Allego or Seismic: which should you choose?
Allego vs Seismic is a choice between two quote-only enablement platforms. Choose Allego for learning, AI role play and conversation intelligence in per-user bundles with AI included. Choose Seismic for governed content at enterprise scale, Aura AI agents and a product line that includes Highspot.
Choose Allego if…
- Practice is the priority: Allego's AI Role Play runs unscripted simulations in 32 languages with 71 voices and accents, scores in 59 languages, and sits beside its own conversation intelligence.
- You want AI priced in rather than added on: Allego says it "never charges extra for AI capabilities or customer support", and it includes premium success services in every deployment.
- You are leaving Seismic or Highspot mid-contract: its Buyout Program says it "covers your remaining commitment", though the page gives no eligibility rules or end date.
- You want rooms launched from the CRM: Allego Digital Sales Rooms are created from CRM, email or mobile, with mutual action plans and Deal Navigator.
Choose Seismic if…
- Content governance at scale is the main job: Seismic lists version control, brand compliance, LiveDocs personalisation and AI recommendations by deal stage, persona or product.
- You need a wide integration catalogue: Seismic claims 150+ integrations and names Salesforce, Oracle, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Webex and Gong.
- You want agents that reach outside the platform: at Shift in October 2026 Seismic showed Deal Agent, Library Agent and an MCP server for assistants from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and Meta.
- You already run Highspot: the two have been one company since 18 August 2026, and Deal Agent is available in both product lines.

