Does Klue publish its pricing?

Klue pricing is not published: Klue has no pricing page, and its site routes buyers to a demo. Vendr's February 2026 data (106 purchases) puts the median Klue contract at $30,000 a year, and Vendr describes quote-based, per-user pricing with tiered packages.

No. Klue has no pricing page: the klue.com/pricing address opens Klue's homepage, which showed no plans, prices, seat counts or free trial when we checked on 21 October 2026. Its purchase step is a "Get a demo" button. The Compete Agent page also states no price and offers only a demo, and none of the Klue pages we opened names a plan, a minimum number of users, a contract length or an add-on price.

Vendr says "Klue does not publish list pricing publicly. All pricing is quote-based". It describes "tiered packages—typically Essentials, Professional, and Enterprise", scaling with user count and feature depth. Those tier names are Vendr's; Klue's own pages name no plans, so ask Klue which package your quote is for and what it contains.

What does a Klue quote cover? Competitive intel and win-loss

Klue calls itself "The AI platform for Competitive Intelligence & Win-Loss", with "One platform where your competitive intelligence and win-loss programs run together" (Klue). Its homepage sorts the products into two groups, and any of them can appear in a quote:

Klue's products as its homepage and navigation list them, checked 21 October 2026 (no prices shown)
ProductWhat Klue says it doesGroup
Compete Agent"Automatically collect, curate, and share competitive intel throughout your organization."Competitive intelligence
Auto InsightsGenerates content for competitive research and live dealsCompetitive intelligence

Battlecards and digests"Actionable battlecards for sales, cs, product, executives, and more", with digests by email, Slack or TeamsCompetitive intelligence

Human Expert InterviewsAnalyst-led research aligned to your learning goalsWin-loss
Blindspots InterviewsVerified interviews with buyers from evaluations you were not part ofWin-loss
Win & Loss Story Agent"Auto-generated from CRM data and call recordings the moment a deal closes."Win-loss

Klue does not say which of these come with a standard subscription and which are priced separately. Human Expert Interviews and Blindspots Interviews are interview services rather than software features, and Klue states no price or interview volume for them, so ask how interviews are counted and charged.

The win-loss suite has a history. BetaKit reported on 18 January 2023 that Klue agreed to acquire DoubleCheck Research, a Massachusetts research and analysis firm serving B2B technology companies that Klue described as a leader in win-loss analysis, for an undisclosed price Klue put in the "low double digit" millions.

What do Compete Agent and Klue's AI integrations add?

The Compete Agent page calls the agent "Your competitive intel operative." Klue says it "eliminates manual CI tasks", generates insights from sales calls and market data, and gives sellers "Immediate answers to your seller's competitive questions" in Slack, with Ask Klue working in Salesforce. For the people who maintain content, "Curators and PMMs keep battlecards current without leaving the conversation." The page does not say whether AI drafts battlecards, and it states no price or whether the agent is included or an add-on.

Klue also takes its intel into outside AI assistants. Its integrations page says "Klue’s competitive intel and win-loss insights live inside Claude powering Chat, Cowork and agentic workflows", and makes the same claim for ChatGPT and Glean; it does not mention MCP. Ask whether Compete Agent, Auto Insights, AI Interviewer and the Claude, ChatGPT and Glean connections are in your package or priced on top.

Where do Klue battlecards appear? Salesforce, Slack and Highspot

Klue's integrations page, headed "Deliver insights in the tools your people use", decides where your sellers will meet the battlecards you pay for. In the CRM, it says the Salesforce integration lets sellers "access deal-specific competitor battlecards from any Salesforce object", and HubSpot and MS Dynamics bring competitive insights into those systems. Among enablement tools, Klue says it can "Present and maintain Klue content, including competitive battlecards, boards, and email digests in Highspot", and Seismic, Showpad and SharePoint integrations bring competitive insights into those platforms.

Intel also flows in. Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations "Send valuable intel to Klue" from internal posts and conversations, any email can be forwarded to a Klue address, the Gong integration detects competitors and delivers "real-time Deal Tips" to reps, and Chorus recordings can be embedded in battlecards as talk tracks. Chrome and Edge extensions "Monitor competitor or industry pages", and Klue lists iOS and Android apps and Okta and Google sign-on. The page gives no integration prices; Vendr says "Premium support, custom integrations, and additional data sources may carry separate fees."

How much does Klue cost per year?

Vendr reports a median Klue contract of $30,000 a year from 106 purchases (last updated February 2026), with a low of $16,000 and a high of $60,000, and says buyers saved 18% on average. The page header shows 82 deals handled rather than 106, an average contract value of $30,000 and average savings of 17.63%, without explaining the gap, so treat the figures as directional. They are Vendr estimates from purchase data, not Klue prices.

Vendr says "Pricing is per-user, with volume discounts common at higher seat counts", but gives no per-user figure, and Klue's pages give none either, so there is no published basis for a cost per user. Ask Klue to quote users, products and any interview services as separate lines before you compare a quote with the median.

Vendr's median for Crayon is also $30,000 a year, from 93 purchases (February 2026), with a narrower range of $12,700 to $46,000 (Vendr). See our Crayon pricing guide and Klue vs Crayon comparison.

What drives the cost of a Klue contract?

Klue's pages name no pricing inputs, so these come from the products Klue lists and from Vendr's observations, which are not Klue terms:

  • Users. Vendr says Klue prices per user, with volume discounts at higher seat counts, and that "Adding users mid-contract often triggers pro-rated charges at the original per-user rate."
  • Package. Vendr describes tiered packages, typically Essentials, Professional and Enterprise, that scale with feature depth. Klue names no plans.
  • Win-loss research. AI Interviewer, Human Expert Interviews and Blindspots Interviews sit in Klue's win-loss suite; Klue states no interview volumes or prices.
  • Integrations and data. Vendr says premium support, custom integrations and additional data sources may carry separate fees.
  • Onboarding. Vendr says onboarding fee waivers or reductions are "often negotiable".
  • Term and renewals. Vendr says "Multi-year commitments typically unlock lower per-user pricing" and that Klue contracts may include automatic price escalations "(e.g., 5–10% annually) unless explicitly negotiated out". Klue's pages state no contract length.

Who owns Klue, and has it merged with anyone?

Klue's about page says "Klue was founded by 15+ year industry veterans Jason Smith and Sarathy Naicker in 2015", lists Jason Smith as CEO and co-founder and Sarathy Naicker as CTO and co-founder, and says "Over $81M Raised", showing Tiger Global Management, Salesforce Ventures and CRAFT among its investors without round details. Its footer gives Klue Labs, Vancouver, BC.

The only acquisition we found is DoubleCheck Research, which Klue agreed to buy in January 2023. The pages we checked show no merger, acquisition or ownership change involving Klue in 2025 or 2026, including with Crayon. The Klue pages we checked state no security certifications, so ask Klue for its current security and compliance documentation.

What should you ask Klue before signing?

  • Which products does the quote cover (Compete Agent, Auto Insights, Deal Support, battlecards, Win-Loss, AI Interviewer), and what does each cost as a separate line?
  • How are users counted: do sellers who only read battlecards in Salesforce, Slack or Highspot need a licence, and what does an extra user cost mid-contract?
  • How are win-loss interviews charged, per interview or as a block, and do unused interviews roll over?
  • Are the Salesforce, Highspot, Seismic, Gong and Claude, ChatGPT or Glean integrations included, or priced as custom integrations?
  • Is there an onboarding fee, and can it be waived or reduced?
  • What are the contract length, auto-renewal terms and annual escalation? Vendr reports escalations of, for example, 5–10% a year, so ask for a renewal cap in writing.
