Does Impartner publish its prices?
Impartner pricing is not published: its four PRM packages, Emerge, Ignite, Pro and Enterprise, are quoted on request. Vendr reports a median Impartner contract of $54,655 a year across 85 purchases, last updated February 2026, and estimates one-time implementation at $10,000 to $40,000.
No. Impartner's PRM pricing page names four packages, Emerge, Ignite, Pro and Enterprise, and gives each a "Request Pricing" button instead of a price. When we checked it on 7 November 2026, the page did not say whether the quote is based on the number of partners, the number of internal users or the modules chosen.
The same page lists four products that "May be purchased without PRM": through-channel marketing automation (TCMA), Referral Management, News on Demand and Social on Demand. A team that only needs co-marketing or a referral program can therefore ask for those without buying the full PRM suite.
What do companies pay for Impartner?
The only dated benchmark we found is Vendr. On 7 November 2026 its Impartner page showed a median contract of $54,655 a year, with contracts from $17,472 to $156,232, across 85 purchases, and marked the data as last updated February 2026. The page header also counted 48 deals handled by Vendr and an average saving of 17.11% on those deals.
Vendr also breaks the cost down by package. These are its estimates, not Impartner's price list:
| Item | Vendr estimate | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Core PRM | $30,000 to $60,000 a year | For programs of about 25 to 50 partner accounts |
| PRM+ add-ons | $15,000 to $40,000 or more a year | Added on top of core PRM |
| Learning management (LMS) | $10,000 to $30,000 or more a year | Partner training module |
| Implementation | $10,000 to $40,000, one time | Set-up and configuration |
On terms, Vendr says multi-year agreements typically bring 15% to 30% off, bundling modules 20% to 30%, and cites annual price escalators of 3% to 5%. Read the median as a whole-contract figure: it mixes small programs on one package with large ones running several modules, so it says little about what your own program will cost until you know which package and partner count you are quoting on.
How much does Impartner cost in the first year?
Using Vendr's estimates, a program of 25 to 50 partner accounts on core PRM would pay $30,000 to $60,000 a year, plus $10,000 to $40,000 once for implementation, so a first-year cost between $40,000 and $100,000 before any add-ons. Adding partner training through the LMS raises the annual figure by another $10,000 to $30,000 or more.

What drives the cost of an Impartner contract?
From Impartner's package page and Vendr's estimates:
- Package. Emerge, Ignite, Pro and Enterprise are quoted separately; the page does not list what each includes.
- Program size. Vendr ties its core PRM estimate to 25 to 50 partner accounts, so partner count moves the quote.
- Modules. PRM+ add-ons and the LMS are separate line items in Vendr's breakdown; TCMA, Referral Management, News on Demand and Social on Demand can be bought with or without PRM.
- Implementation. Vendr estimates a one-time $10,000 to $40,000 for set-up.
- Contract length. Vendr reports 15% to 30% off for multi-year terms and cites 3% to 5% annual escalators.
What should you ask Impartner before buying?
- Is the quote based on partner accounts, partner users, internal users or modules, and what happens when the program grows past that count?
- What does each package, Emerge, Ignite, Pro and Enterprise, include, and which features need a PRM+ add-on?
- Is implementation a fixed fee, and does it include CRM integration and migrating partner data?
- Will Impartner cap the annual escalator, and what multi-year discount applies?
- Can the LMS or TCMA be bought later without re-pricing the core contract?