What is the difference between Allego and Seismic?
Both sell a full revenue enablement suite, but they lead from different ends. Allego calls itself "the market-leading revenue enablement platform" and leads with learning and practice: its four bundles are Modern Learning with Conversation Intelligence, AI Role Play, Content Management, and Digital Rooms with Deal Navigator (Allego pricing). Seismic leads with content. Its homepage reads "The AI platform for revenue execution" and its Enablement Cloud lists content management and library, learning and coaching, program strategy and execution, meeting intelligence and digital sales rooms (Seismic).
The content products show the difference in emphasis. Seismic describes "full version control, governance, and brand compliance" in one system, LiveDocs for personalising documents without manual edits, AI-powered search, and usage data "tied directly to pipeline and revenue" (Seismic content). Allego's content page also covers governance ("expired content disappears") and pipeline and win-rate analytics, auto-fills documents from CRM data, and syncs from SharePoint, Google Drive and AEM (Allego content). It is a capable library, but it is one of four bundles rather than the centre of the platform.
Both have buyer-facing rooms. Allego's are created from CRM, email or mobile, with mutual action plans, unlimited marketing-built templates, engagement tracking and AI Deal Alerts that flag risk when your criteria are met (Allego rooms). Seismic's rooms page describes a secure space for buyers to collaborate, comment and post questions, with alerts on what each buyer engages with and marketing control over branding and content; it does not mention mutual action plans (Seismic rooms). If a shared plan with owners and dates is part of your process, ask Seismic to show it.
How do Allego and Seismic compare on AI, role play and call recording?
Allego publishes more detail about practice. Its AI Role Play and Coaching page describes unscripted simulations that change with the rep's answers, practice in 32 languages with 71 voices and accents, scoring in 59 languages, AI scorecards tied to defined skills, and skills dashboards for managers. Seismic's learning page lists AI-powered role-plays, AI feedback, AI-driven assessments and coaching programs that highlight knowledge gaps, but gives no language count or scoring detail. Ask Seismic for a live role play built from your own scenario before you compare the two.
Both record calls. Allego's conversation intelligence records and transcribes calls "across meetings and dialers" and lets managers search transcripts for pricing, competitors and objections. Seismic for Meetings automatically captures and transcribes meetings and drafts follow-ups from AI meeting insights (Seismic meetings); Seismic also integrates with Gong for teams that already record there.
On agents, Seismic has moved further in public. Its Aura AI page describes specialised agents for revenue execution, says generative AI features are "opt-in by default" and that customer data is not sent to third parties to train their models. At its Shift event on 13 October 2026 it showed Deal Agent, Library Agent and "Seismic Everywhere", with an MCP server for AI assistants from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and Meta (DestinationCRM). Allego lists AI SmartDocs, AI Lesson Authoring, AI Deal Expert Chat, cited AI search and an Allego MCP Server that connects approved content and deal intelligence to Microsoft Copilot and Salesforce Einstein (Allego AI).
How does Allego pricing compare to Seismic pricing?
Neither publishes a price, but Allego publishes its model. It prices "per user per month, billed annually upfront", with lower list prices for channel and partner users and reduced pricing for non-revenue roles; three-year terms are typical, with two- and one-year options. Each bundle shows "Get Pricing" rather than a figure, and the page says AI capabilities and customer support are always included, with managed services extra (Allego pricing). We found no dated third-party Allego benchmark with a stated sample size.
Seismic links no pricing page from its site, and seismic.com/pricing/ did not load when we checked on 27 October 2026, so every Seismic price is a quote. Vendr reports a median Seismic contract of $31,950 a year from 415 purchases, with a range of $8,993 to $179,008, last updated February 2026. Vendr's figures come from its own transactions and are directional; its header also shows 247 deals handled, a different count from the 415 purchases.
Ask both for the same thing in writing: seats by role, the modules or bundles included, services, term, and the renewal cap. With Seismic, also ask which product line your contract covers and how it is supported after the merger.
What does the Highspot merger mean for an Allego vs Seismic decision?
Seismic completed its merger with Highspot on 18 August 2026, and the company operates under the Seismic name, led by CEO Rob Tarkoff (Highspot blog). The merger page says "all customers from both previously independent companies will benefit from continued investment", that existing account contacts stay the same, and that changes will be shared "as decisions are finalized" (merger page). It does not set out a product timeline.
Allego is using the merger to sell. Its buyout page is headed "Seismic & Highspot Merged. Switch to Allego Now." and says "$2M+ has already been claimed by teams leaving Seismic and Highspot", with "funds available for a limited time" and no published terms (Allego buyout). Treat that as an offer to negotiate, and get the amount, conditions and timing in writing.
Both were evaluated in The Forrester Wave: Revenue Enablement Platforms, Q4 2026, alongside Highspot, Letter AI, Mediafly, Mindtickle, Pitcher, SalesHood and Showpad (Forrester). Allego says it was named a Leader in that Wave and in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Revenue Enablement Platforms; Seismic cites a Leader placement in the 2025 IDC MarketScape.
Frequently asked questions

Vendr reports a median Seismic contract of $31,950 a year (415 purchases, February 2026); we found no dated Allego benchmark with a stated sample size, so ask both for quotes on the same seats, modules and term.
Do Allego and Seismic both have AI role play?
Yes. Allego describes unscripted AI role play in 32 languages with 71 voices and accents, scoring in 59 languages and AI scorecards tied to defined skills. Seismic lists AI-powered role-plays, AI feedback and AI-driven assessments in its learning and coaching product but publishes less detail on languages or scoring.
Do Allego and Seismic record sales calls?
Both say they do. Allego's conversation intelligence records and transcribes calls across meetings and dialers and makes transcripts searchable for pricing, competitors and objections. Seismic for Meetings automatically captures and transcribes meetings, and Seismic also integrates with Gong.
Is Seismic the same company as Highspot now?
Yes. Seismic completed its merger with Highspot on 18 August 2026 and the company operates as Seismic under CEO Rob Tarkoff. Highspot is sold as "Highspot by Seismic", and Seismic says it will share product changes as decisions are finalised.

An offer to cover the remaining commitment on a contract with another provider so a team can switch without paying twice. Allego says "$2M+ has already been claimed by teams leaving Seismic and Highspot" and that funds are available for a limited time, but it publishes no eligibility rules, amounts or end date.
