Does Orum publish its prices?
Orum pricing is quote-based: its pricing page lists no prices and says cost depends on package type and number of users, with a 9-seat minimum, AI Coaching as an add-on and a 500-dial free trial. Vendr's February 2026 median (91 purchases) is $21,600 a year.
No. Orum's pricing page, headed "Scale your calling culture", showed no dollar amounts, billing unit or monthly/annual switch when we checked on 21 October 2026. Its pricing button reads "Request pricing", and its FAQ says "Orum's pricing is based on package type and number of users", asking visitors to fill out a form to find the right package. Directly above the plan's feature list, the page shows "Minimum 9-Seat".
The page lists one set of features under "Included in your plan" rather than a grid of tiers. The only plan name on it is Ascend, which appears in the card for the Ascend Limited add-on ("Available for Ascend only"). Vendr says "Orum does not publish transparent list pricing on its website" and that Orum "offers multiple editions—typically Professional and Enterprise"; neither name appears on Orum's page, so ask how Ascend and any other package in your quote map to those editions.
What does an Orum plan include?
Orum's pricing page marks these features as "Included" in the plan, grouped here by job:
| Area | Features listed as included |
|---|---|
| Dialing | AI Dialer, Unlimited Dials, AI Detection, Power Dialer, Parallel Dialer, Click to call, One-off dialing |
| Voicemail | Voicemail Drop, Voicemail Sequencer |
| Numbers and reach | Boost Connect, Number Temperature, caller IDs "Up to 10" a month, International Calling |
| Data and lists | Data Enrichment, Smart Lists |
| Calls and AI | Call Recordings & History, AI Call Summaries, AI Objection Detection, Call Library |
| Salesfloor | Rooms, Spotlighting, Achievements and Updates, Screenshare, Live Chat, Slack Integration, Live Listen |
Orum sells the product as three AI agents. Operator, the dialer, says it can "Run up to 5 lines at once with parallel dialing or single-focus outreach with power dialing", that it "detects 20+ languages and identifies every pickup: human, screener, voicemail, or phone tree", and that a rep is bridged in "with a median connect time of .7 seconds"; it also cites "Grade-A numbers from Vonage with daily spam monitoring". Those are Orum's figures.
Scout is described as "Agentic Phone Number Enrichment" that "pulls from 30+ data sources, including your CRM" to find and rank dialable numbers. Its page does not say which plans include it; its buttons read "Request a Demo" and "Want to try Scout?". The pricing page lists Data Enrichment as included, so ask whether that line means Scout. The homepage lists integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong Engage, Apollo, Gong and webhooks, and does not say which plans include them.
Which Orum add-ons cost extra?
The pricing page lists three add-ons, none with a price. AI Coaching is "Available as an additional add-on to any plan" and covers AI Roleplay Agents, AI Scorecards, a Coaching Portal and Live battlecards, the last marked "coming soon". On the Coach page, "Custom AI bots give every rep unlimited practice on demand", teams "Build your rubric around what matters to your team" and "Coach scores every call against it automatically", and Coach "builds every rep's coaching playlist automatically". The page does not describe roleplay personas, voice or how roleplays are scored.
Ascend Limited is "Available for Ascend only". "Not every seat needs full-time dialing power," the page says: "Ascend Limited is built for AEs and other roles who dial less frequently but still need access to Orum's speed and insights." If only part of your team dials all day, ask what an Ascend Limited seat costs against a full seat and whether those seats count towards the nine-seat minimum. Webhooks, for real-time event delivery, are "Available for all plans".
Free trial, dial limits and international calling
Orum offers a free trial capped by usage, not time: "Our free trial is limited to 500 dials." The pricing page states no trial length and does not say whether a card is required. Paid plans have no dial cap: "No, Orum does not limit any dials on any paid plans."
On international calling, the FAQ says "Orum supports calling into US & Canada and 160+ international countries and regions" and points to the pricing form for details, and the homepage marks the 160+ countries as "(plan-dependent)". If you call outside North America, ask which countries your package covers and whether international minutes are priced separately.
What does Orum say about security and its funding?
Orum's security page says "We are SOC 2 Type II compliant" and "ISO 27001 certified", shows ISO-27001:2022, ISO-27701:2019, ISO-27018:2019 and ISO-27017:2015 badges and a "GDPR Ready" badge, and says "All sensitive data is encrypted using advanced measures." Those are Orum's statements. The page does not mention call-compliance controls such as do-not-call lists or calling-hours rules, so ask how Orum supports them; whether your own outbound calling is lawful is a question for your counsel.
Orum is venture-backed. TechCrunch reported on 2 November 2022 that it had raised a "$22 million Series B round" led by Tribe Capital, with Craft Ventures and Unusual Ventures, bringing its total to "more than $50 million". Jason Dorfman and Karthik Viswanathan started the company in 2018. We found no later round on the pages we opened.
How much does Orum cost per year?
Vendr reports a median Orum contract of $21,600 a year from 91 purchases (last updated February 2026), with a low of $5,400 and a high of $90,000. The page header shows 49 deals handled rather than 91 and does not explain the gap, so treat the figures as directional. They are Vendr estimates from purchase data, not Orum prices.
Vendr says "Orum pricing is structured around per-user licensing with tiered feature access" and that "Most buyers pay between $100 and $200 per user per month depending on tier, volume, and negotiated terms", with Professional typically at $100–$150 per user per month on annual contracts and Enterprise at $150–$200+. On Vendr's range, Orum's nine-seat minimum would come to $10,800 to $21,600 a year before add-ons; that is arithmetic on Vendr's estimates, not an Orum quote.

What drives the cost of an Orum contract?
Orum's pricing page names the inputs to a quote; the discounts and renewal terms are Vendr's observations, not Orum terms:
- Package. Orum says pricing "is based on package type", but its page shows only one feature list and names Ascend only in an add-on card; Vendr names Professional and Enterprise editions.
- Users. Price grows with the number of users, and the page shows a nine-seat minimum.
- AI Coaching. AI roleplay, AI scorecards and the coaching portal are an add-on to any plan, priced on request.
- Seat mix. Ascend Limited seats are built for AEs and others who dial less often, on the Ascend plan only.
- International calling. Coverage of 160+ countries and regions is plan-dependent, so countries you call can change the package you need.
- Term and renewals. Vendr says annual and multi-year commitments "unlock lower per-seat rates", volume discounts "typically begin around 10–20 seats", prepayment can yield 5–10% more off, and renewals "commonly include 5–10% annual price escalators".
What should you ask Orum before buying?
- Which package is in the quote, how does it relate to Ascend, and what would a different package add or remove?
- Does the nine-seat minimum apply to your package, and do Ascend Limited seats count towards it?
- What does the AI Coaching add-on cost per seat, and can it be bought for some reps only?
- Is Scout part of the Data Enrichment line in your plan, and are there limits on enrichment volume?
- Which international countries does your package cover, and are international calls priced separately?
- What are the contract length, auto-renewal terms and notice period, and will Orum cap any price increase at renewal?
