Salesloft pricing in 2026: costs, editions and the Clari merger

What Salesloft shows about price, what the Clari merger changed in its product line, Vendr's purchase data and what to ask.

Does Salesloft publish its pricing?

Salesloft pricing is quote-based: its pricing page shows no plans or prices. Vendr's February 2026 data (710 purchases) puts the median contract at $30,740 a year, ranging $5,152 to $146,494. Since the December 2025 Clari merger, Salesloft also offers Clari Forecast and Inspect.

Not on its own site. Salesloft's pricing URL serves its Talk to Sales page when we checked on 20 October 2026. It shows no plans, prices, free trial or FAQ, and its form asks only for a business email before an intro call and a tailored walkthrough. The homepage navigation has no pricing link, and product pages such as the forecasting page offer "Talk to Sales" rather than a price.

The only Salesloft-listed figure we found is on AWS Marketplace. Its listing, sold by Salesloft, has a single pricing dimension, "Salesloft Platform", at $26,400 for a 12-month contract, described only as "Contact us at partners@salesloft.com for your private offer." The price table does not say how many users or which products that covers. An "AI Insights" summary on the listing says billing scales with the number of user seats licensed, but it gives no seat count either, so do not read $26,400 as a per-seat list price. Contracts there run for a minimum of 12 months and are non-refundable except as stated in the EULA.

Packaging is clearest on G2, which says its pricing information is supplied by the software provider or taken from publicly accessible pricing materials. G2's listing shows two editions, both priced "Contact Us", with pricing information last updated in July 2026:

Salesloft editions as G2 lists them, October 2026 (no prices shown)
Edition (G2)What G2 says it covers
AdvancedPipeline generation, rep coaching, full customer lifecycle workflows, conversation intelligence and opportunity management.
PremierEverything in Advanced, plus forecasting and revenue management.

We found neither edition name on salesloft.com, which presents products instead and sends visitors to sales. G2 also says Salesloft offers no free plan or free trial. Vendr's page shows three tiers with per-user price estimates; treat those as Vendr's estimates, not Salesloft packages or prices, and check which edition names your order form uses before comparing quotes.

What did the Clari merger change for Salesloft buyers?

Clari and Salesloft announced an agreement to merge on 7 August 2025, saying Clari CEO Andy Byrne would lead the combined company. When the deal completed on 3 December 2025, Steve Cox was appointed CEO instead, and the release set out plans for a "Predictive Revenue System". Neither release says anything about pricing, packaging or existing customer contracts.

By October 2026 Salesloft is the brand: clari.com redirects to salesloft.com, Salesloft's leadership page lists Steve Cox as CEO, and Clari survives as a product name. Salesloft's platform page now groups the combined line like this:

Salesloft products after the Clari merger, as its platform page groups them, October 2026
GroupProducts listedWhat the pages show
Revenue execution, for account teamsCadence, Conversation Intelligence, Deals, RhythmEngagement, call and deal tools for sellers and managers. The login labelled "Conversations" points to copilot.clari.com, a Clari domain.
Revenue intelligence, for revenue leadersClari Forecast, Inspect, Analytics (the site menu adds Revenue Cadences under executive and RevOps teams)Clari Forecast keeps its name and its own login at app.clari.com; the Inspect page calls it Clari Inspect in its FAQ.
Connecting it allAI Agents, MCP, context-aware AI, Unified Revenue Data LayerShared data and AI across both groups; the platform page shows no pricing for any product.

The products have not all moved into one login: the platform page's login menu still lists separate logins for Salesloft, Clari Forecast (app.clari.com), Conversations (copilot.clari.com), Groove (engine.groove.clari.com) and Drift. The Spring 2026 product update joined them up in places, letting users trigger Salesloft tasks and AI-powered emails from inside Clari Inspect and Forecast, and building Salesloft into Clari Copilot for follow-up emails and tasks. On 9 July 2026 Salesloft extended its MCP Server to the full Clari + Salesloft platform, including Clari Copilot call intelligence and Clari forecasting and deal-inspection data.

Naming is still settling. The forecasting page uses "Clari Forecast" in its navigation and login button but "Salesloft Forecast" in its FAQ. Website chat has changed hands too: Salesloft's Drift page says it has "transitioned from Drift to 1mind", a partner that provides AI chat agents.

What none of these pages says is how the combined products are licensed: whether Clari Forecast is included in a Salesloft subscription or sold separately, whether Clari Copilot and Groove are still sold to new customers, or whether the AI agents and MCP Server cost extra. G2's listing of a Premier edition that adds forecasting and revenue management is the clearest public packaging hint we found.

How much does Salesloft cost per year?

Vendr reports a median Salesloft contract of $30,740 a year (710 purchases, February 2026), with a low of $5,152 and a high of $146,494. A summary tile on the same page shows 304 deals handled, which the page does not reconcile with the 710 purchases, so treat the figures as directional.

