Does Gong publish Gong Enable pricing?
Gong Enable pricing is not published. Gong charges per user plus a platform fee, and sells Enable Essentials on top of the Gong Foundation licence. Gong's chief product officer told VentureBeat (February 2026) that Enable costs "in the tens of dollars per seat per month".
No. Gong's pricing page shows no prices or plan names and does not mention Gong Enable when we checked on 19 October 2026. It says the price depends on factors specific to your team: licences are priced per user, there is a platform fee based on the number of users supported, and integrating your existing tech stack is free. A form asks for team size in bands of 1–50, 51–1,000, 1,001–9,999 and 10,000+ before Gong prepares a customised proposal.
The Gong Enable page has no prices either. Its FAQ says Enable is built for sales leaders, enablement professionals and frontline managers at growth-stage and enterprise companies, and that there is no free trial, only a personalised demo. It does not say whether Enable can be bought without the core Gong platform.
How is Gong Enable packaged? Enable vs Enable Essentials
Gong sells a core licence first and applications on top. Its help-centre article on plans and seats, last modified on 8 January 2026, says that once you buy a core licence for the Gong Foundation platform you can add applications: Enable Essentials (AI-based coaching), Forecast Essentials, Gong Forecast, Gong Engage and Data Cloud. A plan is the core licence, any applications and a number of seats for each. Team members without a seat are Collaborators, with limited access at no charge.
That article predates the launch of Gong Enable in the Mission Andromeda release of 25 February 2026 and names only Enable Essentials. Newer help articles mark each feature as available on "Enable Essentials, Enable" or on "Enable" alone, which is the only public guide we found to what separates the two plans:
| Feature | Listed as available on | What Gong says it does |
|---|---|---|
| Coaching | Enable Essentials, Enable | Reps request feedback, and managers comment on and score calls (help centre, updated 30 June 2026). |
| AI Call Reviewer | Enable Essentials, Enable | Suggests answers to scorecard questions during a manual review, or scores every call that matches a scorecard's filters once an admin turns on automatic review (help centre). |
| AI Trainer | Enable | Voice role-play sessions of 5 to 30 minutes at Easy, Intermediate or Advanced difficulty, in 24 languages (help centre, updated 15 September 2026); the Enable page says it turns past calls into scenarios. |
| Dry Run | Enable | Rehearses an upcoming meeting with an AI customer, then lets the rep discuss feedback with an AI practice coach; web only (help centre, updated 14 July 2026). |
| Lessons, Initiative Tracking, AI Builder for Scorecards | Not stated | Lessons and Initiative Tracking are listed on the Gong Enable page, and AI Builder for Scorecards in the Mission Big Dipper release; we found no help article that assigns them to a plan. |
We found no current Gong page that sets the two plans side by side or prices either of them, and none that offers Enable without Foundation.
Existing Gong customers should check how this applies to them. When Gong announced its AI agents in April 2025, it said they were "Included with Gong licenses" at no extra cost, naming AI Call Reviewer and AI Trainer. The current help centre places AI Trainer on the Enable plan, and VentureBeat, reporting Gong's CPO, referred to an "earlier version of Enable that includes the AI Call Reviewer".
How much does Gong Enable cost per user?
Gong has not published a figure, so the only Enable-specific price indication is a quote. On launch day, 25 February 2026, VentureBeat described Gong Enable as "a brand-new product with its own pricing tier", which Gong co-founder and chief product officer Eilon Reshef put "in the tens of dollars per seat per month". Treat it as a spoken estimate, not a list price: it gives no exact number, it does not name Enable Essentials, and the article does not say whether it covers the Foundation licence or the platform fee.
Vendr has the largest dated sample, but for Gong as a whole. It reports a median Gong contract of $55,359 a year from 1,145 purchases (last updated March 2026), ranging from $11,497 to $203,683, under a per-seat, per-year model with tiered packaging, and says some contracts include a base platform or onboarding fee. Its page does not mention Gong Enable, so these figures describe Gong contracts overall and say nothing reliable about what Enable adds. The page header also shows 593 deals handled rather than 1,145, without explanation.
