Does Aligned publish its prices?

Aligned pricing starts with a free Starter plan, then Basic at 35 and Pro at 60 per seat per month, or 29 and 49 on annual billing. Enterprise is quoted, not published. The page shows no currency symbol, so confirm the currency.

Yes, for three of its four plans. Aligned's pricing page shows four plan cards, each labelled "per seat/ month": Starter at 0, Basic at 35, Pro (marked "Most Popular") at 60, and Enterprise, whose card reads "Let's Talk" with a "Contact sales" button. A toggle at the top of the page switches between "Monthly billing" and "Annual billing", and the annual option is labelled "Save 18%". With annual billing selected, Basic shows 29 and Pro shows 49. Those figures were read on the page on 21 October 2026 with each toggle selected in turn.

One thing is missing, and it matters for a budget: no currency symbol appears anywhere on Aligned's pricing page. The figures are bare numbers against the label "per seat/ month", with no currency selector and no statement of which currency applies. So Pro is shown as 60 per seat per month with monthly billing and 49 with annual billing, with no currency stated, and Basic as 35 and 29 on the same basis. Ask Aligned to confirm the currency in writing before you put a number in a budget, and check it again on the order form.

Enterprise is the only plan with no figure at all, so the one way to size it is a sales conversation; its card lists what it adds instead of a price. The page also says "Start free today, no credit card required." Starter's seat count is shown as "Unlimited". No seat minimum is stated on the paid plans, and neither the contract length nor whether annual billing is paid upfront is published, so put all three on the list for the call.

What do Aligned's Starter, Basic, Pro and Enterprise plans include?

Each card carries a figure and a feature list, and the paid cards name what they add to the plan below: Basic reads "Includes Starter, plus:", Pro "Includes Basic, plus" and Enterprise "Includes Pro, plus:". The table shows them as the pricing page lists them, with the figures for both billing views:

Aligned plans as its pricing page shows them, read on 21 October 2026; figures are per seat per month and the page shows no currency symbol anywhere, so treat them as bare numbers until Aligned confirms the currency
PlanMonthly billingAnnual billingFeatures on the plan card
Starter00Seats "Unlimited": Seller Agent (limited beta), 4 rooms per seat, Room analytics, Personal domain, Secured room share, Mutual Action Plans, Stakeholder Map, Unlimited buyer stakeholders, Video recorder, Surveys & forms, "SOC 2 & GDPR compliant"
Basic3529Includes Starter, plus Unlimited rooms & templates, Task manager, Unlimited content storage, Content Management System, Engagement Analysis, and Analytics Triggers & Flags
Pro ("Most Popular")6049Includes Basic, plus AI Client Assist, AI Content Generator, AI Deal Builder, Gong Integration, PandaDoc Integration, Section Templates, Tab Templates, Secured tabs, Group Filters, Internal comments, and "AI Visitor Analytics (soon)"
Enterprise"Let's Talk""Let's Talk"Includes Pro, plus Seller Agent (not the limited beta), Aligned MCP, AI Insights & Actions, AI Highlights, Bi-Directional CRM Integration, Multiple team workspaces, Room analytics inside your CRM, Custom Domain, Dedicated Customer Success

Two of those placements matter when you compare quotes. Bi-Directional CRM Integration and room analytics inside your CRM are listed on Enterprise only, as is a Custom Domain, while Starter upwards gets a "Personal domain". If your RevOps team needs opportunities and rooms in sync, or your brand team needs your own domain on the room, that points at the quoted tier rather than a per-seat card. Single sign-on and SCIM appear on Aligned's homepage security list but are not named on any plan card, so ask in writing which plan carries them.

Buyers are not charged. The Starter card lists "Unlimited buyer stakeholders", and Aligned's Digital Sales Room page describes a centralised buyer workspace where everyone "can comment, share files, manage action items, schedule meetings, and more", with mutual action plans built with a champion, stakeholder visibility, and analytics on activity, views and comments. Aligned's Revenue Intelligence page adds alerts on buying intent and risk and drill-down analysis of content, discussion and AI interactions, but states no plan availability, so ask which plan carries it.

How does Aligned's free plan work?

Starter is one of the four plan cards rather than a trial, priced at 0 per seat per month with its seat count shown as "Unlimited", and the page says "Start free today, no credit card required." The limit that bites first is rooms: Starter allows "4 rooms per seat", against "Unlimited rooms & templates" from Basic. Content storage is also unlimited only from Basic, and the Content Management System starts there.

What Starter does include is most of the buyer-facing room: Seller Agent in limited beta, Room analytics, a Personal domain, Secured room share, Mutual Action Plans, a Stakeholder Map, Unlimited buyer stakeholders, a Video recorder, and Surveys & forms. Its feature list reads "SOC 2 & GDPR compliant", and Aligned's homepage lists SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, SSO and SCIM. Those are Aligned's own statements; we did not open a trust centre, and the pages we checked give no audit date, auditor or scope.

What do you pay for Aligned's AI and Seller Agent?

Nothing extra today, and the packaging is not settled. Aligned's Seller Agent page describes "the AI agent in your Aligned deal workspace", running on the "Aligned Brain", which it calls "an intelligence layer that continuously reads every call, email, and CRM update tied to a deal". The agent has four modes: Consult ("Ask the deal anything"), Execute ("The deal updates itself"), Automate ("Set it once. It follows through") and Create ("Vibe-code anything the deal needs"), and the page says every action "is proposed first and only applied once you approve it".

