Does Paperflite publish its prices?

Paperflite pricing is per user: Starter costs $30 a month, Professional $50 and Advanced $60 with monthly billing, or $27.50, $47.50 and $57 a month billed annually, where the cards add a five-user minimum. Enterprise is quoted by sales. Digital deal rooms start on Advanced.

Yes, in US dollars and per user. Paperflite's pricing page has a Monthly and an Annual toggle. With Monthly selected on 7 November 2026, Starter reads $30, Professional $50 and Advanced $60 per user per month. With Annual selected, the same three cards read $27.5, $47.5 and $57 per user per month, each marked "(Minimum 5 users)", and the toggle carries a "Save 5%" badge. Enterprise has no price and a "Talk to Sales" button.

The badge understates the Starter saving: $27.50 against $30 is about 8% lower, while Professional and Advanced are 5% lower. The page does not say whether annual billing is paid upfront, and it shows the five-user minimum only on the annual cards, so ask whether a smaller team can buy monthly and at what minimum.

What do Paperflite's Starter, Professional, Advanced and Enterprise plans include?

Each tier builds on the one before it. The table summarises what each card lists:

Paperflite plans as its pricing page shows them with both billing toggles, checked 7 November 2026
PlanMonthly billingAnnual billingWhat the card adds
Starter$30 per user a month$27.50 per user a month, minimum 5 usersContent hub, microsites, AI content discovery, SharePoint, Dropbox and Google Drive sync, the SEEK LLM assistant and per-asset analytics

Advanced$60 per user a month$57 per user a month, minimum 5 usersAI recommendations, personalisation at scale, digital deal rooms, predictive deal insights, self-serve options and priority support

Starter is a content library with sharing: a governed hub, microsites to send content to buyers, AI search across the library, sync with the file stores most teams already use and analytics on each asset. Professional is where Paperflite connects to the rest of the stack, with CRM and email integrations and analytics shown inside the CRM, and it is also the first tier with single sign-on, which an IT review often requires.

Advanced adds the buyer-facing and AI layer: digital deal rooms, AI recommendations of what to send and predictive deal insights. If deal rooms are the reason you are looking at Paperflite, budget for Advanced rather than Starter. For room-first tools priced per user or per team, compare Trumpet pricing and Dock pricing.

How much does Paperflite cost per year?

At list price with annual billing, five users on Starter come to $1,650 a year, ten users on Professional to $5,700 and twenty-five on Advanced to $17,100. Billed monthly, the same three teams cost $1,800, $6,000 and $18,000. Every plan is priced per user, so the levers are head count, tier and billing term.

We found no dated third-party benchmark for Paperflite. Vendr has a Paperflite page, but when we checked it on 7 November 2026 it showed no contract values, no range and no purchase count. Upgrades, added users and cancellation

Paperflite's pricing FAQ answers the commercial questions most buyers ask. It says you can upgrade or downgrade a plan, with the change taking effect from the next billing cycle; that users added mid-term are prorated; that you can switch between monthly and annual billing from the next cycle; that your data stays accessible for 30 days after you cancel; and that volume discounts are available by quote.

Those answers leave two gaps to close in writing: whether the annual price is locked at renewal, and whether the 30-day access window includes exporting your content and analytics.

What drives the cost of a Paperflite plan?

The inputs to the bill, as the pricing page states them:

  • Users. Every plan is priced per user per month, so the bill grows with head count.
  • Tier. Starter, Professional and Advanced cost $30, $50 and $60 per user a month billed monthly.
  • Billing term. Annual billing is about 8% lower on Starter and 5% lower on Professional and Advanced, with a five-user minimum on the annual cards.
  • Integrations and SSO. CRM and email integrations and single sign-on start on Professional, so a team that needs either cannot stay on Starter.
  • Deal rooms and AI. Digital deal rooms, AI recommendations and predictive deal insights start on Advanced.
  • Enterprise scope. Deep Salesforce integrations, custom reporting, localisation and full branding are Enterprise features, priced by quote.

What should you ask Paperflite before buying?

  • Does the five-user minimum apply to monthly billing as well as annual?
  • Is the annual price paid upfront, and is it held at renewal?
  • Who needs a licence: do marketers who only upload content, or partners who only share it, count as users?
  • Which CRM objects does the Professional integration sync, and what does Enterprise add for Salesforce?
  • Can different teams sit on different tiers, or must every user be on the same plan?
  • In what format can you export content and analytics during the 30 days after cancellation?
