Does Pipedrive publish its prices?
Pipedrive pricing has four plans, all per seat per month billed annually: Lite at US$14, Growth at US$39, Premium at US$59 and Ultimate at US$79. Add-ons are listed from $13.33, and every plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card.
Yes, for all four plans, and with the annual total alongside each per-seat rate. Pipedrive's pricing page lists Lite at "US$14" with "One payment of US$ 168 per seat/year", Growth at "US$39" and "US$ 468 per seat/year", Premium, marked "MOST POPULAR", at "US$59" and "US$ 708 per seat/year", and Ultimate at "US$79" and "US$ 948 per seat/year". Each is per seat per month billed annually, quoted in US dollars and exclusive of VAT.
There is a "Billed monthly" and "Billed annually" toggle, and the annual side carries "(Save up to 42%)", but the page shows no monthly figure in the state we could read, so this guide does not state one. If monthly billing matters to your budget, ask for the monthly rate per plan in writing; a 42% gap between the two is a large difference to assume.
No seat minimum or maximum is stated, and there is no quoted enterprise tier above Ultimate. Every plan offers a "Free 14-day trial. No credit card required.", and the FAQ says you can invite as many users as you want to the trial, which makes a like-for-like pilot across a whole team practical.
One caveat on the currency. Pipedrive shows prices in the visitor's local currency, so the figures here are the US list prices as served to a US visitor, checked on 21 and 22 October 2026, not a worldwide rate. A browser check from France on 22 October 2026 returned the same four numbers in euros, €14, €39, €59 and €79 a seat a month billed annually, with the Lite annual total shown as "One payment of € 168 per seat/year": the same numbers with a different symbol rather than a converted amount. Confirm the figure and the currency for the country you will be billed in.
What do the four Pipedrive plans include?
Each plan includes everything in the one below it. The prices and contents below are as Pipedrive's pricing page shows them on 21 October 2026:
| Plan | Per seat per month, billed annually | Annual total per seat | What the plan adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | US$14 | "One payment of US$ 168 per seat/year" | Lead, calendar and pipeline management, AI-powered report creation, 500+ integrations, and Nova meeting intelligence, marked "New" |
| Growth | US$39 | "One payment of US$ 468 per seat/year" | Full email sync with tracking, automations and nurturing sequences, subscriptions and forecast reports, a meeting scheduler with contacts timeline |
| Premium | US$59 ("MOST POPULAR") | "One payment of US$ 708 per seat/year" | Lead generation and routing (LeadBooster), custom scoring and company data enrichment, AI-powered multi-email tools, contracts and e-signatures, more customisation |
| Ultimate | US$79 | "One payment of US$ 948 per seat/year" | Fortified account security, phone and email data enrichment, a sandbox testing account, extended phone support, and partner discounts of 20% off PandaDoc and CloudTalk and 15% off Surfe |
The step most teams feel is Growth to Premium. Lead generation and routing, company data enrichment, contracts and e-signatures all start on Premium at US$59 a seat a month, so a team that wants Pipedrive to replace a separate prospecting or e-signature tool is choosing the third plan rather than the first. Phone and email data enrichment, a sandbox and extended phone support, listed as Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm CET, are Ultimate-only.
Pipedrive names its AI as "Pipedrive AI" and an "AI Sales Assistant", with "AI-powered prompts" and suggestions, AI report creation from Lite and AI-powered multi-email tools from Premium. Its homepage says "Nova is included in all plans, at no additional cost", and it also lists a Pipedrive MCP server. The phrase "AI agents" does not appear on the homepage.
What do Pipedrive add-ons cost?
Five add-ons are priced on the pricing page, each as a "Starting from" figure: LeadBooster at "$32.50", Web Visitors at "$41", Smart Docs at "$32.50", Projects at "$16" and Campaigns at "$13.33". Two details are worth noting before you budget from them: the add-on prices are written with a plain dollar sign rather than the "US$" used for the plans, and the page states no billing period for them, so whether each is per month, per seat or per account is not published.
Some add-on capability is also bundled higher up. LeadBooster-style lead generation and routing is listed inside Premium, and Smart Docs covers the contracts and e-signature territory that Premium also lists, so compare the cost of a lower plan plus add-ons against the next plan up at your seat count before deciding.
How much does Pipedrive cost per year?
Pipedrive publishes the annual figure per seat, so the arithmetic is simple. Ten seats billed annually come to US$1,680 a year on Lite (10 x US$168), US$4,680 on Growth, US$7,080 on Premium and US$9,480 on Ultimate, before VAT and add-ons. Twenty-five Premium seats come to US$17,700 a year.
