Yoodli pricing in 2026: individual plans, Business and Enterprise

What Yoodli's individual plans cost, what the quoted Business and Enterprise tiers add, where AI training data sits, and what to ask.

Updated By Kavyashree SB

  • $8 / $20

per month billed annually for the Pro and Advanced individual plans, as Yoodli's pricing FAQ states them; no monthly-billing figure is shown (checked 22 October 2026)

    Yoodli
  • 5 roleplays

the lifetime limit on the free Starter tier; a roleplay is any practice session over 30 seconds

    Yoodli
  • Advanced

the lowest individual plan that excludes your roleplay data from AI training; Starter and Pro data may be used to improve the platform

    Yoodli

Does Yoodli publish its prices?

Yoodli pricing is published for individuals only: a free Starter tier, Pro at $8 a month and Advanced at $20, both billed annually with a SAVE 40% annual toggle. Its Business and Enterprise tiers are quoted per seat, with no figure shown.

For individuals, yes; for organisations, no. On 22 October 2026 Yoodli's pricing page stated that "Individuals can get started for free", and its FAQ put Pro at "$8/month billed annually" and Advanced at "$20/month billed annually". The billing toggle on the page is labelled "Billed monthly" and "Billed annually", with a "SAVE 40%" badge beside the annual option. The monthly-billing rate is not stated for any plan, which is unusual: the discount is advertised without the figure it is a discount from. If monthly billing matters to you, that is a number to get in writing, and the arithmetic implied by "SAVE 40%" would put Pro near $13 and Advanced near $33 a month - our inference from the badge, not a Yoodli figure.

The organisation tiers carry no price at all. Business shows "Per seat, billed annually" with no figure, and Enterprise is addressed to companies of "5,000+ employees" with no figure. So Yoodli publishes a billing basis for Business - per seat, annual - without publishing the seat rate, and publishes neither for Enterprise. No seat minimum appears on either tier; "5,000+ employees" describes the audience Enterprise is aimed at rather than a floor you must meet. There is no free trial of the paid plans; the free route in is the Starter individual account, and the site's calls to action read "Start free" and "Try Yoodli Free".

One thing to check on the live page before you quote these tiers internally: the organisation tiers were named Team and Enterprise when we looked on 19 October 2026 and Business and Enterprise on 22 October. Either the packaging changed inside a week or the page renders the cards differently, and we cannot tell which from the page itself. Yoodli shipped a significant platform expansion on 7 October 2026, so recent repackaging is plausible. Ask which tier names appear on the current order form rather than quoting a tier name from any guide, including this one. Nothing on the page carried a "was/now" pair, a countdown or a limited-time badge, so the individual rates are standing prices rather than a promotion.

Yoodli plans as its pricing page presented them on 22 October 2026; no monthly-billing figure is published for any plan
PlanPublished priceWhat it includes
Starter (individual)Free - "Individuals can get started for free"; no $0 card figure shownFive lifetime roleplays. Session data may be used to improve the platform
Pro (individual)"$8/month billed annually"Up to 10 roleplays a week, live AI roleplays, feedback on uploaded recordings and community access. Session data may be used to improve the platform
Advanced (individual)"$20/month billed annually"Unlimited roleplays, roleplay data excluded from AI training, and support for employer reimbursement as a professional development benefit, with a reimbursement letter in the account
Business (organisation)"Per seat, billed annually" - no figureYoodli Create and custom rubrics; Yoodli Coach for every learner; Measure dashboards and exports; LMS, CRM and MCP integrations; SSO, SCIM and SOC 2 Type 2
Enterprise (organisation)No figure; aimed at "5,000+ employees"Everything in Business, plus embedded roleplays and personas off platform, dedicated deployment and security review, and a named CSM and programme design

Two details on that table change the cost of a real deployment. The first is the definition of the unit being metered: Yoodli says a roleplay is any practice session over 30 seconds, so Pro's "up to 10 roleplays a week" is a real constraint for anyone practising daily, and unlimited practice starts at Advanced. The second is AI training. Starter and Pro session data may be used to improve the platform; exclusion from AI training begins at Advanced on the individual side and is listed as on by default for organisation tiers. If a pilot is going to run on free or Pro accounts before a Business contract, that difference is worth raising with whoever owns your data policy before the pilot, not after it.

Billing mechanics for individual plans are published and worth knowing: cancellation through Account then Billing stops auto-renewal, access runs to the end of the billing period, and no refunds are offered. Plan changes on the organisation tiers go through an account manager rather than self-serve.

What does a Yoodli Business seat actually buy?

Yoodli is no longer only a role-play tool, and that matters for what a seat costs. On 7 October 2026 it announced its expansion from AI roleplays into what it calls "The AI Platform for Human Skills", with five capabilities: Roleplays, Personas, Create, Coach and Measure. Its homepage describes "One end-to-end platform for organization-wide enablement, powered by AI roleplays". The Business card lists Create, custom rubrics, Coach, Measure, integrations and enterprise identity controls, so a Business seat is priced against that whole set rather than against practice sessions alone.

