Does Outreach publish its pricing?

Outreach pricing is quote-based: Outreach charges per user, with no platform fee, plus consumption-based AI credits, across four Amplify packages from Essentials (10,000 credits) to Pro (100,000). Vendr's February 2026 data, from 919 purchases, puts the median contract at $45,600 a year.

Not on its own website. Outreach's pricing page, headed "AI Agent Platform Pricing for Revenue Teams", showed no prices when we checked on 20 October 2026. Each of its four packages ends in "Request pricing", and the page states no currency, billing period, minimum seat count, contract length, free plan, free trial or nonprofit or startup discount. The one Outreach-listed figure we found is on its AWS Marketplace listing, sold by Outreach: a single "Orchestrate (50 seats)" dimension at $108,000 for a 12-month contract, plus "Additional usages" at $0.01 per unit, with the unit not defined. Orchestrate is not one of the Amplify package names, the listing shows no date and does not mention AI credits, and it sends buyers wanting custom pricing to a private offer. The website has also moved: www.outreach.io now redirects to www.outreach.ai, while Outreach's support pages stay on outreach.io.

What the page does publish is the model. It reads "Per user pricing. No platform fees. Support included." Its FAQ explains that seat-based pricing gives each user access to the platform, while consumption-based AI credits cover actual AI usage, and that packages can be tailored by role for sales leaders, account executives, SDRs and RevOps. The four Amplify packages differ in focus, in the AI credits they include and in their platform limits:

Read the table as two starting points and two combined tiers. The FAQ says Essentials and Core are designed for teams getting started: Essentials for conversation intelligence and coaching, Core for pipeline creation and account work with AI agents. Essentials does not list sequences, and Core does not list the Deal Agent, Meeting Prep Agent or coach cards, so the first single package with both is Plus, which the FAQ suggests for mid-sized teams; packages can also be mixed by role. Forecasting appears only in Pro, and the FAQ says "CROs typically choose Amplify Pro".

Four add-ons sit outside the packages: Data Sharing, Connectors, Additional Instances and Listener Licenses, with no prices shown. Existing customers are told to contact their account executive about the new packages, and the page does not say when the Amplify packages launched. G2 still lists a single Outreach edition, for "Future Outreach Customers", at "Contact Us", with pricing information last updated on 9 October 2024.

How do Outreach AI credits work?

Every Amplify package includes a block of AI credits, from 10,000 in Essentials to 100,000 in Pro. The pricing FAQ says credits are spent per discrete AI action, each with a predefined credit cost, on work such as research, personalisation, sequencing, conversation analysis, coaching and forecasting, and that extra credit packs can be bought at any time. It does not publish the cost of any action or of a credit pack, and the page does not say whether the allowance is per user or per account, how often it resets, or whether unused credits carry over.

The credits power Outreach's AI agents. Outreach MCP and the Omni Agent are listed as "Available now", alongside the Revenue, Research, Meeting Prep, Deal and Personalization Agents and Agent Studio, a visual canvas for connecting agents and configuring triggers; a Reply Agent is "Coming soon". Omni answers questions on pipeline, deals, accounts and team performance and drafts and sends follow-up emails inside Outreach, Slack or mobile. Which agents you get depends on the package: the Revenue and Personalization Agents are listed in Core and Plus, the Deal and Meeting Prep Agents in Essentials and Plus, and Pro inherits everything in Plus.

Gong also meters AI in credits but bundles them differently. Its help centre says each paid core seat includes 2,000 credits a year, pooled across the company (Gong), and its pricing page adds a platform fee based on the number of users supported, which Outreach says it does not charge.

How much does Outreach cost per year?

Vendr has the largest dated sample we found. It reports a median Outreach contract of $45,600 a year (919 purchases, February 2026), ranging from $8,660 to $215,400, with buyers saving 12% on average. Tiles at the top of the same page label the $45,600 figure "Avg Contract Value" and show 545 "Deals handled" rather than 919, and Vendr does not explain either difference, so treat the figures as directional.

Vendr describes Outreach pricing as per user, per month and quote-based, and says published list pricing is not openly available. It describes Standard, Professional and Enterprise tiers. Those are Vendr's labels, not Outreach's current package names, and Vendr gives no per-user price for any of them, so they cannot be matched to the Amplify packages from public data.

Is Outreach expensive? In Vendr's data, the median Outreach contract sits between Salesloft's, at $30,740 a year (710 purchases, February 2026), and Gong's, at $55,359 a year (1,145 purchases, March 2026) (Vendr Salesloft, Vendr Gong). A median mixes buyers of every size, seat count and package, so use it to sanity-check a quote, not to predict one.

What drives Outreach's cost?

