Does GTM Buddy publish its prices?
GTM Buddy pricing is not published: the company has no pricing page and quotes through sales. Vendr shows a median GTM Buddy contract of $27,480 a year, ranging from $14,320 to $30,168, but no count of purchases or update date, so treat it as indicative.
No. When we checked on 7 November 2026, gtmbuddy.ai/pricing returned a page-not-found, and the GTM Buddy homepage ends with "To activate Revenue Capacity in your revenue team, contact us" and a "Talk to a Human" button. G2 had no pricing page for GTM Buddy either.
The site does have a cost calculator, but it estimates what lost selling time costs your team, not what GTM Buddy costs. Its default example puts the "Total annual cost" of non-selling time, content searching and slow ramp at $2.24M for 20 reps, which is an argument for buying rather than a price.
What do companies pay for GTM Buddy?
The only figures we found are on Vendr. On 7 November 2026 its GTM Buddy page said the median buyer pays $27,480 a year, with a low of $14,320 and a high of $30,168, and listed one product. Unlike Vendr's pages for larger vendors, it showed no count of purchases and no update date, so we cannot say how many contracts or which period the median reflects.
Read the narrow range with that in mind: it may describe a handful of mid-sized contracts rather than the full spread of what GTM Buddy charges. Ask GTM Buddy for a written quote on your own scope before using either number in a budget.
What does a GTM Buddy contract cover?
GTM Buddy sells what it calls a Revenue Activation engine, Nucleus, organised around five levers on its homepage: Ramp Acceleration, In-Flow Activation, Content Velocity, Coaching Precision and Revenue Proof. The homepage also lists a GTM Buddy MCP server. Its In-Flow Activation lever is about delivering content and answers "where I already am", in email, chat and the CRM, and its coaching lever turns real calls into lessons.
It markets heavily to teams leaving larger platforms, with a section headed "Coming off Highspot, Seismic, or Showpad?", and quotes "7 days from signature to live" from a published customer story. If you are migrating, ask whether content migration and CRM set-up are included in the subscription or quoted separately.
What is likely to drive a GTM Buddy quote?
GTM Buddy states no pricing model, so these are the questions that usually move a quote for tools in this category:
- Users. Whether the price is per seller, per named user or a platform fee, and whether managers and marketers count.
- Scope. Which of the five levers, the MCP server, AI role play and rooms are included in the base contract.
- Migration. Whether moving content from Highspot, Seismic or Showpad is part of onboarding or a separate fee.
- Term. Contract length, renewal cap and notice period.
What should you ask GTM Buddy before buying?
- What is the pricing model: per user, per seller or a platform fee?
- Which capabilities are in the base price, and which, such as AI role play, rooms or the MCP server, are add-ons?
- Is migration from your current platform included, and what does the 7-day go-live assume?
- What renewal increase cap and notice period will GTM Buddy put in writing?
- Can you see a reference customer of a similar size and stack?
