Hyperbound or Quantified: which should you choose?
Hyperbound vs Quantified compares two AI role-play specialists; neither shows list prices. Choose Hyperbound for B2B sales and call-centre teams wanting call bots and scoring of real recorded calls. Choose Quantified for pharma and regulated field teams whose practice must match approved, on-label claims.
Choose Hyperbound if…
- Your reps sell B2B software or work in call centres, and you want cold, warm, discovery and check-in call bots built from a job title, a scenario and a target company.
- You record calls in Gong, Chorus, Salesloft or Outreach and want them imported and scored against your own scorecards.
- You want an AI Coach that turns gaps on real calls into targeted role plays, plus battlecards during live calls and Kota agents that, in Hyperbound's example, flag a stuck deal in Slack.
- You want to try a Free plan with 45 prebuilt AI role plays and example scorecards, or use AI role-play assessments when hiring.
Choose Quantified if…
- You sell pharmaceuticals, medical devices or another regulated product, and every practice session must be checked for off-label or unapproved claims.
- You want role plays, personas, rubrics and coaching paths generated from approved materials, with a four-stage review pipeline that captures MLR comments and version history.
- Your reps call on HCPs, formulary committees, hospital procurement or payers, and practise with avatars that respond to visual aids, in 40+ languages on desktop or mobile.
- Your stack includes Veeva, Veeva Vault PromoMats or an LMS such as Cornerstone or Docebo, and your security review wants a private, fine-tuned model whose customer data is never used to train public models, as its security page states.

What is the difference between Hyperbound and Quantified?
Both sell AI role play and coaching rather than a full enablement suite, but for different markets. Hyperbound titles its site "AI Sales Roleplay & Coaching Platform", calls itself "the Revenue Activation Platform" and sells three products: Practice for AI role play, Perform for scoring real sales calls, and Kota Activate for agents (Hyperbound). Its homepage lists B2B SaaS, B2B sales trainers and agencies, B2B call centres and outsourced agencies, and banking and financial advisors as industries. Its bots are organised by call type (cold, warm, discovery and customer check-in calls), with separate post-sales role plays for renewals and upsells.
Quantified describes itself as "The AI Sales Coaching and Roleplay Platform for life sciences and regulated industries", with industry pages for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, financial services, insurance and global enterprises (Quantified). On 9 June 2026 it expanded its AI Roleplay product into an AI Sales Coaching Platform with six AI agents (Roleplay, Readiness Coach, Authoring, Field Coach, Compliance and Insights), quoting Novartis as a design partner (release). Its personas are HCP specialties, formulary committees, hospital procurement teams and payer reviewers rather than software buyers (AI Roleplay).
The overlap is financial services. Hyperbound's banking page pitches AI that helps advisors and bankers "master high-stakes client conversations". Quantified's financial services page targets advisors, bankers and relationship managers for onboarding, annual certification, product rollouts, and KYC, fiduciary and disclosure conversations, though OpenLending is the only financial-services customer it names. Neither describes a sales content library or digital sales rooms on its product pages, and we found no integration between the two.
How do Hyperbound and Quantified build and score role plays?
Hyperbound starts from the buyer and the call type. A cold call bot is set up from a job title, a pre-built scenario such as "time-constrained" or "using a competitor", and a company name the AI researches, with an emotional state from "Kind (easy) to Rude (hard)", priorities, objections and an attached scorecard. Learning Modules package practice for teams alongside Call Blitz, with rule-based assignment. Bots can run in several languages, with feedback in English and the rep's own language, but voice selection is English only. Hyperbound also offers AI role-play assessments for hiring.
Quantified starts from approved content. Its Self Authoring agent generates scenarios, personas, objection libraries, rubrics and coaching paths from approved materials, through a four-stage review and approval pipeline that records comments from medical, legal and regulatory (MLR) review and keeps version history. Its AI Roleplay page says Quantified's team can also build personas, scenarios and rubrics from your approved content, that avatars "see and respond to your visual aids", and that reps can practise in 40+ languages on desktop or mobile (its global-enterprises page description says 30+). Readiness AI chains educational material, a spoken discussion with the AI coach, knowledge checks and role-play certification; asked whether it replaces an LMS, Quantified says it "focuses on proving readiness, not on hosting a course catalog".
Scoring differs most. Hyperbound scores role plays and real calls against the custom scorecards you attach. Quantified scores each session against your own approved criteria and exemplars, and its Compliance AI checks it against nine standard rules across claims, safety and conduct, including off-label promotion, plus custom rules. Off-label language fails the scenario, and each session leaves a searchable record of claims, flags, scores and timestamps. We found no comparable compliance rule set on Hyperbound's pages, so regulated teams should ask how its scorecards would check disclosure or approved-claim language.
Hyperbound or Quantified for enterprise: real calls, integrations and security
Only Hyperbound documents scoring of real calls. Its Gong integration imports recorded calls and scores them "within a few minutes" of Gong processing them, and its help centre lists Salesloft, Chorus, Clari Copilot, RingCentral, Modjo, Outreach and Salesfinity, plus its own meeting recorder. The AI Coach reviews real calls first and sends reps to role plays aimed at the gaps it finds, Live Call Coaching shows battlecards during calls, and Kota agents turn call data, scorecards and CRM inputs into reports and coaching scenarios. Quantified's integrations page names no call recorder. Its field product is Field AI, announced on 22 September 2026: mobile pre-call briefs, quick practice, consent-based AI note-taking or an AI-assisted debrief that drafts a CRM note, and post-call debriefs, reading from and writing to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Veeva. It is in beta, with a Q4 2026 release scheduled.
