Does 11x publish its prices?

11x pricing is published only at the entry tier: Outbound Growth starts at $3,750 a month billed annually, Inbound voice at $5,333 and chat at $2,417, with Pro and Enterprise custom. 11x charges per lead, not per send, and bills annually.

Partly, and in two places rather than one. 11x sells three motions, which its own llms.txt names as Outbound (formerly Alice), Inbound (formerly Julian) and Expansion, and it says the legacy names "still appear in some documentation, pricing pages, customer stories, and URL paths". That is why there is an Outbound pricing page and a separate Inbound pricing page, each with its own plans and prices.

On the Outbound page, checked on 21 October 2026, the Growth card reads "Starting at $3,750 / mo" and "Billed annually". Pro shows "Custom", "Billed annually" and is marked "Most popular", and Enterprise shows "Custom" with "Annual or multi-year" billing. So only the entry tier carries a number: 11x's FAQ says "Pro and Enterprise pricing is custom, based on contact volume, end users, and channels."

Three different entry figures sit around that page. Its page meta says "Plans from $2,000/mo", the Growth card says "Starting at $3,750 / mo", and the FAQ says "11x starts at $36,000 per year on the Growth plan." Those do not reconcile: $3,750 a month is $45,000 a year, and $36,000 a year is $3,000 a month. Treat the card as the figure to confirm, and ask 11x in writing which applies to the term you are quoting for.

What do the 11x Outbound plans cost and include?

Each card sets a price, a cap on new prospects a month and a cap on end users. The table shows the three plans as the page lists them:

11x Outbound (formerly Alice) plans as its pricing page shows them, checked 21 October 2026
PlanPriceProspects and usersSelected features on the card
Growth"Starting at $3,750 / mo", "Billed annually""2,000 New Prospects per Month", "Up to 5 End Users"Managed Gmail mailboxes with domain setup, warmup, inbox rotation and monitoring; bi-directional CRM sync; onboarding and support
Pro"Custom", "Billed annually", "Most popular""5,000 New Prospects per Month", "Up to 10 End Users"Everything in Growth plus multi-language outreach in 105+ languages and tailored onboarding and support
Enterprise"Custom", "Annual or multi-year""10,000+ Prospects per Month", "Unlimited End Users"Custom integrations and API; "SSO, Custom DPA, Custom SLA"; "Dedicated CSM + FDE"; security and compliance

Mailboxes are part of the price rather than an add-on: every plan lists "11x Managed Gmail Mailboxes" with "Included: Domain Setup, Warmup, Inbox Rotation, Monitoring". The page also carries a feature comparison naming rows such as multi-channel sequences, SOC 2 Type II compliance and a forward deployed engineer, without stating in words which tiers have which, so ask for a written feature list per tier rather than reading it off the grid.

What the agent does for that money is set out on 11x's Outbound page: it builds lists from signals such as "Funding rounds, hiring spikes, job changes, technology shifts, and site visits", researches each contact, and sequences "across email, social and rep-led calls". Calls stay human on this product: "11x does the prep. Your rep makes the call." Leads can come from your CRM or from 11x's own data, which it describes as "our database of 400M contacts".

What does 11x Inbound cost for voice and chat?

Inbound is priced as two products, voice and chat, each with its own monthly figure and usage cap. On the Inbound pricing page, checked on 21 October 2026, Growth voice reads "Starting at $5,333 / mo" and Growth chat "Starting at $2,417 / mo", both "Billed annually".

11x Inbound (formerly Julian) plans as its pricing page shows them, checked 21 October 2026
PlanVoice priceChat priceUsage and limits
Growth"Starting at $5,333 / mo", billed annually"Starting at $2,417 / mo", billed annually2,000 calls a month; 3,000 chats a month; 3 concurrent calls; 2 languages; SMS and WhatsApp included; knowledge base, CRM integration, API access
Pro"Custom", billed annually, "Most popular""Custom", billed annually4,000 calls a month; 7,000 chats a month; 10 concurrent calls; 10 languages; voice and accent cloning, phone number monitoring, email follow-up
Enterprise"Custom", "Annual or multi-year""Custom", "Annual or multi-year"50,000+ calls and 100,000+ chats a month; concurrency and languages custom; SSO, custom integrations, advanced routing, custom MCP integration

A team that wants both motions is buying two subscriptions, so build the budget from the products you will actually run. 11x's own comparison on these pages puts a fully loaded SDR at "$8,000 to $12,000 per month in salary, benefits, tooling, and management" and a single inbound SDR or call-centre seat at "$4,000 to $8,000 per month". Those are 11x's figures for a human, not independent benchmarks, and not 11x prices.

