Does ZoomInfo publish its pricing?

ZoomInfo pricing is quote-based: its pricing page shows custom packages for eight use cases but no prices, and its pricing FAQ says cost depends on licences, credits and features. Vendr's February 2026 data (1,577 purchases) puts the median contract at $33,500 a year.

No. ZoomInfo's pricing page, headed "Pricing & plans", shows no prices, currency or billing unit when we checked on 21 October 2026. It says "ZoomInfo offers custom packages based on your B2B data use cases and needs", and its main button reads "Get pricing". The page lists FAQ questions such as "What are ZoomInfo credits?", "What is the cost per contact on ZoomInfo?" and "Does ZoomInfo allow monthly payments?", but no answers appeared when we loaded it.

ZoomInfo answers those questions on a separate, undated pricing FAQ on its atlas.zoominfo.com site. There, "ZoomInfo pricing is based on the following criteria": features, the number of licenses and credit usage, and "Packaging is based on the number of licenses our customers require and the desired level of access to data and features." The FAQ gives no annual price and no contract length.

How does ZoomInfo package its plans? Eight use cases

Instead of named plans, the pricing page sorts ZoomInfo by the job you need done. "Every use case runs on the same verified record and the same platform," it says, and "What changes is which data you pull, how much of it, and what governance you need around it." Six of the eight packages offer a free trial; the other two route you to sales:

Two delivery routes sit beside the packages. API, MCP and CLI access is "Priced on usage, not seats" and available "entirely headless via GTM.ai"; data delivered to Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery or S3 is "Contracted per dataset." We did not find a published GTM.ai price list. The pricing page does not say which ZoomInfo products sit in each package, while the homepage names Sales, Marketing, Talent, Operations, Data as a Service, Copilot, GTM Workspace, GTM Studio, ZoomInfo MCP and Chorus for conversation intelligence, so ask which of them your quote covers.

An undated sales pricing page on the atlas site still lists tiers. Its entry Professional tier, with a "Start Free Trial" button, covers professional and company profiles, "Direct business and mobile phone numbers & verified email addresses", prospect lists and alerts, and CRM-based territory filters. Two higher tiers, both behind "Get Pricing", build on it: the first, whose list begins "Professional, plus", adds org charts, funding and technology-adoption data, and the second, beginning "Advanced, plus", adds "Real-time purchasing Intent signals". Neither atlas page gives a price, so ask how any tier name in your quote maps to the use-case packages.

How do ZoomInfo credits work?

Credits are ZoomInfo's usage meter. Its pricing FAQ says "ZoomInfo credits represent the consumption (export) of a professional or company profile from the ZoomInfo platform", and "Each export costs one credit". Viewing does not use credits: "credits are not used whenever a user views a company or contact profile, only when data is exported." The FAQ adds that "ZoomInfo does not charge by 'contact.'" and that customers can view as many contact and company profiles as they wish.

Each package "will include a predetermined number of monthly credits based on your needs", credits "can be added to any package as needs change", and "The cost of ZoomInfo credits is based on the depth of information a customer requires." None of the ZoomInfo pages we opened gives the number of credits in a package, a price per credit or a rule for unused credits, so there is no published basis for a cost per contact. On re-exports, the main pricing page carries the line "PAY ONCE. RE-PULL IT FREE FOR A YEAR.", but its FAQ question "Do I pay again when a record updates?" showed no answer and no terms when we checked; get the re-pull rules in writing if your team re-exports records to keep the CRM current.

Credits also come into integrations. ZoomInfo's sales pricing page says pre-packaged integrations "typically have a base cost to use and install" and "require a minimum purchase of bulk credits for immediate use upon installation", and that customers can buy more credits if consumption runs higher than expected. Vendr says credit allocations or export limits vary by tier and are bought in blocks, and that going over the contracted limit brings overage fees, which it says are often priced at a premium to the base rate.

What do Copilot, Streaming Intent and integrations add?

Copilot is ZoomInfo's AI product for sellers, "an AI sales agent that provides real-time, intelligent account analysis, research, and insights." Its page describes account priorities that "update in real time as new signals come in", email drafting, research and sequencing "in the same workspace", alerts when a prospect "has re-engaged or gone quiet", deal briefs and CRM updates, and says Copilot connects to Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft and Gong. It names no Copilot editions or prices: its FAQ says "See our pricing options for more info", and its main button offers a free trial.

Streaming Intent has its own pricing basis. ZoomInfo's sales pricing page says "Pricing for Streaming Intent, like our credit model, is based on expected usage", "specifically around the volume of keywords and account universe a customer is interested in tracking." Integrations carry the base cost and minimum bulk-credit purchase described above, and the usage-priced API, MCP and CLI access and per-dataset warehouse delivery are further lines to price if your RevOps or data team wants ZoomInfo data outside its interface.

What does ZoomInfo say about its data and compliance?

Credits buy exports from ZoomInfo's database, so coverage is part of what you pay for. ZoomInfo says on its homepage that it has "verified data on 500M+ contacts and 100M+ companies", that "300+ human researchers verify records" and that it "processes 1.5B+ data points daily"; the FAQ on its Copilot page cites "300M+ contacts" instead. Neither figure tells you how well ZoomInfo covers your territory, so test a sample of your own target accounts before you sign.