Vendr describes Salesloft pricing as per user per month, billed annually or on multi-year terms, with a typical minimum of 10 to 15 users depending on tier and region. It also estimates per-user list prices for three tiers, from about $75 to $200 or more a month. Those are Vendr's estimates, and Salesloft lists no prices on its site to check them against, so test any per-user figure against a real quote.

If you are budgeting for forecasting too, Vendr's separate Clari page reports a median Clari contract of $76,000 a year (291 purchases, February 2026), ranging $19,065 to $415,001. It describes annual subscriptions with per-user fees for core modules, plus platform fees for enterprise deployments, implementation services and add-on modules. That page does not mention the merger, and neither Vendr page reports a combined Clari and Salesloft contract.

The AWS Marketplace figure of $26,400 for 12 months is lower than Vendr's $30,740 median (710 purchases, February 2026), but with no user count or product scope it cannot be turned into a per-user price. Treat it as one published contract dimension, not a benchmark.

What drives Salesloft's cost?

Salesloft's site lists no cost drivers. These come from Vendr's Salesloft page unless another source is named:

  • Seats. Pricing is per user, with a typical 10–15 user minimum and lower per-seat prices at thresholds of 25, 50 and 100+ users.
  • Add-ons. Vendr lists Conversations (adding 20–40% to base cost), Rhythm (15–30%) and Deals (10–20%, or bundled with Premier) as add-ons. Its Salesloft page does not mention Clari Forecast.
  • Forecasting. G2's listing places forecasting and revenue management in the Premier edition, above Advanced. Salesloft's forecasting page does not say whether it is included or sold separately.
  • Term. Vendr says two- and three-year terms can lower annual pricing by 15–30%. Salesloft's AWS Marketplace contracts run for a minimum of 12 months.
  • Implementation and renewals. Vendr says onboarding, training and custom integrations are often quoted separately, at $5,000 to $25,000 or more, and that contracts commonly include annual price escalators of 5–8%. Salesloft's pricing page shows no renewal terms.
  • Tools it does not replace. Salesloft's Cadence and Deals pages list no content library, document tracking or buyer-facing deal rooms. Content from tools such as Highspot arrives through Salesloft Marketplace integrations, and those tools keep their own licences.

What should you ask Salesloft before signing?

  • Which products are in the quote (for example Cadence, Conversation Intelligence, Deals, Rhythm, Clari Forecast and Inspect), and is each one priced per user, as a platform fee or as an add-on?
  • Which edition is the quote on, and does it include forecasting? G2 lists forecasting and revenue management only in Premier.
  • If you already have separate Clari and Salesloft contracts, can they be co-termed or combined at renewal, and will your current logins (app.clari.com, copilot.clari.com, Groove) keep working for the full term? Neither merger release addresses existing contracts.
  • Do the AI agents, such as Deal Summaries and Sales Strategist, or the MCP Server cost extra or carry usage limits? Salesloft's AI agents page gives no pricing or availability details.
  • What do implementation and onboarding cost, what is the renewal cap and notice period, and does the contract renew automatically?
  • If you buy through AWS Marketplace, what does the $26,400 "Salesloft Platform" dimension cover, and how does a private offer change the price or terms?

Frequently asked questions

How much does Salesloft cost per user?

Salesloft publishes no per-user price. Vendr describes per-user, per-month pricing with a typical 10–15 user minimum, estimates list prices of about $75 to $200 or more per user per month (its own estimates, not Salesloft figures), and reports a median annual contract of $30,740 across 710 purchases (February 2026).

Does Salesloft offer a free trial?

Its pricing URL leads to a Talk to Sales page with no trial offer, and G2's listing says a free trial of Salesloft is not available and that it offers no free plan.

Is Clari part of Salesloft now?

Yes. Clari and Salesloft completed their merger on 3 December 2025 and appointed Steve Cox as CEO. By October 2026 clari.com redirects to salesloft.com, and Salesloft lists Clari Forecast and Inspect among its revenue intelligence products.

Is forecasting included in Salesloft pricing?

Salesloft does not say. Its forecasting page shows no pricing and does not state whether Clari Forecast is included or sold separately. G2 lists forecasting and revenue management in the Premier edition, not Advanced, so ask for forecasting as its own line in the quote.

What does the $26,400 Salesloft price on AWS Marketplace cover?

The listing does not say. Its price table shows one dimension, "Salesloft Platform", at $26,400 for a 12-month contract, with no number of users or products, and points buyers to partners@salesloft.com for a private offer. An "AI Insights" summary on the listing says billing scales with user seats but gives no seat count, so do not treat $26,400 as a per-seat list price.

Is Salesloft cheaper than Outreach or Gong?

On Vendr's data, the median Salesloft contract ($30,740 a year, 710 purchases, February 2026) is lower than Outreach's ($45,600, 919 purchases, February 2026) and Gong's ($55,359, 1,145 purchases, March 2026). The ranges overlap widely and mix different products and seat counts, so compare quotes for the same scope.
