Aligned or GetAccept: which should you choose?
Aligned vs GetAccept compares two digital sales room platforms. Aligned is per seat: free Starter, Basic 35 monthly or 29 annual, Pro 60 or 49, no currency named. GetAccept is per user at 25 $ and 49 $, adding e-signature, quoting and CPQ.
Choose Aligned if…
- You want to start free: Aligned's Starter plan is a plan card at 0 per seat per month with seats shown as "Unlimited" and "no credit card required", carrying 4 rooms per seat, Mutual Action Plans and a Stakeholder Map; GetAccept lists no free plan.
- You want rooms after the signature: Aligned names a Customer Success Hub and Customer Onboarding beside its Digital Sales Room, and a Revenue Intelligence product for buying signals, at-risk deals, intent and multi-threading counts.
- You want an AI agent in the room now: Seller Agent is in beta across all plans, with Consult, Execute, Automate and Create modes, and Aligned MCP connects Claude, ChatGPT and Glean to rooms on Enterprise.
- You already own signing, demo and content tools: Aligned embeds PandaDoc for signature, eight interactive-demo tools including Navattic and Storylane, and Highspot and Seismic for content.
Choose GetAccept if…
- You want signing in the same subscription: GetAccept lists unlimited electronic signatures from its "25 $" eSign plan and says its signatures are eIDAS-aligned, including advanced (AdES) and qualified (QES); Aligned lists no e-signature product of its own.
- You quote from the room: Professional lists a pricing table and a product library of up to 3 products, and Enterprise adds CPQ and an unlimited product library; no quoting or CPQ product appears among Aligned's modules.
- You need the contract after the deal: the entry eSign plan lists contract management with stored signed documents and automated renewal reminders, which Aligned's pages do not offer.
- Your invoice needs a named currency: GetAccept's pricing page has a USD, GBP and EUR selector and its FAQ lists six payment currencies, while Aligned's pricing page attaches no currency symbol to any figure, so its 35, 29, 60 and 49 are bare numbers.

What is the difference between Aligned and GetAccept?
Both sell a shared online space where a seller and a buying committee run a deal, and both call it a digital sales room, but they are built out from opposite ends. Aligned describes an "AI deal workspace" and tells sellers to "Stop losing deals between meetings" (Aligned); its platform areas are Digital Sales Room, Customer Success Hub, Customer Onboarding, Aligned AI, Mutual Action Plan, Revenue Intelligence and Integrations. GetAccept says "GetAccept's AI Digital Sales Room turns every signal across your deals into action" (GetAccept), and the products beside the room are proposals and quotes, electronic signatures, tracking and analytics, contract management, mutual action plans, sales engagement, sales content management and CPQ.
The overlap, then, is the room; the difference is what each adds around it. Aligned extends past the signature into the customer lifecycle, with the Customer Success Hub and Customer Onboarding, and into deal reporting: its Revenue Intelligence page is about seeing "what happens when you're not in the room", naming buying signals, at-risk deals, intent, forecasting, alerts on new stakeholders and critical events, and multi-threading counts. GetAccept extends into document execution instead: unlimited electronic signatures, contract management with stored signed documents and automated renewal reminders, a pricing table and product library, and CPQ on its top plan (pricing).
Each lacks what the other sells. Aligned lists no e-signature product of its own: its integrations page offers PandaDoc so buyers can "review and sign" inside a room and marks DocuSign "Coming soon", and no quoting, pricing-table or CPQ product appears among its modules. GetAccept lists no post-sale success or onboarding product and no separate revenue-intelligence product; its analytics are room and document engagement, written back to the CRM. Neither vendor shows an analyst evaluation from Gartner, Forrester or IDC on the pages we checked.
They are also at different stages. Aligned was founded in 2021 by Gal Aga, Yotam Sela and Gal Deitsch and raised an $8m Series A led by JAL Ventures, reported on 29 January 2025 (Calcalist); in July 2026 it said it had raised a $60m Series B led by PeakSpan Capital, taking total funding to $73.8m, with annual recurring revenue tripled over 12 months and the platform used by 70,000 sellers and one million buyers a month (Ynet). GetAccept was founded in 2015 by Samir Smajic, Mathias Thulin, Jonas Blanck and Carl Carell and announced a $20m Series B led by Bessemer Venture Partners on 8 December 2020, which brought total financing to $30m; we found no funding after that, and its homepage says it is "Trusted by 5,000+ revenue teams" against Aligned's claim of more than 50,000 sales and customer success teams. Those are each vendor's own figures.
How do Aligned and GetAccept compare on deal rooms and mutual action plans?
The room itself is similar in substance. Aligned's Digital Sales Room page promises to "Streamline and close complex deals with a centralized buyer workspace where every stakeholder stays engaged", with mutual action plans built with a champion, stakeholder visibility, analytics on activity, views and comments, up-to-date content sharing, topic-based discussions and shared file and task management. GetAccept's digital sales room page calls it "a secure, shared space for sellers to inform, interact, and negotiate with buyers", reached from one link, with a 30-second video intro, live chat, a mutual action plan that assigns "tasks with dates", tracking of which stakeholders view content and for how long, and signing inside the room that it says is eIDAS compliant.
