Dock or Highspot: which should you choose?
Dock vs Highspot compares a published-price enablement tool with an enterprise suite. Choose Dock for team plans with sales rooms, signed order forms, courses and AI roleplay, starting free. Choose Highspot for governed content, plays, training, role play and coaching, sold by quote.
Choose Dock if…
- You want to see the price before a demo: Standard is $350 a month with 5 users and Premium $1,000 a month billed annually with 10, and buyers join free.
- You want quotes signed in the room: Dock order forms support flat, per-unit, tiered and volume pricing with approval rules, and buyers sign inside Dock.
- You want AI without metering: Dock AI is on every plan with "no credits or tokens to manage", and MCP access is included on all plans.
- You are a smaller team: Dock's plans are sized for 5, 10 and 25+ users, with a Free plan to start.
Choose Highspot if…
- Content governance and plays matter at scale: Highspot sells governed content, sales plays and playbooks, AutoDocs and partner enablement alongside rooms.
- You want coaching from real conversations: Highspot's Best package adds meeting and delivery intelligence and coaching, and its agents surface skill insights from calls.
- You want named agents across the go-to-market team: Deal Agent in Slack and Salesforce, GTM Agent for governance, and custom agents grounded in your content.
- Analyst standing matters: Highspot says it was a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Revenue Enablement, positioned highest for Ability to Execute.

What is the difference between Dock and Highspot?
They now overlap more than they used to. Dock began with sales rooms and describes itself as "the AI revenue enablement platform built for the way people buy today"; its homepage promises to "train your reps, organize your content, and collaborate with buyers all in one place" (Dock). Highspot says "Highspot by Seismic is an AI platform for revenue execution", across content management, plays, buyer engagement, training, coaching, AI role play, conversation intelligence, AutoDocs and partner enablement (Highspot).
The difference is depth and scale. Dock sells rooms with mutual action plans, Buyer AI Chat and alerts when "a new stakeholder joins the conversation" (Dock sales rooms), plus order forms, a content library, slides, playbooks and courses. Highspot sells the same categories with enterprise governance, sales plays, document automation and partner packages. Highspot's Digital Sales Rooms offer mutual action plans that share milestones, templates, engagement analytics and Copilot help with emails; they do not mention e-signature or quotes, which Dock's order forms cover.
How does Dock pricing compare to Highspot pricing?
Dock publishes every price. Free is $0 forever; Standard is $350 a month with 5 users; Premium is $1,000 a month billed annually with 10 users; Enterprise is a custom annual contract for 25+ users; extra seats on Standard and Premium are $50 a month. Dock says it "only charges for internal team members", so prospects, clients and partners have free access (Dock pricing). Premium adds CRM-integrated order forms, unlimited courses and higher AI usage; Enterprise adds automations and Okta or Azure SSO.
Highspot publishes packages, not prices: Good ("Equip and engage"), Better ("Train and practice") and Best ("Coach and reinforce"), each with "Contact sales" (Highspot pricing). Rooms are in Good, training and AI role play in Better, and coaching, meeting intelligence and the MCP Server in Best. Vendr reports a median Highspot contract of $60,005 a year from 351 purchases (range $16,163 to $177,366), last updated February 2026.
At list price, a 25-person team on Dock Premium would pay $1,000 a month plus 15 extra seats at $50, or $1,750 a month ($21,000 a year), though Dock says teams of 25+ go to Enterprise on a custom contract. That is a ceiling to test, not a quote, and Highspot's median buys more modules. The useful comparison is the specific modules you will use.
How do Dock and Highspot compare on AI and role play?
Both offer AI role play. Dock's AI Roleplay puts a rep on a live video call with an AI buyer, records and transcribes it, and scores it against a scorecard you write or built-in MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger, Gap Selling and Command of the Message scorecards; the page does not say which plans include it. Highspot's AI role play runs multi-persona sessions built from the content, messaging and deal context already in Highspot, with feedback tied to your competency frameworks and rep scorecards over time.
On agents, Highspot names more. Highspot Agents include Deal Agent, GTM Agent, coaching and learning agents and custom agents, and its MCP Server can create Digital Rooms and role plays from OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft Copilot tools. Dock AI drafts workspaces from call notes, decks, order forms, playbooks and courses, says it does not train on customer data, and comes with MCP access on every plan.
Ownership and scale differ too. Seismic completed its merger with Highspot on 18 August 2026 (Highspot blog), and Highspot was evaluated in The Forrester Wave: Revenue Enablement Platforms, Q4 2026. Dock is led by co-founder and CEO Alex Kracov and says it has raised $6.5m (Dock); it states SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance (Dock security).