That makes Pipedrive the cheapest of the three published-price CRMs we cover at equivalent seat counts, which is the point of its positioning rather than an accident: its homepage calls it "The easy and effective CRM for closing deals". The trade-off is scope. Where a larger suite bundles revenue intelligence, partner management or CPQ as priced modules, Pipedrive sells five add-ons and stops at Ultimate.

What does Pipedrive say about its company?
Pipedrive's about page says "Our story began in an Estonian garage in 2010" and that its co-founders "were salespeople who needed more from a CRM tool than the software on the market could offer", without naming them. It describes the company as backed by "global investment firm Vista Equity Partners", gives its headquarters as New York and lists offices across Estonia, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Germany, the Czech Republic, Ireland and Latvia.
On scale, the same page states "100,000+" companies using Pipedrive and about 100m deals created a year, and gives two staff figures that do not match, "Our team of 850+ people across eight countries" in the body text and "800+" in its statistics panel. Its homepage states "Trusted by 100,000+ companies in 179 countries". Those are Pipedrive's own figures. No analyst evaluation appears on the pages we checked; the about page cites a "Best Software as a Service (USA-SMB) 2022-2023" award.
What drives the cost of a Pipedrive subscription?
Pipedrive names most of the inputs on its pricing page:
- Plan. Lite US$14, Growth US$39, Premium US$59 and Ultimate US$79 per seat per month billed annually; the Premium step is where lead generation, enrichment and e-signatures begin.
- Seats. Pricing is per seat with no minimum or maximum stated, so the bill tracks headcount; trial users are not capped.
- Billing term. The published prices are the annual ones; the toggle claims "(Save up to 42%)" for annual billing, but no monthly figure is shown, so ask for it.
- Add-ons. LeadBooster and Smart Docs from $32.50, Web Visitors from $41, Projects from $16 and Campaigns from $13.33, each "Starting from" and with no billing period stated.
- Tax. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT, so the invoice total depends on where you buy.
- Plan-only features. A sandbox, phone and email data enrichment and extended phone support sit on Ultimate, so a single requirement can lift the whole team to the top plan.
What should you ask Pipedrive before buying?
- What is the monthly-billed price for each plan, given that the pricing page shows only the annual rate?
- Are the five add-on prices per seat or per account, and per month or per year?
- Does Premium's built-in lead generation and routing cover what the LeadBooster add-on does, or are both needed?
- What do contracts and e-signatures on Premium include, and how do they compare to the Smart Docs add-on?
- Can a single team member be on Ultimate for the sandbox while the rest stay on Premium?
- Is annual billing taken as one upfront payment per seat, as the "One payment of" wording suggests, and what happens if headcount falls mid-term?
Frequently asked questions
How much does Pipedrive cost?
Pipedrive publishes four per-seat prices, all billed annually: Lite at US$14 a seat a month ("One payment of US$ 168 per seat/year"), Growth at US$39, Premium at US$59 and Ultimate at US$79. Prices exclude VAT. Five add-ons are listed from $13.33, each as a "Starting from" figure with no billing period stated.
Does Pipedrive have a free plan?
No free plan is listed on its pricing page. What it offers instead is a "Free 14-day trial. No credit card required." on every plan, and the FAQ says you can invite as many users as you want to the trial, so a whole team can test a plan before paying.
Which Pipedrive plan should you choose?
It depends on where the features you need start. Lite covers pipeline, lead and calendar management with AI report creation; Growth adds email sync, automations and forecast reports; Premium at US$59 adds lead generation and routing, company data enrichment and e-signatures; Ultimate adds enrichment by phone and email, a sandbox and extended phone support.
Is Pipedrive cheaper billed annually?
Pipedrive says so: its billing toggle marks annual billing "(Save up to 42%)". The published figures are the annual ones, and no monthly price appears on the page we checked, so ask for the monthly rate for each plan rather than estimating it from the 42% claim.
Is Pipedrive AI included in the plan price?
The AI features named on the pricing page are included in the plans that list them: AI-powered report creation from Lite, and AI-powered multi-email tools from Premium. Pipedrive's homepage adds that "Nova is included in all plans, at no additional cost". No separate AI price appears on the pricing page.
What add-ons does Pipedrive sell?
Five, each priced "Starting from": LeadBooster at $32.50, Web Visitors at $41, Smart Docs at $32.50, Projects at $16 and Campaigns at $13.33. The page does not state whether they are charged per seat or per account, or per month or per year, so confirm the basis before budgeting.