On availability, the Seller Agent FAQ says it is "available now, in beta, across all Aligned plans", and the pricing cards show it as "Seller Agent (limited beta)" on Starter and as "Seller Agent" on Enterprise. The FAQ is explicit about what that means for a budget: "Long-term pricing and packaging haven't been finalized yet." Ask in writing whether Seller Agent stays included on your plan at renewal, and whether any usage limit or credit will apply.

The named AI features on the cards sit at two tiers. Pro gets AI Client Assist, AI Content Generator and AI Deal Builder, with "AI Visitor Analytics (soon)" on the same card. Enterprise gets AI Insights & Actions, AI Highlights and Aligned MCP, which connects Claude, ChatGPT and Glean to rooms, plans, engagement and stakeholder activity and is described as "16 skills and growing". None of those AI features carries a separate price or a credit allowance on the pricing page, and none of the pages we opened says whether Aligned trains models on customer data.

How much does Aligned cost a year?

At the published rates, ten Pro seats billed annually come to 5,880 a seat-year total (10 × 49 × 12) and the same ten seats billed monthly come to 7,200 (10 × 60 × 12), with the currency not stated on the page. Ten Basic seats come to 3,480 billed annually and 4,200 billed monthly; twenty-five Pro seats come to 14,700 billed annually and 18,000 billed monthly. On ten Pro seats, then, choosing annual billing over monthly saves 1,320 a year, which is the "Save 18%" label in cash. Every one of those totals is a bare number: do not convert it into a budget line until Aligned confirms which currency it is quoting.

We found no dated third-party benchmark for Aligned with a stated sample size. Vendr's Aligned page lists the Starter, Basic, Pro and Enterprise tiers but shows no median contract value, no range, no purchase count and no update date, so there is nothing to quote. For Enterprise, the only figure that exists is the one Aligned quotes you.

To compare the bill with the other published option in this category, see our GetAccept pricing guide, where plans are per user in a named currency with a five-user minimum on the middle tier, and our Aligned vs GetAccept comparison.

What drives the cost of an Aligned subscription?

Aligned's pricing page names the inputs to the bill:

  • Seats. Every plan is priced "per seat/ month", so the bill grows with the number of internal users; buyer stakeholders are unlimited and not charged.
  • Plan. Basic buys unlimited rooms and a Content Management System; Pro adds the named AI features and the Gong and PandaDoc integrations; Enterprise adds Bi-Directional CRM Integration, a Custom Domain and Aligned MCP.
  • Billing term. Basic is 35 with monthly billing and 29 with annual, Pro 60 and 49, under a toggle whose annual option is labelled "Save 18%", so the term you choose moves the per-seat figure by about a sixth.
  • Currency. The page attaches no currency symbol to any figure, so the exchange rate you end up paying is a negotiation item, not a published fact; get the currency on the order form.
  • Room count on Starter. Starter allows "4 rooms per seat"; teams that run more live deals than that per seller move to Basic for "Unlimited rooms & templates".
  • CRM depth. Bi-Directional CRM Integration and "Room analytics inside your CRM" are listed on Enterprise, so CRM reporting is a tier decision rather than an add-on.
  • Domain and support. A Custom Domain and Dedicated Customer Success are listed on Enterprise; the lower plans get a "Personal domain" and no named support level.

What should you ask Aligned before buying?

  • Which currency are the published figures in, and will that currency be named on our order form and invoices?
  • Is annual billing paid upfront, what is the contract length, and what notice period applies at renewal?
  • Is there a seat minimum on Basic or Pro, and what happens to the rate if we add seats mid-term?
  • Will Seller Agent stay included on our plan once its long-term pricing and packaging are finalised, and will any usage limits apply?
  • Which plan carries Revenue Intelligence, and which carries SSO and SCIM, since neither is named on a plan card?
  • Does Aligned use our deal content, calls or emails to train models, and can we see the SOC 2 report's date and scope?

Frequently asked questions

How much does Aligned cost?

Aligned's pricing page shows Starter at 0, Basic at 35 "per seat/ month" with monthly billing and 29 with annual billing, Pro at 60 and 49 on the same basis, and Enterprise as "Let's Talk". No currency symbol appears anywhere on the page, so the figures are bare numbers; ask Aligned to confirm the currency in a quote before you budget.

Does Aligned have a free plan?

Yes. Starter is a plan card priced at 0 per seat per month with its seat count shown as "Unlimited", and the page says "Start free today, no credit card required." It allows 4 rooms per seat and includes Room analytics, Mutual Action Plans, a Stakeholder Map, Unlimited buyer stakeholders, a Video recorder, Surveys & forms, and Seller Agent in limited beta.

Does Aligned charge for buyers?

No. The Starter card lists "Unlimited buyer stakeholders", and Aligned prices only the seats your own team uses. Buyers work in the room, commenting, sharing files and managing action items, without being counted as seats.

How much does Aligned annual billing save?

The annual option on Aligned's billing toggle is labelled "Save 18%". In figures, Basic drops from 35 to 29 per seat per month and Pro from 60 to 49. On ten Pro seats that is 5,880 a year billed annually against 7,200 billed monthly, a saving of 1,320, in a currency the page does not name.

What does Aligned Enterprise add?

The Enterprise card reads "Includes Pro, plus:" and lists Seller Agent rather than the limited beta, Aligned MCP, AI Insights & Actions, AI Highlights, Bi-Directional CRM Integration, Multiple team workspaces, Room analytics inside your CRM, a Custom Domain and Dedicated Customer Success. Its price is not published: the card reads "Let's Talk" with a "Contact sales" button.

Is there third-party data on what Aligned contracts cost?

Not that we could verify. Vendr's Aligned page lists the Starter, Basic, Pro and Enterprise tiers but shows no median contract value, range, purchase count or update date, so there is no dated benchmark with a stated sample size to quote.
