6sense or Demandbase: which should you choose?
6sense vs Demandbase compares two ABM platforms that publish no prices. Choose 6sense for Sales Intelligence packages built on data credits and predictive AI, with RevvyAI included. Choose Demandbase for one platform priced as a platform fee plus a flat fee per user.
Choose 6sense if…
- You want to start with sales intelligence: 6sense's pricing page offers three Sales Intelligence packages, built from Data Credits, Predictive AI or both.
- You want a conversational AI included: 6sense said on 12 May 2026 that RevvyAI is generally available for Sales Intelligence customers "at no additional cost".
- You want the data coverage stated up front: 6sense says it has "750M+ B2B Buyer Profiles Captured" and "75M+ Company Profiles Published Across 200+ Countries".
- Your AI governance review asks for ISO/IEC 42001: 6sense's trust page states annual audits for ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001 certification.
Choose Demandbase if…
- You want one plan for marketing and sales: Demandbase says it does not split the platform into separate Marketing or Sales solutions and tailors one plan for all GTM teams.
- You want a simple pricing structure: Demandbase describes a platform fee covering software and services plus a flat fee per user, with no credits mentioned on its pricing page.
- You want to start with advertising or data: Demandbase offers Advertising "as a starting place", on a B2B-native DSP, and says its Data solutions can be used on their own.
- You want AI agents grounded in Salesforce: Demandbase's newsroom says it was named flagship data partner for Hunter, Salesforce's new outbound sales agent.

What is the difference between 6sense and Demandbase?
Both are account-based marketing platforms that find in-market accounts from intent signals and help marketing and sales act on them, and both say they were named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Account-Based Marketing Platforms for a sixth consecutive year (6sense, Demandbase). 6sense adds that it "placed highest for its Ability to Execute".
6sense calls itself "Intelligence for Agentic GTM" (6sense) and lists Revenue Marketing, Sales Intelligence, Predictive Modeling, Advertising, Intelligent Workflows, RevvyAI, AI Email Agents and an MCP Server, all drawing on its Signalverse network, which it says "Captures over a trillion data points every day". Account-based marketing appears on its site as a use case rather than a product name.
Demandbase describes its platform as "The pipeline engine for AI GTM that aligns teams to turn goals into revenue" (Demandbase), with four parts: Marketing (account-based marketing) to "Pinpoint the right accounts, personalize web journeys and convert more revenue"; Sales (sales intelligence) to "Surface in-market accounts, map buying groups and automate outreach"; Advertising, which uses "intent data and a B2B-native DSP"; and Data, which combines first- and third-party data. "We don't just grab data — we own it," it says.
How do 6sense and Demandbase compare on intent data and sales intelligence?
6sense states its data coverage. Its Sales Intelligence page cites "750M+ B2B Buyer Profiles Captured", "111M+ Verified Business Email Addresses" and "75M+ Company Profiles Published Across 200+ Countries", with "500B+ Intent Signals Analyzed Monthly", and shows in-market accounts, buying group members, the keywords prospects search and the pages they visit. Its Chrome Extension works "across any prospect website, LinkedIn, & integrated CRMs+SEPs." Contact data comes through data credits, which its pricing page says "are used to unlock and export emails, phone numbers and enriched contact and company records."
Demandbase's pages give no comparable counts; its about page says its platform "connects millions of data points into a single, meaningful view of buyers and accounts". Its history shows where the data comes from: Demandbase acquired Spiderbook in 2016, Engagio in 2020, and InsideView and DemandMatrix in 2021, the last two described as creating a "one-stop-shop" for quality data. Its pricing page mentions no credits or record limits.
Neither vendor's figures tell you how well it covers your market. Ask both for a match test on a list of your own target accounts, and compare how many accounts each identifies as in-market over the same period.
Which AI agents and integrations do 6sense and Demandbase offer?
6sense's conversational AI is RevvyAI. In a 12 May 2026 release, 6sense said RevvyAI "is available in open beta for all Revenue Marketing customers and is generally available for Sales Intelligence customers at no additional cost", inside the platform and through the Chrome Extension on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Salesloft and Outreach. Its AI Email Agents "generate, send, and reply to emails grounded in real-time buyer signals and your brand voice", and its newsroom says an MCP Server launched on 14 July 2026.
Demandbase's AI page presents Demandbase AI as turning "pipeline goals into coordinated action": AI Chat "gives teams the context to decide where to focus", AI Agents detect "key buying group signals" and trigger actions across sales and marketing, and MCP access lets teams use "accounts, buying groups, and signals in ChatGPT, VS Code, GitHub Copilot, and Claude". It also offers Mojo, "the B2B marketing agent built by Demandbase", and its newsroom says it was named flagship data partner for Hunter, Salesforce's new outbound sales agent. The AI page does not say whether these features cost extra.
How does 6sense pricing compare to Demandbase pricing?
Neither publishes prices. 6sense's pricing page lists three Sales Intelligence packages, with Data Credits, Predictive AI or both, and a "Book Your Demo" button; it shows no prices, credit allowances or packages for Revenue Marketing, Advertising or its AI Email Agents. Demandbase's pricing page describes the model instead: "a clear platform fee that covers all the essential software and services" plus "a flat fee per user", with no amounts. It does not sell Marketing or Sales separately, but offers Advertising "as a starting place" and says its Data solutions can be used on their own.
The only dated contract data with sample sizes we found is Vendr's. It reports a median 6sense contract of $62,220 a year, ranging from $11,234 to $176,511 (386 purchases, February 2026) (Vendr), and a median Demandbase contract of $68,591 a year, ranging from $24,000 to $164,037 (187 purchases, February 2026) (Vendr). Both pages show smaller "deals handled" counts in their headers (204 for 6sense, 106 for Demandbase), so treat the medians as directional. They are Vendr estimates, not vendor prices.
Vendr says 6sense cost scales with the number of accounts in your target market that 6sense monitors and scores, with modules "typically priced separately", and that Demandbase quotes are built on target accounts, user seats, advertising spend commitments and data access levels. Ask both for quotes on the same target-account list, users, modules and term, with advertising spend shown separately. The 6sense pricing and Demandbase pricing guides go into more detail.
What do 6sense and Demandbase say about security and ownership?
On security, 6sense's trust page states an annual "SOC 2 Type 2 – All Five Trust Service Criteria" audit, annual third-party audits for its ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001 certifications, and compliance with GDPR and CCPA/CPRA. Demandbase's security policy says it offers its current "Type II SOC 2 Security TSC report under NDA" to prospects and customers, runs at least annual third-party penetration tests and hosts primarily on AWS and Google Cloud Platform with encryption at rest. These are the vendors' statements; whether your own use of intent and contact data is lawful is a question for your privacy counsel.
Both are private. 6sense's newsroom lists it on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies, and its October 2026 release names Amir Ravandoust as Chief Executive Officer; the pages we checked state no funding or ownership. Demandbase was founded in 2006 by Chris Golec, names Gabe Rogol as CEO and states more than 1,000 customers and 750 employees on its about page; it also states no funding or ownership on the pages we checked.