What differs is which plan carries the room. On Aligned, every plan does: the free Starter card lists Room analytics, a Personal domain, Secured room share, Mutual Action Plans, a Stakeholder Map, "Unlimited buyer stakeholders", a Video recorder, and Surveys & forms, and the first limit to bite is "4 rooms per seat", with "Unlimited rooms & templates" from Basic at 35 per seat per month with monthly billing or 29 with annual (pricing). On GetAccept the room features sit on the middle plan: mutual action plans, full in-app editing, meetings, teams, eID verification, the pricing table and advanced stakeholder engagement are all listed on Professional, not on the "25 $" eSign plan, which is positioned for smaller teams that mainly want e-signature.
CRM write-back is a tier decision on both, at different heights. GetAccept says the room "syncs all buyer engagement activity back to the CRM in real time", naming Salesforce and HubSpot, and its pricing page starts CRM integrations on Professional, with premium CRM integrations on Enterprise or on the add-on list. Aligned puts "Bi-Directional CRM Integration" and "Room analytics inside your CRM" on its quoted Enterprise plan; its integrations page describes the Salesforce connection as "Sync all of your opportunities, contacts, and more bi-directionally". If CRM reporting on room activity is the reason you are buying, that is Professional money on GetAccept and a quote on Aligned.
On security each makes its own statements, and none of the pages we opened gave an audit date, auditor or scope. Aligned's Starter feature list reads "SOC 2 & GDPR compliant" and its homepage lists SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, SSO and SCIM, though no plan card names SSO or SCIM. GetAccept's homepage says it is "SOC 2 certified", states GDPR and CCPA compliance with privacy by design, and says its electronic signatures are eIDAS-aligned including advanced (AdES) and qualified (QES) signatures, while its pricing page lists the AATL Adobe Trusted certificate as an add-on. Treat both as vendor claims and ask for the report.
How do Aligned and GetAccept compare on AI and integrations?
Aligned leads with an agent. Seller Agent is "the AI agent in your Aligned deal workspace", running on the "Aligned Brain", which the page calls "an intelligence layer that continuously reads every call, email, and CRM update tied to a deal". It has four modes, Consult, Execute, Automate and Create, and every action "is proposed first and only applied once you approve it". Its FAQ says the agent is "available now, in beta, across all Aligned plans", and also that "Long-term pricing and packaging haven't been finalized yet", so a buyer should expect that to change. Aligned MCP, which connects Claude, ChatGPT and Glean to rooms, plans, engagement and stakeholder activity and is described as "16 skills and growing", sits on Enterprise with AI Insights & Actions and AI Highlights; Pro carries AI Client Assist, AI Content Generator and AI Deal Builder.
GetAccept ties AI to plans rather than to an agent. GetAccept AI is pitched as "AI built into every deal stage. From first contact to signed contract", with a Content Editor driven by conversational prompts, a Business Case Builder for business cases, executive summaries and discovery outlines, Meetings Insights that summarise imported transcripts and identify next steps, and saved custom prompts; the pricing page adds Smart content and an AI Knowledge base under Professional. Professional and Enterprise are both labelled "AI-native", and no separate AI price or credit system is published, but "unlimited AI content" appears on the add-on list, which implies a limit below it that the pages we checked do not state. GetAccept's newsroom also lists a GetAccept MCP server, though the page shows no dates.
The sharpest contrast is what each says about AI and data. GetAccept's AI page states: "Your data never leaves GetAccept. No external APIs, no third-party training, just secure processing on our own servers", says the AI draws on deal room content, meeting transcripts, seller information and buyer details, and that it is "Powered by Claude LLM in GetAccept's infrastructure"; the same page also says no data is sent to Anthropic or other providers, which we could not reconcile from the pages we opened, so ask where inference runs and what is retained. None of the Aligned pages we opened says whether Aligned trains models on customer data, so the question stands for both.
On integrations the two counts are not comparable, but the shapes are. Aligned claims "75+ integrations" and leans on other tools for the parts it does not build: Gong, Chorus, Fathom, Fireflies and Sybill for calls, PandaDoc for signing, Arcade, Consensus, Demostack, Navattic, ReachSuite, Storylane, Supademo and Walnut for interactive demos, Highspot and Seismic for content, and Zapier to "Connect Aligned to 7,000+ apps with no-code automations." GetAccept's integrations page claims "Over 500 available connectors" through its automations and lists Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics, Pipedrive, SuperOffice and Gong for CRM, Gong, Salesloft, Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Fathom for meeting transcripts, plus payments (Chargebee, Stripe, Authorize.net), HR (Sympa, Teamtailor, HiBob) and identity (Okta, OneLogin). Gong is the one connector both list.
How does Aligned pricing compare to GetAccept pricing?