Roleplays covers AI tutors that teach material before practice, multi-persona scenarios such as a whole buying committee, video, chat or AI-avatar formats with two-way screen share, 28 or more languages, scoring against your own rubric, and certification of completed roleplays. Personas are AI counterparts with a role, temperament and objections you define, in voice, text or video-avatar mode, embeddable on a partner portal, an LMS or a website - and it is that off-platform embedding which the pricing page puts on Enterprise rather than Business. Create drafts a multi-module learning journey from a written prompt using product docs, call recordings, methodology and playbooks, refreshing modules when a source changes.

Coach is the piece that reaches into real calls: weekly coaching on recordings pulled from Gong and Kaia, scored against your rubric, with nudges and a weekly digest in Slack, Teams and email. Its FAQ names Salesforce, HubSpot, your LMS, and Claude and ChatGPT via MCP. Measure is the admin analytics product: readiness and certification status by programme, completion by cohort, skill trends by individual, team, role and region, rubric scoring, role-based access and exportable executive reports. Note what Coach does and does not do - it reviews calls your conversation intelligence tool has already recorded, rather than recording them itself, so Yoodli sits beside Gong rather than replacing it.

The integration picture needs care in an evaluation. Yoodli's homepage lists a long logo wall - Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Okta, Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace, OpenID Connect, Docebo, Intellum, Seismic, Showpad, Highspot and Workday - but only two of those are described on pages we opened. A native Highspot integration, announced 15 May 2025, lets Highspot users launch Yoodli roleplays inside Highspot, and is available to enterprise customers through a Yoodli or Highspot representative. LMS connection uses SCORM 1.2 packages or LTI 1.1 and 1.3, reporting completion and scores back to the LMS, naming Docebo and Moodle - and the help article states plainly that "LMS integrations are only available for organizations on an Enterprise plan." The Business card lists "LMS, CRM and MCP integrations"; the help centre puts LMS on Enterprise. Get that reconciled in writing before you budget for a Business tier on the assumption your LMS will connect.

What do organisations actually pay for Yoodli?

There is no third-party benchmark we can quote. Vendr has no reachable Yoodli marketplace page and G2's Yoodli pricing page could not be opened in our research sessions, and no search result surfaced either, so there is no dated figure with a stated sample size for organisation contracts. The published individual rates are the only firm numbers, and they price a single person's practice account rather than a team deployment with rubrics, dashboards and integrations.

That leaves two practical anchors. The first is the individual Advanced plan at $20 a month billed annually, which is $240 a year for unlimited roleplays with data excluded from AI training. A Business seat buys considerably more than that - Create, Coach, Measure, integrations, SSO and SCIM - so expect a Business seat rate above it rather than below, and ask the seller to justify the gap against what your team will actually use. The second is competing quotes: Hyperbound quotes everything and publishes nothing (Hyperbound pricing), while Confirm publishes a per-user starting rate for the former WorkRamp Practice product (WorkRamp pricing), so a three-way process gives you a range even without a benchmark.

One route worth knowing about if you are a training or coaching business rather than an end customer: Yoodli runs a partner programme for coaching and training firms offering AI-first programme design, enterprise controls with multi-org support, "partner preferred pricing" (no figures given) and co-marketing, naming Sandler, Korn Ferry, FranklinCovey, GP Strategies, Advantexe and Sales Xceleration. If you resell or deliver training, ask for partner pricing rather than a standard Business quote.

What drives the cost of a Yoodli contract?

Yoodli publishes per-seat annual billing for Business and nothing for Enterprise. These are the variables its own pages expose:

  • Seats. Business is "Per seat, billed annually". No seat rate or minimum is published, so ask what one more seat costs and whether a manager who only reads Measure dashboards needs a paid seat.
  • Business against Enterprise. Enterprise adds embedded roleplays and personas off platform, dedicated deployment and security review, and a named CSM with programme design. Embedding a persona on a partner portal or your own website is therefore an Enterprise-tier decision, not a feature toggle.
  • LMS integration. The help centre states LMS integrations are Enterprise-only, while the Business card lists "LMS, CRM and MCP integrations". If SCORM or LTI delivery is required, this single line may decide your tier.
  • Roleplay volume. Published individual limits are five lifetime roleplays on Starter and up to 10 a week on Pro, with a roleplay defined as any session over 30 seconds. Nothing published says whether Business seats are capped, so ask.
  • Languages and formats. Roleplays supports 28 or more languages and video, chat and AI-avatar formats with two-way screen share. Ask whether avatar and video modes carry any separate cost or tier requirement.
  • Real-call coaching. Coach scores calls pulled from Gong and Kaia. You need that recorder licence separately, and its cost belongs in the total even though it is not on a Yoodli invoice.
  • AI training terms. Organisation tiers list roleplay data excluded from AI training by default, while Starter and Pro data may be used to improve the platform. If you pilot on free accounts, the pilot runs under different terms from the contract.
  • Term. Both organisation tiers are billed annually; no multi-year terms, discounts or renewal caps are published. Plan changes go through an account manager, so ask about mid-term seat additions.

What should you ask Yoodli before signing?

