Create unlimited documents on all plans", with "Unlimited" in every column. Creating and sending may be counted differently, but the page does not explain how, so ask Proposify which limit applies to your plan and what counts as a send.
Does Proposify include quoting, approvals and e-signatures?
Yes, though the Proposify pages we checked do not use the term CPQ. Its homepage lists Proposal Automation, Quoting, Contract Management and E-Signatures & Forms. The pricing page describes interactive quoting as letting prospects "alter the quantity or optional add-ons", puts a product catalog on Build and puts approval workflows on Grow: "Create conditions that if met will trigger an approval from a manager (by deal size and discount size)." It says "All plans allow you to get documents legally e-signed" and "Proposify uses Stripe to process payments."
Proposify's integrations page lists 48 integrations, 21 of them CRMs, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho and Aspire, plus Gong, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Stripe, QuickBooks and Zapier. It does not say which plan each needs; the pricing page prices only the Salesforce and Aspire integrations, and describes Scale as the plan for teams "who need Salesforce or Aspire".
What AI features does Proposify include?
The Build card lists "AI + MCP server", and the pricing page describes an AI widget: "Use our embedded AI widget to prompt, write, refine, fix spelling and grammar, condense, and more." Proposify's AI Proposal Generator page calls the tool free, says it can "Quickly generate proposal content directly inside Proposify's editor", and says "Proposify's AI assistant can help you draft and refine executive summaries".
Neither page says which plans include AI, whether use is limited, or what the MCP server connects to, so ask before you build a process around it.
How much does Proposify cost per year?
We found no dated third-party price benchmark with a stated sample size for Proposify, so its list prices are the only published guide. For ten users at list price, Build costs $4,200 a year on annual billing ($5,880 billed monthly), Grow $7,800 a year and Scale $12,800 a year. Those figures exclude the $9 per user per month Salesforce or Aspire integration, send overages and onboarding services.

What does Proposify say about security and its company?
Proposify's security page says "Proposify is SOC2 Type 2 certified", audited against the AICPA Trust Services Criteria for security, availability and confidentiality by 360 Advanced. It says it hosts on Amazon Web Services and that "All customer data is stored in Northern Virginia, USA", that its e-signatures follow UETA, ESIGN and eIDAS, and that "we maintain our GDPR compliance and enable our customers to set their own compliance preferences as a controller." These are Proposify's statements; ask for the current SOC 2 report in your security review.
Proposify's about page says it was founded in 2013 by Kyle Racki, its CEO, and Kevin Springer, and shows 60 employees and "8k+ customers". It lists a $250,000 seed investment in 2014, a $3M round in 2018 and a 2020 round "with CBGF across two tranches", and states no total funding, acquisition or change of ownership.
What drives the cost of a Proposify plan?
Proposify's pricing page names the inputs to the bill:

What should you ask Proposify before buying?
- Which plan card (Build, Grow, Scale) matches which column in the comparison table and send-limit section (Basic, Team, Business), and which send limit applies to you?
- Is a send different from a document, given the page lists both unlimited documents and a monthly send limit?
- Can Grow or Scale be billed monthly or quarterly, and is there a user minimum on Grow?
- What do the Salesforce and Aspire integrations cost on your plan, and is HubSpot included?
- Which plans include the AI widget and MCP server, and is AI use limited?
- Which plan does the 14-day trial run on?