Both publish prices, with different gaps. Aligned prices per seat, all four cards labelled "per seat/ month": Starter at 0, Basic at 35 with monthly billing and 29 with annual, Pro at 60 and 49 on the same basis, and Enterprise as "Let's Talk" with a "Contact sales" button. The toggle that switches the figures is labelled "Monthly billing" and "Annual billing", with the annual option marked "Save 18%". The gap is the currency: no currency symbol appears anywhere on Aligned's pricing page, so Pro is shown as 60 per seat per month monthly and 49 annually with no currency stated, and the only way to settle it is to ask for a quote. No seat minimum is shown on any plan. See the Aligned pricing guide for the full plan contents.
GetAccept prices per user and publishes the terms. eSign is "25 $" and Professional "49 $", both "per user/month", with Professional marked "minimum 5 users"; Enterprise reads "Contact us". Its FAQ sets the billing: Professional and Enterprise are paid annually, eSign monthly or annually, and "All plans (eSign, Professional and Enterprise) cover a 12 month agreement period", so even the entry plan is a year-long commitment. The page has a USD, GBP and EUR selector and the FAQ lists six payment currencies. There is no free plan; a "Start free trial" button leads to signup with no length, limits or card requirement stated. See the GetAccept pricing guide for the add-on list.
For ten internal users for a year at list, Aligned Basic comes to 3,480 billed annually (10 × 29 × 12) or 4,200 billed monthly, and Pro to 5,880 billed annually or 7,200 billed monthly, in a currency the page does not name. GetAccept eSign comes to 3,000 $ and Professional to 5,880 $, with the smallest possible Professional subscription its five-user minimum, at 2,940 $ a year. So Aligned Pro on annual billing, at 49 a seat a month, and GetAccept Professional, at "49 $" per user/month, produce the same ten-user total on paper, except that only one of the two tells you the currency. The headline rate is therefore not the decision: it is Aligned's free tier, unlimited rooms and post-sale hubs against GetAccept's signing, quoting, stated currencies and 12-month term, plus GetAccept's unpriced add-ons and Aligned's quoted Enterprise tier for Bi-Directional CRM Integration and a Custom Domain.
Neither has a benchmark we could quote. Vendr's Aligned page lists the Starter, Basic, Pro and Enterprise tiers and Vendr's GetAccept page describes the product, but neither shows a median contract value, a range, a purchase count or an update date, so there is no dated third-party figure with a stated sample size for either vendor. That leaves the published per-seat and per-user prices, the add-on list on GetAccept and the Enterprise quote on Aligned as the only numbers to negotiate against.
Frequently asked questions
Which is better, Aligned or GetAccept?
Neither is better in general. Aligned suits teams that want a free tier, unlimited buyer stakeholders, an AI agent in beta on every plan and rooms that carry on after the signature through its Customer Success Hub. GetAccept suits teams that want signing, quoting, contract management and, on Enterprise, CPQ in the same per-user subscription. Run a real deal through both before deciding.
How much do Aligned and GetAccept cost?
Aligned shows Starter at 0, Basic at 35 "per seat/ month" with monthly billing and 29 with annual billing, Pro at 60 and 49, and Enterprise as "Let's Talk"; its annual toggle is labelled "Save 18%" and no currency symbol appears anywhere, so confirm the currency in a quote. GetAccept shows eSign at "25 $" and Professional at "49 $" per user/month with a "minimum 5 users", and Enterprise as "Contact us", with a USD, GBP and EUR selector.
Do Aligned and GetAccept have free plans?
Aligned does. Its Starter plan is a plan card priced at 0 per seat per month with seats shown as "Unlimited", and the page says "Start free today, no credit card required." It allows 4 rooms per seat. GetAccept lists no free plan; it has a "Start free trial" button that leads to signup, but its pages state no trial length, limits or whether a card is required.
Does Aligned or GetAccept include e-signature?
GetAccept does, from its entry plan: the eSign card lists unlimited electronic signatures, and GetAccept says its signatures are eIDAS-aligned including advanced (AdES) and qualified (QES), with the AATL Adobe Trusted certificate as an add-on. Aligned lists no e-signature product of its own; its integrations page embeds PandaDoc documents so buyers can review and sign in a room, and marks DocuSign "Coming soon".
Do Aligned and GetAccept both have mutual action plans?
Yes, but on different plans. Aligned lists Mutual Action Plans on the free Starter card and describes plans built with a champion. GetAccept lists mutual action plans on Professional, at "49 $" per user/month with a five-user minimum, and describes a plan that assigns "tasks with dates"; they are not listed on its "25 $" eSign plan.
Is there third-party data on Aligned and GetAccept contract prices?
Not that we could verify. Vendr's Aligned page lists the four plan tiers and Vendr's GetAccept page describes the product, but neither shows a median contract value, a range, a purchase count or an update date, so there is no dated benchmark with a stated sample size to quote for either. Both vendors' published prices are the firmest figures available.