Outreach's FAQ says cost depends on team size, workflows and usage of its AI and agent capabilities. Its pricing page and Vendr's Outreach page point to these drivers; Vendr attributes its figures to its transaction data but does not explain how they were calculated:

  • Seats. Pricing is per user. Vendr says volume discounts start at around 20 to 25 users, with further steps at 50, 100 and 250+.
  • Package mix. Sequences start in Core, the Deal Agent and coach cards sit in Essentials, Plus and Pro, and forecasting needs Pro, so the capabilities each role needs set the package mix.
  • AI usage. Each package includes a fixed number of AI credits, and heavier agent use means buying extra credit packs at prices Outreach does not publish.
  • Add-ons. Outreach lists Data Sharing, Connectors, Additional Instances and Listener Licenses as add-ons. Vendr says add-on modules, which it names as Outreach Kaia AI, Conversation Intelligence and Commit forecasting, can add 20–40% to total contract value if not negotiated carefully. Those are Vendr's names: Outreach's forecasting page does not use the Commit name, and in the Amplify packages conversation intelligence features are listed inside Essentials and Plus and forecasting inside Pro.
  • Services and support. Plus support comes with Core and advanced managed services with Pro. Technical account management, enterprise support and professional services, from self-serve packages to full implementation with forward-deployed engineers to help deploy agents, are arranged through Outreach. Vendr puts onboarding at $5,000 to $25,000 or more and premium support at often 10–15% of annual contract value.
  • Term and renewals. Vendr says two- and three-year commitments often lower the effective annual price by 15–30%, that Outreach contracts often include annual price escalators of 3–7%, and that buyers often budget 25–40% above base subscription fees for onboarding, add-ons and support.

What sits outside an Outreach package?

Outreach's platform pages cover prospecting, deal management, conversation intelligence, coaching and forecasting, and do not list sales content management. Its Knowledge feature, released in April 2026, lets admins upload PDFs, Word documents and text files such as case studies and battlecards so that Account Assist and the Personalization Agent can cite up to seven pieces of content per response, within the Knowledge limits in the table. The release notes do not say reps can share those files with buyers.

Mutual Action Plans, which Outreach also calls Success Plans, are shared project plans holding documents, recorded demos, success criteria and next steps, and they show reps who on the buying committee opens them. Outreach does not call them digital sales rooms, and they do not appear by name in any package on the pricing page, so ask which package includes them. Rep Coaching is built on recorded and live meetings and mentions no AI role play, courses or certifications.

Integrations affect total cost too. Outreach cites more than 90 supported integrations (platform), but its HubSpot integration syncs email one way, from Outreach to HubSpot, and only for emails sent with Outreach. If your team needs a governed content library, buyer-facing sales rooms or role-play practice, ask how Outreach covers them or budget for a separate tool.

What should you ask Outreach before signing?

  • Which Amplify package does each role need, and what is the per-user price of each? The FAQ says packages can be tailored for sales leaders, account executives, SDRs and RevOps.
  • How many credits does each AI action use, is the allowance per user or per account, when does it reset, do unused credits carry over, and what does an extra credit pack cost?
  • If you need forecasting, can it be added to Plus, or is Pro the only package that includes it?
  • What do the Data Sharing, Connectors, Additional Instances and Listener Licenses add-ons cost, and are Kaia or conversation intelligence features ever quoted as separate lines, as Vendr's add-on list suggests?
  • If you already use Outreach, how does your current contract map to the Amplify packages, and is your renewal price protected? The pricing page tells existing customers to contact their account executive.
  • Would buying through a Salesforce AgentExchange private offer, which Outreach announced on 15 September 2026 with unified billing (Outreach), change the price or terms? Ask too for the contract length, renewal cap and notice period, which the pricing page does not state.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Outreach cost per user?

Outreach does not list a per-user price on its website; its AWS Marketplace listing shows only a 50-seat "Orchestrate" dimension at $108,000 for 12 months. Its pricing page says it charges per user with no platform fee, plus AI credits included in each package. Vendr describes per-user, per-month quotes but reports only annual contracts: a median of $45,600 a year across 919 purchases (February 2026).

What are Outreach AI credits?

Credits are how Outreach charges for AI usage. Each Amplify package includes a set number, from 10,000 in Essentials to 100,000 in Pro; each AI action uses a predefined number of credits, and extra packs can be bought at any time. Outreach does not publish what an action or a pack costs.

Which Outreach package includes forecasting?

Only Amplify Pro, the top package, lists forecasting: AI Forecast Projection, AI Assist for forecasting, a scenario planner, rollups and trends, territory management, multi-currency and parallel forecasts. Outreach's FAQ says CROs typically choose Pro.

Is Outreach more expensive than Salesloft?

On Vendr's data, the median Outreach contract ($45,600 a year, 919 purchases, February 2026) is higher than Salesloft's ($30,740, 710 purchases, February 2026) and lower than Gong's ($55,359, 1,145 purchases, March 2026). Neither Outreach nor Salesloft lists prices on its own website, so compare quotes for the same seats, packages and term.

Does Outreach offer a free trial?

Outreach's pricing page shows no free trial or free plan; every package leads to "Request pricing" or a demo request.

Does Outreach include a content library or digital sales rooms?

Not on the pages we checked. Knowledge stores admin-uploaded documents for AI answers, and Mutual Action Plans (Success Plans) share plans, documents and next steps with buyers, but Outreach does not describe either as a content library or a digital sales room. Mutual Action Plans do not appear in its package lists, and Knowledge appears there only as a storage limit.