On compliance, the homepage says ZoomInfo "processes professional contact data under GDPR's legitimate-interest basis", that it "covers professionals in their business capacity, not consumers", and that it "holds ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2 Type II, TRUSTe GDPR, and TRUSTe CCPA certifications". Those are ZoomInfo's statements; whether your own use of the data is lawful is a question for your privacy counsel.

ZoomInfo is a public company. It changed its Nasdaq ticker from ZI to GTM, trading under the new symbol from 13 May 2025, in a release that also introduced GTM Studio; the company kept the ZoomInfo name, and its investor site presents it as "ZoomInfo (NASDAQ:GTM)". On 14 October 2026 that site listed a release on the acquisition of Workbounce, which ZoomInfo says brings enterprise knowledge into its GTM Context Graph.

How much does ZoomInfo cost per year?

Vendr reports a median ZoomInfo contract of $33,500 a year from 1,577 purchases (last updated February 2026), with a low of $7,240 and a high of $156,042. The page header shows 1012 deals handled rather than 1,577 and does not explain the gap, so treat the figures as directional. They are Vendr estimates from purchase data, not ZoomInfo prices.

Vendr describes a structure ZoomInfo's own pages do not spell out: "a base platform fee plus per-seat licensing", priced on licences, data credits, contract length and feature tiers it calls SalesOS, MarketingOS, TalentOS and OperationsOS. ZoomInfo's homepage does not use the names SalesOS or MarketingOS; it lists Sales, Marketing, Talent and Operations. Vendr gives no per-seat or per-tier dollar figure, so ask ZoomInfo to quote each product, the licences and the credit allotment as separate lines before you compare a quote with the median.

What drives the cost of a ZoomInfo contract?

ZoomInfo's pricing pages name the inputs to a quote; the contract terms are Vendr's observations, not ZoomInfo terms:

  • Use case and features. ZoomInfo says it scopes "the data, the agents, and the governance" to the job you describe, and its FAQ prices features alongside licences and credits.
  • Licences. Packaging is based on "the number of licenses our customers require". ZoomInfo's pages give no per-licence price or minimum; Vendr describes per-seat licensing on top of a base platform fee.
  • Credits. Each package includes a set number of monthly credits, one per exported profile, and their cost depends on "the depth of information a customer requires". Extra credits can be added; Vendr says overages are often priced at a premium.
  • Intent. Streaming Intent is priced on the volume of keywords and the account universe you track.
  • Integrations. Pre-packaged integrations typically carry a base cost to install and a minimum bulk-credit purchase.
  • Delivery route. API, MCP and CLI access through GTM.ai is priced on usage, not seats, and warehouse delivery is contracted per dataset.
  • Term and renewals. Vendr reports 1- to 3-year contracts, with multi-year terms lowering annual pricing, auto-renewal clauses that often include 5–10% annual price escalation, and notice periods of typically 30 to 90 days. ZoomInfo's pages state no contract length.

What should you ask ZoomInfo before signing?

  • Which products, for example Copilot, GTM Workspace, Chorus or Marketing, does your package include, and what does each cost as a separate line?
  • How many licences are in the quote, what does each extra licence cost, and is there a base platform fee?
  • How many monthly credits does the package include, what does an extra block cost, and do unused credits roll over or expire?
  • Does re-exporting a record that has been updated use another credit? The pricing page says "PAY ONCE. RE-PULL IT FREE FOR A YEAR." but shows no terms, so ask what counts as a re-pull and when the year starts.
  • Which integrations carry a base cost or a minimum bulk-credit purchase, and is Streaming Intent in the quote?
  • What are the contract length, auto-renewal terms, notice period and renewal cap, and can you pay monthly? ZoomInfo says its sales team "will work with you on payment frequency and options".

Frequently asked questions

How much does ZoomInfo cost?

ZoomInfo's pricing page lists no prices; it offers custom packages by use case. Vendr reports a median ZoomInfo contract of $33,500 a year based on 1,577 purchases (last updated February 2026), ranging from $7,240 to $156,042. Those are Vendr estimates, not ZoomInfo prices.

What are ZoomInfo credits?

A credit is an export. ZoomInfo's pricing FAQ says credits "represent the consumption (export) of a professional or company profile", each export costs one credit, and viewing a profile uses none. Packages include a predetermined number of monthly credits, but the pages we opened do not state the number.

What is the cost per contact on ZoomInfo?

ZoomInfo's FAQ says "ZoomInfo does not charge by 'contact.'" Customers can view as many profiles as they wish and use one credit per export, but ZoomInfo publishes neither the credits in a package nor a price per credit, so there is no published cost per contact.

Does ZoomInfo offer a free trial?

Its pricing page shows a "Free trial" button on six of its eight use-case packages, including Prospecting & pipeline, Data enrichment and Revenue intelligence; Account-based marketing and Lead management go to sales. The Copilot page also offers a free trial. Neither page states the trial's length or limits.

How long are ZoomInfo contracts, and can you pay monthly?

ZoomInfo's pages state no contract length. Vendr reports 1- to 3-year contracts and common auto-renewal clauses with 5–10% annual escalation. On payment, ZoomInfo says options depend on your package, add-ons and number of users, and its sales team agrees payment frequency; it does not confirm monthly billing.

Has ZoomInfo changed its name to GTM?

No. ZoomInfo changed its Nasdaq ticker from ZI to GTM, trading under it from 13 May 2025, and uses GTM in product names such as GTM Workspace, GTM Studio and GTM.ai. Its investor site still presents the company as "ZoomInfo (NASDAQ:GTM)".