Vendr's Gong-wide per-seat range is $1,200 to $2,400 a year for mid-market and enterprise buyers, and it says add-ons such as Gong Engage and Gong Forecast are often quoted at 20–40% of the base platform cost per seat. It gives no Enable figure. G2 masks its Gong estimate, says its pricing information was last updated on 13 September 2024, and does not list Gong Enable. To check a quote, ask Gong to price Enable per seat on its own line and compare that line with the "tens of dollars" estimate.
What drives the cost of Gong Enable?
Gong publishes no price list, but its pricing page and help centre show what a quote is built from:
- The Foundation licence. Gong's help centre describes Enable Essentials as an application added after you buy the core Gong Foundation licence, so ask whether your Enable quote includes Foundation.
- Seats per application. Seats are assigned per person for Foundation and for each application. Extra seats bought in the admin centre take effect immediately and are billed pro rata to the end of the term; people without a seat are free Collaborators with limited access.
- The platform fee. Gong charges a platform fee based on the number of users supported, on top of per-user licences, and does not publish the amount.
- Plan level. AI Trainer and Dry Run are listed only on Enable, not Enable Essentials, so AI role play decides which plan you need.
- Term. Vendr reports 1-, 2- and 3-year Gong terms. Gong's pricing page lists no contract length, though its AWS Marketplace listing offers 12-, 24- and 36-month contracts with no Enable dimension.
- Tools Enable does not replace. The Gong Enable page does not list a content library or digital sales rooms. It connects to content and learning management systems through 300+ Gong Collective integrations, which Gong says cost nothing to integrate, but those tools keep their own licences.
What should you ask Gong before buying Enable?
- Which plan is in the quote, Enable Essentials or Enable, and which plan includes Lessons, Initiative Tracking and AI Builder for Scorecards?
- What are the per-seat price for Enable, the Foundation licence and the platform fee, shown as separate lines?
- Which people need an Enable seat, and what can Collaborators, who have free but limited access, do in coaching?
- Do AI Trainer and Dry Run have usage limits or credits, and is Dry Run generally available on your plan? In Mission Big Dipper (24 June 2026) Gong said it expected Dry Run in July 2026; its help article on Dry Run was updated on 14 July 2026, but we found no general-availability announcement.
- If you already pay for Gong, do AI features you use today, such as AI Call Reviewer, stay in your current licence at renewal or move to a paid Enable plan?
- If you buy through AWS Marketplace, can Enable be added to a private offer? Gong's listing there shows no Enable dimension.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Gong Enable cost per user?
Gong publishes no per-user price. Its chief product officer told VentureBeat in February 2026 that Enable, which VentureBeat said has its own pricing tier, costs "in the tens of dollars per seat per month", an estimate rather than a list price. Gong's model also includes a platform fee, and its help centre lists Enable Essentials as an add-on to the core Foundation licence.
Can you buy Gong Enable without the rest of Gong?
Gong does not say. Its help centre describes Enable Essentials as an application you add after buying the core Gong Foundation licence, and no Gong page we found offers Enable on its own. Ask Gong directly if you only want coaching.
What is the difference between Gong Enable and Enable Essentials?
Gong publishes no plan comparison. Its help articles list coaching and AI Call Reviewer on both Enable Essentials and Enable, and AI Trainer role play and Dry Run meeting rehearsal on Enable only.
Does Gong Enable have a free trial?
No. The Gong Enable FAQ says there is no free trial and offers a personalised demo instead.
Is Vendr's Gong price the price of Gong Enable?
No. Vendr's median of $55,359 a year (1,145 purchases, March 2026) covers Gong contracts overall, and its page does not mention Gong Enable. Use it to sense-check a full Gong quote, not the Enable line.
Does Gong Enable include a content library or digital sales rooms?
The Gong Enable page does not list either. It says Enable connects to content and learning management systems through more than 300 Gong Collective integrations and is designed to enhance your existing stack rather than replace it.