Voice is the newer product. A company post dated 14 October 2026, bylined Prabhav Jain, CEO, says "We built the first voice agent optimized specifically for revenue workflows", that 11x "started with an outbound agent", and that large public companies now use its voice and chat agents for inbound lead qualification (11x).

What does per-lead pricing mean for the bill?

11x states the unit plainly: "We charge per lead, not per send," and "Whether Alice runs three touchpoints or thirty, the price stays the same." The meter is therefore the "New Prospects per Month" cap on your plan, not the number of emails, LinkedIn messages or follow-ups the agent sends. A team that works a smaller list harder stays inside the same tier; a team that widens its list moves up one.

Inbound uses a different meter again, counting calls and chats a month rather than leads, with concurrency limits on voice. So the three numbers to agree before signing are prospects a month on Outbound, calls and chats a month on Inbound, and end users on both.

Nothing on either pricing page states a free plan, free trial or paid pilot, and no credit packs or overage prices are published. Ask what happens when you exceed a monthly cap: whether the agent stops, whether overage is billed, and at what rate.

Contract terms, onboarding and renewals

Annual is the default on both products. The Outbound page says "Annual is the default, though Pro and Enterprise plans support two- and three-year commitments with discount tiers," and that "Price increases at renewal are capped, and multi-year commitments lock your current rate for the full term." The page does not say what the cap is, so get the number into the contract.

The Inbound page adds that contracts "do not auto-renew without 30-day written notice". Onboarding is listed there in three forms, "Standard (2 weeks)", "Dedicated (2 weeks)" and "White-glove (4 weeks)", and 11x says there is no setup or onboarding fee. On Outbound it says onboarding is "included in every tier with no implementation fee, configuration charge, or per-integration cost" and that "You only need to bring your own CRM license."

Enterprise is where the security and legal paperwork sits: the Enterprise card lists "SSO, Custom DPA, Custom SLA" and a "Dedicated CSM + FDE". On its security page, 11x says its "SOC2 Type II certification validates our adherence to critical criteria including System Security", names a CASA Tier 3 certification, says "we maintain data processing agreements (DPA) for all EU-based customers", and says data sits in AWS with TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest. Those are 11x's statements; ask for the current report through its trust centre.

How much does 11x cost a year?

At the published Growth figure, $3,750 a month billed annually is $45,000 a year for Outbound before any Inbound subscription, while 11x's own FAQ puts Growth at $36,000 a year. Both numbers come from the same pricing page, so neither should go into a business case until 11x confirms which is current.

Vendr shows a median 11x contract value of $65,100 a year, with a low of $38,250 and a high of $83,100. Unlike its pages for some other vendors, it does not say how many purchases the figure covers, gives no deals-handled count and shows no last-updated date, so treat it as an undated Vendr estimate from purchase data rather than an 11x price. Vendr also lists an "Advanced" tier at 45000 with no currency and "3,500 New Prospects p.m.", and a product selector naming "Alice" and "Mike", neither of which matches the plan names on 11x's current pages.

On terms, Vendr records payment as annual and quarterly, says upgrades and downgrades are both offered, puts the "Redline threshold estimate" at $30k, names December as the fiscal year end and January to March as the best months to buy, and lists ownership as private. Those are Vendr's observations, not 11x terms.

What should you check before signing?

This category has had critical coverage, and it is worth reading before a pilot. On 24 March 2025, TechCrunch reported that 11x had presented companies as customers that said they were not: a ZoomInfo spokesperson said "We did not give them permission to use our logo in any manner, and we are not a customer", and Airtable said a pilot "was never used in production and never rolled out to our sales team". 11x told TechCrunch it had "promptly removed any undesired or inaccurate customer mentions" and attributed the rest to "human error". Pleo and Rho confirmed to TechCrunch that they use 11x products.

The same report described heavy early churn, with one former employee saying "We were losing 70-80% of customers that came through the door", and said 11x counted ARR on full-year contracts that customers exited through break clauses. 11x said its highest churn was in early 2023 cohorts, that its retention rate was then 79%, and that it reports contracted ARR to its board, which it said investors knew. Andreessen Horowitz denied it was suing, and Benchmark said it had received transparent updates, including on break clauses. That account is from March 2025; 11x has since renamed its agents and its October 2026 company post is bylined a different chief executive, and we found no newer independent retention figure.