  • What is the Business per-seat rate, is there a seat minimum, and what is the monthly-billing rate? The page advertises "SAVE 40%" without publishing the figure it saves against.
  • Which tier names are on the current order form? The organisation tiers read Team on 19 October 2026 and Business on 22 October, so confirm rather than quoting a guide.
  • Are LMS integrations available on Business or only on Enterprise? The Business card and the help centre disagree.
  • Are roleplays capped per seat on Business, and if so at what number and on what period?
  • Do viewers, managers and admins who only use Measure dashboards need a paid seat?
  • Is roleplay data excluded from AI training on our tier by default, in the contract rather than on the page, and what is the retention period?
  • Does embedding a persona on our partner portal, LMS or website require Enterprise, and what does the dedicated deployment and security review cover?
  • Which integrations on the homepage logo wall are supported contractually today, and which are in development? Only Highspot and the LMS connection are documented.
  • If we are a training or coaching business, what is "partner preferred pricing" and how does it compare with a Business quote?

What should you know about Yoodli as a company?

Yoodli is growing quickly on venture money, which is usually good for roadmap and worth a question on commercial terms. It is private, Seattle-based and founded in 2021 at the AI2 incubator by Varun Puri (CEO) and Esha Joshi (Chief Customer Officer). It raised $13.7 million in May 2025 and then a $40 million Series B led by WestBridge Capital, announced 2 December 2025. TechCrunch reported a valuation above $300 million, nearly $60 million raised in total and recurring revenue up 900% over 12 months; GeekWire reported on 7 October 2026 that headcount had reached about 100, up from 25 in May 2025, and that the CEO said Yoodli was not actively raising. Its own About page gives total funding as $53M where its release and the press reports say nearly $60 million, so take the funding figure as approximate.

On security, Yoodli announced SOC 2 Type 2 on 8 August 2024, audited by Prescient Security with support from Vanta, and its homepage and pricing page state GDPR compliance, SSO, SCIM and role-based access, with its sales page saying recordings are private by default and stored encrypted. Its Trust Center could not be opened in our sessions, so anything beyond SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR - ISO 27001, ISO 42001, HIPAA, sub-processors, hosting region - is unverified from a page we have read. Ask for the current report and the sub-processor list.

On analyst recognition, read the wording carefully. Yoodli says it is "named among the point solutions" in Gartner's Market Overview for B2B Sales AI Role-Play Applications of 7 August 2026, and that it was included in Forrester's "The Revenue Enablement Platforms Landscape, Q1 2026" on 5 February 2026. A Market Overview describes a market and a Landscape lists vendors in one; neither is a ranked evaluation, and there is no Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave or IDC MarketScape placement. Those are useful as evidence the category is recognised, not as a competitive verdict.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Yoodli cost?

For individuals, Yoodli's pricing FAQ gives Pro at "$8/month billed annually" and Advanced at "$20/month billed annually", with a free Starter tier limited to five lifetime roleplays. For organisations it publishes no figure: Business reads "Per seat, billed annually" and Enterprise is aimed at companies of "5,000+ employees", both quoted. No monthly-billing rate is published for any plan, despite a "SAVE 40%" badge on the annual toggle.

Does Yoodli have a free plan?

Yes, for individuals. The page says "Individuals can get started for free" and its FAQ describes a Starter tier with five lifetime roleplays, where a roleplay is any practice session over 30 seconds. There is no free trial of the paid or organisation plans. One condition matters: Starter and Pro session data may be used to improve the platform, and exclusion from AI training starts at the $20 Advanced plan.

What is the difference between Yoodli Business and Enterprise?

Business lists Yoodli Create and custom rubrics, Coach for every learner, Measure dashboards and exports, LMS, CRM and MCP integrations, and SSO, SCIM and SOC 2 Type 2. Enterprise adds everything in Business plus embedded roleplays and personas off platform, dedicated deployment and security review, and a named CSM with programme design. Neither shows a price; Business states a per-seat, annual basis.

Does Yoodli integrate with an LMS?

Yes, through SCORM 1.2 packages or LTI 1.1 and 1.3, reporting completion and scores back to the LMS, with Docebo and Moodle named. There is a contradiction to settle: Yoodli's help centre states "LMS integrations are only available for organizations on an Enterprise plan", while the Business plan card lists "LMS, CRM and MCP integrations". Confirm which applies to your tier before budgeting.

Does Yoodli record and score real sales calls?

It scores them but does not record them. Yoodli Coach gives weekly coaching on real calls pulled from Gong and Kaia and scored against your own rubric, with nudges and a weekly digest in Slack, Teams and email. You need the recorder licence separately, so Yoodli sits beside a conversation intelligence tool rather than replacing one, and that licence belongs in your total cost.

What are the alternatives to Yoodli?

Hyperbound is the closest sales-specific comparison and publishes no prices (Hyperbound pricing, Hyperbound vs Yoodli), Second Nature is the avatar-led option (Second Nature vs Yoodli), and Confirm publishes a per-user rate for the former WorkRamp AI simulations product (WorkRamp pricing). Our best AI sales role play software round-up covers the category.
