A sales readiness platform against WorkRamp's LMS, now sold by Confirm, compared on scope, AI practice, academies, integrations and pricing.

Updated By Kavyashree SB

Mindtickle or WorkRamp: which should you choose?

Mindtickle vs WorkRamp now means Confirm: Learning Pool bought WorkRamp in October 2025, became Confirm in August 2026 and sells WorkRamp as Learn:Up, Academy and Practice. Choose Mindtickle for sales readiness and coaching. Choose WorkRamp for employee and customer training, with published Learn:Up starting prices.

Choose Mindtickle if…

  • You want one sales-specific platform for onboarding, training, AI role play, coaching, content management, deal guides and digital sales rooms.
  • You want practice tied to real selling: Behavior Intelligence builds role plays from skill gaps it finds in calls, assessments and past role plays, and conversation intelligence is part of the platform.
  • Your reps sell in many languages: Mindtickle says reps can practise role plays in 25+ languages, with custom personas, uploaded objections and screen-share demos.
  • You want an analyst-rated enablement vendor: Mindtickle was a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant and the Forrester Wave Q3 2024, and its trust page lists ISO 27001 and ISO 42001.

Choose WorkRamp if…

  • You want one LMS for employee onboarding as well as sales readiness: Learn:Up lists onboarding paths, pitch certifications, skills mapping and SCORM import.
  • You also train customers and partners: Academy runs branded academies on your own domain, with paid and free course tiers and LinkedIn certificates.
  • You want a published starting price: Learn:Up is listed from $9 and Practice from $4 per user per month, billed annually, for a 200-person company.
  • You want learning, performance reviews and ready-made compliance courses from one vendor: Confirm also sells Perform, Create and Library.

What happened to WorkRamp, and who sells it now?

WorkRamp is still sold, but no longer as an independent company or under its own brand. Learning Pool, a Marlin Equity portfolio company, announced on 15 October 2025 that it had acquired WorkRamp, which was founded in San Francisco in 2015 and led by CEO Ted Blosser. No deal value was disclosed, and the release said WorkRamp would "continue to operate as a core product within the Learning Pool portfolio" (Learning Pool, Marlin Equity). Before the deal WorkRamp had raised more than $67m, including a $40m Series C in March 2022 co-led by Salesforce Ventures, Slack Fund and Susa Ventures (press release).

On 10 August 2026 Learning Pool rebranded as Confirm and launched what it calls a Workforce Enablement System, linking learning, engagement, performance and compliance. It said customers "will continue to benefit from the same products, people, and support they know and trust" (Confirm). Confirm says it was formed from five companies: Learning Pool, WorkRamp, WorkStep, Elucidat and Confirm (FAQ). Confirm named Adam Thompson, previously Chief Product Officer, as CEO on 2 September 2026 (Confirm).

The workramp.com pages we opened now redirect to confirm.com (example), and the products carry new names. Learn:Up (formerly WorkRamp) is the employee LMS and Academy (formerly WorkRamp) is the customer and partner learning product (FAQ); Practice (formerly WorkRamp AI simulations) is the AI role-play tool (Practice). Those are the products a WorkRamp search now leads to, so check which Confirm entity and product names appear on any order form or renewal. We found no merger or acquisition of Mindtickle announced as of October 2026; Mindtickle itself bought Enable Us, a digital sales room provider, in May 2023 (Inc42).

What is the difference between Mindtickle and WorkRamp?

Mindtickle is built for customer-facing teams. Its homepage, under the tagline "Your AI teammate for every deal", lists AI role play, sales training, content management, coaching, digital sales rooms, a Readiness Index, conversation intelligence, deal guides, an AI tutor and Copilot, and introduces ElevateOS, which it calls "the first agentic operating system for revenue enablement" (Mindtickle). Its training covers onboarding, certifications, microlearning and assessments, with AI that turns documents into videos and podcasts. It extends the same platform to partners for onboarding, certification and content.

WorkRamp, as Learn:Up, is a learning management system first. Confirm calls it an "AI-driven LMS and enablement platform" to get "new hires and sales teams productive faster" (Confirm) and sells it to what it calls scale-up businesses; Marlin Equity described WorkRamp as a "next-generation Learning Management System" for high-growth and mid-market companies. Learn:Up lists onboarding paths, video and written pitch certifications, skills mapping, podcast, narration and reader formats, dashboards with training-ROI tracking, SCORM import, and AI Assist, which drafts courses from uploaded files and automates captions and translation. Academy runs branded customer and partner academies on your own domain, with course and certification ecommerce, paid and free tiers, LinkedIn certificates and community learning.

The overlap is sales onboarding, certification and AI practice. Mindtickle adds content management, deal guides, conversation intelligence and digital sales rooms, none of which we found on the Learn:Up, Academy or Practice pages. WorkRamp adds company-wide employee learning and paid customer academies, which we did not find on the Mindtickle pages we checked. On analysts, Mindtickle was a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant and the Forrester Wave Q3 2024 for revenue enablement platforms. We found no Gartner, Forrester or IDC evaluation of WorkRamp on Confirm's site; Learning Pool says it was named a Core Leader in the 2026 Fosway 9-Grid for Learning Systems, in an announcement that does not mention WorkRamp.