Two practical conclusions for a buyer. First, ask for referenceable customers in your own segment and speak to them. Second, write the exit into the contract: a break clause, a documented success measure for the pilot, and a cap on any renewal increase.

What drives the cost of an 11x contract?

11x's pricing pages name the inputs to the bill; the contract observations are Vendr's, not 11x terms:

  • Which motions you buy. Outbound and Inbound are priced separately, and Inbound splits again into voice and chat, so a full deployment is several subscriptions rather than one platform fee.
  • Prospects a month. The Outbound meter is leads, not sends: 2,000 new prospects a month on Growth, 5,000 on Pro and 10,000+ on Enterprise.
  • Calls and chats a month. Inbound Growth covers 2,000 calls or 3,000 chats a month with 3 concurrent calls; Pro raises that to 4,000 calls, 7,000 chats and 10 concurrent calls.
  • End users. Growth allows up to 5 end users and Pro up to 10, with unlimited users only on Enterprise, so a large team may be pushed up a tier by headcount alone.
  • Languages and channels. Multi-language outreach in 105+ languages sits on Pro, and voice and accent cloning, phone number monitoring and email follow-up are Pro features on Inbound.
  • Term length. Annual is the default; two- and three-year commitments carry discount tiers on Pro and Enterprise and lock the rate for the term.
  • Enterprise paperwork. SSO, a custom DPA and SLA, custom integrations and API access, and a dedicated CSM and forward deployed engineer are listed only on Enterprise.

What should you ask 11x before buying?

  • Which entry figure is current for the term you are buying: $3,750 a month, or the $36,000 a year its FAQ states?
  • What counts as a "new prospect" against the monthly cap, and what happens when you exceed it: does the agent stop, or is overage billed, and at what rate?
  • If you need both motions, what do Outbound and Inbound cost together, and is there any bundled price?
  • What is the renewal increase capped at in numbers, and will that cap be written into the order form?
  • Is there a break clause or documented pilot success measure, and what evidence will be used to judge it?
  • Who sends the email: your domains or the 11x managed Gmail mailboxes, and what happens to domain reputation if you leave?
  • Can 11x provide the current SOC 2 Type II and CASA Tier 3 reports through its trust centre, and a signed DPA for your region?

Frequently asked questions

How much does 11x cost?

11x publishes a price only at the entry tier. Its Outbound pricing page shows Growth at "Starting at $3,750 / mo", "Billed annually", with Pro and Enterprise custom, while the same page's FAQ says Growth starts at $36,000 a year. Inbound is separate: Growth voice "Starting at $5,333 / mo" and Growth chat "Starting at $2,417 / mo". Vendr shows a median contract of $65,100 a year without stating how many purchases that covers.

Does 11x charge per user or per lead?

Per lead. 11x says "We charge per lead, not per send," and that the price is the same "Whether Alice runs three touchpoints or thirty." Plans still cap end users, at up to 5 on Growth and up to 10 on Pro, with unlimited users on Enterprise. Inbound is metered on calls and chats a month instead.

Does 11x offer a free trial?

No free plan, free trial or paid pilot is stated on the Outbound or Inbound pricing pages we checked. Both pages lead to a demo instead. If you want a trial, ask for a short term with a break clause and a written success measure rather than assuming one exists.

What is included in 11x onboarding?

11x says onboarding is "included in every tier with no implementation fee, configuration charge, or per-integration cost" and that you "only need to bring your own CRM license". Its Inbound page lists onboarding as "Standard (2 weeks)", "Dedicated (2 weeks)" or "White-glove (4 weeks)" with no setup fee. Enterprise adds a dedicated CSM and forward deployed engineer.

Is 11x the same thing as Alice and Julian?

Yes. 11x's own llms.txt says Outbound is "the current name for 11x's outbound offering" and Inbound for the inbound one, and that "Alice and Julian are legacy names that still appear in some documentation, pricing pages, customer stories, and URL paths". The pricing pages still sit under those paths.

What did TechCrunch report about 11x?

On 24 March 2025 TechCrunch reported that 11x had named companies as customers that said they were not, including ZoomInfo and Airtable, and that former staff described churn of "70-80% of customers that came through the door". 11x said it had removed inaccurate mentions, blamed human error, and said retention was then 79%. Ask for current references in your segment.