Both connect to Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics and can feed an LMS. Hyperbound documents Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, plus Slack, Google Workspace, Outlook, SCORM and Workday Learning (help centre); its pricing page lists CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce and Dynamics) and call-recorder integrations on the Perform plan only. Quantified adds Veeva as a CRM, the LMSs D2L, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone OnDemand and Docebo, and the content systems Veeva Vault PromoMats, Aprimo and OpenText; its platform page also lists Okta, Azure AD and SCIM, Snowflake, Workday and an open API, and Readiness AI can deliver SCORM files.
Both state SOC 2 Type II. Quantified's security page says a SOC 2 Type II audit is complete (its About page says it has been compliant since June 2026), with AWS hosting, encryption in transit and at rest, annual independent penetration tests and a trust centre on Drata. It runs a private, fine-tuned model in an isolated environment, says customer data "is never used to train public models", hosts in the US by default with regional options, and makes no ISO 27001 or HIPAA claim on that page. Hyperbound's enterprise page lists "SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and GDPR", says it is "independently audited and certified", and offers enterprise SSO, SIEM and security documentation through its Security Trust Center.
The companies differ in age and backing. Hyperbound was founded in 2023, went through Y Combinator in Summer 2023 and raised a $15M Series A led by Peak XV Partners in September 2025 (YourStory). It names Autodesk, Monday.com, Bloomberg and Hub International as users (Hyperbound) and says it was named an Example Vendor in Gartner's Market Overview for B2B Sales AI Role-Play Applications of 7 August 2026 (press release). Quantified Communications was founded in 2012 by Noah and Peter Zandan and brought AI Roleplay to market in 2022 (About). It says it serves more than 55,000 field reps at 30+ enterprise customers, including more than 10 of the top global pharmaceutical companies, announces no outside funding on its newsroom, and cites Inc. 5000 revenue-growth rankings in 2025 and 2026 rather than an analyst evaluation. We found no acquisition or merger for either as of October 2026.
How does Hyperbound pricing compare to Quantified pricing?
Neither lists prices on its pricing page. Hyperbound's pricing page shows a Free plan with 45 prebuilt AI role plays and example scorecards, and marks Practice and Perform "Enterprise" with a "Book a demo" button; its FAQ says Hyperbound "is priced per user, with separate licenses available for Practice and Perform", with volume discounts by team size and savings on multi-year agreements. Quantified's pricing page offers two packages, both "Quoted for your team and program": Standard, the full AI Sales Coaching Platform, and Base, AI Roleplay, which its FAQ says "costs less and covers less". Pricing is "scoped to your field size, package, and program"; its Request Pricing buttons lead to a pricing request section or a demo request page, and its FAQ says its team "will put together a quote for your program".
Quantified's comparison table puts AI Roleplay, insights and reporting, and compliance and governance in both packages, and Readiness AI and Field AI only in Standard. Its desktop table and its mobile package cards disagree on whether Base includes adaptive learning and Self-Authoring (the FAQ says Base includes self-authoring), so get the package contents in writing. Capabilities can be added to Base later without rebuilding scenarios or integrations. Quantified states no free plan, trial, minimum seat count, contract length or discounts, and G2 says its pricing "is not listed on G2 by the vendor". On Hyperbound's page, real-call scoring, deal coaching, and CRM and call-recorder integrations appear only in Perform, and Live Call Coaching is listed as a Perform add-on.
We found no dated third-party benchmark with a stated sample size for either vendor. Vendr shows a Hyperbound figure without a sample size or update date, so we do not repeat it, and we could not find a Vendr page for Quantified. When you compare quotes, ask Hyperbound for the per-user price of Practice and Perform licences and whether Live Call Coaching costs extra. Ask Quantified how field size is counted, whether its team's scenario building is in the quote, and how Field AI will be priced once it leaves beta.
Frequently asked questions
Which is better, Hyperbound or Quantified?
Neither is better in general; they serve different buyers. Hyperbound suits B2B sales, success and call-centre teams that want call role plays and scoring of real calls from Gong and other recorders. Quantified suits pharma, medical-device and other regulated field teams that need practice, certification and compliance checks built from approved content. Pilot either with your own scenarios.
How much do Hyperbound and Quantified cost?
Neither lists prices on its pricing page. Hyperbound offers a Free plan with 45 prebuilt role plays, and prices its Practice and Perform licences per user on request. Quantified quotes two packages, Standard (the full coaching platform) and Base (AI Roleplay), scoped to field size, package and program. We found no dated third-party benchmark with a sample size for either.
Is Hyperbound built for pharma and life sciences teams?
Not on its public pages. Hyperbound's homepage lists B2B SaaS, sales trainers and agencies, B2B call centres, and banking and financial advisors, and we found no life-sciences page or built-in compliance rule set. Quantified is built for life sciences, with HCP, payer and formulary personas and on-label compliance scoring. Ask Hyperbound directly if you sell into healthcare.
Can Quantified score real sales calls like Hyperbound?
Not on the pages we checked. Quantified's integrations page names no call recorder, and its Field AI, in beta with a Q4 2026 release scheduled, offers pre-call briefs, consent-based note-taking and post-call debriefs rather than call scoring. On its Perform plan, Hyperbound imports and scores recorded calls from Gong and documents other recorders such as Chorus, Salesloft and Outreach.
What are the alternatives to Hyperbound and Quantified?
Other AI role-play specialists include Second Nature, and enablement suites such as Mindtickle add training, content and sales rooms to practice; see Hyperbound vs Second Nature and Hyperbound vs Mindtickle. Revspire pairs AI role-play with governed content, AI playbooks and digital sales rooms, priced by module with unlimited user licenses (pricing).