Mindtickle vs WorkRamp for AI role play, coaching and integrations

Both sell scored AI role play. Mindtickle's AI role play runs voice conversations with an AI buyer whose voice and personality you choose, from dozens of preset personas or custom personas written in plain language. It adds uploaded objections, screen sharing for demo practice, soft-skill metrics such as talk ratio, pace and filler words, and certification at score thresholds you set, and reps can practise in 25+ languages. Behavior Intelligence finds skill gaps in calls, assessments and past role plays and creates role plays to close them, and coaching appears inside Salesforce, with activity and skill data written back.

WorkRamp's Practice runs voice or text conversations with AI characters that push back. A creator describes the scenario and can upload a product brief, objection list or call transcript; Practice then generates the character, scoring rubric and learner briefing for review. Each session ends with an overall score, results per success criterion, strengths and areas to improve, and simulations can be assigned inside Learn:Up onboarding paths without a separate login. A WorkRamp help article of 16 September 2026 says Practice now supports multiple languages, chosen by admins, with others available on request, is hosted on AWS with Frankfurt as the default EU region, and does not use customer data to train AI models. Mindtickle's trust page makes the same commitment: "We never use your data to train AI".

Integrations follow the same split. Mindtickle's integrations page lists 65 integrations, including Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Okta and Microsoft Entra ID, and its MCP server works with Claude. Learn:Up names Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Okta and Google Workspace, plus HRIS and HCM connectors and custom API flows. Its Salesforce integration syncs completions, scores, pass status and attendance into Salesforce daily, with 14 prebuilt reports, and every user measured needs a Salesforce licence. Confirm says all its learning products support SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 and xAPI, plus SSO and SCIM. We found no integration between Mindtickle and WorkRamp.

On security, Mindtickle's trust page lists ISO 27001:2022, ISO 42001:2023 and other ISO standards, SOC 2 and SOC 3 reports (without stating the SOC 2 type), GDPR, CCPA and HIPAA. Confirm's FAQ says it holds ISO 27001 certification, and its policies page offers an ISO 27001 certificate whose file is still named for Learning Pool, a SOC 2 Type 2 report on request and a Cyber Essentials certificate. Ask Confirm whether the ISO 27001 scope and SOC 2 report cover Learn:Up.

How does Mindtickle pricing compare to WorkRamp pricing?

WorkRamp now has published starting prices; Mindtickle lists none. Confirm's pricing page, modified on 7 October 2026, lists Learn:Up from $9 (£7) per user per month and Practice from $4 (£3), both billed annually and based on a 200-person company, with a "Get a quote" button. Academy, Create, Library and Custom show "Get pricing" and no figures. The page states no free plan, minimum seats, add-ons or contract length beyond annual billing, and Confirm's FAQ says pricing varies with the products, the size of your workforce and the support you need. The published prices are new: PricingSaaS recorded that in August 2026 WorkRamp's quote-only Professional and Enterprise plans were replaced by these per-seat annual prices.

At the starting prices, 200 users cost $21,600 a year on Learn:Up, or $31,200 with Practice added, before any discount. The Learn:Up card lists AI simulations among its core features while Practice is priced separately, so ask which one your quote includes. WorkRamp's help article describes a free trial of Practice for up to 30 days inside a Learn:Up instance, requested through a demo or an account manager, with eligibility conditions. Vendr reports a median WorkRamp contract of $19,300 a year (185 purchases, February 2026), with a range of $4,990 to $69,154. That data predates Confirm's pricing page, and Vendr's header labels the same figure "Avg Contract Value".

Mindtickle does not list prices on its pricing page. Its role-play page says pricing depends on company size and team structure and that there is no self-serve free version of its AI role play, though a free demo is available. G2 lists its Enable and Readiness packages as "Contact Us". Vendr reports a median Mindtickle contract of $44,356 a year (65 purchases, February 2026), ranging from $11,157 to $138,726. The scopes differ: a Mindtickle contract can include content, conversation intelligence and sales rooms, so compare quotes for the same users and modules. The Mindtickle pricing guide lists the questions to ask.

Frequently asked questions

Is WorkRamp still available after the Confirm rebrand?

Confirm said customers would keep the same products, people and support.

Which is better, Mindtickle or WorkRamp?

Neither is better in general. Mindtickle suits revenue enablement teams that want readiness, AI role play in 25+ languages, coaching, conversation intelligence, content and sales rooms in one sales platform. WorkRamp, now Learn:Up, suits companies that want one LMS for employee onboarding and sales readiness, customer academies and published starting prices. Pilot both with the same onboarding path and role-play scenario.

How much does WorkRamp cost compared to Mindtickle?

Confirm lists Learn:Up from $9 and Practice from $4 per user per month, billed annually for a 200-person company; Academy is quote-only. Mindtickle does not list prices on its pricing page. Vendr's February 2026 data shows a median WorkRamp contract of $19,300 a year (185 purchases) and a median Mindtickle contract of $44,356 (65 purchases). The products in each contract differ, so compare like for like.

Does WorkRamp have AI role play like Mindtickle?

Yes. Practice, formerly WorkRamp AI simulations, runs voice or text role plays with AI characters, generates a scoring rubric from your scenario and documents, and scores each session. WorkRamp's help centre says Practice now supports multiple languages, with more on request, without listing them. Mindtickle says its role plays run in 25+ languages and can be generated from skill gaps found in calls and assessments.
